any book 7 predictions? :)
I don't like to speculate TOO much, since it usually ends up going in a totally unexpected direction that renders all theorizing moot (gestures to episode 6) (did anyone have "it starts with robots breaking into the school and kidnapping everyone" on their bingo? no, I didn't think so). but I do feel pretty certain that the main crisis is going to involve Malleus deciding that the best solution to all these Uncomfortable Feelings is to just...magically put everyone to sleep for some hundred-odd years so he won't outlive them. problem solved! where did all this ink come from
there's a few things I would like to see from 7, but I don't have any solid expectations either way on:
the mysterious f o u r t h y e a r s
Malleus in full dragon form
child Malleus in flashback? :D :D :D
we'll probably get Silver's backstory, but maybe not his last name (I'm still terrified that he does have one, and it's...also Silver.)
SHOW ME THE DIASOMNIA UNIQUE MAGICS (I feel like Silver's could be something to do with dreams, that seems thematically fitting to me?) (and I know Sebek is supposed to be lightning-based but I do think it would be hilarious if his power was just A Really Big Bite) (he takes after his mom!)
it would also be super cool if Ortho got a UM, though I could see it going either way on whether or not he can even have one (I feel like narratively, Ace is more likely to get his during whatever ends up happening with Grim, so while it would be a nice surprise, I'm not expecting it for a while) (now watch as it's the first thing that happens)
I know they're not going to just show me Sebek's family (unless...? 👀) but any time they're so much as mentioned it's absolutely delightful and I want more of them
zero idea if it's going to go this way, but I would lose my entire mind if they did that one trope that's like
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(look, Silver's main personality trait is "loves his dad", I don't make the rules)

Hi!
I think I have to move on.
You may have noticed that all of a sudden my posts have become less and less frequent. That's not on purpose I simply don't have the motivation to keep this ask blog going. I made this blog at the peak of my TADC hyperfixation because I knew it would give me the boost to work. At the start I made like, what? 2 a day, wowzas! Then it became like every other day posts. It's not that I don't enjoy the blog, the ship, the asks. Hell, the asks were the best part of this, I love just seeing what you guys come up with for these three and I get to do the even more fun part of drawing the answer.
But I still have no motivation to keep this going. And I have fixated on something else if you follow my main.
So, thank you for being here and still liking my posts even if I hadn't posted often. This was the most fun I've had and being my first ask blog I ever created just makes it more important to me.
I probably won't ever revive this blog but I'll keep it open for you. And if you want to see what the story I originally planned out was gonna be then check below the cut! Or if you wanna stay curious and theorize then just scroll by. Thank you again, hope ya have a great day and year. I hope my shit was at least okay to you.
I'm not gonna lie. Most of the stuff was just created along the way of drawing. I was like, huh this would be cool let's add that in. And ofc I didn't get to any juicy lore in this but it would've been rushed because I didn't plan beforehand... which you probably could tell xd
For Pomni, here's the plot twist: she's dead and her conscience was updated into the game to keep her somewhat alive. She worked in the place that created the game, she even took part in putting people in there. The entire game was just an expirement to test if immortality was possible, but of course.. everyone goes insane in there so they have to keep on and keep on trying with more and more people to get anywhere. They wait until someone goes to edge of absolute insanity and that's when they take them out of the game, their bodies are still kept alive and they go back to normal. They forget everything that happened while in the game. For Pomni she died just after her conscience was converted to the game, for others they were forced to go while alive. Who killed Pomni? Well, her boss, the head of the experimentation. Why? Idk 😭
For Jax, I gave him a dark story. He was isolated in his home and kept away from the outside world, which is why he lacks empathy, because he simply doesn't know how to feel that way when he never really had knowledge of emotions outside or even inside his home. His father was emotionally and physically ab4sive so.. that didn't help. He latched onto his mother the most but they never saw eachother often. That's all I had for him in mind.
For Ragatha, she lived in the country on her own land with her husband. Yup! She had a husband and a daughter too. Husband was a total jerk and she couldn't leave because she didn't want their kid to experience separated parents. She's a doll in the game because it resembles the doll she made for her daughter.
I also had some plot that I made up in my mind. Like.... Pomni at the end would be the last one alone in the digital circus. That being since she's dead she would just be yknow. Dead if she left the game. Jax and Ragatha leave but only because Pomni forces them. Again don't know how, I probably would have made it up while I went along with the story. So, Pomni is just there alone, with Caine. And she lives like that for eternity. She doesn't go insane anymore and it isn't as lonely as it used to feel like. It would feel like home kind of. But she would be there, longing for her partners forever unless she decides one day to just. Yknow, die..
Also since Jax and Ragatha would forget everything after they leave the game, they just don't remember they were in a relationship and would live their lives like before. Sad and lonely.
Goodness, I forget I make the most sad stories ever sometimes 😭

I have been seeing a lot of predictions based on the new episode and i figured i would throw my hand in.
for the most part, i have been seeing a lot of people say that Omega will leave the batch and join up in train with Ventress to learn the force.
and
i just don't see it. the episode leaves it semi-open as to whether Omega even has the potential to wield the force, so while Omega does have a high M count, she still might not be able to wield the force. the episode even makes this point in two of Ventress' lines: "Those with a high M count were believed to be more capable of wielding the force" and " if she did have that potential she would need to be trained". both lines leave it semi-open. now I don't believe fully in her having it or not. I personally do not mind either way.
however, I do mind the complete character massacre that would occur if she does choose to leave the batch. the reason I say that is because of who Omega is presented to be and how she acts. Omega loves her brothers and doesn't want to leave them, the series makes it clear that Omega sees the 6 of them as a family, and even this season presents Omega as wanting them to stay together. the show itself carries heavy themes of family. plus the whole you need to be away from attachments is something that the main villain of the season supports, and something that Omega clearly disagrees with. Omega wouldn't leave them just to learn the force, it would go against everything she is as a character.
some people also have brought up the possible ending where the entire Batch dies, minus Omega because we pretty much know she isn't dying she's a kid. and again I just don't see it happening. thinking about it logically it would be a terrible ending to the show. three seasons of fans watching the show falling in love with the characters and the relationships between them just for them all to die. in that case, why even watch or make the show at all, we could all just theorize it ourselves. it just doesn't make sense to me why they would do that, because it doesn't make the show fun to revisit.
lastly the show mainly shows themes of family and belonging. Omega has her family and she feels she belongs with them. and maybe it's just me but I wouldn't really enjoy an ending wear Omega is left "alone with nobody". while the rest of the batch either die or live without her. and I have hope that I'm not the only one routing for our space siblings.

