Okay but, hear me out.... Helena and Thorn 👀 I would very much like to see some thoughts (or thots!) On that!
Hello friend I promise I didn't forget this I just had to do Thorn research
But here we go. 😁
Thots and thoughts a head.
So I like to imagine that as a soon as Thorn learns who and what a Spider- woman is. He's her biggest damn fan. He thinks this is the greatest thing - even if Fox is being a grumpy gus about it.
He reading up about her exploits on the holonet. He's telling the men to let her help them if they spot her around. Waving like a loon when he sees her himself.
He takes selfies next to her stung up bad guys when she leaves them nice presents.
Fox is exasperated with his brother- Thorn thinks this is an underated tool they should use to their advantage. Gosh fox- we are over worked and this super hero likes and wants to help us.
He ends up figuring out she is listening to their police radio and starts setting up a system and basically becomes her inside man.
Calls her if they need back up, gives her cool code names over the radio.
Takes the opportunity to flirt when being rescued.
She rescued him a few times when he got so caught up in savings his brothers that he missed almost getting killed a few times.
He takes the opportunity to flirt.
Finger guns, they have pun battles
All the other guards are groaning because she's encouraging his bad jokes and even playing along.

Fox is getting second hand embarrassment.
Now this is where the trouble is
Helena has had a massive crush on Thorn since she met him
Helena works for a military consultant who makes weapons and ships and others. She's an engineer. She is around the guard constantly. She thinks Thorn is funny and kind and cares for his brother and takes his job seriously.
She keeps getting flustered around him because of his general unique ness, competency and his puns. But also him being her alter egos big fan
She keeps blushing when he talks to her- just talks. Her voice gets high, shes dropping things and running away as fast as she can.
She's looking at herself in the mirror embarrassed like "you are spider- woman, you are strong. What are you doing, get a grip.
She's normally very confident but around Thorn- out the window.
Thorn is perspective though and notices her nervous nature and is trying to make her feel relaxed but talking to her more
Like out of his way talking to her.
"how was your weekend Cyar'ika ? Did you do anything fun? Ever been to 79? Do you want to go? Save a dance for me okay?
She is okay punnist and flirting with him in the suite but not as herself and he's constantly talking to her as both and she's dying Inside.
Fox is also dying inside- please just ask her out and put me out of my misery.
Bad thing is- Thorn is perspective. And the more he hangs around Helena the more he notices things.
She's strong, she seems to know something is going to happen before it does. When she thinks no one is watching, she's got a grace about her most nat borns don't have. Her humor is familiar. Her mannerisms are familiar.
So he starts a little experiment.
He witnessed her catch something heavy that fell, then fake fumble it and drop it like "oh no how heavy"
Him: yes...how heavy
Insert B99 shenanigans.
Thorn is throwing things at her now, sometimes himself. And if she's paying attention - she falls over or drops it
The first time she catches him then dropped him. Fox is alarmed, Stone is confused and Thire thinks this is the funniest thing and he can't wait.
So he starts doing it when she's distracted or busy. She caught stuff without looking, she caught him then blinked before dropping him once she remembered he's supposed to be heavy.
He once handed her his Z6 when she was in the middle of presenting information to Fox. Arms full and one hand free. "Just hold this" and handed it over. She held it one handed for a few minutes before she realized what it was.
He's got all his brothers doing it though they don't know why. Just "throw things as her and tell me what she does"
Fox is alarmed and too tired for this shit.
Tries to pull the "stop fucking around with the civilian."
"I'm doing science"
"science is writing it down, you're just fucking around!"
*I'm writing it down mentally brother."
Now Helena is paranoid because what is the clone doing. Why is he constantly hanging out in her office? Why are the clones throwing things at me?.
Thorn is throwing her off by talking to her more. Hanging out in her lab, smiling and flirting and asking her to come with them to 79 please. You work just hard as Fox and sleep just as little. Please Cyrika 🥺
He really makes a decision when after a fight with spider woman- he just looks at her mask and says "see you at work tomorrow Helena"
Her not paying attention and tired " yeah see you tomorrow Thorn."
And he grins and walks away and she stands there for a second before "!"
She goes to find him later, shoving him into a closet. All -you cant tell anyone!
Oh Cyar'ika if you wanted me alone you could have just asked. 😁
Helena is upset and paranoid and confused and he just takes her face in his hands.
Mesh'la, I've known for a while, it's okay. Yeah I flirt with both, but that's because I think you're one of the strongest most amazing nat-borns I have ever met and I want you to be safe and happy and sleep. Please take a nap. Mesh'la! I sedate Fox, I'll sedate you too! And maybe dinner with me, and I definitely want to try kissing you upside because I saw it in a film. And you're cute and funny and please go out with me?"
Helena just stunned and standing there with a blue screening.
But you- you flirt with everyone?
Not since meeting you. Mesh'la if I had a Star Everytime you brightened my day in and out of that suite. I'd own the whole galaxy by now.
You'd be a better owner than the Chancellor.
"I would wouldn't I? What ya say Mesh'la, we're already in the closet, we might as well get dinner to?
...is that professional?
Kiss her cheek then closer to her mouth. Just the barest brush of a kiss. Pulls her closer, with one arm, cradling her head with the other.

