Some of these villains were reformed (more or less, lol) And E.Vile is in space and hasn't attacked Poptropica.

So the only ones that would be in there would be Director D, Vince Graves, Mademoiselle Moreau, and Dr. Cumulo Nimbus.

Raven's in there too.

Don't think about how she decided to stay and be with him. Don't think about how when she held his hands for the first time after she noticed that there was no pulse. Don't think about her calming him down when he panicked seeing he had no reflection for the first time. Don't think about how maybe he would turn into a bat to curl up in her coat pocket when it was too cold. Don't think about how much they loved each other. Don't think about how they thought that even through that happened everything would be okay. Don't think about how devastated he was when he realized he could never be with her again when she died. Don't think about them.

While is might be a bit dark but a little angst in my au

We do not know how long Bram was a vampire. With the state of his home is in it's clear he has been for a very long time.

Here's the thing about a human's memory. It can only remember so much as it will get rid of memories that it deems not necessary. Memory will fade overtime and if the curse doesn't stop Bram's brain from aging his memory will get worse overtime. It's clear it has had a drastic effect on his physical appearance. So why not make that a little impactful by having it affect his mind as well?

So here's a bit of potential good old angst. Brams memory getting to a point that he can barely remember his wife. All he remembers are some very fuzzy memories and what she looks like because of paintings he has. He remembers how much he loved her and as hard as he tries the memory of her is fading away. Perhaps the curse of immortality is causing him to go mad as well. Then he sees a person who exactly looks like his wife. He's lost his mind at this point so at the first sign of anything that even closely like her he won't let go. It's clear that logic has been lost. He's gone mad and if the curse is making him more animalistic over time that might be the last of before the curse Bram left.

When the player gets there he'll greet them with what little sanity he has left before the curse fully takes over and the hunt begins. The player will have to save Katya and get the cure while being hunted by Bram. Maybe being able to catch a small glimpse of the old him while he forgets what he was doing and looking for. Before he goes right back to hunting once he notices you.

Anyway just a little bit of my au :D

AU where Bram would visit the village regularly to buy blood from the butcher and like

They all know he's a vampire

He thinks he's so sly about it but he's not

And then they realize he's just kinda pathetic for a vampire and just misses his wife

And that he's been experimenting with stuff that's dangerous for a vampire because he wants to be human again so he's covered in burns

And the town just kinda adopts him as the local cryptid and his mental health is better and he's learning to move on and he ends up leaving the mansion and continues his experiments in the village and people will help him with the stuff that would burn him and it's just wholesome

AWWWW I LOVE THIS. He continues his work and gets some support!

Count Bram's like "I swear I'm not a vampire." And the butcher's just like "I know you aren't, buddy. On an unrelated note it's going to be super sunny out tomorrow so you better stay inside so you don't get... sunburned."

⋆ Your Favorite: Director D ⋆

I think it's no surprise to ANYONE that knows me that Director D has always been my favorite, since day 1. There was a moment where he was almost replaced by Binary Bard, but he is a close second. Director D is my favorite because he is associated to my nostalgia of a time when I was obsessed with being a spy or ninja when I was a kid. (Spy kids may have played a BIG role in that.) Playing as an agent in that island was so exciting for me, but I do remember having trouble with certain parts like the decoder. (In hindsight I probably would be horrible spy XD.) Now that I'm older, his island is still one of my favs for that reason, but it's not my number one. I wish we could have gotten a bit more backstory for him, but, what can you do. (But create a backstory for him and I have.)

⋆ You Relate To: Black Widow ⋆

Black widow is a character I don't really talk about or draw like....ever, which is crazy because she's probably the character I relate to the most, just like many other artist do too I'm sure. I relate to her in the way of being jealous of other people's art success, and the constantly comparing yourself to others. They say you are your worst critic after all. I don't so much anymore. I'm actually proud of where I am in my art journey, but I used to do that a lot when I was younger, especially when I just started doing digital art.

You won't catch me stealing or ruining other people's art though... girl what-

⋆ Your Favorite Design: Ringmaster Raven ⋆

Look at him, 'nuff said. His design is amazing. I love the color palette, the mask used to cover his true look, the raven theme with the wings and mask, the hat with eyes, everything. His design is the best because it matches with the overall theme of the island, it being a MONSTER CARNIVAL, and he is the Ringmaster. I remember how hipped I was when his island trailer released. One of the best islands for sure.

⋆ Is Underrated: Count Bram⋆

Yeah, remember when I was constantly drawing him for a short period of time? It's for a reason. I love my vampire peepaw who's confused about everything. I'm curious, do people consider him a villain? I kind of don't for the reason that he kidnapped Katya because he thought she was Anabelle, and once he was cured and was bought back to reality, he apologized for it because he didn't know. You want to talk about villain? Christopher is the real villain, you can't change my mind. Anyway, I was looking at the old art I drew of him, and he looked familiar to me. Then it all came together. You know who he reminds of? Exactly? Simon Petrikov, you know, Ice King from Adventure Time? Not only do they have the same hair style and would have the same personality, but they were both humans at some point with a partner, and once they became what they became, all they thought about was their partner, aka Anabelle and Betty.

Poof, mind blown. Vampire peepaw deserves more love.

