Ooo, fun! I do "fave song" asks a lot, so I'm gonna instead give you five songs I work out to ALL the time, since I recently started doing a bit more cardio at the gym to music (prepping myself basically to get back into doing classes again). HIGHLY recommend these if you want a good beat to lift weights OR do combat moves to!
Kreo - Burn for You: This one has a great poppy beat that is FANTASTIC for doing any sort of Cardio to. I like doing a Body Combat-style step aerobics to this one!
Plasma3Remixes - Ice Cap Zone (from Sonic 3 & Knuckles): Oh gosh, this one is PERFECT for doing power lifting to. I do my cling-and-presses to the "chorus" (which gets your heart rate up) and during the "verses" is when I do the dead lifts and dead rows. It's GREAT!!
Cash Cash – Mission One "Super Sonic Racing - Cash Cash vs Jun Senoe Remix": OH GOSH I LOVE THIS ONE FOR COMBAT CARDIO. Perfect length, and it's got distinct "separations" in the track to make up your own steps, but FUCK if I don't go HARD on the aerobics during the cardio!! Seriously, recommend this one for a FANTASTIC dance track!
The Kiffness - Ievan Polkka ft. Bilal Göregen (Club Remix): I LOVE this one for weights, whether it's doing any sort of presses or pulls. It's got a great tempo and it's SUPER catchy! This version bloody SLAPS HARD. Well worth ripping and putting on your workout playlist!
Scandroid - Neo Tokyo (Dance with the Dead Remix): UGH I tried not to add this because I have had it on a lot of my lists since I discovered it, but I CAN'T HELP IT!! This is a song that's perfect for either weights, power walking or combat moves, since it has the perfect length of Chorus to Verses, the PERFECT workout tempo, and SORRY but this is SO CATCHY, and literally ramps me up EVERYTIME I work out to it!!! Seriously, I feel like a beast after it, LOL.
AHHH this was a fun thing for me to do. I want to feel passionate about working out again, and the perfect workout music is SO important to me because it's what keeps me going!

I’m gonna take advantage of Spotify dropping the Playlist in a bottle thing today and use those songs. I couldn’t choose by myself so here we go!
1. A song I needed to hear live:
Needless to say I didn’t get to listen to it live… Manifesting this will become true next year 🙌🏼
2. A song that reminded me of my favorite person:
I really like this song. It has a nostalgic yet kinda weird upsetting but in a good way (?) feeling to it. Just like my fave person I guess… lol
3. A song I was going to kiss someone to:
Hahaha… crazy. I’m not really sure why did I choose this one but can you blame me? Is Jeff Satur’s masterpiece if you ask me. It might also be because by that time I had an idea for a fic inspired by this song. Sadly, I didn't get to write the fic nor did I get to kiss anyone :(
4. A song I thought should be here just because:
Well, there's no particular reason for this song to be here, as you can see. But thinking about it now. This song gives me so much energy, I can't help but sing it out loud every time it plays.
5. A song I thought was going to be a classic by 2024
Again. Not sure why I picked this one. It could’ve been any song honestly. I guess I was stuck with this one back then. (Too much edits on Instagram!)

Hi Steph, I was wondering if you have any favorite pieces from the BBC Sherlock OST. My favorites are Crates of Books and The East Wind. I love it when a piece is heavy with brass and percussios, accompanied by strings, aka the epic type, like those Star Trek OST :DDD. Percussios are a must, love them!

Yes, I actually REALLY love the Sherlock OST. I still listen to it when I I'm writing :)
I actually talked about this before on this post here, which links to my REALLY OLD Video Meta (yes, my stupid face on video talking about the Sherlock OST from S1 to S3, beware, I'm hideous and sound awful); I haven't really listened to S4 and TAB's as often, so I still really don't have an opinion on them, LOL.
Long-short though, S3's is my fave, I think, and "Lazarus" is my fave track, followed closely by "How It was Done" and "Vanishing Underground". I love them so much :p
And I LOVE instrumental stuff. My fave stuff to listen to while working is Video Game BG music. Skyrim's is still my fave, but I also recommend Detroit: Become Human's too. Both are VERY long and just feel SO epic while you're writing or drawing. So SO GOOD. Always Video Game or Movie Soundtracks!!! <3
