Hazbin Rewrite idea . . .
Thinking up some hazbin hotel rewrite ideas cuz the show needs it goddammit! And I wanna see what y'all think.
First of all, Hazbin needs more episodes besides just 8. Like-- I'd say probably 12-20 would be good just to flesh everything out instead of fast-pacing it, crumbling every single character into this one season, y'know, the usual Vivziepop error.
Instead of Adam and Lute being season 1's antagonists, the three Vees should've been the main villains. They can be one of those recurring groups of villains that show up in most episodes instead of every single one.
I don't think they should've been introduced in episode 2, we probably could've waited on that. I guess ep 3 or 4 could've been their first appearance.
I don't know what the Vees' goals are as the Hazbin crew's enemy. Vox and the other two try to come up with a way to keep Charlie from ever striking a deal with Alasor (a little late for that as far as the last two eps), but I don't know why it would be much of a problem for them if she does. I suppose since they're trying to take over hell, he would imagine Charlie (being the princess of hell and higher rank of an overlord) and Alastor (being one of the most powerful overlords of hell that rivals him of some sort) would be his main obstacles to achieving his goal. And somehow the two making a deal together would make it 10x worse for him. If that is the case then I guess I can see that.
But even if so, I don't see why the Vees would want to take over hell. What would possibly motivate them?? I mean-- they are already well-known by tons of folks and are very popular and wealthy. What exactly is taking over hell gonna change?
All in all, the show of course needed more episodes
The Vees should've been season 1's antagonist while the Angels could've been the finale. (I don't know what the Vees' goal could be or what could motivate them to achieve it, but anything better than what Viv had up her sleeve . . . which isn't much of anything as far as I know)

Husk's old design has grey fur and orange wings. I wish they kept that design. It actually make him look old.
You mean this one right?-
Yeah, his posture fits the part at the very least. And your right, his grey fur along with the faded red (or orange I guess) color is also a way of showing that he's around 70. His tail is jagged/zig-zagged and his fur more messy in certain corners. I think his face is okay too? Probably could use some more wrinkles that are visible maybe? Idk, it just needs something.
There's definitely nothing wrong with upgrading your character's design after a while. However, if you're gonna give us details such as their "ages" they're gonna have to actually look like they fit that detail.
However, Viv seems to like the idea of all of her characters looking "bangable" of some sort, no matter what their age is. At least the ones she seems to like the most.

I keep seeing people wanting Vox to have a girlfriend or Velvet to be his girlfriend, to be honest I feel like people are gonna be mad that if it were to happen because of fujoshis or some misogynistic shit. I also have noticed that some self shippers or fictosexuals will get mad if their cartoon crush is with a girl when their crush is a guy but won't have a problem if it's with another guy
That's weird . . . Idk why, but it's questioning how one would get mad if say Vox had a girlfriend but won't have a problem if he had a boyfriend, let alone shipping him with a boyfriend.
I am one of those people who don't like the idea of my cartoon crush being in a relationship or in love with someone (except I'm more of an oc x canon kinda girl), but regardless of what gender they are, I'm not gonna like my cartoon crush not being single, plain and simple.

Don't even try to fight me on this, but Charlie didn't do much worth noting that she's Lucifer's OR Lilith's daughter. . . .
All it took was somebody dying for her to go berserk. Hell, she didn't even go berserk!! Literally, all this girl did was transform into a battle suit that doesn't even look all that badass, cast a spear, show her demonic eyes, and swinging her spear around while just barely winning a fight against Adam. We don't even get to see much of the fight since most of that scene is focused on Vaggie and not only that, frikin LUCIFER jumps in and saves Charlie and takes her place in fighting Lucifer!!
I said this before, but you'd think that being the daughter of Lucifer, she can actually- umm, I dunno- SHOW IT!! I'm sorry if I'm coming off as nitpicky, but considering how she'll turn all demonic when provoked-
You'd think she would have more to offer.

This is probably something that I shouldn't take seriously but I feel like voicing my thoughts on it now that I'm thinking about it. You might even tell me to shut up about it, but you can't stop me so here we are.
This is still about Vox and Val's relationship, and I'm just not understanding it. Like what even are they?? I know there's some sexual tension between them, but it doesn't sum it up completely cuz apparently they're not even dating like that. It probably confuses me cuz I've never been in a relationship before, or even an on-and-off relationship. I don't even think I've ever been in love in my life (Unless it's with a fictional cartoon character)
So somewhere on a site (not sure if it was from a q&a or she replied to someone about it on social media) Viv confirmed that Vox and Val aren't really dating, however, there is some chemistry and sexual tension between them. Which perplexes me. If they have "chemistry" or "sexual tension", why are they not dating? They might as well be a thing. So I'm assuming that if they don't like each other like that, but will still have sex when they feel like it, then they must have a fwb (friends with benefits) relationship. Which I guess I can understand??
But whenever I read their wikia page, it will state that Val and Vox ARE romantically involved, it's just on and off. Which confuses me even more!! So which is it?? Are they together or not? Do they even like each other??
I'm gonna get slightly off topic and say I don't really like that kind of relationship anyway, where your just an on and off lover to someone. I don't mean to judge anyone who has a relationship like that, but I just don't get it, lol! Like why does it have to be on and off?? So as soon as somebody asks, "Are you with somebody? Are you in love with them", you reply with, "Oh we're together, but we're sometimes not together. We like each other, but we sometimes don't like each other."
Like-- why does it have to be like that?? Do you wanna date them or don't you? I just feel like someone's gonna get hurt in the end if you continue that kind of relationship. This is the kind of thing where something has to be decided before making it official.
Back to the topic, I don't think I can believe a word Viv says about her characters at this point. Cuz she'll say one thing, but it's something totally different in the show. Then again, I don't think I can trust the wikia page either, cuz it's usually just some rando typing what they believe to be true when it's sometimes not 100% accurate.
I'm curious, if you guys have any thoughts about what Vox and Val are to each other, feel free to comment about it, cuz I actually am curious.