Alright guys. It's me again with a new theory <3
Okay, so.
Today's main Big Thing was Richas' apparently possession and diaries and his art. At surface level, it seems like just a small little arc to give a nudge towards Cellbit's RPG, more specifically the spin-off O Segredo Na Ilha (The Secret Within the Island). But, this wasn't the only thing that happened today...
Leonarda had a nightmare today, one that caused her to stay up the entire night and even write a whole book to tell Foolish about it
And i think both events are connected
Follow me on this, oki?
First, lemme show y'all Leo's notes + signs again
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Breaking down the nightmare, Leo talks about how she was trapped in a weird room, not being able to escape and feeling very afraid, while he was still trapped in the room, she heard weird sounds starting, and he couldn't see anything.
Leo finishes the topic saying that, sometimes, she knows things without knowing.
Now, to Richas' diary. If you want to read the entire translation, here's the link to a post, I'll be focusing on 2 pages out of the 7
At first, it all seems like a big salute to the spin off, a direct reference with an enigma to keep the Brazilians (more specifically Cellbit and Forever) hooked. But...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
These pages. Richa talks about a metallic sound that reverberated like a bell, and how it made him feel deeply tormented and scared, doubting his own existence. He says he claimed to the skies as a prayer, he asks for an exit
So. Okay. What I'm trying to say?
Leo and Richas are talking about the same thing.
Both of them talk about how they saw themselves trapped somewhere, tormented by a sound and feeling deeply afraid. There was no way out no matter what they did
Both refer to how they know things at the same time as they don't. Something tipped for Leo that she wants to be immortal and a robot in order to protect his family, Richarlyson suddenly went into a whole Jekyll and Hyde arc
Richa's way of explaining was through enigmas and nods towards Cellbit's rpg because Cellbit has been integrating his RPG's mythos within the server (the ritual room, explaining it all to richa, his whole castle theme). Leo is approaching as if she's the haunted kid from a horror movie
The past of these eggs is suddenly coming back into their minds, and, as far as we can theorize, the possibility that these eggs used to be human before is getting stronger by the day

Things about Cinderella's Castle I'm excited about already as a big Cinderella fan
Tumblr media
THE PUPPETS!!! I love puppets and I love seeing puppetry get used more and more—it's such an underrated art form! And the puppet models look stellar!
I love the idea of the step-family being trolls. I was wonder if they were always trolls or if they got sort of cursed. But Step-Mom flays women and wears their skin to fool everyone??? Very Grimms Bros style, I love it. I don't mind dark takes on Cinderella, so I'm intrigued. I wonder if that's why they're jealous of Ella, cause she's a normal human (supposedly), and so they try to demean her like a troll, to get her on their level or something.
With characters like Sir Hop-a-lot and Crumb, I'm curious what their role is. Are they Ella's animal friends that she gave goofy names? Sir Hop looks like he's a part of the royal court in some way, so does he somehow work for the prince? Will it be kind of like Wicked where the anthro-animals are a race amongst humans? Are they looked down on like the trolls? Is it fair that either group is looked down on?
CRUMB! Crumb is a perfect name for the mouse! I'm shocked I've never heard of a mouse named Crumb before.
I've talked before about how I see the early Disney princes as symbols of their princesses' freedom rather than characters and that's why they're "flat". I like that the prince in this show sounds like a parody of that. Like, "What if that flat 'character' was treated like a real character, but still with a similar flatness to him?" I like it. I trust Starkid to do that well.
I'm currently theorizing that Kim's Fairy Queen character will be a combo of sleeping beauty and the fairy godmother, based on her description in the 4/6 live stream and description of the video announcement saying "Kim will awaken the Fairy Queen from her slumbering prison in the realm of death". I don't even know if they'll implement other fairytales into this particular show, but I'm excited.
I love the possibility of a fairytale multiverse from Starkid. Hope that happens one way or another.
WOC CINDY! WOC CINDY! WOC CINDY!
I'm hoping for sapphic Cindy too, Mariah's comment got my hopes up. I'm trying not to get too attached to that idea, but as a lesbian woc that would kill me to see. Correct me if I'm wrong, but SK hasn't had a main queer couple since Firebringer, so it'd be cool to get for me, especially since Cinderella's my favorite fairytale and theater is one of my favorite mediums to consume stories with.
I've seen people theorize that the song in all the trailers is from a bard's perspective. I get that vibe too.
I know I sound like a 5-year-old, BUT I'M SO EXCITED TO SEE WHAT THE BALL GOWN WILL LOOK LIKE! The cover of the 4/6 livestream seemed to give us a slight taste of it. This gold and purple ensemble maybe. Purple is typically the color of royalty, so I love the idea of incorporating it in Ella's dress. And I like the use of rhinestones in her makeup. I wonder how they'll do the dress transformation if they do it. I actually hope we don't see it in its entirety till the show is on stage; I don't want the reveal spoiled.
One thing about Cinderella that's very important to me is the abuse aspect of the tale. Depending on how similar this show is to the traditional version of the tale, I hope it's not ignored. I'm pretty sure it won't be.
EDIT: I made another list of things after the 4/13 livestream

What do you think the plot will be for eluciens book?
I'm not entirely sure how SJM might start their book. Will it be Elain dreaming of the drums of Calanmai? Will it be Rhys sending Elain and Lucien to the continent to find out why Mor hasn't returned (since she's out of daemati range)? Will Elain head to Day Court to learn about her Seer powers because of the library's there? Will it start with Nessian's mating ceremony where we see Elain observing Lucien interacting with the various guests?
