Decapolice Ocs
Elle Yale
“Hey ya, guys! Welcome to my crime lab! Find clues, solve the mystery, but don’t mess up anything or you’ll be banned!”
Age: 23
A very pink-focused forensic scientist who is very popular among the police station. When she is a child and as she grew into a young woman, she was obsessed with science. While her parents didn’t agree with her career (more information later), they tried to give her the best education to pursue her dreams.
“Why is Harvard is so insufferable? His loud voice! His stupid personality! Don’t tell him this, but he better choose a different forensics scientist or else!”
While she gets along with most of the team, he despises Harvard with a passion, due to his smug attitude and Harvard….. thinks she is just a cute scientist who might have a crush on him and very good at hiding it. On the other hand, she has a crush on Carl, due to his sweet personality and his sense of justice. Carl, when he discover this, tries to not rush it and worries that it isn’t the right time, but still tries to flirt with her.
Appearance: She is a young woman with a two ponytails that are medium length and are stuck together with a scrunchies. She has some hair clips on her to kept her bangs.
Main tactic: Special attacks
Ultimate move: Perfect Cell Attack
Retsu Tohuko
Age: 25
“This corpse………. It must have really suffered a lot of hell. Like me. I can tell from its expression.
A weird mortician who the team mets throughout the game. He is a mortuarist who checks on the dead bodies. He is hated around the station due to his disturbing vibes and creepy appearance with only having one friend (Yale) but despite this he tries to be a nice person around with a very creepy hobby.
As a child and throughout adulthood, he has been through near death experiences, leaving him feeling isolated and making an outcast even with his family (but that’s for another day). As he grew up, he became obsessed with the cycle of life of death and studied death and how people died through ways. When he got into college, he went into forensics
“Everybody dies somebody, maybe even you, Marks. Whenever it is, we all have to be prepared because death always comes no matter what
He doesn’t join the team until much later in the game when the team are investigating the Clown and has him check out the bodies of the other victims which includes Harvard’s mom. When Harvard finds out about this and freaks out, he is able to calm him down and deduces that they are related. He then tells Harvard that whenever that goes down, he mustn’t kill the Clown or he’ll be kicked off his job.
Appearance: He is a scrawny and thin man who is quite tall, but not to pass as a giant. His hair is short black that looks like it has cut off recently and has blue eyes. He is always shown to wear a mask on his face, making people believed there was a horrific scar on his face. They’re…….. half-right with having a scar cover the left side of his face which he covers up with his mask and makeup.
Ultimate Move: Grim Checkup
George Cornwell
Age: 32
“With your brain and my knowledge, we are going to make a great team, I am sure of it!”
A criminologist who doesn’t work at the police station but runs into the gang many times throughout the story before getting wrapped up into the search for the Clown. He wants to talk to the Clown (not to a obsessive degree) and wants to understand why does he kill. He isn’t a part of the police but Granger and Maise let him in to talk to the team over the criminals they captured.
He is pretty wholesome and quite understanding to many people (sometimes criminals). When he discovers Harvard’s past after the game ends, he decides to take up the mantle of Harvard’s moral compass and gives him a therapist to help with hi: trauma. He shown to be protective to his loved ones, but not to point of overbearing.
“Hey, there’s been something in your chest for a little long time. You think that you keeping in it’s chest and refusing to let it out, but you’re wrong. If you don’t want to talk to me, that’s fine. But if you are not going talk about this to me and your team, you need to talk to somebody else.”
However his past is mysterious and he refuses to tell anyone not even his close friends about it. And it turns out he has a pretty good reason, but we’ll see later. He’ll explain it to Harvard near the end of the game
Ultimate move: Let me take a look in your mind.
Stanford Williams
Age: 24
“There’s a line between the ideal detective and the insane detective, and Harvard Marks you have crossed the line to insanity.”
He is a high ranking serious officer who is a deep rivalry against Harvard. He isn’t well liked due to his serious attitude towards most of the staff but he isn’t outright hated due to his contempence in the field. He has a hidden side to him, caring for his family and friends off the job and taking them to nice places to relax and have fun.
His father was a officer who WAS excellence in his job and WAS actually chosen to be the police chief instead of Granger. But, notice the emphasis on WAS. A few years (possibly in Stanford high school days), he was found dead in a murder similar to the Clown style. While it is now unknown if the Clown or a copycat of the Clown and the killer was never found, it still effected him and made wanted to hunt down other serial killers like them and bring them to justice so nobody would have to suffer what him and family did.
“The reason why we are looking for the Clown isn’t for revenge you fool, it’s for justice for those who were suffered in their hands!”
