In Stars and Time AU: Sif Puts The Star In Starcraft
Wow the ISAT fandom has a lot of cool AUs. That's a lot of fun! What if my extremely good buddy @lazuliquetzal theorized while playing ISAT for the first time that Sif was a fallen star? What then? What if I have unsuccessfully tried to restrain myself from talking about it?
Anyway AU where Sif is a star and also a gamer.
Sif is a hip Gen Z star who doesn't go outside nearly enough and spends all of their time playing videogames watching Earth. Their sibling Loop is always telling them to stop touching grass and to get their head back in the clouds, but they can't help it - they might miss the newest adventures of their favorite humans! Look at them, they're questing! Aren't they so cool? Isabeau just got a rare item drop!
Mirabelle and Isabeau are cool. They're brave, strong, nice, and best friends. Sif loves watching their heroic quest and cool adventures. After a while they even feel like his real friends. Eventually they start making a wish on themself - if they could only join them on their adventure! Get out of my room Loop I don't know what a parasocial relationship is.
Mirabelle is scared. Mirabelle is worrying that she's leading Isabeau on a doomed journey, that their struggle is destined to end in their deaths. She doesn't know if she can do this at all. Why her? Sif has a job to do. Sif's here to grant a wish, and Sif is going to earn his place here. They protect the spirits of their friends by joking and keeping everybody hopeful. No friends get injured on their watch! Even if Sif gets hurt, that's part of the job. Bonnie's just upset about the eye because they don't know it's Sif's job as their friend to protect them. There's no point in feeding them during snacktime, so they'll patrol while you guys relax. Sif can't tell them how lonely they are or how they don't want this adventure to end, that's burdening them. They can't know that Sif's not really their friend, that they're not human, that their only point is their job - that's not protecting them. Get out of my ROOM PLANET, Loop, I'm NOT turning off the game touching space! It's not a game to them, it's their lives. Even if it'll never be Sif's.
But this adventure is drawing to a close. Mirabelle wished upon a star, and a star fell, and the star's about to grant her wish. And the star will have to log off. Even if the star wants to a be human, even if the star wants to be together forever - the game ends. Even if this ending really freaking sucks.
Why does this have to be a JRPG? Why can't it be one of the good games, the games that you can play forever and ever - like a farming/life simulator or an MMORPG or something? Where you do the same chores every day and nothing ever changes, and you're happy and safe in this little town forever? Everybody seperating at the end isn't a happy ending. Sif hates this ending. Sif hates this genre. Sif can't log off. They can't protect their friends if they log off. It's their job to protect their friends. They have to play the game right and create an ending that makes sure everybody is safe and happy and everything's perfect.
The party - Sif's family - reaches the third floor. Sif cracks open his Star AO3 account. Mirabelle unlocks the door and swings it open to find…

Have you watched the show yet? If so, what do you think of Yandere Todd?
Just finished it the other day! I can’t believe I was so sure that we won’t be watching it for quite some time, but I guess we did manage to find a balance between rewatching the Scott Pilgrim movie/watching the anime series and rewatching Twst main story. I can still feel the weight of a clown hat on my head, but ultimately I’m very happy that we watched it now. I won’t go into details about the show itself, but it was very fun and we enjoyed it a lot. And believe it or not, Wallace and Todd weren’t the only characters that we had fun watching. I personally really liked all the girls lol
I also love how you’re bringing up the most important thing in the world: Yandere Todd. The short answer to your question would be Yes. I think I mentioned it before, but still: it’s stupid how right up our alley this whole thing is lol What surprises me isn’t just the fact that the production figured that the most logical and fun character arc (mini-arc I guess) for Todd would be to develop an obsessive gay crush (and honestly that makes perfect sense when you think about his character), but also the fact that by the end of this story this development wasn’t “undone”. The boy is still deeply in love and deeply not okay, he is basically 1 second away from becoming a yandere, considering how dangerous he actually is. But also stupid and desperate enough to make dumb yandere decisions.
So yeah, we’ve been enjoying these two a lot (there are more sketches than what we post…), and thinking about them a lot. So you know, Anon, I’ll do something that you didn’t ask for: write a couple of yandere!Todd headcanons, because why not, this is what we do in this blog.
This is more of a general consensus than a headcanon, but still: Todd won’t get over this crush. He’ll live his entire life either trying to win over Wallace or watching him from the sidelines, so it’s almost like they’ll always have been together… even if Wallace wouldn’t always be aware of that. Todd became completely delusional very quickly, so his relationship with Wallace would almost become parasocial overtime.
Todd is a stalker, duh. He would actually consider watching over (or just watching) Wallace his mission in life. It’s one of the reasons for him to get back his vegan edge: if he becomes stronger as a vegan, he’ll learn how to manipulate his brain to be able to see whatever his most beloved person is doing at any given moment. The day he actually manages to learn this is going to be the second happiest day of his life (the first one is the day he met Wallace). Roxie thinks it’s creepy, and rightfully so.
Another thing that Roxie finds creepy (who keeps asking for her opinion, wtf?) is the fact that Todd teleports himself into Wallace’s apartment/house to steal his clothes or to watch him sleep quite regularly. Sometimes he even gets into Wallace’s bed and sleeps next to him, and a couple of times he got so lucky that he even managed to touch Wallace without waking him up. He is sure that Wallace’s reactions that day are a solid proof that they are meant to be together. In actuality, Wallace was just super drunk, tired and horny…
Todd isn’t very happy about the fact that Wallace sleeps around, but he calms himself down by rationalizing this with the thought that Wallace doesn’t get any sparks with these people, he just knows he doesn’t. And sure, he didn’t get them with Todd either, but what they had was still special, and Wallace just doesn’t want to admit it for some reason. Naturally, he got very jealous when Mobile became a permanent part of Wallace’s life. And we’re all lucky that Mobile is a medium of sorts himself, so it’s not that easy for Todd to just beat the crap out of him, even though sometimes he really wants to do that… but for now he just watches Wallace being genuinely happy with someone else. And tries to get stronger to maybe erase Wallace’s memories of Mobile or something among the lines… He would just challenged Mobile to a duel and murder him, but for some reason even Todd has enough brains to realise that Wallace probably won’t ever love him if he does that. Poor Mobile...
Speaking of memories. Todd uses his perfect vegan memory to relive the entire movie shooting experience over and over again. All the aspects of his memory: visual, audial, sensual, he remembers everything. Whenever he isn’t watching Wallace, he just sits in his bed and mumbles everything he said to Wallace back then again and again, while stroking that tattoo he got.