I would love if it were any one of those but honestly, SJM tends to surprise us all. I don't think the Bryce's time in the NC went the way most theorized. I don't know that any of us guessed at how SF would start off.
But regardless of how the book actually kicks off, I think we might get a few of these things:
I think we're getting a Calanmai scene for Elucien.
We're told "There are other spots in the woods where things have died and are not coming back". We're also told "Distant - because on the estate, nothing bloomed at all".
A High Lords magic is supposed to be tied to the lands of it's court, especially in a court like Spring where we're told they depend on the magic generated on Calanmai. That the High Lord's estate (along with other random spots in the woods) seem to be the first things dying seem to suggest that Tamlin's magic is no longer sustaining the land.
That Spring had been made for someone like Elain, that her scent was a promise of Spring and that Lucien is now permanently stationed there it makes me think they'll be instrumental in bring the court and it's lands back. As a result I do think we'll discover Elain can shift (owl! owl!) because the High Lord of Spring has shape-shifting abilities.
I think the scene would also be important (Calanmai) to Lucien's arc. Not only for him to have the chance to discuss with Elain what happened to him the last time but to also banish that memory from his mind and replace it with a new one.
If they restore the lands of Spring, could it also have an effect on the lands surrounding the Bog of Oorid? Elain did say the "world needs more gardens" and there a few places where the land of Prythian has died (Oorid, Prison lands). That's a bit more headcanon for me though.
I think we'll definitely see them in Day Court. I'm not sure exactly what the plot there will be, maybe it will have something to do with the peace treaty since Helion was one of the main people who put it together. I'm almost certain we'll see Elain and Lucien interacting with the Pegasus since SJM said Pegasus will make an appearance in all future books. I do think Elain will be responsible for helping to cure / heal the illness plaguing the foals.
I think we might see them in the human lands where Elain runs into Graysen and puts him in his place.
I definitely believe they'll travel to the continent where Lucien will surprise Elain by taking her to the tulip fields, where he'll tell her that it was always her fathers dream to take her and though he knows it's not the same thing he wanted to fulfill both of their dreams as best he could.
I imagine they'll break Vassa's curse and free the other girls trapped at the lake .
This is more headcanon but maybe Koschei took those specific girls because he's been trying to find the descendant of the fae warrior who bound him to the lake as it's key to helping him break his curse, where her bloodline now only runs through a human line. Maybe Koschei had reason to believe the Archeron sisters were descendants on their mothers side and that's why he bargained with their father.
I actually don't think Vassa's curse is a spell but something woven into her blood (which is why Rhys, Helion and Feyre were unable to detect anything), that Elain may be the key to freeing her in the same way Yrene drew out the infection from Chaol and Duva (I think that was her name).
In order to defeat Koschei I'm guessing they'll have to locate the onyx box he has hidden. My two guesses are that it's either located in the Prison or in the Human Queens castle which we learn is warded so heavily it would even trip up Helion.
I think Lucien and Eris will also defeat Beron once and for all. I can't imagine a Lucien book not ending with some sort of reunion with his mother and that's not going to happen until Beron is truly gone from the Autumn Court.
I think it's possible they'll also help Mor get the peace treaty signed and that will set us up to learn the truth of what happened between Mor and Eris.
That's what I've come up with so far!

Ok so, I've been wanting to talk about the whole episode 5 recollection thing ever since we saw it on the previous trailers, and since there were more shots of it in the new one too I'm gonna take the opportunity...
So, in all the little shots we've seen, we have Louis going at Lestat. So I'm guessing the idea is that they're gonna make the """fight""" actually more of a fight and not just Louis getting beaten.
Personally, I am pleased with this, because I think it's basically the best way to deal with this whole mess. I never had an issue with Lestat and Louis "fighting". What I have issue with is how extremely violent it was, how Lestat actually seriously hurt Louis. If it had been just a punch or two (though that would already be domestic abuse) I wouldn't have been fazed, but his whole body was bruised and bleeding. There was a trail of blood when he got dragged across the street. He took months to heal. In their little "fights" (actually not sure if it's more than one) in the book, Louis was completely fine. Lestat never truly hurt him physically.
So, to sort of get into a writers mindset I guess, how could you "fix it"? Well, I don't think they could say it's a fake memory. I'm sorry but the idea that it was implanted by Armand for example is just ridiculous to me. I don't think it even makes much sense in the first place, but besides that, I hate the idea of just blaming Armand to make Lestat seem better. This black and white idea of one of them being the "bad boyfriend" and the other the "good one" that comes from both sides is NOT true to the characters imo, and I also think it's a shitty narrative to go with, storytelling wise.
Besides that, I'm not sure how else you could fully retcon it and say it was fake. I saw people theorizing that only the drop was fake, but again that seems to rely on the Armand fake memory theory, and I honestly don't think they'll retcon it since it was kinda the whole point thematically from what the writers said (that it's a parallel to Paul and that they were "very pleased with themselves" for it). And clearly the initial "fight" is not fake from the new shots we got. Obviously "Louis made it up" is not an option. I remember people talking about how it was from Claudia's POV, which I honestly don't remember whether that part was supposed to be from her diary or not, but even if that's the case the most that could do is establish that the details of the fall are messy because she wasn't there to see it, and that maybe Lestat wasn't so "triumphant" after it.
Lestat attacked Louis, just because he THOUGHT Louis wanted to leave with Claudia. He started it, which does matter imo (I don't think they can change that to it being Louis) and it was completely unequal. I know this fandom is lowkey plagued with gender role discourse, but Lestat, as a stronger vampire, has a huge advantage against Louis, akin to a man hitting his wife, but probably even bigger due to supernatural strength.
And that is to say, technically the main problems will probably still be there. Which is how it should be imo, cause after doing that they have to commit to it, at least to some extent. The idea should not be to fully exonerate Lestat, but to basically soften the blow (literally and figuratively) by adding some more nuance to it. The writers said themselves that they want Louis to be belieavable as a victim.
