I NEVER FINISHED MY STORY OMG. ok so i left off at being too proud to tell my friend she was right and kpop fucked hard. the difference between u and me is that i’m too good of a liar. too good. i kept up the “i hate kpop it’s cringe” facade for ALMOST TWO WHOLE YEARS, I SHIT YOU NOT. why? bc my dumb ass, extra ass, dramatic ass self thought “ok if i’m gonna have to deal with the embarrassment of admitting i’m wrong, i better do it in such an extra ass way it’ll knock ur socks off so hard that YOULL be the one embarrassed not me.” the original plan was to learn the entire choreography to bts dope, bc it’s the song that she told me to listen to and inevitably the song that got me into them, but later switched to bts fire bc i saw too many of those “choreo matches w any song” videos, and then her birthday party came up. and here’s the real kicker. her birthday is April Motherfuckin Fools. so it would be So Perfect for me to reveal my kpopism as a birthday present And a april fools prank in one. so i was Set on the Reveal being on april 1st, but the day rolls around and god that choreo is so fucking hard and i am Not a dancer. never have been. so i abandon that and go ykno what… i’ll do it Next Year. BC MY BITCHASS WAS LIKE NO THE MOMENT IS TOO PERFECT TO DO IT ON A NORMAL ASS DAY ITS GONNA BE ON APRIL FOOLS ON HER GODDAMN BIRTHDAY OR NOT AT ALL. a year rolls by, i’ve told most of our friends except her and they’re all in on it, i’d made so many subtle kpop references to her without her realising they were fully intentional and had too many scares where she almost figured me out but i lied my way out of it, and i’d given up on showing off with choreography bc i couldn’t make that shit look good. i’m not a dancer. i am, however, a rapper, and a damn good one, so i inhaled the agust d mixtape and decided i’d just rap the eminem of kpop’s anthem at her face. in korean. and change the lyrics at the end (if u haven’t listened to agust d, the bridge repeats “i’m sorry” a lot) to “i’m sorry i kept this from u for so long” and “i’m sorry i actually ult got7 not bts” (this was like the april after skz debuted ok i was holding onto got7 for dear life knowing full well skz we’re going to convert me smh) and the best part? she never saw it coming. her official present was a cd with a bunch of kpop on it but she thought it was just a personalised mixtape for her so i told her to play the first song out loud and she knew the song Instantly. it has a long intro so she was like “i guess u did listen when i recommended u this song!! i knew you’d like it since u like rap so much!!” and then i started rapping and i shit u not. she started SCREAMING. like the initial reaction was her jaw dropping and then instinctively covering her mouth but when i kept going and she realised i wasn’t fucking around she just fucking screamed like a banshee. at the end during the sorry bit i threw off my jacket to reveal a got7 shirt on the inside and she fell off her chair and started rolling around on the floor. needless to say it was every bit as satisfying as i thought it’d be LMAOOOO afterwards her ass was like “I CANT BELIEVE U HID THIS FROM ME FOR OVER A YEAR” and when i tried to explain my ego couldn’t take the “i told u so” she was like “you know i wouldn’t have made fun of you for it right? i would just be glad you’re not hating on my boys anymore” so basically i’m a big dramatic fool and she was always too good for me.

I think part of the reason I can't deal w Twitter is the exact reason I refuse to leave tumblr, in that I've been on tumblr since 2006 and twt since 2008, and tumblr literally has not changed at all, not even a little, whereas going from the early days of twt where there were no corporate sponsorships or ads and you had to manually copy and paste someone's tweet and @ them to retweet it, to how it is now, like 90% ads and showing me shit from the timelines of people I don't even fuckin follow n whatnot, it's just not enjoyable. It's not that I don't fw them, it's more like... Okay so like there is no situation in which I am going to skip a skz song if it comes on shuffle. I feel like skz really do follow thru on their promise that they're a safe space for stays, it's nice to see that they hold space for anyone and everyone in their fanbase and do it in a really simple and elegant way, I feel. Like they never make it seem like "okay here are the fans and here are the token weirdos that were only recognizing to make a buck off of them" the way a lot of artists make it feel like 😑 like they don't go out of their way to act like it's some revolutionary act to do the bare minimum of not shitting on certain parts of the fandom, if that makes sense. I enjoy pretending I don’t have faves, I love all my kids the same, buT WE ALL KNO THAT’S A LIE, those two my fave bitches (they snatched that title from the last two faves, rip to them, and they also snatched, n I must really make that clear, the title of “the bitches with the most AUs from the previous previous faves. Their power.)

SO. Get ready for a ride, table of content: them, their respective character, their story, and the pLETHORA OF ALTERNATE STORIES I GAVE THEM because i must yell about all the versions of my kids i have (non-exhaustive cause its that serious bro, but ill take extra time for the universe depicted in that art just for u bby). (tbh if clamp is allowed to sprinkle their fave gays in all their universes so am i, except they aint secondary characters there, every story is just theirs. love that concept.)(itll be so long you’re getting a whole novel even if i have to post it in two posts)

So~ Em twos. Dari n Wei-wei as I call em, or Dumbass n Egg if you wanna get friendly.

They’re my proudest instance of “oops i made a squad of characters, and two of them just accidentally were so perfectly compatible and complementary oh no I guess they’re in love now.” And then they became my favourite. Cause I guess their potential was too much (jk its bc they hot)

I spent ten minutes wondering which to introduce first cause dang son, I want to talk bout them both so much shefjgfdg

First, as I technically designed him first (like ten minutes before the other), my man weiwei. if u ever saw my art its impossible that you havent seen him at least once. cause i’m legit always drawing him. cause im in love bro.

Demonstration : here are my computer scribbled weiweis of 2020 so far (with a few daris there n there they’re a package deal), that i could find, and they do not include all the paper sketches that i’m too lazy to take pics of. (i just been drawing him with so much hair these days that’s illegal, his brand is baldness)

But anyway, he’s CHEN Chia-Wei, he’s 21, he’s Taiwanese n I love him. Two very important facets of his character when you meet him: he doesn’t talk, and is absolutely, in every single dimension, built to make you fall head over heels for him.

He’s (in the “canon” storyline if i may call it that since it’s def not my most developed one but oh well) an art student, mostly paints but is also great at photography and videography (his vibe is busy hectic pieces with strong bold colours, lots of harsh edges, and very people focused).

Aside from that, he’s also super into fashion, and because he’s part of the rich boy squad (the “im broke so im giving half my characters wealth in compensation) he Can and Does exhibit some quite funky fits when he feels like it. (maybe a reason I draw him a lot, since my fave thing is pretty boys in weird ass clothes)(and then i also draw him in just casual shit cuz tittiful men in plain white tees you know. there’s just something about it.)