Ok Evil Wolverine what do you have to say.

No Evil Wolverine is full of shit.
But I think you can see an interesting side of him here that I’m not sure has been on display before. Usually he narrates about how great his plan is or how angry he is that his plan isn’t working, but here he’s talking about something entirely different. He’s watching Lava Lamp make these choices and he seems THRILLED that making the decisions he is.
I don’t know if he has Plans for Lava Lamp (he was originally meant to be killed by Fai after all), but lacking any future knowledge this scene is tacked onto the moment where Lava Lamp FINALLY starts to be a bit less tragically alone by having the Tsubasa Family share his decision and the consequences of it. Evil Wolverine, in turn, is celebrating the fact that Lava Lamp is making the same type of decision that HE might make.
So we effectively see Evil Wolverine himself ALSO take comfort in the idea that other people are like him. That they’re making the same decisions and facing the same consequences that he’s so focussed on.
Even though it’s a bit of an evil monologue moment we’re accidentally privy to Evil Wolverine ALSO being so alone and isolated in his ruins and his plans that he’s visibly excited over any perceived similarity he has with someone else. He’s thrilled into monologuing over the PERCEPTION that Lava Lamp can make the same hard choices he does, that he’s willing to cause suffering to get what he wants.
And it’s clearly not actually the same. Lava Lamp is torn up inside to the point that the Tsubasa Family were finally moved into realising that he ISN’T as calm and collected and unaffected as he pretends to be. Lava Lamp was emotionally devastated by the choice he made here and was willing to let it destroy him before the others saw this and stopped him.
It’s a far cry from Evil Wolverine who feels nothing as he destroys the lives of thousands upon thousands upon thousands of people - endless worlds tossed into the tragedy pyre far beyond our ability to measure - for his own private goals.
He’s also missing the Agency factor. Lava Lamp doesn’t REALLY have any choice here. He can’t ACTUALLY choose to stay here in this time loop and never ask any questions that deviate from the plot. The time loop was ending the second they arrived. In reality, they DIDN’T make this choice. It happened around them completely independent of anything they actually did on purpose. In reality, this was a choice that EVIL WOLVERINE made by forcing this reality on the people trapped in the time loop in the first place. NO-ONE ELSE did this. No-one else set this up or chose to be here or chose to end this. It’s all on him - the ENTIRE SERIES is on him.
It’s all choices that he forced on other people from start to finish. So even though he’s really fond of the idea that "Lava Lamp made a hard choice here and this makes him just as selfish as Evil Wolverine", he is deluding himself. Not a single other person can really take the blame for these lives that he’s destroyed, no matter how much Evil Wolverine tries to convince himself that they might.
The only real question I have is whether Evil Wolverine is telling himself this because he’s entirely delusional or if it’s out of emotional desperation, and he’s just that eager to have a connection with the people he watches all day every day.
Evil Wolverine is developing his own little parasocial relationship here, delighting in the percieved brutality in people that doesn't really exist and using it to back up his own warped misinterpretation of reality.
It's all just a bit sad really.

