This is my first time trying this so we will see how it goes! Basically the recipe goes

-champagne or white wine vinegar (this is white wine)

-and 3 to as many hot peppers as possible (I used 8 cayenne peppers because I had a lot from the garden)

And then you cut slits in the peppers or cut in half (cut in half makes it spicier I'm told), and add to the vinegar OR you can heat the vinegar and pour into the containers. I'm lazy so we cleaned the label off the jar and just added the peppers to the jar. Then let sit for a few months and taste test. Store in fridge or pantry.

I have 4 jars right now, some I plan on using for gifts for Christmas for my spicy loving friends
