I don't know anything about Guilty Gear whatsoever, but this man right here popped up in my feed on Tumblr as I was scrolling down...as usual, and I had the idea to just. Draw Hol Horse in the same pose Johnny was doing. Johnny looks like a mix of Polnareff (because of the sword gimmick), Hol Horse (because he looks like a cowboy with that hat especially), and Daniel J. D'Arby (because he is a gambler) LOL. What a mix. Enjoy ;p

Thinking about how during or after part 4, Josuke might’ve told Jotaro about his misadventures with Hol Horse and Ryoko. I doubt that Jotaro would’ve talked about Egypt with anyone really so, Josuke, completely ignorant of Jotaro’s history is like “Oh my god so in this fight Hol Horse and Kakyoin were SO badass” only to give Jotaro a complete heart attack because 1) how is Hol Horse ALIVE and 2) Kakyoin is dead, but Josuke can’t be making things up because how would he even know about Kakyoin? Only to discover that no, Kakyoin is still dead, it’s his cousin.

Also been thinking about Hol Horse remembering encountering those two odd teenagers in Egypt and now meeting these two odd teenagers in Morioh and seeing the similarities. Once again, he’s tossed in with a Jojo and a Kakyoin, but this time it’s different because now he’s no longer an antagonist, but to him, in some was, it still feels so familiar

The only reason it was actually confirmed Hol's actor stole Emperor is because he was asked to reprise the role in CDDH and the people behind it were worrying about recreating stands and Hol's actor just-

Another thing if the spin off gets made here, too- Pet Sounds was trained by the same group who trained Pet Shop, just that the parrot is actually nicer. ...but also shenanigans because the parrot mimics what it hears.

everyone just thought that The Emperor got lost in all the packing up which understandable it’s not very big or flashy, but then surprise surprise Hol Horse just. Had it the whole time

and he took really great care of it too. All the prop people had to do was give it some touch ups with paint and it looked basically new

and parrots repeating weird shit shenanigans will never not be fucking hilarious, you can’t convince me otherwise. So many of the actors kept messing with Pet Sounds, which while difficult because of the training, was incredibly entertaining when they pulled it off

Your honour I am a big big fan of the red/blue/orange colour pallet Araki gave Dio in this one piece of artwork he did and now only colour him with those colours ahahaha. Its even my Minecraft skin for Java that I made myself. (For reference, I put it down below) Anyways, Crazy Diamond Demonic Heartbreak. Going to be honest, it had a lot of potential however near the end you could tell it was rather rushed. The artwork is still beautiful though so decided to colour it.

This is actually my second time colouring the middle panel, the first time was when I was very new to manga colouring and used blurring for E V E R Y T H I N G. It looked very crusty, So its nice to see how much I have improved! Anyways, I shall leave you with the piece Araki made that I am very much obsessed with!

told myself i was going to wait until crazy diamond demonic heartbreak finishes before i start reading it, but then i ended up caving

usually i avoid reading incomplete series (probably because of the plague of incomplete fanfiction) but so far i’m really enjoying it! i’ve always liked josuke and hol horse but was not expecting to like their dynamic as much as i do. especially love the way that they’ve addressed dio’s influence on the stand users who worked for him even after his death. not sure if this is an unpopular opinion but honestly i felt his weight as a villain more in this series than i did in part 3.

can’t wait for new chapters! and does anybody know if there will ever be an official english release? would love to have the manga on my shelf

Sketched the CDDH Chapter Cover of Hol Horse, how could I not? A redraw of it, of course. Granted it's not the most accurate piece, but I honestly took a while to finish it- but to visually see what I'm going to draw is always a good way to test my observation skills.