So, I'm guessing that what we're gonna see is Louis defending himself, getting some hits against Lestat, and that Lestat was hurt too, and maybe something new about the fall. Which honestly is gonna give me some peace of mind. I get why people don't like the idea of discrediting Louis' account of the event, and of how the fandom can turn on him if he's not some perfect victim... But there was (is) just something in me that can't fully ship Loustat as much as I did before with that having happened.
Like, for a while I have basically just chosen to ignore it as much as possible. I don't rewatch the episode, I skip it during reactions, I skip the beginning of episode 6 where we see how Louis is after. I have acknowledged it many times but more as like a meta thing that happened. I probably wouldn't say it's triggering, but it just crossed a line to me and I'm gonna welcome (almost) anything they do to make it less bad than it seemed, not because I want for Louis to come off as a liar or anything but just like... For my own relief, to kinda have a bit of weight off my shoulders when watching the show and shipping them? Obviously I don't know anything for sure and I might be wrong about some things I'm guessing, but not having it be so one-sided at least already helps a bit. (Please don't come here to say I'm a weak bitch who can't handle dark gothic romance or some bullshit like that. I've already talked about that back when the scene aired and if you think it's a simple as that you're probably just dumb and insensitive)

So, I'm really looking to write a Dipplinshipping series myself and I really love the depth that you go into for S&D Dipplins (and its related spinoffs, I am very up to date).
Do you have any tips for keeping up with/writing longer works? I think my idea may take at least 10 chapters, but I've never been able to finish anything but oneshots before... I admire your consistency with the quality of your work (there has not been a single miss, not a one) and I hope to be able write like you one day.
No pressure to come up with anything if you don't know what to say. Regardless of anything, I hope this message reaches you well and that you have a fantastic day!
Omg I love writing talk asks and I'm so touched that you thought to ask me this question!
I'm gonna share stuff I found helpful to keep in mind:
- Take your time with storytelling. The advantage of having more chapters is that you can reallllyyyy enjoy your pacing. One way I do this is through gradual hints and breadcrumbs that build to the major plot points. It's a fun way to develop your story over time while keeping readers interested and theorizing. And when you're not focusing on the main plot, you can focus on other aspects of the story.
- Outlines and general note pages for your fic as a whole are your best friends. They will do the work of keeping track of different story elements for you.
- Listen to your readers. Their feedback is invaluable. If you get a lot of comments about something people seem to be enjoying, this may suggest that it's part of the voice of your fic. It can help you figure out what you'd want to emphasize more down the line - whether it be through side stories or through the main plot.
- Switch up some dynamics overtime. If you find yourself feeling stuck because you feel like you're trying to write similar kinds of moments, thoughts, or dialogues, this is a sign that it's time for you to move on and shake things up. I've done this with Kieran & Juliana in S&S D after I felt I have described Kieran seeing Juliana as a witch (who he has a hard time resisting lmao) so many times.
- Flush out the roles of supporting characters. They don't need their own character arcs, and they don't need to be focal points of the story. But they can influence some events, and it can help with the movement of your fic. (E.g. I often use Drayton to instigate moments one way or another, and this suits his character given that hes relatively chaotic neutral).
- Focus on the quality of telling your story first and foremost; you do not need the permission of certain chapter "markers" to progress. You don't need to wait for Chapter 10 or 15 or whatever to have a big moment happen. If everything is set up and ready to go, just do it. This is why a big moment of S&S D happens in Chapter 9 rather than Chapter 10; there was enough in place and I felt dragging it out would've diminished the moment. No one's really gonna care that much about how things line up to a chapter number. They're gonna be happy they got a big moment, and if anything, your ability to break this norm can keep readers on their toes.
- On the opposing ends of things, know when you have enough in a chapter to stop even if you know where you're going next. If you flushed out descriptions of someone's feelings or some scenery or whatever, and you feel you have enough? It's okay to stop writing and publish. Giving yourself more time to soak on ideas can improve the way you're going to pick up where you left off. I personally don't have a hard rule around this, but I tend to cut things off at the 15-20 page mark for a chapter of S&S D.
- If you feel like you're writing a filler chapter, think of ways it can build to your overarching story. You really don't need filler chapters if you think about it - even if you want to delay going somewhere specific. So if your work could be summed up when completed, what would you want someone to say? Think of ways you can slip in gradual storytelling from multiple angles - whether it be through plot or through some of the lighter moments (that may build to the heart of the fic like found family or dorm life or whatever). This can help breathe life into any chapter update.
- Remember that by taking your time, you're actually developing the voice of your writing and of the story. My original conception of S&S D and where it's at now are wildly different, and that's because there's no rushed time table. That goes for the storyline, the characters, the plot points - everything. LMAOOO, even the beach episode content is going to be very different because I gave myself permission to delay it until I figured out the exact roles I want Paldean Squad to play! It was a better decision that will lead to better characterization (even though I'm nonetheless very grateful for people's patience).
- Write on your timetable, not anyone else's. I occasionally put due dates on myself to get me going (e.g. by teasing a chapter update), but I never promise that I'll have chapters out on a weekly basis or whatnot for anything I write - S&S D related or not. This is deliberate. Life happens and the last thing you need is to write for the sake of writing and nothing else. I feel it's the easiest way to kill your passion if it becomes stressful for you.
- Lean into what inspires you. I find a LOT of motivation through comments, reactions, asks, fanart, etc., so I make it a point to respond to every comment on AO3 and engage continuously with the community on here and whatnot. I've also been loosely inspired by art pieces that have nothing to do with my work. This is just what works for me, though. Sometimes you might be inspired by other media, or maybe by things that you've seen or experienced in your own life. Whatever it is, draw from it.
Hmmm that's what comes to mind for now. Happy to give more later if they come up, & hope this helps! Best of luck with writing YOU GOT THISSSSS 🤗💛

Game canon Eggman is pure evil y'all, rest assured to my fellow evil Eggman enjoyers. He's never acted for any reason that wasn't fueled by his evil/selfish intentions. I've carefully analyzed him in all of his scenes for hours and hours for years and years. I don't need to theorize, speculate, or insist on personal interpretations to get to this conclusion because I specifically go by what the games tell and show me undeniably.