So you think with their history, him and Harvard would at least connect or be friends? WRONG. While Stanford views Harvard with great potential as a detective, he despises him for his willingness to break the rules in missions and cases and his wild insanity. While Harvard would have chosen a different career if his mother hadn’t died (unless the game discredits this), Stanford has wanted to be to become a detective ever since he was a child. With Harvard, he only met with him at police college for the 2 years he was in along with Carl and Stanford was at his last 2 years. Harvard found him annoying due to his overshadowing anybody in their class and overly aggressive attitude towards. (Funny thing is that one of the reasons why Stanford hates Harvard.) So when they both of them (and Carl) end up stuck in the same police station in the same city, none of them are pleased.
Ultimate Move: Sharps Slashes of Justice
So, here’s them all! What do you think of them? Which one is your favorite?

For my mc fancast I would maybe cast Saoirse Ronan, but just because I love her and I think she has this ability of acting completely crazy and also looking like the most lovable human ever. I think that she would manage very well this versatility between wanting to be loved, being unable to accept love, killing for freedom but also being afraid of what this newfound freedom entails. Basically I think she can act crazy enough and also look like the prettiest girl ever who recibes all the love. That's my take
you know i think that you're onto something! i really like the way that she talks! and i think that she could play really well into the more lighthearted aspects while being also serious at times. she's versitile like you said!
with me i have like teirs of people who i'd like to play the m/c like at the top of the teir is zendaya, elle fanning, and chloe cherry. zendaya because she's just phenominal, elle fanning because i think she just looks so innocent that seeing her killing people whould be such a fucking shock, and chloe cherry because i think her appearence ties really well with the m/c's backstory. the only other two people that i think i'd like to play the m/c is maise williams- because to me she looks like such an average girl like- in terms of actresses who have period faces- i think it would be great to kind of emphasize the normalcy of the m/c before geumjae gets his hands on her you know?
and then lastly! nicola coughlan! even though she's older (she literally looks 18 even though she's 36) mainly because i think she's so fucking pretty and she deserves to be worshiped the way the m/c gets worshiped by the boys. and with the weightloss/weight gain aspect of the series she'd fit the later version of the m/c better than the rest of them. although i do think that story line would be /less/ of a feature in anything on screen because of how complex bily is just in general.
it's fun to daydream about a bily on screen adaptation even though ive got a better chance of winning the lottery!

Enemies To Lovers
Red, White, and Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston
First son Alex and Prince Henry hate each other. After causing an international crisis at a wedding, damage control has to be done. Alex and Henry have to fix this mess and act like friends. Soon they become friends and then more. I thought the storyline was super unique. The plot alone made this book great. It’s something completely original!
The Hating Game by Sally Thorne
Lucy and Joshua hate each other. They have completely different personalities adding to their hatred for one another. They’re fighting for the same promotion making things worse. Lucy and Joshua question if they really hate each other or if it’s something else entirely. If you want an entertaining book, read this book! It’s one of my favorite enemies to lovers. Watching Lucy and Joshua fight and push each other’s buttons made me laugh.
You Deserve Each Other by Sarah Hogle
Naomi and Nicholas are engaged. Nicholas is the perfect man, but Naomi is miserable. Naomi wants to stop the wedding but can’t because she would have to pay for the costs. Naomi realizes Nicholas wants out too, but neither of them want to pay the bill. Naomi and Nicholas begin to battle through pranks and sabotage. Nicholas tries to fix their relationship through a few actions. I loved when Naomi and Nicholas finally supported each other. When Naomi deals with Nicholas’s mother it was absolutely iconic and I was all for it. The pranks and sabotage were funny too. Seeing Nicholas’s side of the story made me feel really bad for him, and made me a bit mad at Naomi.
Fool Me Twice by Carrie Aarons
Henley’s best friend dies of cancer leaving behind a bucket list. She completes things on the bucket list, but then begins on the next thing which is getting revenge on Lincoln Kolb. Lincoln dumped Henley’s best friend after he found out she was sick, so Henley begins her/her best friend’s revenge. I think it’s sweet that Henley cares so much about her best friend. I liked Lincoln as a character, but was mad at him for dumping Henley’s best friend when finding out she was sick. However, after hearing his side of the story and Henley’s actions against him I felt really bad for him. He didn’t deserve it.
People We Meet on Vacation
This book is similar to the movie When Harry Met Sally. The book follows the relationship between Alex and Poppy and the reader follows the development of their relationship; from strangers, to best friends, and then to partners. Poppy and Alex would take a vacation together every year, but something happens between them, there’s a misunderstanding, and then they become estranged from each other. Poppy persuades Alex to go on vacation with her once again, and the reader follows this and the repair in their relationship.