He digs music. (i make playlists for my OCs and i gotta say, his is the best one, i spent so many hours researching it, “arranging” it etc n its still a work in progress but dude. she got many moods my fave part is when it suddenly turns into so many cheesy ballads also she’s enormous cause im as wordy in playlists as I am in writing.) listens to a lot, n also he can play piano n guitar. cause you know. heartthrobs got to win your heart with a song (and if he’s alone he can even mumble some songs, who knows maybe even sing em softly, definitly a sight to stumble on accidentally). Big main artists that have his vibes are Hello Nico, No Party for Cao Dong, n Circa Waves’s “what’s it like over there” album.

He does a lot of sports. He ain’t fit through magic, rip to him. He’s got a serious routine, and it’s a time he likes to use alone, cause nothing like running at the break of dawn, alone with your thoughts, which you can just easily forget through the exhaustion of a workout session afterwards.

he also eats. A lot. Food is just good, bro. (the canon story is def happening some place europe aka his biggest struggle is how expensive food is here. outrageous.)

He secretly loves super cheesy movies. the dramatic romcoms??? the cute shows that are just so cute and worriless?? anything involving soulmates??? yeh dude. he watches it, he reads it, he listens to it, and he may cry about it, but no one will know. That’s the one true guilty pleasure. (and he definitly has a collection of romance dvds, books n manhuas in his old room back at the family home. where no one can see it. perks of studying abroad. no one can see ur hoarding of material that clashes your image. “yes i watch edgy experimental things haha yes i love those smart people movies of course wow the philosophy…” and then immediatly goes to watch the trashiest predictable but oh so sweet dramas all night)

While he doesn’t speak (as in with the mouth) he can communicate in a bunch of language, due to having moved around quite a bit. On top of his native mandarin and hokkien, he’s fluent in English, so he can use those to write, and is also fluent in TSL, and pretty good in HKSL (and from that, other close-in-syntax sign languages). So he doesn’t have trouble getting around, but then he is also overall quiet in public (with close friends and over text though, that’s another story, that’s where he gets chattier, and also where you may get more of his true personality). Also, he can speak with his sister. That’s pretty cool bro.

I was going to say he’s a very “hides his true colours under a shell” type of character but you know, for an egg character, that’s pretty ironic. We love poetic cinema.

He presents himself as a very laid back, chill detached dude, going with the flow and all that great stuff, and masterfully mixes just the right doses of mysterious, flirty and calm to just go around vibing. But ain’t that jUST THE MILLENIAL’S ILLNESS, those dANG KIDS, going around, gettin relationships but never intimacy 👏😢 (there’s more to it dont leave)

First of all, before you see the Drama, the Turmoil, the first thing you notice when you really do befriend him is that he’s c h i l d i s h, he gets sulky when things dont go following the plan, he gets whiny n jealous for not getting attention , he gets competitive over stupid challenges, and way too playful if you start teasing, and when he gets flustered too…you think you get cool stoic dude but actually you get a dude who’s reacting to things with way too much intensity, and boi i thought u were gon be mature what’s that why have you been pouting for three days over losing a bet come on- That’s mostly coming up when he interacts with his sister, but the closest you are to him to more of it you get to see.

He’s also an affectionate dude actually. Like physically. As in you’ll get spontaneous hugs. He’s come nap on your shoulder. That’s a perk of befriending him if you ask me.

Also he tries to look so cool, so tough haha. He’s actually a lil sensitiv boi. he gets fluffy, he gets flustered, he heart eyes. you turn around and he’s gazing at ya as if you were the whole universe. he gets a mini crisis for holding hands with his crush. ya know. he’s secretly a softie.

Then in the “what he doesn’t show” (my fave part), where you stock all the anxieties, all the trauma… Obviously there’s a lot of anxiety here (selective muteness being a symptom of it, he hides the other ones very well) mostly fear of inadequacy, of abandonement and of loneliness. mmmmmmmaybe that’s why he was v reticent to continue pursuing that one guy he was into when he realised he was just a tad too into him oh no is that some,, like?? some lovey-love?? cant have that im afraid of gettin heartbroken bro. Aint that sad for a someone who’s one true goal is just findin someone to love and to be with forever, the struggles of yearnin for a soulmate when there’s nothing you fear more than getting attached to a person and letting them see you and your flaws.., delicious.

Now tho (because its so alone speaking about a character on their own and i just wanna get to the part where i can speak bout em together and how they bring out bits of each others ya kno, the good kush….), Dari…

He’s pretty, i must say, and got the funniest hair to draw, and comes from the most opposite background to weiwei’s.

Darian Andriev PARVANOV, also 21, comes from the remote Bulgarian countryside, but i still love him (this makes it sound as if i wouldnt normally love someone from the bulgarian countryside. its not what i meant. by default ud remind me of my son so you’d start being liked if u came from the bulgarian countryside) Now for the first instance of “wow, the complementarity”. The first thing i thought making Dari was that he looked too cool, and that he obviously was a dumbass, and mostly that he was physically unable to shut up. (o fuck he’s me)

He’s ALSO an art student (cause they were initially created for the purpose of filling the gap of “i have ocs in every field except the one i sorta know that’s so stupid”), painting major (def vibes differently than weiwei though, he’s doing those soft pretty landscapes n flowers, everything real pretty and peaceful, we got some impressionism nerd in here folks).

He was/is a real country boy, farm family, he helped tend the fields, he worked in plantations for pocket money, he knows how to take care of cattle and chicken and goats and all the cool babies you can take care of, he can tell whether the soil is good or not, he can drive a tractor, and doesnt fear dirt.

but then also he’s kind of a neat freak, he hates getting paint on himself, so the duality of man, dirt ok but paint? disgostin. his spaces are real neat and spotless, he likes cleaning (its relaxing) and does it nearly too often.