I analyze very literally, not abstract or based on how I feel about it, only literally what I can see and hear. I feel this avoids a lot of unnecessary confusion and complication and it can actually be this way and yet still have a lot of depth to it to explore despite this. I don't see appeal in straying too far with the what ifs rather than the literals that are deliberately blatantly presented because the former is when bias can seep in.
But I know some probably think, "If you think I'm biased because I don't like pure evil Eggman so I don't want to see him as such, why aren't you biased for not liking less than pure evil Eggman? What if you're just seeing what you want to see?" But with the way I only go by what's blatantly there to see and hear in the games themselves in bold explicit forms, I feel I avoid any chance of bias.
I don't like to admit this but when I was younger, I had some incorrect interpretations about Eggman. Yes, even me. XD I never thought he was this completely good and caring guy but I definitely didn't have the most accurate understanding of who he was, how he'd act in certain situations, and what he is or isn't likely to say or do. A lot of my own personal biases at the time were to blame.
Years of heavy studying and analysis got me to where I am now. And I realized he said or did the exact opposite in the games to what I thought he'd do or wrote in my silly private fanfics back then. So I started to look at him neutral and unbiased, without expecting or wanting anything specific and letting it influence my perception. Only exactly what I could hear him say and see him do instead.
I rebuilt my understanding into what it is now and ever since, it has stayed completely consistent. Every new piece of media just reaffirms it or gives me new stuff to add that tracks and doesn't contradict the old in the slightest. I'm still having new revelations, discoveries and eyes opened to new things about him but they only further prove, develop, and strengthen my understanding now.
This was all done by me just shutting off these biased parts of my mind and letting the game canon show me who he was, not by my own personal desires and influences. Then I realized I was such a big fan of what I understood him to be, all of my desires turned into loving game canon Eggman for exactly who he was and wanting him to stay the funny pure evil bastard he is. And he does! 💜
But yeah because of that, even though my old perception years ago certainly wasn't the same level as those that spread misinformation of him being way nicer, softer, and morally good than he is in the games, I know what it's like for bias to influence me in some ways. And those little things I believed then are far different from what I know now, so this isn't an example of me being biased lol
I'm very happy that I came to fully recognize, embrace, and appreciate his funny but very much pure evil self! And one of the main goals of my blog besides expressing my passion, is to help people learn more about him and understand him too because I swear, your enjoyment and appreciation of him can grow so much stronger when you do. I love when I'm told I've helped with that!
But if you really don't like that he's pure evil because it makes you uncomfortable, that's fine. But there's a difference between not wanting to see it because you don't like it and what happens in the games. And if you don't like game canon Eggman like that, I have a lot of respect for you if you admit that and just do something different in your fan stuff, without claiming it to be fact.
But game canon Eggman canonically being a funny silly but very evil and threatening bastard man personally fills me with immense joy and it's why I adore him so much. It's endless fun and entertainment! 🥰💜

I really hope that the Master of Masters isn't an already existing character. He's such an interesting character and I think that if they make him Demyx or Sora it'll kind of ruin him. We already have Luxu and Ventus as characters from the Land of Fairytales, we don't need Sora as well. Not to mention it would ruin Sora's character too! He's the main protagonist, we've seen his journey from start to end, he's a great character. If you turn around and say "now he's one of the main villains" that's really hard to pull off especially for someone as happy go lucky as Sora. Not to mention that the Master of Masters has done so many terrible things, so to make Sora and him the same character would be very out of character for Sora unless done right.
I've been talking a lot about if Sora's the master, so I want to touch on some of the other popular theories too. First off, Demyx. Honestly I think Demyx is a great character on his own, he's lazy, he's annoying, he just wants to sit around and play guitar. And maybe if he is the master it would make sense for why he just doesn't care, since he's just biding his time. But if he was Demyx it would overall be underwhelming because Demyx is just this weird guy with nothing super special about him. I'm putting my bets on Demyx being shown in Missing Link, since we know from a scene in kh3 that he does in fact have the ability to wield a keyblade. To me it's a lot more interesting if Demyx is just some guy.
Another theory I've seen floating around that I personally don't mind is that he's Yozora. The eye color and being in Quadratum is most of the evidence I've heard for it. But also to me it seems that the secret ending of 3 where Sora and Riku are both in Quadratum is happening at the same time, and Yozora and MoM are in very different places at the time so I don't know how accurate that actually is.
Personally I like the idea of MoM being "the light". From a scene in Re:Mind that I don't remember if it was in Dark Road or not, MoM says his name and the screen goes white. And since his goal is to defeat all the darkness, it would make sense that he himself is the light. I think that this would give him interesting interactions with Riku too, since Riku uses both the darkness and the light. It would also be interesting to have a villain using the light for bad, I think that would give many characters doubt about what they believe, since so many of them hate the darkness and what it brings.
Whoever the Master ends up being, I just want him to be entertaining. He's such an interesting character while also being funny as hell, and he's overall just fascinating to theorize about, especially in this current time between 3 and 4, since I doubt we'll see any of him in Missing Link.

Really normal length Skoodge analysis
Gonna just start with the simple things. Things you can get from watching one time alone. Maybe. Probably not I don't think you people think about him enough to gather any of this. No. I'm sorry I love you all. I'm just a specific level of detached from average not-Skoodge viewers and don't know what all is expected. It's that one meme "Even when compensating, experts in any field will overestimate the average person's knowledge."
It's rough. Let's get into it.
Speech is probably an easy one! Yeah? Yeah.
A lot of the things he says are very literal... there's a lot of tacting things that are currently happening. A lot of stating the obvious.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Admittedly... this is probably a byproduct of him not being a "main character." His dialogue is a lot less important than that of characters like Zim and Dib. But it's still worth talking about! I'd like to think it's genuinely just his personality to be obvious and talk about things as if people aren't already aware of them. Maybe even have him be a bit tone-deaf. That's more headcanon territory though! So let's walk on past that before I confuse myself and all of you.
DOUBLE NEGATIVES...!
... only happen once. In the background. While he's being talked over by a bunch of teammates.