Now can I ask an honest question. I have asked other certain blogs but they ignore my ask.
With regards to AB I know about the cultural misappropriation IG posts and the hand signal which to me was the just the ok subject which is used everyday in sign language. I don’t know it had in recent times come to have another meaning but can someone tell me is there any evidence of the antisemitism comments/behaviour on set or did she really did get fired from Mother Mary or is it’s just all rumor? The Mother Mary firing came from a certain blog and we are just meant to believe her. Remember they also she said was blacklisted in HW but then Mother Mary happened.
Justin and KiKo tweets aside from 8 yrs ago for the moment has she actually posted anything?
Not wanting to make excuses for her I just want to know what’s the truth and what’s ‘unproven rumor’.
In my opinion Kiko’s tweets are the worst because they were in really really really bad taste. That piece of shit she likes to quote and make a joke while using his name is the biggest mass murderer of all time. Also it did not happened once. There is no excuse, she isn’t funny and it’s bad to even talk about him casually, let alone quote him and joke about him. By the way this piece of shit persecuted Jews and lot’s of other groups of people based on their religion or sexual preferences. Nothing in my opinion excuses Kiko’s behaviour and she hasn’t even apologised publicly.
Justin’s problematic tweets are idiotic and stupid. Why mention that the girl at the gym was Asian, how does it relate to the story? Funnily enough Captregina did the exact same thing this week. newjeans ditto analysis, theories and thoughts: about parasocial relationships in kpop, loneliness, emotional bonding and the desire to have mutual love with someone.
first of all, i want to clarify that i don’t believe in a “literal” theory and i think they wanted to metaphorically or symbolically represent a feeling or something more abstract (i’ll explain this in detail) so i’ll be analyzing that! (mv elements and what they might symbolize).
however, tokkis have made so many interesting theories that are worth considering. here’s some of them:
1. newjeans are ghosts
2. newjeans are hallucinations of heesoo
3. newjeans and heesoo are friends but they got into an accident and only heesoo survived (and that’s how her arm broke)
now, my opinion and what i am going to explain in this post, is that ditto is about parasocial relationships in kpop, loneliness, emotional bonding and the desire to have mutual love with someone.
i will be explaining point by point why i do think this.
1. the meaning of “ditto”:
the word ditto means “the same thing again”, a repeat - as when you agree with something somebody else just said. it means “in the same manner” and it’s used to express mutual feelings.
ditto = “so am i”, “me too”.
this same thing is expressed through the lyrics:
“do you want somebody like i want somebody? you smiled at me but do you think about me now?”
“i want you so, want you, so say it ditto”
“say it back, oh, say it ditto”
it seems like the narrator of the song desperately looks for feedback from another person and wants to be sure that the feelings are mutual. “do you want somebody like i want somebody?” this narrator (may be heesoo, but again, i don’t believe that it’s literally heesoo but what she represents. i’ll talk about this later) feels lonely and wants someone to finally have a meaningful connection.
2. the deer:
quoting what minji said about the deer, “you know the deer that appears in the mv? this is something we say in the album too, but with our deer friend we tried to represent that odd distance between someone you want to approach but can’t fully and that can stand for various relationships.”
every time we see the deer, heesoo is watching it from afar. this can represent, as minji said, how it is wanting to reach someone emotionally but not being able to. this scene is so sad since they focus heesoo’s and the deer’s eyes; eye contact creates a heightened sense of emotional intimacy. “the eyes are the window to the soul” is the idea that you can understand a person’s emotions by looking into their eyes.
what i personally think about the deer (theory):
minji said “that can stand for various relationships” and i think it could possibly mean a parasocial relationship between idol and fan. heesoo has a romantic interest which is the boy who always stares at her so it could also mean the distance between them and her fear of wanting to get close to him or her one-sided love.
but what made me think that the deer could represent newjeans as idols and heesoo as the fans is the side b mv. for me, side b is about heesoo becoming independent and distancing herself from newjeans (her friends, or maybe her beloved idols) and starts to live in the real world. i’m going to mention everything i think about side b later, now back to the deer.
side a: heesoo is happy with newjeans, she’s living a dream with them and they’re best friends. the scene with the deer in this mv is calm, even though she’s still watching it from the distance, her eyes doesn’t show any negative emotion.
this scene appears after heesoo was shown sleeping next to newjeans and after the deer appears, she suddenly wakes up alone. the deer was like a reminder that everything was a lie and the truth is that newjeans have always been afar from her and what they had was not real.
side b: heesoo is avoiding newjeans and she tries to live her life without them. the moments they previously shared together are no longer the same as it was in side a; heesoo is alone and apart from newjeans.
the scene with the deer is so important. considering that she’s distancing herself from them, the eye contact with the deer is very sad. it’s like a goodbye because after it the deer leaves and heesoo’s eyes are almost with tears.
the deer leaves right after a scene of heesoo walking with her romantic interest, the boy. which may mean that newjeans left her after she was able to create a real relationship like she always wanted so she no longer needed them.
3. heesoo:
like i said earlier, i believe heesoo symbolizes newjeans fans: tokkis.
the general producer min hee-jin said, “the music video for the pre-released song ditto (...) contains an unexpected story unfolded by bunnie’s (official fan club name) and newjeans. a surprise cameo appearance (...)”
heesoo can actually represent anyone who is so lost in their loneliness that they seek coping mechanisms like daydreaming. but this thing is very common in parasocial relationships, especially in kpop.
4. the boy:
the boy can be not necessarily heesoo’s romantic interest, i feel like he symbolizes the real world, real relationships. he always stares at her but she avoids him, although it’s noticeable she also wants to get closer to him, which can symbolize the fear of intimacy and denial of the real world. she knows he’s there (she knows there are possible relationships waiting for her, but she ignores it).
5. the camera:
heesoo is always recoding newjeans with her camera. she never joins to what the girls are doing, she just watches them through the camera which makes her only a watcher. but she seems happy even if she is not part of it, she keeps the memories in her camera.
6. the pinky red nail:
i was struggling trying to understand the meaning of this since heesoo’s little finger was still painted red even when newjeans were gone. if it was all her imagination, how did they painted her nail? could she have painted it herself? could be. but is it a coincidence that the color is red?
what i personally think about the nail (theory):
maybe i’m just overthinking but it reminded me of the legend of the red string of japan. according to this myth, everyone’s pinky finger is tied to an invisible red string that will lead them to their soulmate.
even when newjeans aren’t with heesoo, her painted nail symbolizes she’s not alone as she thinks and someone is waiting for her outside, in the future, she only has to go out and find it.
i don’t think the main message is that she have a soulmate waiting for her but the fact that she doesn’t need newjeans to feel loved. she can still find mutual love with someone else.
7. the gray cat:
gray cats are a symbol of independence and the power of independent people. they help people who are working through co-dependency to find true happiness in themselves.
the gray cat makes its appearance in side a’s mv, when heesoo is still very much dependent on newjeans. i think this means that newjeans also helped heesoo to find her happiness and become independent.
8. side b mv a parallelism:
side b shows us that what heesoo was seeing was not really real but if you pay attention, side b’s is also about heesoo starting to be independent of newjeans. she even breaks the camera, which was important in her relationship with newjeans. we can see a scene where minji calls her and she doesn’t answer the phone, she’s choosing not to get involved with newjeans, and maybe that’s why she doesn’t see them anymore.
and the most important thing: parallel scenes to side a.
if in side a we see how the girls write on his broken arm, in side b her cast is clean.
if in side a she’s walking with them under the rain, in side b she’s walking alone with her umbrella.
(i wanted to put every single parallelism but the post is already long so i will just mention those but there are so many! or details like heesoo seeing newjeans dance from afar and then looking at her clean cast, newjeans hugging heesoo in side a then in side b they are all hugging without heesoo, and more)
it’s everything what her life would be like if she no longer depended on them and started living her life. and she even gets to talk to the boy, like i explained earlier.
8. the present and the past:
i haven’t figured it out this yet but there are transitions between present and past. i don’t know if side a is the past and side b is what happens next, i don’t know if it’s a linear story but time is definitely weird.
something curious: a deer crossing your path is a reminder to check in with yourself to make sure you are not living in the past or in the future, and to realign yourself back to the present moment.
and
side b mv loops back to side a mv, the end of side b is the start of side a.