his dumbassery comes from lack of common sense and impulsiveness, aside from that he’s actually what you’d call “mad smart”, dude had em good grades, he can memorise pages upon pages of the most trivial information, he has an accumulation of knowledge beyond limits, and is good at problem solving. so he can recite all the words of the F letter of the dictionnary, but would also put a curling iron in his mouth to see if it would curl his tongue. (side note, he does have a problem with heat n fire, most his “oopsie how i wound up hurting myself on acccident” story involve burning -that stove was just too tempting…)

while he doesnt feel very attached to his home country, he does feel strongly for his family. he’d do anything for his mum (and actually does everything to make her proud already, that’s his one main goal), and he’s ready to sacrifice a lot for her (as in, spend years working non-stop a really uncomfortable job so his mother wouldnt have to pay a cent of his expenses even though she said she could by doing some sacrifices herself,and then being ready to come back as soon as needed if anything happened, and potentially drop his career and dream n go back to the farm life to provide for mama)(also he still does hold onto some parts of his home country’s traditions, and does sometimes feel homesick but more in a ‘i left the most beautiful landscapes n the city feels cramped and claustrophobic and i dont know people and i dont feel in the right place cuz im a forreigner with a thicc accent who doesnt master the language of this place and straight up have different body language communicators due to cultural difference oh lord i wanna be home where a nod means no and a head shake is yes i keep misunderstanding everything”)

if you want background noise he’s the perfect pal to call over, he’s just so chatty, he got hours and hours of non stop speech ready for you. you can shut him up once you’re done listening with the offering of food. works everytime.

he’s definitly not shy. neither in terms of talking to people, nor when it comes to making decisions. he’s quite bold, and rarely hesitates to go towards something he wants. he’s direct in his approach to most everything.

he likes partying. mostly the socialising part, talkin to people is just fun ya feel. and being in the crowd, doing whatever, pressure free? ya can dance n enjoy yourself, and people wont notice? yeah that’s nice. but doesnt do it super often cause broke bitches aint got the party time n budget.

he likes arm. (just an excuse for me to drop this thing here cuz i like it)

While he’s an overall bubbly looking character, with a cheery loud personnality, he does carry some youth trauma that has him more reticent to engage in happiness, he comes from what you could call “not the wokest background” and he may have fallen victim of it : he’s kind of a flashy noticeable character, both physically and in his personnality, and doesnt exactly matches the expectations of dudes in the area he comes from (delicate, emotional and sweet guy? that doesnt exist bro). He went through it, and it has definitly had some impact on his confidence in many aspects. But he’s 100% the type of guy to put on the fake happy front because if feeling bad is sad, making the people you care about sad for you too is Unacceptable Right??? relying on friends?? what???

But then what are we supposed to be doing with such charming characters huh,,,

Make them fall in love obviously.

Their story obviously has to do with falling in love and workin a relationship cause if I dont write romance i literally die, but I make the center pivot of all of it communication, and barriers in communications. Most obvious being them coming from wildly different cultures, having different native languages, and also the ways you adapt to muteness (what i love most bout that part is even then they fucked up given the easiest quickest small body language things to communicate are head nods n then i managed to make one come from the one country that reverses those like iconic how do they even understand each other -through a lot of work and love bro) but also on more “introspective” points, how to say things that you are even afraid to think about, how to open up and share your burdens and trauma with someone, how to say words you’ve been convinced you weren’t allowed to, the inner turmoil of communication in short. And then also communication through art, and through alternative unusual ways. If i were snobbish i could call it something like “a thinkpieces on how humans overcome obstacles in communication, and adapt, all for the sake of pursuing love” but fact is its mostly boys being in love n learning how to speak, figuratively and also quite literally. And also its me having fun with making characters evolve from each other, be able to influence each other for the better, helping each other be more comfortable with themselves and express the true things of their personnality, and discover new aspects. I just wanna write intense and soulful love bro.

So in less concept and more facts, weiwei meets dari, dari being his puppy self just immediatly strikes a conversation and weiwei gets interested cause “oho nice pretty boy? very good. i want some of that”. they get closer because you cant fight off the Power of friendship (and also the power of “what your friend is bestie with my friend?? guess we hanging out”) and then friendship and interest turns into pining, held back by respective dread of what romance with the other would mean (as in “romance?? cant have that we cant feel” and “with him?? cant do that, convince yourself he’s just a friend immediatly what would the family think”) but eventually they do have to just crash into one another cause that’s just the gravitational pull bro, its physics bro. and from then on its all unlearning destructive behaviours, bettering oneself with the help of the other, and getting over trauma to finally live ur best life. and gettin fckin married bro they’re both cheeseballs theyll wanna wed

BUT MAKING EM FALL IN LOVE ONCE ISNT ENOUGH time to make 3894853 alternate universes about em.

Lets speak bout my fave of those for a hot second.

First of all, the one of the art that brought this ask, guess i could call it “Pretty Tribes” AU, bunch of tribes live and do their things, having nature and energy powers. Dari n Weiwei’s tribes are bros, the latter’s powers needing them to move around to get energy from different places, enabling them different abilities. So basically they get to hang at the other’s place while the regenerate energy from there, and in exchange they help them out with various tasks (dari’s tribe is a rly farmer oriented one, with plant magic, while weiwei’s got more poyvalent powers, and have very good healers notably, so it comes in handy). The two boys were born a few months apart in their respective tribes, so naturally, anything the two clans meet, they’re put together to play and all, and from that they became besties, and each time they meet, after the gaps of time separating the two groups, they feel more and more of a little something else~ story is themed round growing up, friendship between clans, their traditions and cultures, and pretty boys in pretty clothes in pretty landscapes interacting with nature.

The superpower AU, i fuckin love it bro. Its an old one, made for other characters, but i just love it so much that i had to inject my faves in it. Its got a grimy ugly setting, bad government, propaganda, and fights between super-people (heavily mediatised for entertainment and reinforcing the idea that “look at these evil villains thank god us the good government protects you from them”), with a side of bad ethics in science. In all that, those two have the role of “those two young enemy warrior and villain, they were so powerful and fought so hard”, public figures, legendary and admired by both sides, everyone followed their fights, til one day they presumably died in one of their showdowns. (haha sike they actually found themselves talking for 5 seconds and realised they lived in a society, n built a plan to run away). The main characters get to find they’re alive because one of em had history with super-warrior-golden-boy and go to seek their help to overthrow the Big Bads. (stealing them from their nice gay cottage hermit life smh so rude)

Mermaids. I like those. Sailor weiwei sees merman dari, they both save each other in different occasions, they grow fascinated with each other, they’re at sea, water romance. Amazing. AU made half cuz i just like water n fish. and shirtless sailors.