Tumblr media
("Yeah; really that's actually good and more logical cause I don't really wanna make a chain or nothing like that.")
His speech is a lot more casual and, in transcripts for unfinished episode(s)(?) almost innocent!
Tumblr media
frothing at the mouth at this one actually i dont like it. not good. this is just exposition. he would not fucking say that (probably wrong) (this was written by the shows writers) (it still makes me angry)
Tumblr media
This one I just wanted to add because it's silly. Look at how silly he is. He's just a fun loving guy. Why does his mind go to dancing straight away? We'll never know... the inner machinations of his mind are an enigma.
Tumblr media
Skoodge reads as... more impulsive than anything (and maybe a little anxiety-riddled but that might also just be me projecting). He doesn't strike me as a critical thinker who really tries to like... weigh the consequences of his actions. He just does shit and when it doesn't work out he does more. I imagine that's what most irkens are like, actually, now that I think about it...
His gut instinct must be controlling him because if it isn't then I honestly can't find any good explanation as to how he's survived for so long.
Which perfectly segways me into something a little more analyzing-like:
Skoodge is a cockroach.
Tumblr media
He got shot out of a cannon and still comes back to the Empire. He... really does seem to believe that being here will help him out somehow. As if it hasn't already been proven that nothing he will do will satisfy the society he hails from.
Desperation can make you do desperate things; and Skoodge's entire character just reeks of desperation.
Tumblr media
From apparently being considered to eat his own skin (before being deemed too much by the network) [no screenshot available because I don't even know how I'd begin to look for it] to the more canonical screaming-like-a-baby whenever something happens to him, it kinda makes you wonder how the hell he even got to where he is in the first place.
Now, this is more speculation than actual evidence, but I think it's a fair enough bet to say that Skoodge earned his title as an invader. He has no height to propel him forward in society, so whatever he did would've had to've involved sheer tenacity and an inclination for survival.
He is almost definitely, genuinely, afraid of death. And because of that, he just... doesn't die.
I know at an objective view, he doesn't die because it's funnier that way, and helps with jokes and gags, but like... c'mon. This is a deep analysis post. I'm allowed to get a little indulgent with it.
Treading into more theorization-territory here.
Irkens are raging Xenophobes.
Tumblr media
And Zim fits this bill perfectly! He's slotted himself into this mindset without any issue, making up... unique slurs for humans and other things he comes by. Because he tries too hard to be a perfect irken. Maybe. That's a topic for someone that's insane about Zim, not me. This is about my guy.
If Zim is the perfect representation of an irken soldier (on a purely superficial level), then Skoodge is an outlier. Not in that he's good at his job; he's supposed to be! No, rather, his differences lie in his temperance. His composure, whatever you call it. He is far too complacent and even possibly a bit meek, if you wanna go ahead and call him that.
Tumblr media
You see that? That right there is respect for a... honestly almost certainly, by irken standards, inferior species.
Now, this could either mean one of three things.
Either A) Skoodge is not space racist (best case scenario)
or B) Skoodge lacks self-confidence; not seeing himself as superior, and thus being compliant and respectful to the obvious figure of authority in front of him.
or C) Skoodge does not have respect for his Empire (very unlikely, seeing as the only reason he's still here is because he's trying to gain a promotion from said Empire)
Shooting down option A immediately with this dialogue here (Battle Of The Planets)
Tumblr media
Sorry folks... he is very much so still space racist.
As for option B...
I'm going to be completely honest here. I think I've been interpreting this wrong in my series. I have a whole lot of complex reasons explaining why Skoodge doesn't have much confidence, but honestly, he reads as more... chill. And down-to-earth, than he does as self-loathing.
Tumblr media
There is possibly evidence of him having a more quiet and subdued personality, instead of just him not being a xenophobe; and it comes from the very first episode!
Tumblr media
Crying in front of the tallest at the Assigning. Admittedly, Larb cried too; but he at least had enough push in him to say something.
Tumblr media
Skoodge doesn't. He's even disheartened by the Tallest's initial jeering of him! Which admittedly, might not be the best example of low self-esteem, because those are the literal Leaders of his fucking Empire... but it is definitely a shift from him being the proud, confident, short-and-ugly invader that he's shown to be in Battle Of The Planets. Invading Blorch must've really (rightfully) inflated his ego.
Which he normally lacks.
He lacks ego, but that doesn't mean he lacks confidence. He knows that he's good at things in spite of his flaws, and takes pride in it! Even though that pride ends up shooting him in his own foot. Sad.
And why is it that he lacks ego? Every other irken thus far (sans maybe Sizz-lorr) has demonstrated just how... important. It is for them to have one. How almost ingrained into their nature their egos are. Why does Skoodge not go on to boast about his glory when any other irken in his situation would? Again, it's going to be another one of those things that I just can't be too sure about, but I'm going to hazard to say that it's because he's so physically flawed. Short and ugly. (Probably the reason why his uniform is stained. Why put forth the effort to make your uniform look good if it's impossible for the rest of you?)
There is. Almost no doubt in my mind, that he's had to fight tooth and nail to get to where he is, claw his way to the top. And if he's done that, he knows the struggle of being lower? He knows because no matter how high he gets, he'll still always be that "lower"? augh. what the fuck.
Skoodge has been humbled by this because he's been reminded of it at almost every point in his life. He doesn't boast to inferiors because he knows that there is nothing to boast, that he is technically one of those inferiors. Because even despite his successes, someone will always go on to point out his flaws.
Which really brings attention to Battle Of The Planets, to the Tallest pointing out his flaws. He just had his greatest success. Purple gave him one flaw, he gave another. And he gave it proudly.
... SECRET FOURTH OPTION D YEAHHHH BABY!!!!
FAWN RESPONSE.
With his inclination towards survival it would make sense to reason that he's only polite in front of potentially-threatening company because it means that he's less likely to get pummeled for being. Anything else.
Being polite is just as credible a survival technique as anything else! We just don't get to see any other irkens using it.
Skoodge is. Competent. He conquered his planet first!
He's a good invader. And that's probably because he knows when to run.
