Stupid Harry Potter prompt

After a Quidditch win, the Lions get into the butterbeer. At some point, someone goes up to Oliver Wood, shouts "Here's to winning the next one!" and knocks on his shoulder a couple times. The muggleborns and a bunch of half-bloods piss themselves laughing while the wizard-raised wonder if there's something in the drinks.

He gets adopted by a cartoon troll wizard. He lives as a servant (of democracy) but is secretly royalty. He has a cast of little animal friends. Okay, his animal friends are convors and dragons and Rael and Qui-Gon, but they love him

Concepts for Cohort Uniforms as modeled by the Second House Scion Judith Deuteros

I’m a costume designer by trade and the problem of how to design an entire military wing of a disco for a necromancer society in space was just too tempting to pass up. I took inspiration from modern US navy, regency era naval officers, sci-fi space suits, and bones.

Anything red on Jody would be the house color for whatever soldier wore it, rough examples in the third image.

At Canaan, Marta and Judith would both wear the top middle which is designated for OF 3-6 (lieutenants commander, captains, etc.) though Jody has the “cursory” necro robe because I couldn’t resist.

Jody would have been 14 when she last wore the red junior division uniforms m (but I didn’t want to draw a new model lol) and the blue is also what Isaac and Jeannemary would have worn prior to Canaan. This is because the thought of child soldiers in little naval capes makes me cry so it felt right.

Some thoughts about my All Is Well AU I’d like to share (This is a Jedi-centric AU, so it’ll only involve them):

Palpatine and Plagueis die because of a failed experiment that turned on them (ironic, isn’t it?)

Since Palpy is dead, no War! But also no clones :(

Sifo-Dyas does not get mortally paranoid since no war is happening!

Him and Dooku get to be two old men in love.

Q’Tark, on one of her visits to her tribe on Tatooine, finds Anakin when he is 2 months old, too little to get his slave chip implanted, and so Shmi is able to give him to the Jedi.

When the Nightsisters gave Asajj away (like in canon) they also gave Maul with her. But their ship was intercepted by the Jedi, who saved them from the criminal and brought them to the Temple.

Reva Sevander becomes the second Padawan of Obi-wan

The Disaster Lineage is less of a disaster, and they’re all fine!

Anakin becomes Obi’s Padawan at 13, and gets knighted at 25 instead of 19.

So Ahsoka becomes Plo Koon’s Padawan.

Maul becomes Mace’s Padawan.

Ezra is still Kanan/Caleb’s Padawan.

Them, Depa, Maul, Mace and Cyslin (Mace’s master) all get together to drink tea and chat every two weeks.

Ahsoka eventually becomes Grandmaster of the Order when she’s 130 (I like the idea of Togrutas living for a long time)

BARRISS IS FINE AND IS A HEALER AND IS A RESPECTED MEMBER OF THE ORDER AND KISSES AHSOKA AND HAS HER OWN PADAWAN AND–

Ahsoka also gets a Padawan, and she gets to be the wise and crazy master she deserves to be

okay i am thinking about something: the lighthouse symbolism, Stede as a lighthouse, yeah? "a beacon, an unwavering light that guides", "I should have been [a lighthouse] for my family", "actually you're supposed to avoid lighthouses so you don't crack up on the rocks"

on their deeply cool memorable day out adventuring in Saint Augustine, Stede finds a delicate colorful moth and is very happy about it. he thinks it's beautiful and holds it like a precious treasure. nocturnal moths like this little guy aren't often seen out in the daytime and they're certainty not prone to sitting on giant moving scary people

moths are drawn to light. do you see where I'm going with this?

Stede isn't the monstrous abomination that the world judges him as. he doesn't actually ruin everything he touches. he holds that bug so carefully with such reverence. he can be a beacon of hope for his loved ones; safe harbor. His crew come to know this.