Indie band AU, where i was listening to songs that vibe so well with those two in general n then my brain was like “what if they’re the ones playing”. They’re (along with the rest of the art squad) a nice little alternative rock band, doing their thing, then one of their songs blows up, and they get quite the attention, to the dismay of dari who wrote that song in a moment of “oh no im so in love with my bandmate but i cant tell him what if i ruin everything we have going on ill just have to love from afar and deal with that” and now has way too many people interested in who he wrote it about and theorising from his every move when performing it (a mix of music, secret crushes and social media) (ft a picture of neither of them but its the least ugly art i found of this AU cuz its old and instruments are the bane of my existence)(also kelana is so pretty i gotta flaunt her around)

in kind of the same vibe, as in we’re in a music world overexposed to social media, i also integrated em to an AU i did for fun, “boyband AU” as its called aka idol based band system cuz you kno, i got a hobby, lets apply it. Band boy Dari and bodyguard Weiwei got a thing going on, but can’t really act on it in any way, because they’d just destroy the whole band if it ever came public. Featuring annoying bandmates, catchy pop songs and people making fanaccounts of that one hot Mr.Bodyguard cause dang he hot.

SPY AU, one of my fave brand. They spies, they get assigned on the same mission, they work real nice with each other. spies hot. fights. strategy. i just like the concept. Gays taking down the worst traffics imaginable??? I love that song.(i actually have so much on this cause s p i e s are fuckin great)

Fashion. U kNOW i have an AU for fashion. Supermodel and his private stylist, trying to maintain the line of professionalism. And failing to do so. Lets make out in unpractical designer clothes.

Have an highschool AU for a bunch of characters, injected them as “spinoff”, start chatting online being art buddies, fall in love without meeting (ft. all the iconics of internet friendship like knowing tiny details of their personnalities but not the fact that they have a sister or “waIT ur a GUY i thought u were a girl wow wild good news for my gay ass”)

n those are my faves as far as i remember, i got a fuckton of small other ones that arent fleshed out enough, or some that are more of a guilty pleasure universe, and some that are more like “projects that i can expend on as soon as i run out of daydream material” (like u kno those hospital drama shows with super innacurate medicine n shit like idk scrubs or whatever, yeh i want some of that but im keeping it for later)

Do you listen to music when you write? If yes, can you give some examples?

OH ABSOLUTELY. uuuh as far as examples go, it really, really depends on WHAT i’m writing, y’know? but i’ll definitely share some!!

firstly, i don’t listen to lyrical stuff while i write ( with a handful of exceptions ). my brain is easily distracted by the words and it can easily jumble my ability to put together sentences while maintaining the mood and pacing and feeling i want. so don’t expect a lot of stuff you could sing along to >xD;; 95% of this is gonna be instrumental. and i’m only gonna give 3 examples for each category, else we’d be here all frickin day.

ALSO, i will be using youtube links since i think spotify links can wig out if you don’t have a premium account–and not everyone does–but all of these should be searchable on spotify, too.

neutral mood / general writing

city girl – their music is so chill and relaxing, it makes focusing super easy for me ( i also LOVE their album art, like heck ). i’ve linked to their YT account with their albums, and while i recommend all of them i’ve been listening to snow rose the most lately.

tom day – again, great focus music and generally chill. he does have a lot of upbeat tracks that i use specifically for good mood writing and i’ll share those below.

hammock – their music is GORGEOUS but i wouldn’t call all their albums good for ‘neutral’ moods all the time. i’m putting them here, though, because i do default to them when i need a certain vibe to get my mindspace in the right place. some of their music is hauntingly sad, others are so uplifting. if you’re looking for music to set the atmosphere, hell yeah.

slow dancing society – again, great focus music with a variety of moods. unfortunately, they don’t seem to have a YT page, so i’ve linked a playlist with some samples and maybe you can find them elsewhere if you like’em.

skyrim atmospheres – a 42 minute score of just light music and natural sounds. i fucking. LOVE. this thing.

good mood / writing happy shit

peaks by tom day – hooooLLLY SHIT, i love this song, it just makes me wanna write and/or draw all kinds of cute and cheerful stuff. get wrekt bad mood.

holy ground by taylor swift – i don’t necessarily listen to this WHILE writing, but i’ll listen to it before i write to try conjuring up some sort of happy/upbeat/active scenario to get some ideas flowing.

bad mood / writing the angst

a symphony pathetique - this album ( and the artists ) is gorgeous, but i tend to turn to this track specifically when i need to get myself sad for an emotion-heavy scene.

i could hear the water at the edge of all things – another hammock song because i’m the worst, but this is one of those songs that’ll always put me in a trance-like state. i kind of have to monitor myself while listening to it, though, because i can easily stop thinking about the CHARACTER i’m writing for and slide into some deep dark places in my own self-analysis and existential crisis.

all gone (seasons) – i could throw the whole Last of Us soundtrack on here tbh but this song. this. SONG. specifically. always fucks me up. idk if it’s because it’s the one that plays on the title screen and immediately sets the mood for the utter assault on your emotions you’re about to experience, but heck. again, i have to monitor myself while listening to this one. iiii can think too much.

I still haven’t said much about his album, because I really wanted time to give each song a proper listen. But I think I’m ready to comment on it now, haha.

Excluding AM 4:44 (because it’s not new, but it’ll always be my fave) I really really like See You Later. When first hearing the album preview a while back, I knew it was gonna be emotional, but I didn’t expect this. Him mentioning B.A.P in such a context was both sweet and sad in a way. But I love it. And it’s just a good song in general? Xie Xie is another fave, which I also predicted. I think we’re all kinda shook by that one. Literally can’t wait to see him perform it live. And I need to express how much I love Codex Gigas, mainly because of how he uses his voice? Like. We all know he’s got a deep ass whale voice, but he can still go high when he wants to. He has a very wide range, thanks to his voice being deep by default. And in this song his voice is so fucking low and I love it.

I like a lot of them tbh?? Even more so after hearing Bang talk about it on his Casper radio show he did yesterday. Hearing him talk a little about each song really made me appreciate them all the more.

this is such a precious ask. I don’t know too much about greek gods and goddesses so I had to do a lot some research to answer this question as accurately as possible from my eyes. this might be totally wrong, but here’s what I think…

ONE DIRECTION AS GREEK GODS/GODDESSES

Louis as Dionysus, god of wine, winemaking, grape cultivation, fertility, ritual madness, theatre, and religious ecstasy. Earlier images of Dionysus represent him as a mature, bearded male, but can also be a beardless, androgynous youth.

I think he can go either way. Louis is the oldest of 1d, so he can be seen (especially nowadays) as the most mature by default. However, he does have a lot of youthful qualities, childlike even. Around 2010-2012, he could usually be seen as the most energetic and the one who acted more childish in a funny way. As for the androgynous part, though he’s not the most feminine of 1d, I do think that he’s very capable of it, probably in his private moments that we don’t see.

Dionysus was also represented as a god of chaos and the protector of misfits. To me, this screams Louis Tomlinson. He’s very chaotic, but in a good way. He’s the party animal out of all of them, flashes his rebellious™ middle finger every chance he gets, and he’s said it himself: he’s not very good at biting his tongue.