He's very vocal about it, if he knows (or thinks) that there's someone around to assist him. Silent with his impending doom (ha) at the Assigning, but very very loud when being chased down in the canyon by the hogulus in Hobo 13.
Now, I don't know about you, but irkens don't really strike me as the kind of species to back down from anything. To me, they read as more of a "do it or die" kinda group. Again, this whole trait kiiiinda almost begging to be pegged as outlier. The only thing that makes me on the fence about this one is, again, the fact that it's a cartoon and Skoodge's fear might be for the sake of gags.
Tumblr media
That doesn't really explain this though. He has literally no reason to be scared here. In this specific scenario (Day Of Da Spookies! unfinished episode) he's disguised as a human. Every person there is none the wiser to him and his alien nature. He's just... like this...? All the time? Apparently? Maybe?
Or maybe! There's other things at play here!
Skoodge is competent...
... but.
A friend put it into better words than I could:
His brain turns to mush whenever he's around Zim.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Honestly, the volunteer line might actually add on to his possible lack of self-respect? Hard to say if it's that, or if he's just that desperate to give respect at the sign of any spare bit of authority, even if that authority comes from an irken shorter than him.)
It makes me wonder if most of what we've seen of him is just Zim's influence on him. Scared at the Assigning? He didn't know Zim was there, so that had to have been genuine. Saluting to an inferior species? He had to have known that Zim was there, because Zim introduced himself first (and very loudly at that), but I think it was also genuine because Zim wasn't directly influencing him?
Screaming because of the hogulus and running like a child from some humans? Those are almost definitely Zim's doing. I just. Don't know How.
Screaming is a weakness, I think; at least it should be (in the eyes of irkens), and when Skoodge does it he does it because he seems convinced that Zim will help him. And yet Zim never does! Skoodge has no reason to believe this!
Tumblr media
But still, believe he does.
They had to have been... kind of close? At one point in their lives.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Potentially. I don't know how close a person can get to Zim, but Skoodge has just barely managed to do it, by virtue of the fact that he is quite possibly the only living thing in the universe that can tolerate being around Zim for more than five seconds.
And his cockroach-itude. That definitely helps. You can't be killed by Zim's passive destructive radius if you genuinely just can't fucking die at all.
Tumblr media
But that explains nothing of his weird eagerness to do things for Zim. It borders on obsessive. It might actually be obsessive, since he's apparently been living in Zim's vents ever since the events of Hobo 13. Without telling him.
Skoodge is fucking deranged. Skoodge doesn't even register as a blip on Zim's radar of people-to-acknowledge, but he will still always just do things for him, and be excited to, too!
I don't know what's wrong with him. The less easy and definitely one too many steps detached from canon explanation would be that he views Zim as the ideal irken and strives to be like him. The easiest explanation would be that he just really likes Zim.
Gosh. Even that still raises the question of how or why he would. Zim is fucking terrible to not just him, but everyone. He is unbiased in whose life he ruins.
And Skoodge is perfectly content with just letting Zim ruin his.
man. i hate him. i really really do.

Hello there dear . I hope you are taking a rest after your amazing updates 😘 I got a question that has been bugging me a lot ever since we got Lestat's & Armand's TVL possibility on the show . Sorry if you have already answered this if you did just link it to me thank you ❤️
My question main is : Why is Armand giving information about his & Lestat's past ? Is S2 also Lestat's & Armand's tale ? Is Armand trying to make Lestat look worse for Louis & Daniel ? Because Armand's narration of Lestat can't be all bad we will get to know Lestat's resilience & hotness more than Louis's pov & I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing if Armand says it .
Hey!!
Ha, who needs sleep when we got "them" :)))
Armand... is now in the lead in Dubai, right? I mean, that is pretty clear from all the teasers we got, he has taken off the demure "Rashid mask" and is himself again, and he is a coven master.
I said it before, I think Armand tried to help Louis - in his very own way, and by using his own judgement, which does not always align with the morals or judgements of others.
He... "protects Louis from himself". I think that is key, and Jacob saying that Louis is trying to regain his memories through the interview fits very well there.
Now, with that in mind...
Yes, I do believe Armand's POV on his and Lestat's ... "origins" will be part of season 2. Because those are very important for him and Louis! Because Armand initially wanted Louis because he was Lestat's.
Armand had "imprinted" on Lestat when he met him. He tried to "get" Lestat by force (which backfired), and that shapes their relationship.
Armand does think Lestat is the hottest shit out there, to put it simply, and a bit flippantly^^. He also carries quite the grudge, for reasons we will still get to see. WILL actually get to see in season 2 (unbelievable, I am so giddy!!)
For me it makes perfect sense that Armand would narrate Lestat as "beautiful, arrogant, strong, violent, resilient". Theirs is a difficult past. And in turn it makes perfect sense to me that Armand would use that personal view when altering/tinkering with Louis' memories.
I don't think the narration of Lestat will be "all bad" as you put it. But it won't be all that favorable at certain points either.
That is why @virginiaisforvampires and I (and others, likely) have theorized that the well-put Lestat at the trial is version one of said trial. And that the truth was likely a bit different still.
Now... Daniel is there to pull the truth out.
He will be the reason why Armand starts to offer insights at all, imho, because Daniel is in the unique position to have leverage. Even if he does not know it (yet).
Daniel has already started to challenge the narrative, and that will continue now, in parallel to his own memories resurfacing - and providing not always so convenient and comfortable insights, I bet.
There is a LOT of history between these four!
Daniel himself is tied to Lestat's story, too, though I am not sure if they will address that (already) in the show. We'll see.
But yes, Lestat and Armand will very much shape season 2. Of that I'm 100% certain.

So was nobody gonna tell me about the theory that Cody is Onyx Prime Reincarnated
MY MIND IS BLOWN
Like it's absolutely insane but IT ALSO EXPLAINS A TON AND I CAN'T REALLY ARGUE-
Like I love Cody, he's an ADORABLE bean, and probably one of the best human characters in the franchise. he's just a sweet lil bean who genuinely wanted to befriend Cybertronians and managed to single handedly be the ENTIRE reason the team got their act together at all, the ONLY reason Heatwave gave humans a chance, and not only did Heatwave give him a chance, HE BASICALLY FUCKING ADOPTED THE KID.
