Proof that Huskerdust have feelings for each other

• In 1x04 Throughout the entirety of the song Loser, Baby Husk becomes consensual , gentle, and chivalrous with Angel (who pretty much joined in after being accepted for who he is with a “Baby, that’s fine by me”

<> Husk protectively told Angel to “stay down” (very boyfriend-coded if you ask me 😏) and then seconds later became awestruck by the fact that he could defend himself (whilst showing his true colours)

<> However at the end of the episode the tension of sexual attraction between them is definitely there

• In 1x05 it’s a little bit harder to tell since the episode “Dad Beat Dad” was mainly focused on Lucifer’s father/daughter and Charlie’s relationship.

But we do see two snippets of Angel and Husk on the sidelines comically eating popcorn as Alastor defended the hotel later on (after Lucifer caused it) and another scene where Lucifer and Charlie are arguing.

<> Husk makes a pre-drink for Angel without being asked whilst he talks to Mimzy (which I thought was actually really cute ☺️)

• In 1x06 When at the club Consent first off Angel listened to Husk’s advice after Cherri suggested they get “fucked up” by doing drugs

• In 1x07 Again, similar to “Dad Beat Dad” there’s a brief Huskerdust moment where two things happen; 1. Angel wraps his arm around Husk. 2. Husk frowns shortly at Vaggie before it changed to a smile and his eyes dilated (slightly) after Angel embraced him

• In 1x08 Before the war with the angels (Exorcists) Angel decided to spend his last night at the hotel with Husk who had flirtatiously acknowledged that he had really changed

Bonus:

You can also hear the instrumentals of Loser, Baby in the background!!! (Like… come on you cannot tell me THIS isn’t a romantic atmosphere. The Husk’s tone of “you really have changed” that’s held with so much sexual tension! Their song — literally — playing in the background?! Angel’s Anthony’s soft and hesitant “Hey…”)

<> During the amidst of the war Husk makes a social faux pas about “too many fucking angels coming” only be teased by Angel in response (which come on, let’s face it, they definitely were flirting 🤭)

<> The minute Angel got knocked down by one of the exorcist (after selflessly saving Frank one of the Egg Boiz) Husk looked feral at the person who had harmed the latter ~ like were talking “you just hit my boyfriend , how dare you.” level of protectiveness

I’ve been reading an insane amount of manhwa recently so decided to compile a list of what I’ve read so far so that I can peer pressure encourage my friends to read some of these with me.

Grouping everything by ranking (and just plain alphabetical order in each rank) These are all my own opinion please feel free to like/dislike what you like/dislike. I also have a separate list for the meh to the DNF-ed since this is purely the good stuff.

• She also wears leather black gloves to avoid getting caught by the police (or her father) when committing crimes and would often wear a mask to hide her ID

Due to Mitsu's enjoyment of (ironic) criminal activity, she and her father tend to butt heads a LOT which would often leave them at an impasse, frequently.

Because of the strained relationship Yagami often would wonder where he had gone wrong with his parenting and how Mitsu could have preferred delinquency over being a law-abider (especially when one’s father is a detective 😂)

Occupation:

What deteriorates Mitsu and Yagami’s relationship even further is choice of career and had, unintentionally, tried to coax her doing something else as a hostess (of all things) and implied she could put away criminals instead of becoming one.

She would often feel inferior to her father especially when it comes to occupation and always hates when he woyld “coax” her into becoming a criminal lawyer when announced she had no interest of being any kind of law enforcer because she enjoys being a lawbreaker

Hobbies:

Whilst Yagami passionately disapproves of Mitsu’s decision to play a part in criminal activities — he is still somewhat more pleased that she’s doing normal things a kid should be doing; like skateboarding or participating with robotics club

However his disapproval escalates dramatically after finding out that Mitsu had become the leader of biker gang and started a faction called “Swiftback Drifters” — technically undoing his hard work of disbanding death races

Fighting:

Unlike Yagami Mitsu tends to deliberately get into fights for the sake of fighting and would often be the one to start it on purpose and would always let her emotions get the best of her (even so far as to kill someone) to prove to people how “strong” she is

She’d even go as far as to doing cage fights to earn extra cash and would often fight dirty to make it happen which often lead a argument between both father and daughter about what was ethical etc

Kaito:

Mitsu considers Kaito as her "uncle"; and would always look up to him — more than her actual father, if she had something to say about it (but then again that’s because they were opposites sides of the law and not in a prosecutor way 😂)

Despite the tension between father and daughter; Kaito also points out the positive traits of Mitsu and how she's more like Yagami than she actually thinks (both in choice of attire and mannerisms)

And that, of course, her father, as a detective, would be against anything lawless and that it would make sense why they would be at impasse a lot, which would often make her pissed off — before giving Kaito the silent treatment (for like a day or two)

Jun is the closest thing to a "cousin", to Mitsu despite there being 15 years between them — putting him at 30 y/o —. He can both protect her and give her very good advice and never fails to support her specifically when she trashes her father behind his back (so pretty similar to Kaito or at least tries to be 😂)

Amasawa:

Mitsu deeply resents Amasawa — as any sister would — and would often make snarky comments like how she was technically the daughter Yagami would have had because of their common interest in mystery and detective work

However Mitsu would either be ignored or is acknowledged — bluntly — by Ansawa and that the former would have been the “ideal daughter” if she wasn’t into criminal activity and that she should have known better — what with being a daughter of a detective and a law-abider (etc)

Kozakura (OC):

Despite Mitsu’s hostile relationship with Kozakura (most of the time and if there’s an audience) outside of that; she does seem to have a soft spot for her younger sister and isn’t afraid to “teach” her tormentors a lesson and offers to teach her some self defence skills.

