GALLAHAN rushed through the rain, unbothered by its dangerously strong volume. In the end, it was just water. He thinks to himself.

Name is more important than him getting sick. He bounds along the streets, making his way to her family's home. Upon reaching its entrance, he takes a good moment to catch his breath.

His fingers rap on the door as he awaits word. A dark-eyed servant opens it, his mouth left open in an 'o' form. “Do you need anything, my lord?” He asks, clearly perplexed by the situation set before him.

Gallahan could understand why. The poor servant hadn't expected him that such a noble like him would come without even a single worry about the rain.

“Is the lady home today?” He inquires, praying she'd be home. He had much to talk about and he wanted her in the comfort of his arms.

“Yes, she is.” This made the man before the servant beam with delight.

"Delightful! May I see her?" He was eager to say the least. He had missed her all week due to her having a holiday elsewhere. The moment she had been spotted back in their empire he had set off. Henceforth why he was here, restless and soaked by the rain.

The servant was in a bad temper it seems, but he let him in regardless. Though the raindrops that trailed behind the lord did bring the servant even more stress than he had wanted. Gallahan had caught him mutter something about quitting his job, but he didn't really have much of a care for that at the moment.

He rushed up the stairs, knowing where Name resides since he knew her all too well. She'd want to rest and nap since it is afternoon and it was raining.

He knocks on the door and waits, he was a giddy as could be and he couldn't even understand why. His green eyes shining with absolute excitement.

The door opens and there she is in all her glory. His beloved Name standing there with wide eyes. "Gal? Why are you so wet?" She exclaims, utter surprise shows on her features. She was unable to hide her bewilderment.

Suddenly, shame clouds his mind. Perhaps he should've thought more rationally than how he did. "I'm sorry-" She cut him off by pulling him inside and made sure to dry him before he catches a cold or worse pneumonia.

Thirty minutes later, Gallahan was completely engulfed in warmth. Name had made him change clothes, using her older brother's clothing that were thankfully just his size. She also called for tea to be made special for him, as well as a slice of cake.

She pressed a kiss on his forehead as she held his hand. "Never do that again, please?" She whispered quietly. He nods timidly, her soft caress against his cheek melted his heart.

When she tried to withdrew, he grabbed her hand and it pressed against his cold cheek. It warmed him so. "Stay." He whispers, pleading.

Her sweet smile shows. "Okay." She whispers, her hand remaining on his cheek as the two stayed this way.

Warmth felt nice. But it felt better with her being its source.

BETRAYAL OF DIGNITY IS SO GOOD WHAT

Oh my god my head is filling with ideas. Like it's legitimately so interesting. I don't care about the romance (cuz god forbid) but the characters and the plot is INSANE. It's nothing that I have not seen before, but the way it was written is so interesting and jaw dropping. Like I shed tears, rolled my eyes, frowned in disdain from reading this manhwa.

Damien is the pinnacle of what the term yandere is to me. Manipulative, perfect tint for his red flag, everything that he did was to make sure that Chloe is ensnared in his hold and hand. AND HE FUCKING SUCCEEDS! He's insane for doing all of these things and thinks that Chloe still wants to be in his arm (iykyk) especially in chapter 40-50s it was interesting seeing how his mindset works when Chloe realized that everything was built on a lie to ensnare her.

Chloe too is such a strong woman. Personally, I cannot bro. I probably would have folded in ways even contortionists can't. She's smart, not weak willed, and despite giving into Damien's wiles, she still has her own heart and mind set in stone and didn't forgive him that easily. Although, it's still not that far after the latest chapter's events (chapter 50), and i'm still not sure if she'll forgive him after that, but god am I conflicted.

I cannot say about the disabled rep here though, but from what i've seen, Chloe's disability (her leg being disabled is apparently from a sickness) is not that much of a liability to her, and is also not disregarded. But I cannot say for sure!

If ya'll want a manipulative type of yandere and a strong willed darling, this manhwa is a recommendation. If I have to rank it, it's 8.5/10!

The door slams shut as the two are left in a silence. His golden hair glistens in the moonlight. Callisto stands before his beloved, agitated.

"Do you have any idea what you've just caused?" He finally says after drawing a deep breath. His voice made her shake, she's never been so intimidated by her darling until this very moment.

"I-I was just playing around." Y/N explains, hoping he'd calm down but he shoots her a glare that makes her swallow hard. Her lover seems intent in making her regret her actions earlier on.

"You poured wine all over my brother, my heart. How the hell is that playing around?! Gods, I wish you weren't such a child!" He was absolutely infuriated. He hates that she tries to meddle with her brother to make him like her more. There is no need to do that, but she still does so since she is stubborn and hard headed. You'd think of the many times he's scolded her, she would've stopped by now. He sighs deeply as he pinched his nose, trying to think of how to apologize to his damnable brother.

Y/N is silent. Oddly so, his eyes flutter open as he stares. The sight makes him pause and understandably so. "Y/N...?" She's crying. Actually crying. The tears fall from her cheeks as she tries her best to surpress the sobs.

"Y/N..." His voice falls to a whisper, he found himself in absolute shock. Unable to do anything. Of all the months of their relationship, she's actually crying. He's never seen her this way. Never. So vulnerable, so fragile.

This is a sight to behold for him. She's always so much stronger than this. And yet here she is before him with tears streaming down her face.

The sound of her stifled sobs brought pain to him, shattering his heart into a million pieces. He reeled her in for a hug as he strokes her hair gently.

He did not understand. The anger he had had was gone. Instead replaced by guilt and pain. He kissed her forehead and cups her face, holding it in his hands. "My heart, I apologize. It was a mistake to make you feel that way." His tone is hushed and sincere.

"Please forgive me?" He asks, bringing her close. Y/N's optics stare at him for a few minutes, making him think that she may deny him forgiveness. But she nods and pulls him close.

"Okay." That made him feel immensely better as he held her tightly. He whispers sweet nothings as he kisses her all over, comforting her with his affectionate side.

It brought solace to the woman of his dreams and him too. And that was enough for him.
