Propaganda: love a good f/f rarepair and also two powerful ladies. aileen is a model who is so good at games that kaiba decides to make her a game master, and mai is introduced as being a powerful duelist who wins a lot. they could make each other worse. | i really like them both and like to see my faves together. and i like the idea of two women who are both very independent being in a relationship together because it could be done either as a sort of rivalry romance where they're both trying to one up each other OR it could be a very soft thing where after a long day having to do everything for themselves, they have someone safe to come home to who really gets them. really depends on where in each of their stories you have them meet, i think.

As a multishipper I'm thinking about something. As a BKDK fan, I am, I guess preparing for a possibility?

I had a thought with this last chapter, and how this battle is literally about to end. That we are indeed at the very end of the line.

And I am thinking of the "Do your best, Izuku" theme and how everyone started chiming in on it, how it has become basically the closing motif to the battle. And how Tenya brought up the OG, ochako, who said the "Deku" seemed to her like "Do your best", and of course, ochako is seen saying the same.

So my thought is, if Hori is going for a Izu Ocha ending, this might be how it comes about.

(I am not saying it's one hundred percent satisfying, bc once again, Izuku has shown virtually no interest in her beyond friendship, and the relationship, to me, is still thematically and developmentally, one sided.)

So I don't know if hori is going to go with the idea that "do your best" bringing the relationship of Izu Ocha to the forefront after kicking it to the side for so long...but I guess I can see the thematic possibility he MAY be going for if that is the case.

Once again, I am hoping it's not a blatant thing, if anything I'd like no pairing to be outright "canon". Realistically I think that may be the case. Simply bc izu ocha just doesn't have enough reciprocity behind it and, bakudeku...well, obviously is highly unlikely due to the nature of Shonen/cultural precedence by very reason of it being Queer.

I am just thinking about the whole thing and it may be where Izu Ocha enters the Chat again.

As always I am letting Hori cook, and tempering expectations. I don't dislike Izu Ocha so I won't be terribly bummed out, I just wish there was a little more developed into it(namely, on izukus side)

something i noticed in ep5 is that it’s mostly (TECHNICALLY) shiny’s fault that thunder got infected with the mites. (calm down there’s a point i’m making) thunder’s vision specifically said “close combat not reccomended” and shiny specifically put the kaiju guts on thunder’s hand.

HOWEVER: it goes unnoticed. nobody mentioned this.

i am SO sick of characters blaming themselves and getting blamed for shit they WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN PRIOR. i am SO glad that the show was not “blame shiny for something he nor thunder had any clue about” and was more like “these are the circumstances that are happening now so we must deal with them”

I’m getting close to the end of call me sunshine!!!! This is not my first chaptered fic, but it’s certainly the first one I’ve put so much love and care into. There will be two more chapters, an epilogue, and a bonus chapter that will focus on Chrissy and Robin 😉

That being said, I’ve been holding onto a WIP idea that started as a request from @zerokrox-blog and after we talked more about it, it felt like it had potential to be a chaptered fic. This is gonna be WAY different from anything I’ve done, honestly different from most things I’ve READ, but it’s a challenge I very much want to take on. It’s darker, think Little Bit kind of situation!!!!, definitely sexier, lots of protective Steve (😈😉), and just going off of the some of the lines and plot points I have written down it’s looking like a solid 5-7 chapters (probably 8-10k words each).

And I also have a very soft WIP brought to you by a request that will most likely be shorter, more time-skippy, but romantic and fluffy (obviously a tiny amount of angst is always gonna happen but it will always be resolved), pre-season 4 steddie!!!! This one I haven’t mapped out quite as much but it will either be 3 longer chapters (10-15k each) or 5 shorter chapters (7-8k each).

I’m not sure if I will start these immediately after call me sunshine is done, mostly because I still have 40ish requests in my inbox that I’d really like to focus my attention on for a bit.

Way back in the yester years of 2019, I was on a multi-fandom Discord Server with a bunch of Final Fantasy fans, and in the hype leading up to the release of VIIR I came up with a

We all went wild for the idea and started building on it. We could find him in the bombed-out remains of Banora, which could be accessed as soon as you got the Tiny Bronco. He would have optional dialogue if Cloud had the Buster Sword equipped. He could take Aerith's spot as the primary spell caster once she died. One friend even put forth a potential justification for Gen not immediately bursting Cloud's bubble about being a SOLDIER First Class in that Genesis already broke Sephiroth's mind by telling him a dark truth when he was in a vulnerable state, deeply regrets it, and would be cautious about doing it again (a bit of a weak justification, given Gen's personality, but I wouldn't put it past Squeenix). None of us thought it would happen, but it was fun to think about and provided great fan fic fodder.

Now, I still don't think it's going to happen, but post-Remake ending and post-Reunion existing, the possibility is there, even if it's very, very slim (I honestly think we have a better shot of Zack joining the party), so I'm putting this out there on the very off chance that it does happen, so I can say I called it.

gonna try and run a gambit and when my dad inevitably asks what i want for my birthday i'm gonna say i really don't know (cause i don't, there's not a lot i want right now) and that the only thing i want is a new laptop (expensive) and see if i have a chance he'll spring for me. i probably don't but i'm gonna try. with my shit paycheck it would take me months to set the money aside for a new (ebay certified refurbished) laptop. which i could and probably will do but i prefer being fiscally irresponsible

also it drives me bonkers when people say aragorn was right in that scene because he's literally not!! he's pulling the same rhetorical bit that he does with boromir at the council of elrond where he's willfully ignoring people's very justified & specific suffering & grievances by saying that everyone has problems. he's deliberately looking past all the things she's had to deal with & the very clear and cynical way that makes her look at the world to say that men are dealing with the exact same problems which is blatantly not true