Niall as Apollo, the god of music, poetry art, oracles, archery, plague, medicine, sun, light, and knowledge (this is the general idea, different websites say it differently). Apollo can be represented as beardless, athletic, and youthful. While Niall nowadays is sporting a manly scruff, we all know the Niall we all fell in love with.

FURTHERMORE, that blonde hair??? Tell me it’s not as bright as the sun. I dare u. He may not be the youngest member of 1d, but he was sometimes portrayed as such. I recall an ot5 interview where they were asked to sort themselves as the Spice Girls. Guess who was baby spice??? (Liam knows)

In general, Niall’s personality just radiates big sun energy. I know LT is mostly considered the sun (tiny son) but sorry bby, make way for Niall. He’s always been super infectious with his laughter, and let’s not forget oh no Niall!

As far as knowledge and healing goes, I think Flicker really gave us a HUGE glimpse into Niall James Horan. That album and song in general is just the definition of sadness, written by someone who’s clearly been through so much heartache but now knows the ups and downs of life and love. I think it also gave him and others the opportunity to heal by admitting and accepting this heartache.

Finally, music. we don’t have to doubt Niall’s talent. While the other members of 1d have expanded their musical abilities, Niall was usually known as the guitar player of 1d and did so on tour. Apollo, on the other hand, had his lyre become a known attribute for him. Stringed-instrument buddies? Signs point to yes.

Harry as Aphrodite, goddess of love, beauty, pleasure, and procreation. Aphrodite can be represented as beautiful, so much that the gods believed that her beauty was the cause of a war sparked of the gods – because of their rivalry against each other for her. (this is not just me being headass for harry, I’m sorry he’s so fuckin beautiful, I don’t make the rules)

Aphrodite created wars, on her own and because of the gods fighting over her beauty. Though we know Harry would never do this, he is also extremely loved by a variety of different people. An example I have is when #1000DaysWithout1D and #1000DaysofSoloHarry were trending on the same day. Both sides were trying to prove their love and support, but it caused a bit of a strife without Harry even directly causing it. There are other examples, but despite this, H still spreads constant love and kindness.

Aphrodite is also depicted as naked or semi-nude. Let me reintroduce u to this 16-year-old boy:

I know I’m making harry’s too long but I just wanted to point out that some of Aphrodite’s symbols are a Dove, Rose, and Sparrow. I connected the Dove with him being an Aquarius, an air sign. And well, his bird tattoos are swallows but they often get confused with Sparrows. u already know about the rose tattoo AND the rose ring.

Liam as Zeus, god of the sky, weather, thunder, lightning, law, order, and justice. Not gonna lie, Liam was a hard one, and Zeus is a big role to give him. But let’s break it down: Zeus is seen as a strong, very imposing figure with a regal body and curly hair. ok but remember his 2011 hair? Yeah, that’s what I thought.

Zeus is also seen as the “Father” of all gods. We all know Liam’s a father, but this also makes me think of daddy directioner / Payne before daddy was forever tainted by our dirty ass minds from the early 1d days. Liam was always known for that, as he was the one to keep the boys settled down.

on top of this, Zeus was described as a god who brought peace in a place of violence. Having the role of daddy direction, Liam can’t forget all of his children. Not only does Liam has multiple playlists with songs from ALL of the other 1d boys, but he’s really the only one to still include Zayn and talk about him from a place of I-still-really-love-you-and-i-always-will. He’s also the one still feeding us with 1d content tbh.

Zayn as Athena, goddess of wisdom, war, and crafts. Athena appears to be tall, slim, bluish-green eyes, and golden hair or black hair. You’re all aware of Zayn’s jet black hair, but who can forget the times he dyes it blond?

Let’s just get war out of the way. The only way I can really explain this is march 25, 2015 and any event with Zayn and 1D leading up to it. Zayn leaving the band causes disputes about whether people want him back or not, whether people are angry or understanding because of his mental health. Either way, he tends to speak out about 1d in a negative manner sometimes, which obviously doesn’t sit right with a lot of people. and he’s a goddamn liar if he’s saying him and harry never talked.

Athena is also the goddess of arts and crafts. Zayn is known to be very creative and artistic. He drew the stickers that came with the yearbook edition of Up All Night. During 1DDay, he had a whole segment of him just being an adorable lil bitch and spray painting the walls, and in this is us, he talked about how he literally bought his own house so that he could paint the walls. And then there’s the time he drew Alan Carr in a few minutes or so. needless to say, his tattoos aren’t his only association with art.

ANYWAY it’s easier now but i still dress like a boring lady with an office job. but here’s some aspirational aesthetics i suppose: hard femme, moto jackets, lots and lots of lipstick, dark jewel tones, every shade of purple, looking like ursula BUT ALSO filled to the brim bookshelves and teacup collections and big bright open windows because i’m getting soft in my old age but also so my cats can bask in them.

i know this is kinda cheesy but in honor of miss reputation releasing today i have been listening to taylor’s old albums and it got me thinking of how each album makes me feel something completely different. they each take me back to a different time in my life and in different ways make me feel something unique so i wanted to share that !!! (also my apologies but this is about to be SO long)

debut album: the first song i heard of taylor’s was our song. i was around 11 years old during this era. taylor quickly became an artist that i really loved. at this time of my life really the only way i listened to music was through the radio. i never asked to buy the album because we didn’t have a lot of money, so i didn’t own this album until years later. but that in no way changed my love for taylor because i didn’t know any different. the two main resources that i had to listen to her was the radio and television (country music awards and on demand where i could watch her music videos and performances). listening to this album now takes me back to the times when i would listen to the country radio with my grandpa almost every day after school. i would sit in the garage with my grandpa, do my homework, and just listen to the radio with him. and when taylor came on i was extra happy. the album also makes me think of all the award shows i stayed up late to watch. my whole family would cheer when taylor would win and scream from different rooms “ANTHONY, SHE WON!” and that was just pure joy for me. overall... listening to the debut album now takes me back to a much simpler time. no social media to endlessly talk about taylor on, i didn’t really have any people in my life that actually loved her the way i did. at the end of the day, it was always just taylor and me. she started to become a constant positive part of my life and whenever i listen to the debut album it takes me back to those memories.

