recently had a dream that there was an early 2000s horror-thriller movie based on an MCR song and had that MCR song in its dramatic climax, it was about a girl who comes back as a revenant to unveil the dark secrets of the rich family who killed her in a small suburban town ❤️🖤

Castles in the Air

I'm extremely excited to announce that the game I've been working on for the past 4 years is coming to Kickstarter! Castles in the Air (CitA) is a tabletop RPG inspired by the novels of Louisa May Alcott and L.M. Montgomery. Players start as children with boundless dreams who will change over the years based on the relationships they form and choices they make. I think it's a really special game, and I'm looking forward to being able to share it with everyone.

For more information or to sign up to be notified when the Kickstarter launches on May 14th, please check out the game's page on the Storybrewers Roleplaying website. If that name sounds familiar, Storybrewers is the company that created Good Society: A Jane Austen RPG. I feel very honored that they reached out to me about publishing Castles in the Air. While Castles in the Air is a standalone game, its mechanics are inspired by Good Society, and if you like Good Society, I think you'll like CitA too as it allows you to tell similarly compelling stories.

I will be creating some blog posts talking about the literary inspirations for different parts of the game in the weeks leading up to the Kickstarter and during its run. I will be using this as a master post to keep track of all of them, so make sure to check back here or follow my blog if you are interested.

He changes my life and my shoes?

I love my honey hubby for so many reasons. He changed my life and takes me to the world I have never seen before.

I used to be kind of a typical city girl whose what's in and what's hot with the song "diamonds are girls' best friend" spinning around in my head. I love jewelry (because of my mother, and her mother, it's definitely in my DNA). I love fashion especially high heels that makes me look taller. I have always dreamed about long and gorgeous legs like Heidi Klum. When I was in a high school and went to work on the first day as a part-time job at a grocery store, I wore a pair of black pumps with 3-inch heels and little ribbons behind the ankles, so my boss was surprised and I said, "you told me to wear the most comfortable ones for me."

I had never had sneakers and it would have definitely been the last shoes I chose for my shoe closet until I met him, who loves climbing mountains, skiing and surfing. He often tries to make me challenge so many things and takes me go out. Purchasing a pair of sneakers for hiking was definitely my first! Since then, I am so obsessed with sneakers that I cannot help collecting because they are literally easy-to-walk and more importantly, so many fancy designs are out there especially since they have been on runway these days.

Now I am so grateful to wear them but more grateful to have him in my life!