I'm hearing 2 opinions on Erdogan and idk I wanted to ask you bcs I got both of them from non-natives. So the first says that he IS a good president, there is just too many outside factors trying to bring him down. And the second told me that he WAS a good a help for the country until he decided to care about some other things (colonisation ?) which eventually led to the current downfall. Maybe both are right or both are wrong, what do you think?

Non natives love to defend Erdo which is why us Turks have a whole term for them. Most of it however DOES stem from the second option being true.
Erdogan was in fact a very good leader in his first few years of power, now my family personally never liked him, he technically was in power on the sidelines for 10 years until he became president 10 yrs go. He did many things like make hospitals and healthcare way more accessible, fixed a lot of roads and built bridges etc. Now you may go “jay, isnt that what a normal president is supposed to do ?” Well, yes. But the guy before him didnt do a whole lot, so him doing his literal job was enough to convince people he was good enough to keep around.
As time went on he started to take a way harsher approach. Slowly but surely the price and tax on everything went up. Religion started to be the hottest topic in turkey despite us being a secular country on paper.Slowly festivals became too loud, protests were bothersome, pride parades were sinful, gays werent considered people, music after 12 wasnt allowed, Eurovision was something too embarrassing for our country to take place in, alcohol was a luxury that only the desperate & sinful tried to buy, women were not obedient enough, the legal age to get married was too high, sex before marriage became a big topic, rapists and murderers would walk freely, femicide got to a brand new high and a whole lot more.
This all happened slowly and gradually. By the time we thought to speak up on any of this the i-don’t-even know, 60% yearly inflation rate had worn us down. A dollar was no longer 2.5 TL, it was close to 25. Nothing could be bought with minimum wage. Whatever you bought, you bought a second one for the govt in tax (a phone here costs twice the price of one in america). People who vote for him mostly do so because all media outlets are heavily censored and totally in his favor. He has control of literally everything. Literally!! He hosted a referendum where he legally was given so much power that he can change whatever he wants on a whim. He will confidently lie out of his teeth and tell his supporters that the reason everything is so expensive is because of his opposition (who have virtually no power) + its fine because even if we’re poor we’re closer to god and his supporters eat it up because they have some fucked up parasocial relationship with him.
Right now we’re screwed beyond belief. The election was rigged in his favor but despite everything he either wasnt able to end it on the first round or intentionally didnt so he could win by a higher margin on the next round. The house is fucked, the opposition lost a ton of seats to highly religious islamic fanatics who straight up advocate for sharia law. That and the president literally had an alliance with a terrorist organization who want 15 year olds to get married, theyre also in the house. Its great.
Now we wait for the 28th, but its going to take a miracle for Erdogan to lose. I have virtually 0 hope at this point. One thing is foreigners defending him, but any turk who does so deserve everything they get. I truly hope anyone who voted for him suffer a fate worse than death (at this rate, they will). It may sound harsh, but ive seen no one in power except for this absolute sorry of an excuse, cunt of a man. My teens and childhood was wasted away with terrorist attacks and a staged coup, along with a power hungry man who made every walking day of my life worse than what it could have been.
Basically, wish us the best of luck i guess lol.