⋆ You'd get along with IRL: Amelia ⋆

Amelia is another character I don't really talk about or draw, mainly because I associate her with the new era of Poptropica. But, I don't think that's fair. Amelia is actually a very sweet character that I think little me would have appreciated if she came to the game sooner. I would probably get along with her really well, considering how silly, and nice she is. Not to mention, her love for cute stuff. Imagine her unicorn bedroom but replaced with bunnies. That's my room right now. I think that even traveling with her would be really fun. She would have gotten under the "you relate to" category too but I didn't want Amelia on here twice. XD

⋆ And finally...Your Favorite Side Character: Dr. Spyglass ⋆

I... do not know how to explain this one. Dr. Spyglass only gets a few words of dialog, and we know nothing about him in canon, besides him working for HQ, and being an eye doctor. I won't lie, I actually had a crush on this guy years ago, hence why I shipped him with Muddy. (I cringe at that ship now. XD) Probably because...he looks like Director D...with a lab coat. >_> Look at both of them and TELL ME they are not related, I dare you. My version of them are. I love the idea of this silly scientist being hired by his brother after failing the entry agent exam, not because he pitted him, but because he understood how incredibly smart he was and is. Constantly being compared to his brother and what he could have been. So, you can say I like MY version of him... a lot.

I should dedicate a post to him some day, eh?

Used the tiermaker to graph out my age headcanons for the Poptropica villains (this isn’t canon! just my own interpretation), subject to change.

I personally see the villains (unless actually specified to be otherwise) as adults because I think that makes the game funnier. I had in-depth explanations… but then I lost it. (screw my wifi)

I’ll just list some important bits:

The Black Widow’s age is actually… alleged. According to her. (Well you’d have to check her legal documents to prove this, and you’ll need to know her real name to do that! … good luck.)

The Plant Monster Brains are 200+ (this is canon)

Count Bram is… older than most Poptropicans. But he’s not reaching his 1000s, he’s actually far from that

Being a god, Zeus is immortal. But if there’s a will, there’s a way! Huh

I have no idea how to estimate the age of a virus and a computer

Honestly if you really think about it, some of the poptropica villains we’ve encountered would probably be dead today. That’s because they live on islands that are set in different time periods. So I’m gonna go over which villains would be the oldest chronologically.

I’m not going to include Zeus cause while he does live in Ancient Greece, he’s a literal god and doesn’t really quite count.

First is Scheherazade and Samhal surprisingly, you’d think that it would be Bard who is the oldest villain chronologically but he actually isn’t. Arabian Nights is based off of 1001 Arabian nights, and according to the story, it takes place in the Sasanid Dynasty. This means that Arabian nights would have taken place between 224 to 651 CE/AD.

And then next is Binary Bard. Astro knights takes place in the medieval era obviously, but lets pinpoint when exactly. The first known accounts of knights existing are written in the 8th century and knights were considered obsolete by the 15th century. Obviously there weren’t any highly advanced technology in the medieval era but hey it’s fictional.

This one was a little hard to pinpoint because the fairytales used in this have rather broad eras in which they take place, but to simplify things I’ll be going by the Disney/popular versions. There are a total of 5 major characters who are actual fairy tale characters, but lets start with the princesses first. Snow White is from the 16th century and Cinder is from the 19th century. Now let’s talk about the characters who didn’t show up in any Disney movies. The origins of “The little red riding hood” trace back to the 10th century but the most commonly told version takes place in the 17th century. Our fairytale villain(at the moment) Rumpelstiltskin is most commonly associated with the 18th century, however it is believed that his story goes even farther back than that. The earliest known records of Rumpelstiltskin’s story are traced back about 4000 years ago and was traditionally told through generations by oral storytelling. However for simplicity sake, I’m placing Rumpelstiltskin below Scheherazade, Samhal, and Bard.

I didn’t want to bring up sponsored islands at first but I’m gonna do it anyways. Next is the shogun. The premise of Red Dragon island involves samurais and ninjas. Samurais were established in the 10th century and are commonly associated with the Edo period, which took place between 1603 to 1837. Ninjas were also around in the Edo period aswell.

Next is Captain Crawfish. Firstly, piracy has existed for a long time so we need to figure out how to narrow down what year he lived in. It’s safe to assume that he may have lived in the golden age of piracy, which takes place between 1650 to 1730. Now let me bring up something you probably never even thought about. If you go to Dragon Cove, you’ll see a wise woman there, the wise woman is wearing Qing dynasty clothes. The Qing dynasty lasted from 1636 to 1912, and fair enough, the golden age of piracy sits well in between that era.

Next is Count Bram. Since he is based on Dracula, he would be living in the Victorian era, which takes place between 1837 to 1901

Around the same time frame is El Mustachio Grande. Obviously he would be living in the Wild West era, which lasted betwen the 1860s to the 1890s

Next is Mademoiselle Moreau. According to the wiki, Mystery train is based around the 1893 Chicago World’s fair and the train itself is based on the John Bull train that took people to the world fair.

Next is Ringmaster Raven. The island is stated to take place in 1956 and Raven was exiled from the town as a child in 1936. Believe it or not, he would actually still be alive today, albeit he would be very old, he would be roughly in his 90s at minimum.

Not gonna talk a whole lot about monkey wrench island but fun fact, Red Baroness is based on an actual German pilot from World war 1. Y’all can probably guess who I’m talking about.

Lastly is the villains of Ghost story island, Daphne Dreadnaught and the Magistrate. Henry Flatbottom became the Magistrate in 1929 and has been visiting Fiona’s grave for 50 years, meaning that Ghost story takes place in 1979. I’d say that Daphne too would still be alive, but Flatbottom? The man is like 10 minutes away from death, I doubt he would be still around.

From here on out, all the other villains are from the modern era, presumably past 24 carrot. I’d say about 9 out of all the villains we currently have would be dead in the present timeline if you don’t count Samhal who could still be a genie and Rumpelstiltskin who can be interpreted as being immortal cause y’know magic man. But it’s interesting that these villains being able to live in the modern era is possible thanks to the whole weird time travel thing that goes on when we visit different islands.