More blue screening for Helena.

They'll have dinner later.
Thorn kicks in the door to the officers room, and announces he's got a date! He definitely also looks freshly fucked too. Thire high fives him, Stone and Hound just, roll their eyes and congratulate him.
Fox is just tired and mutters something about please stop fucking in closets.
Thorn still flirts with Spider-woman on missions now, but he talks about Helena so much more now around his brothers
(they will all eventually figure it out. ) and Thorn will be smug about his engineer super hero who can lift him one handed while he's carrying his Z6.
They definitely do the Spiderman kiss. Thorn is delighted.
Palpatine sets of all of Helena's spider senses and she starts investigating that.
Fix it- she saves Fives during the whole hunt him down on Coursant and he explains the chips to her and she's able to kidnap Rex and the three together save the clones. .

oh hey, look what I found in my drafts in pursuit of some other idea of mine, I'd forgotten about this in the frenzy of experiencing every emotion known to mankind these last couple weeks courtesy of the most ruthless of emotional rollercoasters that was the good omens s2 finale and its fallout on tumblr.
Behold, an unedited compilation of my initial reactions to the entirety of good omens s2, ft a slowly less careful tracking of which episode any of these reactions originated from:

bi jake headcanons
looking back on it, jake’s been attracted to men all his life
from john mcclane to guys in high school and college to detective stevie schillens
it was just at the time he knew he was attracted to women and he had no word to describe being attracted to multiple genders so he wasn’t. and anyway he figured everyone felt this way, so why stress about it?
even when he first hears the word bisexual in college, he doesn’t connect it with himself
it isn’t until rosa comes out and he comes up with a speech for her to come out to her parents that something shifts. saying ‘i am bisexual’ feels.... right. feels like something he’s never been able to articulate before but that hits some note in his chest and resonates, clear and loud
he doesn’t think about it after. this is rosa’s moment and he wants to be there for her. and he’s with amy so that’s that
until a guy from college, tall and funny and still so hot, they shared a sloppy drunken kiss at a college party and then never discussed it again, shows up in the precinct looking to report a murder and jake is floored. he doesn’t plan to do anything about these feelings, just can’t help thinking damn this guy is hot, but this time, he has a word for it
the label bisexual settles on him and it fits, it fits so well, like a perfect pair of sneakers that don’t need to be worn in, they’re already perfect
he tells amy first, of course. he tells her and as he starts to explain how it doesn’t mean anything’s changed between them, the thought that anything could change his love is ridiculous, amy places her hands on either side of his face and says “i know” and “i love you” and “i’m happy for you”
(the only thing that changes - and it’s not even a big change - is that they talk about which men are attractive; jake still doesn’t get amy’s thing for young al gore and amy thinks bruce willis in a tank top isn’t that hot which, how?)
he tells rosa next, thanks her for coming out, gets a little more emotional than he was expecting to but it’s fine. she says she’s there for him and if he needs it, she’ll go to dinner with his parents
(he takes her up on it. karen is extremely supportive and so proud of him for coming out, she’s already planning on getting a bi flag for their living room and joining an ally group for supportive parents. roger is..... roger, doesn’t understand how he can love amy, be married to her, and still decide to be bisexual. it’s not a decision though, it’s an epiphany, a recognition of something that’s always been true, and well jake’s learned not to expect anything more from him)
then he comes out to the rest of the precinct. he does it to a remix of nsync’s bye bye bye and it’s a little over-the-top and a lot of flash but at the end of the song, voice small and vulnerable and honest, he says “i am bisexual”
it feels good. it feels so good
the squad is just as supportive as ever and jake allows more than a minute for questions. afterwards holt pulls him aside, places a hand on his shoulder, and tells him he’s proud of him
when jake wants to go to pride the next year, they all go. rosa never has before, has never felt a need to loudly celebrate her sexuality, but she goes too and jake can see her smiling the entire time