Sooo I have way too many drafts piling up, and I'm having a bit of decision paralysis here 😅 Thought I would make a list of them. For the sake of my personal notes and perhaps some community help on choosing? Feel free to let me know if anything interested you! <3

Hazbin Hotel Headcanons:

- Bee & Angel would be best friends (the common denominator being that they’re both insects and have musical abilities)

- Angel Dust doesn’t know the rest of the Seven Deadly Sins except Asmodeus the King of Lust (cuz go figure 🤭) which is his favourite

<> His least favourite Deadly Sin is Mammon (because he reminds him too much of Valentino)

- Angel & Husk have private conversations in Italian because no one else understands

- Husk has reading glasses (boat-shaped) but refuses to use them 😂

- Anthony (Angel Dust) definitely watched RuPaul’s Drag Race when he was alive

- Emily is actually Charlie’s half sister (staying here until confirmed otherwise 🤭)

- Despite being annoyed with Angel Dust (as a person); Alastor gets taught the “gay language” like ‘that’s the tea' etc

- Angel Dust definitely now sings “Loser, Baby” all the time to himself (like the rest of us 🤣)

- Cherri Bomb feels inferior to Husk because 1. She’s Angel’s best friend first and 2. He stops him from being “fucked up”

- Angel Dust has characteristics of ASD (considering that his personality is based on Alaska Thunderfuck who’s definitely on the spectrum with a combination of Trixie Mattel) and also ADHD

- It was stated that Husk was/is family oriented so I definitely have a hunch that he’d would have a family before he died

- Angel Dust (due to the abuse from Valentino) would have a praise/validation kink with a significant other

- Husk’s room is a representation of Las Vegas and has a poker table (for sure!) and a scratching post to file down his claws 😂

- Angel unofficially dated (?) Valentino before things started going downhill (increasingly fast & really bad)

- Once Angel Dust is comfortable with someone he’d constantly lay on the dad jokes (especially the 18+ 🏳️‍🌈 fruity 🏳️‍🌈 ones)

- Husk waits up for Angel Dust — whether it be 5 AM in the morning— before packing up the bar

- Every 🩷 motif on Angel Dust are the places he’s most sensitive area (so technically his sweet spots)

- Despite Husk being an alcoholic he has actually has a high tolerance of alcohol and would take a lot to get to that point (something emotional related)

- Husk’s real name is either a “Henry” (most likely), “Huxley” or a “Henrik”

<> Henry means “estate ruler” which I thought made the most sense because he owned a casino at one point 🤔

- Adam admires Angel Dust and his porn videos so much he copied his eyeliner (same shape and everything 🤣)

- Alastor cheated when he challenged Husk to a game of cards (there’s no way he wouldn’t have)

- Husk’s casino is called “The Lucky Cat” (or something like that) which is funny because it’s the opposite of him

- Vaggie mistakes Huskerdust’s flirting (who are clearly dating) as Angel sexually harassing Husk 🤣

- Husk zodiac sign is a Leo ♌️ (🐱)

- Angel definitely teases Husk about his age despite being 12 years younger than him (or supposed to be if he hadn’t died in his 30s)

- Angel Dust would definitely get triggered by Alastor if he pulled Husk’s chain in front of him (because it mentally brings the former right back to Valentino again)

- Whenever Cherri Bomb and Husk argue Angel Dust is quick to diffuse the situation (not canon but definitely implied in 1x06 “Welcome to Heaven”)

- Husk can read nonverbals not just because it’s necessary for a bartender but also necessary for a gambler (literally need exceptional body language skills to see if someone is bluffing etc)

- Angel Dust becomes “Anthony” whenever he’s severely intoxicated or drugged up

- Fat Nuggets acts like a emotional support animal which is why Angel Dust doesn’t have the heart to rehome him (despite being gifted by Valentino)

- After watching Princess and the Frog for the umpteenth time Angel officially calls Husk “Shadowman” (IFYKYK 🤭) much to his annoyance 😂

- Husk was a bouncer before he died (he definitely had that “bouncer” energy in episode 1x04)

- Angel Dust doesn’t have Voxflix so he has to sometimes miss RuPaul’s Drag Race (and gets irritable when he has sacrifice missing it 🤣)

- Lucifer brings in the other Deadly Sins to help out with Charlie’s hotel as a side job thing and make them become “teachers” for their respective sins

- Husk was/is also very good friends with Beelzebub (back when he was overlord) because of their common interest in authenticity and alcoholism 🤭

- When Angel said “Gawd Niff why you being such a mess?!” in 1x06 he was probably quoting off something that Henroin, his father, said to him

Huskerdust / Anthusker edition:

- Angel is terrified of horror movies (however picks them out regardless for the sake of jumping into Husk’s arms when picking out movies 🤣)

- Husk is definitely “forced” (metaphorically) to watch RuPaul’s Drag Race with Angel Dust and would be the type to get upset if he watched it without him 🤣

- Husk & Angel call each other “baby” and “loser” (affectionately) because it reminds them of their duet

- Fat Nuggets, Frank (post 1x08 🤭), & Niffty are definitely Angel & Husk’s “children” 😂

- Husk due to being the “King of Consent” always fusses about being able to touch Angel even when given the okay 🤣

- Angel goes to Husk’s room whenever he has PTSD / nightmares about Valentino (platonically)

- Husk keeps the “Huskerdust dynamic” with Angel Dust in front of other people; but in private he’s more laidback towards him