i realised that what i love about halloween ends is that it does feel like the end, but more specifically, it feels like the aftermath.
halloween 2018 and halloween kills both take place on one adrenaline fueled night of violence and fear. there's no time (both for the characters and the audience) to stop or think or process what is happening on an emotional level.
but ends is different, ends has given everyone the time to absorb what has happened to them. in the cold light of day, haddonfield is full of hurt and traumatised people who have to find some way to cope. ends is the reality, the mundane and stark aftermath of terrible, bloody violence. because no matter what, there is always a morning after for the survivors.
ends is full of people who are not okay but whon are pretending to be okay. people who feel they will never move on from their trauma but wake up every day anyway. people who have lost control of their lives and try to regain that control in extreme ways.
laurie was traumatised and has spent 40 years of her life preparing for one night of violence, and then still lost her daughter. she tries so hard to pretend to be okay and to do right by allyson but she can't. she sees remnants of her trauma everywhere she looks, because she doesn't even remember what it's like to not be looking over her shoulder every minute of every day. she has to learn to let herself heal or else there is no coming back this time.
corey was traumatised and never allowed to heal from it. he was blamed for the cause of his trauma. things have never gone his way, and he feels like he's lost all control over his life. he's desperate to regain a semblance of control and that leads to violence, whether it was ingrained in him from the start or not, because that is the only way he does feel in control of his own pain and anger and all the things he's been forced to let simmer inside him for years.
allyson was traumatised and tries to give up control in order to protect herself. she disassociates and shuts down, she forms a parasocial affection for someone she thinks might understand but that she might never meet. her taking back control means acting impulsively, means disregarding the safety of monotony for a situation that could be dangerous, it means putting herself first for once even if it could get her hurt because even if she did get hurt, at least that would be her choice.
ends is a showdown in the sense that it is these characters' last chance. maybe their last chance to kill michael, sure, but also their last chance at saving for themselves, before they reach the point of no return. laurie and allyson manage it, but corey doesn't.
the tone in ends feels different, slower maybe, because that is life. because after all of the blood and guts, these characters had to go on living lives that they couldn't even connect to anymore.

The second fic in my Vanquish/Voss series and it meant I could really get my hands into the meat of their developing feelings, characters and this strange, initially, transactional relationship.
These two are from JJBA pt5 and I think they're some of my peak works (if you can get past the stupid names of jojos lmao). I wrote a lot for that fandom. Canon/canon diverge, AUs, rare pairs galore. Lots of unhealthy and abusive relationships. Anyway, these two are my fav.

12. how does receiving or not receiving feedback/support impact you?
Unfortunately (or fortunately for receiving feedback/support) it can impact me a lot. I have BPD (v open about it. needs to be talked about more normally) so for things like this it can be very one end of the scale or other. I struggle a lot to find that nice middle ground of acceptance and moving on. But it's something I try desperately all the time to work on.
Getting feedback, support, comments, reblogs, kudos etc. is probably my biggest motivator full stop. All I want is for my words, my art, to reach people and move them. Linger with them. Create a memory.
I want my words to be my legacy.
60. Have you had a writer you admire comment on your fic? What was that like?
Yes, often! I'm usually in small ponds in fandoms writing for rarepairs, sometimes creating them/there at the beginning so it's so often that I get to know the writers for the ships I'm writing for very early on and we become fandom friends etc.
It always means the world when the writers I admire comment on my work. They take the time out of their day to read my stuff, say they liked it, often what they like about it, and I can get into their head about what about my writing they like. Sometimes it surprises me, sometimes I totally get it lol. I try to not be parasocial. I try to be more community focused, but when someone else you look up to says they love something you did, it's always a wonderful feeling.
Addition to the above - especially because many of the writers I really admire are close in style to me. Or a little experimental like me it really sparks the joy.