To Hate Adam Connor by Ella Maise
Adam Connor is one of the most famous actors. He’s currently getting a divorce from his wife. He moves in next door to Olive and Jason (To Love Jason Thorn), and Olive and Lucy spy on him. Lucy saves Adam’s son from drowning while she was spying on him, and Adam calls the cops on her causing the beginning of their dislike towards each other. Adam ends up hiring Lucy to watch his son and from there their relationship develops. I love this book along with To Love Jason Thorn. Adam and Lucy are such fun characters. They seem so real and funny. I love Lucy, she makes me laugh. These books in general are REALLY good. I highly recommend both.
Good Girl Complex by Elle Kennedy
Mackenzie “Mac” is a people pleaser. She’s been with her boyfriend since high school. She runs an internet business/app and wants to expand it. Her boyfriend Preston does some unacceptable actions and Cooper, who Preston gets fired, wants revenge. Cooper believes the best revenge is stealing Mac from Preston who is his end game (who Preston would marry). As Cooper gets to know Mac, his feelings begin to change. This is a good book. I like Elle Kennedy in general but this book is really good. I like the characters first of all. Mac isn’t stuck up, and is very real. She’s independent, smart, and caring. Cooper is a good guy despite rumors. He truly cares about Mac and isn’t just using her. He calls off the revenge, and feels bad about using Mac.
Love and Other Words
Macy and Elliot spent their summers together for years. Macy’s father bought the house next to Elliot’s and since then Macy would spend her summers in Elliot’s home town. Macy and Elliot became close friends and soon started dating. One night, something goes down between Macy and Elliot when Elliot goes to a party. That night something happens that changes Macy’s life forever and disappears from Elliot’s life. Years later they bump into each other, and Elliot wants answers.
A Million Kisses in Your Lifetime by Monica Murphy
Wren is perfect, a model student. She’s loved by everyone and is the person everyone strives to be. Crew is the school’s bad boy. Crew thinks Wren thinks she’s better (than)/above everyone. When they get partnered for a project, Crew realizes they have more in common than he originally thought. I have mixed feelings about this book. It was super popular on tik tok. Some things were debatable, but there were other parts I liked.
The Spanish Love Deception by Elena Armas
Catalina needs a date to her sister’s wedding especially since she lied about having a boyfriend. Her ex-boyfriend and his fiancee both want to meet this made up boyfriend. Catalina’s colleague Aaron offers to help her even though Calatina hates him. Aaron ends up being the best option and acts as her boyfriend to the wedding. This is a cute book! The characters are perfect for each other as well. I loved the storyline in general, and enjoyed reading this book.

Books I Read in September
People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry - I tried not to get too excited going into this book, as hyped up books always seem to disappoint me. But this one absolutely did not. It made me smile and my heart ache all at the same time. Perfect for the last rays of summer-sunshine at the beginning of the month! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Silence of the Girls by Pat Barker - This was a very heavy read and I had to put it away and come back to it a couple of times. I just didn’t find the writing to be engaging enough to finish it quickly, even though it was stunning. I liked the pov of Achilles! ⭐️⭐️
The Great Ex-Scape by Jo Watson - A cute, light-hearted romance but by no means on the same level as Love to Hate You by the same author. ⭐️⭐️
It Happened One Summer by Tessa Bailey - Really cute and steamy, but I wasn’t the biggest fan of Brendan. His character was too bossy and a little shallow at times. ⭐⭐️⭐️
Heimat by Nora Krug - This is such an important book about heritage, culture and identity. Wonderful read. Definitely recommend!  ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Peter Pan by J.M. Barrie - My first time ever reading this! It was cute and reminded me of my childhood crush. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
New Horizons by Lily Lucas - The fourth book in the “Green Valley Love” series and I’ve been waiting to get to Cole’s book. However, the female heroine in the book just wasn’t it for me. Cole deserved better :( ⭐⭐️
The Legacy - Elle Kennedy. I was deeply disappointed by the final book in the Off-Campus series. Apart from Dean and Allie’s novella, I felt like all the stories were extremely out of character for the couples. The same miscommunication dispute also bothered me. I think the series would’ve been better if Elle had ended with The Score. ⭐⭐️
Diver’s Heart by K.A. Knight - I went into this book thinking it was comparable to Ugly Love (judging plainly from the cover) but I couldn’t finish this. It was badly written imo and I just have to admit that I do not like reverse harem. Not my book! (DNF)
To Love Jason Thorn by Ella Maise - Oh my god, this book blew me away. It was very much cliché and rom-com-typey but it had all the spice and I loved the characters chemistry. A little cheesy at points and I was missing a little more solving of the characters problems at the end. ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️
To Hate Adam Connor by Ella Maise - I really liked Lucy in ‘To Love Jason Thorn’ and I was swept away by this book!!! The spice??? The heartache??? The relatable characters??? This book had it all and more and really hit home for me in more than one way. Definitely recommend! ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
