ogh. 150 my beloved. i have never been anywhere near the place described but i know it intimately because i lived somewhere identical, and the thought of being eaten by the monotony is. it feels like thats not a stretch. I lived there for ten years and I couldn't find my way around. honestly its ideal grounds for a lonely statement. and then the execution is insane too. my gOd
In my urban planning job we call suburbs family making factories that have no soul and create traffic because you need to leave them via private transportation in order to go anywhere, work, shopping, recreation. They take individualism to the extreme yet somehow leave it far behind in the monotony and the sameness and the detachment from others because of the inability to walk anywhere and connect with one's surroundings since nothing is within walking distance.
So yeah, this episode encapsulates the horror of this perfectly