Some Housekeeping!
Hello! A BIG hello to people who have followed me all along, etc.
Yes, yes, Twitter exodus, etc. But something I do wanna briefly touch on is one of the reasons I left and one of the reasons I’m a bit anxious to use things here, so if you’re wondering tonally why things feel different, three things:
One:
Yeah! this isn’t a HS blog anymore. All of that content became @saccharinesylpharchive because I know it’s very important to folks and I never would want to erase a part of my life that brought me so much joy. Fandoms I’m into now are Fire Emblem: Three Houses (it’s got me so badly, it’s been two and a half years, never free me.) Genshin (as mostly a watcher/lore person. I’ve also been ass deep in SVSS recently. It’s fun! Reblogs/etc you’ll see from me are mostly FE3H.
Two:
One of the reasons I left was... honestly, the HS fandom was getting so big and unwieldy, and while I don’t regret that time, it definitely was in a time period in my life where I was so, so desperate to please and so desperate to comfort and etc that I let some really wild parasocial things slide that I just tried to muscle through and it honestly messed me up for a long time. I didn’t know how to express boundaries because it felt “mean” to do so, and I was scared to do literally anything without getting called out or hauled for bad takes.
Three:
While I’m not intending to be like. A spicy tumblr here, but with all of that in mind. I’m gonna beg people under 18 to not follow me. I’m a teacher, among a bunch of things, but I’ve learned that associating with kids online isn’t usually fun for either involved. Please understand!
So what this means is... you won’t really see much HS. Like at all. If I come across a cute Fef she will always be my fish princess and I will probably smash that reblog, but otherwise, this won’t be a HS content blog. If anything it’ll probably convert to 3H if I let it, my Twitter is definitely like that, lmao.
I’m also going to be answering asks as they come IF people can be chill. The moment it stops being chill, I no longer am anxious about using block buttons and mutes. I am here to be a fucking adult in my 30s and curate my little social media hole, and I’m not afraid.
If you are bummed and don’t want this, that’s fine!! I am FUB Free as the kiddos say these days.

This will be long, but it’s because I’m sick and tired of Galaxy trying to get away with this and taking advantage of these new (and by new I mean TFATWS and post TFATWS era fans). Especially anotherseb blog. I TRIED to warn them but they refused to post my warning because they didn’t want to post her blog name for some reason, but it’s their own fault. I want to warn people from a place for their safety: The most hypocritical thing about Galaxy trying to appear this new person on her new blog and trying to kiss ass with the anotherseb blog’s anons by calling other people haters is how those readers aren’t aware of how hateful Galaxy was towards seb during the whole seb and ale era. What you’re doing here, mod, isn’t hating. What Galaxy said at the time about him, NOT ALE, was distasteful and nauseating and real hating. She was and still is a HATE blog. Not to mention her parasocial moments when she would have literal meltdowns when he was seen with Ale. Hyp. O. Crite. She’d try to justify it by saying Ale was racist so it was fine, but she wasn’t hating on just Ale. She hated so much on Seb that it made no sense why she still had a blog for him. SHE was and IS a hate blog. Those new fans just don’t know it and she’s taking advantage of them not knowing and I’ll explain in a bit why. Show her new readers her olds posts from that time and they will see. I have no idea why she is acting like she’s trying to play nice when it’s all fake. My theory is she’s trying to gain respect that she knows she never got back then. She’s always been desperate to be seen and desperate to be popular. She’s always been jealous and envious around everyone. She never got the attention she always wanted and it pissed her off and still does. She’s always been an untrustworthy, odd, envious, jealous, dramatic, and problematic blog and anon. Anon because she does send in asks to other blogs to start shit while pretending to be your friend and then creating anti friendship with the asks trying to turn everyone against you. I’ve been here since then so I KNOW. She has serious issues. She would DEFF go the extra mile she is going RIGHT NOW to be fake (which she is being right now trying to act like she worships the ground seb walks on as well as his girlfriend, which I will tell you right now she does NOT) and try to make it look like she didn’t call Seb hateful names, JUST to try and look and be likeable. She is FAKE and a HATER. It’s blowing my mind when those blogs like anotherseb blog said the other day she’s one of the few blogs she actually agrees with because oh my god you really are so new that you don’t know Galaxy at all or what she used to say about seb, do you? As well as your anons. And Galaxy KNOWS this and she’s taking advantage of it for HER own benefit- to gain more readers. And then what will she do? She’ll send hate anons, secretly her, to anotherseb blog or blogs like that to create drama because that’s who she is. She is sick and needs help. She’s been like this since 2020. I beg you, please find her old posts about seb before she deletes them. And her weird parasocial moments. I just saw she rebogged logicalstanadvice and I’m laughing so damn hard because that girl does not agree with that blog in a million years. It’s all FAKE. I tried to be nice the other day warning the other blog to stay away from them and for their anons to stay away from her but it’s their own fault if they didn’t want to listen. They’ll feel the repercussions of their mistakes soon enough. They’re new and young and naive. That’s why her “new” blog calling you a hate blog and making fun of what is said here does not surprise me at all. She’s always done this. She has always been this way. Three years ago and now. But yeah, you’d cringe if you knew what she used to say about seb. Take it from someone who was here. And yeah this is a long rant. Why? Because I’m getting sick and tired of the phrase hate blog being thrown at the wrong blog. THIS is NOT the hate blog. Everyone who says so is naive and new. Want to see real hate? Bring up her old receipts.
This is the last ask I’m posting about her because I really am trying to move past all the hate she throws towards me, my blog, and anons.
I’m tired, physically and mentally, of the shit I read about how horrible of a person I am because I know I’m not, and I know that what I’ve said about her has only fueled the fire and not helped in any way because she thrives off of it and tries to make herself look like the bigger person.
I take responsibility for that. My blog had became something I didn’t want it to be, and now I’m trying to actually get it back to what it was before.
So let’s move past this, because we know she’ll keep talking, and people will see her for who she really is. I’m moving on now ❤️