➻ two; once Sakuya got to know you he could totally understand that your sister hit the nail on the head when she described you as funny and easygoing. being with you really made him at ease, especially before his theater shows. he genuinely believes that you’re his lucky charm and he performs better when he knows you’re watching. he also craves headpats from you a lot because he adores the feelings he gets whenever you ruffle his hair, it makes him go all smiley and motivates him to do better. if he is not feeling shy, he will even snuggle next to you whenever he is rehearsing his lines so that you can give him all the headpats he deserves. caution: sometimes he gets sleepy whenever he snuggles next to you while you’re running your fingers through his hair so there are times when he falls asleep next to you. and the next thing you know, you’re both asleep next to each other. also, he knows how bad it feels not to talk about your problems because after losing his parents at a young age, Sakuya was taken in by his relatives, however his new guardians did not seem to care much about him and Sakuya himself seemed to know that he didn't have a place at home. so even if he won’t push you to open up to him, he will just let you know that he is here for you with or without using words. he knows how being lonely feels like and the feeling when you think you can’t open up to anyone and he doesn’t want you to go through that. “Because everybody's here, even at night, I'm not lonely anymore.”
➻ three; Sakuya would gladly sit back and enjoy watching television shows or playing video games with you time to time but i don’t think he is the type of person who would want to stay inside when the weather is nice. at days like those, sometimes he will drag you outside to watch a theater play with him. of course, he won’t shut up about it afterwards but you don’t really mind since you love seeing him happy and the way his eyes sparkle whenever he talks about theater with a smile brighter than sun. when he gets like that, you silently make a promise to yourself that you will support him and his dreams no matter what. if there are not a play that pique your interests, then he will just take you to that river side he loves so much for a stroll, hand in hand. when it’s cold, raining or you don’t want to go out he will drop by your place to spend time with you. maybe you can try teaching him the basics of the games you play? you’d make Itaru very happy too, not gonna lie. or if you don’t feel like gaming, just go and have a lazy day with him on the couch while watching your favorite television shows. he will always let you pick what to watch because he loves seeing you happy just as much as you love seeing him happy.

Most popular oneshot: I have like eighty bajillion drabbles so I’m not sure what the *most* popular one is, but this one has more than a hundred notes so that seems popular enough and I’m too lazy to scroll back further.
Most Popular Multi-Chapter Story: Travelers, probably. Sadly. It’s old and I hate it now because I was a baby writer and I experience retroactive embarrassment at the tropeyness and writing quality. Or Circuit Break, which I very much want to rewrite because I love the idea and think it’s solid but the execution/subplots were not as great as they could have been (again, because I was a baby writer).
favorite story you wrote: Eonar’s Gift is one that I’m really proud of even though the stuff I love most I haven’t finished yet. Spitting Image is my aspirational fic. I love it SO SO MUCH in my head and I desperately want to write it because it’s my favorite plot I’ve ever done and probably my best Klaus so far, even if it’s *mostly* just in an outline right now. It’s just....so long.
how you choose your titles: I wildly grasp for something that is either punny or at least slightly related, slap it on there, and then try not to think about it.
do you outline: I don’t outline the smaller stuff, but if I’m starting to write something and I reach for a physical pen to outline I know it’ll blow up. It’s my indicator lol
coming soon/not yet started: Ooof sooooo much stuff. I’ll go with my AU week plans (though I have midterms, which is interrupting my writing time). I’m setting a reasonable goal of three. These have all been started but aren’t done yet (not in order):