fearless: listening to fearless now always takes me back to one point in my life specifically. as i said before, buying albums was not something we could spend money on really, so i also did not own fearless until a few years later when i had money of my own. but unlike the debut, i actually had access to the physical album. every weekend my family would go over to our neighbors house where my best friend lived. i remember the first time i noticed that my friend’s dad had the album and after that i always wanted to listen to it. every time that we would go over there i would beg my friend and my brother to listen to it because eventually they got sick of it (and me tbh). i remember playing it on the stereo and laying on the carpet in pure joy and amazement, i remember playing it in my friend’s room and dancing to it. i remember listening to songs like fifteen and hey stephen and just being so entranced by taylor. i associate that album so much with those specific times that i had access to it. this was also a time where she started to get more popular and by default i got to see her more on tv and hear her more on the radio. listening to the album also takes me back to watching the music videos for you belong with me and love story all the time on my tv (idk if y’all had this but there was like a section in on demand that had countless of music videos. it was amazing.) i often forget about the times when i would sit in my friends house and just listen to this album, but those moments are now so special to me. i would listen to this album and just forget about all my worries (i know that sounds dramatic but i was a stressed 12/13 year old). this album still makes me feel carefree, like i can conquer anything... and...... FEARLESS .!!!!!

speak now: speak now is such a special album for me. i’m pretty sure i got the physical album for christmas. FINALLY the first taylor album i actually owned and could listen to whenever i wanted. i remember listening to it on repeat forever. i associate it now with one memory of me playing it in my dad’s room on his stereo and jumping/dancing on the bed by myself. i was so happy to have it and i think this album will always make me the happiest. there’s not much to say other than listening to this album made me so so happy. i think this era was ~officially~ when i took my love of taylor to the next level. i constantly was asking to see her on tour and was so sad when the show came to my city and i couldn’t go because we couldn’t afford it :( but when i heard that the speak now tour live cd/dvd was coming out.... i was SO unbelievably excited because it was the next best thing to actually being there. i waited and i saved my money and my dad drove me to best buy the morning of its release to buy it. i was the first one there and they hadn’t even put it on display yet. this album (and specifically the live album) was out at a time when i was leaving my childhood home, and i know it sounds dramatic but taylor was.... she was always there and her music made me feel like home. she was my home. during this era was also the very first time i made a friend who also loved taylor. we bonded so much over her and she was the one that got me to make this tumblr in the beginning of 2012. so speak now will always be a special, impactful, and BEAUTIFUL album to me and each time i listen to it i can’t help but be happy.

red: i was on tumblr for the entirety of red’s creation, from the first facebook post, to the livestream, to the release, i was here with so many different people from around the world who loved her as much as i did. i finally was with people who understood the love i had for taylor!!! and it felt SO nice because before that i didn’t have anyone to share it with. the night of red’s release, i skyped with my friend and we listened to the album together. it was so different but it was so beautiful. listening to the album now, i think it most represents my ideal taste in music (acoustic/powerful songs with meaningful lyrics), songs like state of grace, holy ground, treacherous, all too well, those songs are still some of my favorite after 5 years. i also associate the red album with seeing taylor for the very first time live. i got to see her perform live at the ellen studios a few days before red was released AND i got to see her on tour for the very first time. for me, this album really puts both taylor’s and my own growth in perspective. i was just a child listening to her songs on the radio and now i was a 16/17 year old in high school seeing her live with someone who is still to this day one of my best friends all because of taylor. and also just the album is........ SOME OF HER BEST WORK IF YOU ASK ME!!!!! it also reminds me of autumn too which is a given

1989: (buckle in boys this one is about to be real dramatic and deep) there are so many things i could say about the 1989 album/era. the bops, taylor joining tumblr, me meeting her, seeing her live, meeting people from online who are now some of my closest friends, etc. but before a lot of that happened, the album was released. in the fall of 2014 i started my very first year of college far away from my home. that also happened to be the time 1989 was released. for me, whenever i listen to this album now it takes me back so clearly to that time of my life. i was severely depressed and always anxious and dealing with a lot of different things that were bigger than myself (that i’ve talked about before but won’t get into detail now). but the one thing that always remained a constant throughout my life was taylor, and now was no different. i could always find comfort in her music. whether that comfort was happiness or sadness, i could always turn to her. and 1989 was the album that i turned to most during this time of my life. listening to this album in full now is .... almost hard for me because it takes me back to 2014, which is not something i want to relive, but listening to this music takes me back. but when i really start to think, instead of letting it make me sad, it shows me how much i’ve grown just from that point in my life. it shows me how grateful i am to be alive, and how strong i am. it reminds me of everything that i have survived and overcome and conquered and am still trying to conquer. it’s kind of weird because these songs have such a specific and different meaning for me than to anyone else that will listen to them. i played the album this morning and almost cried at the start of welcome to new york because of the memories it brought back. overall, this album puts me back right where i was in fall/winter of 2014. it makes me sad and happy at the same time. i listen to shake it off and at first it reminds me of where i used to be which almost brings me to tears (which is ironic because shake it off is such a happy song). i would listen to shake it off on repeat whenever i felt down (which was a lot) until i felt better. so it makes me sad, but at the same time, it makes me happy, because it’s such a happy song and i am reminded of all the times it made me feel a little bit better and all the strength i have and the things i’ve overcome and how fun life can be. and then you have clean which is a song that actually relates so well to my situation. and i have cried so many times because of that song. but overall, 1989 as an album will always hold a special place in my heart, not so much because of the music itself, but because of what it makes me feel.

20. Halloween/Samhain or Solstice/Yule/Christmas: Halloween!!! I wish I lived somewhere that it wasn’t snowing by then though. But I also like Christmas too, it’s fun and romantic, just too cold!

22. If you could have a superpower, what would it be? Imma say like, shape-shifting stuff would be really cool! He initially learned to play keyboards, but then later started to play guitar as well. He has made tons of albums of his own music, some of which feature him playing all or most of the parts himself. I see a liiiiiiiitle bit of resemblance.

48: favorite song from a movie or favorite anime opening. idk but I hid a leitmotif from Death Note in a song once. It’s played at the same time as the theme from Tubular Bells and the two themes are so similar that they just blend together into a neat background part.

I did this for my all-time faves Arctic Monkeys a while ago but given my recent attack of Beatlemania, i decided to try it out on the original incarnation

General

1. What was the first Beatles song you heard?

Unlike Arctic Monkeys, The Beatles were already deeply ingrained in the culture before I was born so I couldn’t pinpoint this. I think It might have been “She Loves You”

2. What was the first Beatles album you bought?

I have never purchased a Beatles album but my sister did own that 1 compilation album, which i listened to a lot in high school

3. What was the last Beatles song you listened to?

“The Night Before”

4. Have you ever seen The Beatles live?

Seeing as I was born after 1980, this would be impossible.