10 films i love
ty for the tag, @aerogadyne !!!!
Promare. so not to be cringe and make this my number one, but i just. absolutely adore everything about promare: it's funny, the art style is really fun, JYB and Billie Kametz (rest in peace) are there. i think the way it makes very clear, and remains quite adamant, that it is a visual story first and foremost is really fun. I LOVE the opening section, i actually think from a storytelling perspective it's so fascinatingly well done. you can see how it was inspired by the F&F series, how sure, there's a ton of pyrotechnics and shit that's there just to look cool, but there is a genuine heart underneath it that's really sweet and propels the story every single time i watch it. galo and lio are also just. such great protagonists. i adore them both so so much, great watch, 10/10
Everything, Everywhere, All At Once. One of my favorite live action films, this movie really speaks to me. I adore multiverse travel and I've toyed around with the idea of being able to exist in many universes all at once for a story, but I honestly wasn't sure it could be done. Seeing it done on screen so beautifully, so masterfully, and so coherently was just. Mwah. the symbolism was beautiful, the characters were so funny, and the tale of intergenerational wounds (what we inflict on our children is often a different version of what was inflicted on us) is poignant and thoughtfully portrayed and just. yeah. from what i understand, michelle yeoh really took this film over the top with her performance and notes to the directors, and i love how collaborative the space was. here's hoping it gets the recognition it deserves.
Looper. This movie fucks. this movie is everything i want in a sci-fi thriller, because it has so much soul. the way the movie really puts to task the idea of the masculine hero. there's a scene in this movie that just lives with me forever, because it's a scene that feels like it would belong in a gritty realistic action film, and yet it is so so sad. there's no cool music, there isn't a good reason for what happens other than it's procedure, and it physically hurts to watch. on top of that emily blunt is there and i am in love with her.
Knives Out/Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery. i'm putting them together not because they're the same film but because they scratch an itch of fun storytelling within a tried and true genre. i am so compelled by stories that have such eye for detail, and i've always been particularly interested in mystery stories. i also am obsessed with the camera technique they used for Knives Out. it's beautiful and i love it so so much.
The Truman Show. also a really really cool movie, i'm obsessed with the way this semi-predicted the sensationalization of people's lives, and the parasocial relationships we now have with people we feel like we "know". moreover, i rly rly like the commentary on art and the idea of caricaturing the self and how that ultimately makes the world around you a caricature, too.
The Adjustment Bureau. one of the first movies i ever really really loved, because i was super obsessed with the idea of trying to go against forces larger than you to be with the person you love (for some strange reason. who knows what that could be. 🌈) i got so interested in how this movie worked, i watched it over and over for years, until i could quote it by rote, and then i read the screenplay because i was desperate to know how it worked. i wouldn't say this is the best movie in the world; far from it. it has this beautiful, interesting premise, but it doesn't take any risks: david and elise are a straight cis white couple with no real barriers other than unforeseen hands saying that they can't. i think there's so much potential here, though, and it's the thing that i was so interested in for so so so long.
Your Name (Kimi no Namae Wa). not to be basic but this movie made me cry a lot. i'm such a sucker for body swap shenanigans in general, on top of time travel, but i rly rly rly liked the idea of two people connecting in spite of space and time and everything to do their damndest to save each other and everyone they loved. just because they cared. i always found that to be so powerful and meaningful.
The Invitation. this is a movie i have mixed feelings about because it was an interesting film and had a lot of really lovely motifs regarding grief, but it was also a film i watched with someone who is no longer in my life. but the music in it is really melancholic and beautiful, and i rly do think it's such a massively good take on how grief is powerful to eat up not just you, but everyone around you, too.
Gone Girl. brooooo this movie was so so so good, i loved it so much, although the first time i saw it i was not a fan because i was sixteen and i had to watch the cunnilingus scene with my dad right next to me. but the second time i watched it i was alone and also 22 and so it was rly good. i just love the bait and switch. i love the evil woman. i love everything about it. fantastic.
probably does not count but the Sense8 movie was bananas and cool and beautiful and i am so sad that show did not get the five seasons it deserved, it was a really, REALLY good idea. it fucked some stuff up, but this show was so queer and unapologetic about it, and i enjoyed just how much of the show was driven by love. i rly rly did.