But EVERYONE I have ever seen is C O N F U S E D as to why. WHY is this Kid gifted with Godly empathy and communication skills that stump and get grown adults and LITERAL ALIENS to change their entire frame of mind, going from ready to fucking throw hands to talking civilly in a matter of seconds!!!! KIDS DON'T DO THAT. CODY IS ONLY EIGHT. YEARS. OLD. AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SHOW, 14 BY SEASON 4, AND PROBABLY 16-17 BY RBA.
.... So here's why I love this theory.
IT. EXPLAINS. THINGS.
(after days of obsessive Onyx Prime research)
-Oynx Prime's main abilities were his communication skills/Empathy, something that would probably carry over in Reincarnation. In fact, I've seen TONS of people theorize that Onyx was Reincarnated as Cody for the purpose of guiding the rescue bots, who would ultimately go on to change the course of Human/Cybertronian relations as a whole!
In fact, Cody has connected with Cybertronians SO WELL, Whirl casually dropped in an episode of RBA that sometimes, THE RECRUITS F O R G E T THAT CODY ISN'T CYBERTRONIAN.
THEY FREAKING FORGET THAT HE'S A HUMAN
.... What if Cody happens to fit in so well with Cybertronians.... Because he has a Spark?????
-Onyx Prime has massive wings. Cody is CONSTANTLY associated with Flight across the show. He wears a Bomber Jacket, uses a hoverboard, briefly used those rocket shoe things, and constantly rides along with Blades and Dani.
-Onyx Prime's Alt-Mode is a Griffin. Not only does the show constantly address the mythology of Griffins (and TFP says Predacons were actually responsible for Earth's mythological creatures in the first place), but the show LITERALLY TAKES PLACE ON AN ISLAND CALLED "Griffin Rock"
Lastly, I'm not sure if this counts,
But one thing about Cody has bugged me literally the entire show. Legit, as long as I've loved rescue bots, this has bugged me.
Cody's blonde hair.
i know this sounds stupid, but... THE KID'S HAIR MAKES NO SENSE.
Charlie has been show to have had brown hair when he was younger. Dani and Kade are both bright redheads, Graham is kinda a reddish brown.
if Charlie had brown hair, then than implies that the mom was a redhead, right???
So where's the Blonde come from????
I'm not claiming to be an expert in either Genetics, Reincarnation, or Onyx Prime.
But.......
This is the only answer I have, so, I'M ROLLING WITH IT
Cody Burns, human with a Spark!

Episode 1 really feels like episode 2 and some things/plot seem like season 2. [Hey they probably didn't know there getting two seasons.] But if you didn't seem the pilot and you didn't know these character. Then you just get throw in and All these characters are just there.
Exactly. . . . Viv should've realized by now that not EVERY BEING ON EARTH watched the pilot before putting the show in production. Regardless, you still need to take time to develop your story and characters. It's all about taking things slow. Focus on the main thing first (all the while throwing in some hints about a reveal here and there) THEN you can focus on something else. Even if there's a second arc you want to explore (in each episode mainly) have it be your B plot. B plots are technically stories focused on your secondary characters. Plus, the letter B is second to A, meaning #2. So have the focus on your secondary characters be your #2 plot instead of your #1 plot (your main plot).
For instance, your #1 main plot; focus on Charlie trying to figure out a way to redeem her sinners and send them to heaven. Meanwhile, we can also focus on Angel in a few episodes, and explore his troubles working for Valentino, being your #2 plot. Maybe while Charlie can focus on achieving her goal, she and the rest of the characters can help Angel get out of his situation. And since Viv really wants to make this show about relationships between characters, she can try and develop some sort of bond between Angel and Charlie. I bring up Charlie cuz he was the first to accept her offer to live in the hotel, even though he doesn't believe in the idea of redeeming sinners. A friendship could blossom between the two and Angel could have more trust in Charlie. Charlie is fully aware of the troubles Angel is having now and should be more determined than anything to help him get out of his situation. And if Viv wants to give him a boyfriend, she can WAIT on that.
Another thing to work on is focusing on the main characters' conflict, what they're up against, and the story involving them first, THEN you can introduce new ones and focus on their arc (without fast-pacing it).
We already have a conflict going on with the villainous Angels and them exterminating sinners and we've introduced Adam and Lute as our first new antagonists. They can stay as our main antagonist until the season ends. We DO NOT need another conflict involving Vox figuring out a way to bring down Alastor in that same season (with only eight episodes mind you). That can wait for another season. Viv will probably forget about that shit anyway.
Don't just make things clear for newcomers, do the same for people who already watched the pilot, cuz there are at least some hints they aren't gonna grasp that they are meant to already know. Me for example: It came as a shock to me that Husk was an overlord.
... Actually, shocked isn't the right word. But it was unexpected.
Some people say that pilot watchers should've already taken the hint that Husk was in Overlord in the pilot just cuz of a picture scene that was shown:
Tumblr media
In the pilot, Vaggie tells Angel about Alastor, and the picture of him and all the other overlords is shown. If you look closely, Husk is standing right behind Alastor (so is Niffty), Okay . . . I can understand them hinting at the "overlord Husk" thing by showing him as a silhouette, making it hard to recognize him. Then again, this is completely brushed over in like 3 seconds with the camera moving upward with Husk is off-screen. So of course I'm not gonna immediately see him and theorize that he was an overlord. That's why it came off-guard when he revealed it. Not only that, but NIFFTY is there too!? She's right beside Alastor, shown as a silhouette along with Husk and the rest of the Overlords. So what . . . you're gonna tell me that Niffty was an overlord too, but then made a deal with Alastor at some point and ended up losing her title?? (Seriously, PLEASE don't tell me that) No way in hell u can convince me she was an overlord too just cuz she was shown here. IDK why she's shown here. There's not much character in her anyway apart from "Hehe! Me is psycho! Me like bad boys! Hehe!"