5. Have you ever met any of the members?

not even close

6. What do you think their next album will sound like? Which of their covers is your favourite?

Their “Twist and Shout” is iconic. I also really enjoy “Besame Mucho” or some reason and their “You Really Got A Hold On Me” jam in Let It Be. but i’m a George girl, so “Roll Over Beethoven” might be my favourite.

Songs and Albums 7. Favourite Beatles song?

it’s been “Come Together” since i was in high school and even though i’ve recently made a point to listen to all of their albums, i still can’t say that i have a different answer

8. Favourite Beatles album?

Rubber Soul is the real answer BUT Abbey Road is a much better cohesive album and i can’t think of a single song on that album that i don’t like... so it’s difficult.

9. Favourite album era?

i love me some Hard Day’s Night era rowdy boys but also Magical Mystery Tour era is very good and like prime Beatles. Let It Be era is the most heartbreaking.

10. Least favourite Beatles song?

i think because i have ears, i do truly dislike “Revolution 9″ but also I guess a few from Sgt Pepper’s like “Being For The Benefit of Mr. Kite” “Good Morning Good Morning” and “She’s Leaving Home”. also “Within You, Without You” and I know it’s blasphemy but I kinda don’t care for “Penny Lane” so much even though I love the character in Almost Famous

11. Least Favourite Beatles album?

Beatles For Sale is so uninspired and blah

12. Least Favourite album era?

probably Let It Be because of how depressing it is 13. Favourite song off Let It Be?

Every single Paul song on that album is pretty much the most important thing to ever happen. “The Long And Winding Road” might be the realest one.

“One After 909” probably

15. Favourite song off Abbey Road?

“Come Together” is my favourite song anyway so by default it should be that. the George songs on that album are in top form, super strong. “Octopus’ Garden” is great. I also shamelessly love “Maxwell’s Silver Hammer” so there’s that. “Carry That Weight” and “The End” and “Her Majesty” are also so great like I honestly love this album and I don’t know how to choose a favourite.

16. Least favourite song off Abbey Road?

”Sun King” but only by default I’m sure.

17. Favourite song off Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band?

“A Day In The Life” is iconic. and the title song.

Members 29. Favourite band member?

George Harrison always has been and probably always will be my favourite, but the more I learn about The Beatles history, the more defensive and protective I grow of Paul.

he looked DELICIOUS with that beard. I know it was a depression beard and that makes me sad, but he looked A+ with that long hair he continuously tussled and god knows I love a beard. very good.

31. Favourite John hair style?

i prefer it long I guess. Let It Be was the best looks era for all of them.

32. Favourite George hair style?

I really liked his Ed Sullivan era look. but also Magical Mystery Tour thru Let It Be was a devastating hottie.

i love his Rory and The Hurricanes hair actually

34. Favourite Paul fashion/ outfit?

actually in some of the Get Back/Let It be sessions, he was wearing this simple black vest that John made fun of saying he looked like “a Victorian miner” but I literally loved it. I also love pretty much eveyr ugly sweater or sweater vest I’ve seen him wear

i am a fan of the white suit on the Abbey Road cover

36. Favourite George fashion/ outfit?

actually the denim ensemble from the Abbey Road cover is probably also my favourite look for him? I also love the school boy uniform from the “Crackerbox Palace” video

I don’t really know. the lion costume for their Midsummer Night’s Dream skit

Misc. 38. Funniest Beatles moment?

literally any?

39. Favourite live performance?

I particularly love the “Don’t Let Me Down” performance on the rooftop gig—the one where Paul does his little shimmy. I don’t know why I just feel like they were all exactly in tune with each other and having the time of their lives and everything in their careers together was leading up to this one moment and I am emotional now.

40. Favourite interview?

so many. probably the one where Ringo says he doesn’t even smoke.. as he takes a puff from his cigarette. it’s the same one where John is asked what kind of girl he likes and he says his wife, then George is asked and he says “John’s wife.” that is probably altogether my favourite interview.

41. Are you a fan of The Rolling Stones?

not nearly as religiously but “Start Me Up” is my fucking anthem and I support them

42. Do you ship McLennon?

look.. i try not to ship real people. but Yoko kinda confirmed that John was bisexual and John and Paul fucking loved each other and it is hard for me to believe that during a time with such mainstream homophobic beliefs that these men did not have repressed feelings for each other that they didn’t want to admit to. so yeah, I kinda ship it.

This post is… kind of long

Tip: when typing on tumblr app, since it inconvenient to save as you go, occasionally select and copy everything so it’s saved on the clipboard

I can’t say much about the driving test because its been forever, but my instructor wasn’t like, unfriendly. I asked him about his job and he talked about how in his experience doing the test, all of the accidents have happened because of people who already had their licenses. And really, theres no shame in failing your first test. The instructor i had failed several people from the School of Driving or something. Its not a consistent test, I don’t think.

I’m really glad you get to live with Scappy again, I’m sure he’s super pleased to see you all the time again. i hate being away from my babies so much. They have each other, but no one pays enough attention to them I just don’t enjoy being home most of the time. Honestly, the biggest problem is that theres no where comfortable to sit. Like, the kitchen table doesn’t have chair backs, the couches are uncomfortable and impossible to cuddle on, and the floor is, well, the floor. Plus you never know who’s going to be home and when.

I would totally love to learn some russian. I wish I had the time to really commit myself to learning another language. I’m currently just trying to teach myself to use home row using keybr. I have yet to get all the way through because q keeps fucking me up. Also my nails make it kind of hard to like, really keep my fingers on the home row because if i do that I can’t really hit the bottom row of keys.

I occasionally text Collin, but they aren’t very good for answering. I don’t think there ever was any sort of resolution between us and think we agreed to keep it that way. I don’t think about them very much but I do miss them. I wish i could keep track of them better and support them somehow, they really meant a lot to me.

As a kind of side note, I occasionally talk to Rayzel. I like her, though its awkward sometimes because she doesn’t really carry on a conversation well. She rarely messages me first and that makes it really hard for me but she’s uber supportive all the time and its nice. She’s kind of been a nice neutral party when i don’t know who to talk to about a something.

Things are kind of better for me, though it feels fake and definitely would still rather be dead most of the time. Like I’m not sad as often but I also tend to default to sleep or alcohol before it gets really bad. So thats probably not the most healthy coping mechanisms but. idk things are good right now but i’m also pretty sure its because my school workload is very light and I’m barely working. I haven’t done any work for athena in twoish weeks and I’m only working 11ish hours for bk so I’m all hell will break loose for me when school gets tough and I get more hours.