I don’t understand why it’s so hard for people to keep an open mind about this. For those who don’t want Evan to be dating because you want him to date you, here is a question: what are you doing about it instead of typing away on tumblr/twitter???? Like you think he will just show up and date you??? Girl go get you a job, a hobby, ANYTHING that will help you meet ANYONE.

there are people who i have tried to hold a conversation with here who are clearly grasping at straws to make up reasons - absolutely unrealistic reasons - as to why evan and haley aren’t dating. at some point it really does not matter if they are or aren’t dating, because if it isn’t haley, it’s going to be the next woman who they will say the same things over. i just want to make it clear: it is not healthy to be so utterly desperate for your celebrity crush to be single. i am not obligated to placate unreasonable people who are obviously needing a break from this subject, because it’s affecting them mentally in a negative way. i do not want anyone on here to suffer emotionally, i do not want to offend any well intentioned people; i want folks to have fun chatting about someone we all share a love for. i shouldn’t even have to be like, yo.. evan peters is not going to date you, the odds of even meeting him are incredibly small. evan peters does not know any of us exist and parasocial relationships are detrimental to your health. i’m afraid i haven’t made it clear enough that this just isn’t a mindset i am going to endorse. i hope that’s something people can understand is coming from a genuine place, not a “i want to stomp on your heart” place 🥲

Lily has literally fucking called the people who disagree with her on cartoons ableists, abuse fetishists, racists, pedophiles, fascists, etc.. Sometimes I think that Lily’s fans just don’t watch her fucking videos or actually look at what she say. . . . . .at all, because “making it a moral problem with her criticism” is one of, if not the, BIGGEST fucking parts of Lily’s entire brand at this fucking point! I would say you could find it out for yourself by trying to disagree with her on even the smallest fucking things about The Owl House, Star Wars, WoW, Family Guy, etc.. But there’s already TONS of fucking people (quite oftentimes fans that didn’t think her reaction would be so hostile actually) that have TRIED to do just that and have been screamed at, harassed, and verbally abused by Lily. As being somehow bad or bigoted people for either expressing an opinion that she herself doesn’t hold OR holding one that she actually does disagree with. There’s plenty of evidence, stream highlights, archived posts (many of which that are actually STILL UP, its just easier to archive them because Tumblr’s search function on individual blogs is fucking garbage), and testimonies from former fans/friends that were actually pretty close to her that offer, at the very least, a LOT of fucking proof that this is a habit that Lily often indulges herself in. You just have to get over the creepy parasocial relationship that she has cultivated with you for five fucking seconds and think about why she’s so desperate to act like ‘fandom’ does all of the things that she had made into an integral part of her brand as a critic in reality for so fucking long.
What the fuck is wrong with you? Lily has claimed those people are ableist, pedophiles, racists, etc. because their behavior literally fucking displays that. I’ve seen her videos and I’ve seen the harassment targeted at her. I’ve tried to understand your guys’s points and they’re absolutely fucking bonkers.
You people don’t make any sense because she has literally only stated particular groups are bad people. Those guys that made a video over her tweets regarding writing tips? Last time I checked, I don’t recall her accusing them of pedophilia nor ableism. Videos about Steven Universe? Haven’t seen anything about that either.
The sole reasoning for her accusations is because the vast majority of your(and others alike’s) stalking are centered amongst your hatred over those people. Literally the only accusation you people spout that could potentially hold weight is that she isn’t always soft and gentle when speaking to you assholes. But can you blame the woman? She’s been harassed and abused for over a decade, that doesn’t make a stereotypical Disney Princess. Those whom disagree with her opinions on cartoons? I’ve seen Lily repost those same peoples artwork, barely anything to indicate harassment. Rather than shouting at one of her fans, how about you try and take a shower? Or better yet, call the cops if you sincerely believe she’s a pedophilic abuser. Oh wait. You won’t because the only reason you all do this is blatant.
Your group is just mad because she told some of you to fuck off. One of you clowns drew hurtful artwork of her and have been going on a raiding since, spreading lies like wildfire. Instead of going into my inbox, how about you stop listening to the same people that are butthurt? Have you ever actually considered that maybe, just maybe, your friends were just holding grudges? Why do you think everyone only started making posts and blogs about Lily? Because they are upset. You all are just upset.
All of you treat her like DIRT just because she didn’t hold your hand when it occurred and expect us to believe a single thing you say? Sorry to break it to you, but none of us appreciate you downplaying our intelligence. In fact-why are you coming to MY inbox about this? I’m not a “victim” of “Lily’s abuse” so why inform me of your bullshit? And doing it anon too doesn’t prove your point. It just makes you a coward. Blogs claim she makes everything a moral issue yet you guys can’t shut up about her “being a pedophile”(she isn’t one, dumbass) for more than five minutes.
Take into consideration that all of those whom have gone against Lily have had one or two experiences in which she got mad at them then they started actually giving a shit. Now get the fuck out, suck a fat one, and look for help you faceless and cowardly lunatic.