The babies are good, Sandstorms face is getting bad again, and Lucky probably needs another bath. Sandstorms taken up peeing in the dining room again. Mom put the litter box in there for a while and obviously it helped, but mom couldn’t deal with the smell so she slowly moved it closed to the door for downstairs. and by slowly I mean not very slowly at all. It don’t think it really helped because I caught sandstorm peeing in there one morning when I was getting her shot ready.

Me and Kevin are good. Since I isolated the hell out of myself so he would be comfortable, there really isn’t any other tensions. I do really regret isolating myself so hard. I still wonder sometimes if I’m making the right decision here- am I going to look back in twenty years and wish I had put my foot down while I was still young and we had only been together a few years? I’m so clearly poly, and I’m going to keep falling in love with my friends for the rest of my life. Thats just how I am. I really don’t know what to do about it. I can’t imagine life without Kevin. I can’t even remember to put a bra on or brush my teeth, he more or less holds my life together since I just cannot.

The party thing was good. I got so drunk. I regret that. But it was fun and I really like Chris so. One of kelvins other friends, Tyler, who I like as well, showed up super high and now I am uncomfortable. Like, i knew he smoked but idk. I think I still need to get over that. I probably just need to get high once or twice and like. Not die or whatever. idk. But I totally forgot Chris’s comment and I’m TOTALLY going to ask the next time were alone. I’ll have to ask Kevin about the comment again to refresh my memory.

I haven’t tried the wine yet, it’s at my house and I plan on opening it whenever I need it there since its more socially acceptable than shots.

Athena hasn’t been great tbh. It did wonders for my self-esteem while I was there. More from feeling like I was important than actual work. But now that I’m gone, no one talks to me at all and it kind of. feels like its invalidating everything that happened while I was there. Idk. I got fairly close with a girl named Aubrie but she has barely talked to me at all since I left. No one is willing to hold conversations with me, and I wasn’t really around long enough and I didn’t talk enough to be able to ask people about their lives. Plus, they’re all very much in different parts of life than me, so it wouldn’t be good conversation anyway. Being a good listener is less useful when its not in persna and they have to type up everything. Its more effort for less reward. So no, i’m not getting much work and no I don’t really keep up with anyone. I should though. Physical letters would be a good idea. I wish I was a bit more creative, I could like, send pictures and trinkets and such. Idk. I should def do it.

I have so much I’ve wanted to talk to you about, but I can’t even remember most of it. I’m not sure If I told you, but the only queer on the team recommended the artist Kate Bush to me. They said that she was a very important part of her life and they have a tattoo relating to one of her songs so I was like ‘I’ll totally give her a try’. I’ve only really listened to her album Hounds of Love, but her other famous songs are Withering Heights and Babooshka. She’s very whimsical, and I have no idea if you’ll like her but, you know. I listened to a documentary on her while I was working and it was super interesting so I’m convinced.

Schools been okay, Team Projects been kind of yucky because its all the people I’m trying to avoid, but the teacher is A++, very dad. So hopefully it should be okay. The problem is we had to ‘expose’ ourselves to help us work in teams better and I both did not want to share at all and also very much wanted to overshare. But Jordan, a girl who I took bookbinding with and I’m friends with, is in the class so that helps. Diversity in the Deaf Community is cool, the teacher is super great. He’s deaf, which makes it hard for me to talk to him but he’s so AWARE. Our first real lecture talked about how everything is a social construct. I never hear teachers talking about that. the final project is going to be a big deal though and I’m worried its going to overwhelm me, because I’ve got big final projects in every class.

ASL 3 is fine, I feel behind but it hasn’t gotten bad yet. Its got a paper that requires I interview a deaf person which. should be interesting. I really am shit at reading sign sometimes. Topics in Media Arts, Sciences will probably be really helpful in the long run but will probably be hell. The teacher is Russian, I believe, and her english isn’t always very good. The way she talks is incredibly frustrating for me- she’s just like my mom, she stops halfway through sentences. And she’s not always clear and we have to do like, real experiments. Were going to have eye tracking and finger thingys and its gonna be a lot.

And then Abnormal psych, the only class I’m actually excited to go to, which is from 5:30 to 6:50 which is. so yucky. But the teacher is super great and also super aware. she talks about how we need to break down the stigma around mental illness. Her specialty is working with Bipolar kids. She’s very energetic but i think she’s probably in her forties? I actually have no idea but i’m accounting for my shitty sense of peoples age. Her face is actually very skull-like if you look at it close enough. Her eyes are kind of sunken and her nose is kind of big. I keep like, unconsciously diagnosing her. I think she probably has body image issues. She’s incredible, incredibly skinny. She wearing really tight tops but always has really really baggy pants. Idk, its not really my place though.

Mom hasn’t bitched as much about Ed lately, but I’m not sure if it’s because it’s getting better or because she’s getting used to it. I’m getting used to it for sure. I talked to him about making the cat tree. He said it would take a couple hours at most, and would be considerably cheaper than 300 dollars. He can get carpet for free, and wood and brackets aren’t that expensive. I guess before I okay it with him, look online, the the prices were much much cheaper (though I don’t know about shipping) but if me and Ed do it, you can make it look however you want. I think that would be kind of cool. I’ll try to remember to bug you about this if you don’t text me about it.

Victoria broke up with TJ, and he was anorexic for a time and dropped a bunch of weight. He says now he’s back to about his old weight now, with the binging and the muscle gain. He also recently started dating a tiny red head names Cameron. I don’t know much about her other than she’s a singer and not much of a dancer (Which is approximately the opposite of Victoria).

Dad has more or less stayed out of my life.

Me and Kevin got into Bondage, and it’s very much an experience I want to share with you. But I don’t know how comfortable you’d be so I figured I’d ask before I got into it. I also found out i’m into wax play and we’ve both struggled with the whole thing where were both subs and its hard.

Speaking of hard, I just wanted to make it clear in case it wasn’t, I’m not particularly comfortable being in Steve’s presence. I’m not sure what to do about it- I feel guilty for not liking him, especially because I wasn’t sure if it was because of who he is or because I’m jealous but now i’m especially wary of him after the thing on my birthday. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to really like him after all of the things he’s said about me that were negative. I admit, he is kind part of the reason I don’t really come over anymore (though our conflicting work schedules really really don’t help). So. Idk. I don’t particularly want to talk to him about it but I’m willing to if you want me to.

I think I had more to say, but theres already so much so! I love you very very much and I don’t even have words to explain how relieved I am that things are looking up for you. You deserve the whole word, just for being you. It’s probably more my fault for the lack of communication, especially as the one with more spoons in general.
