Or, 5 times Charles brought someone else back to their room to fuck after he had drunk blood from them, and the 1 time Pierre found out from Charles why he drank from everyone except for the very person he's sharing a room with.

WIP: Jewels club/lounge

Yes it's a place for rich people's activity. Or at least I imagine because I'm not rich for that. I just needed a place for my golf mod, my tennis mod and a fake restaurant-like place. Also! Should double as party venue. And pool venue. Did I make a good job? Credit where it's due: golf terrain and tennis court are not made by me, I just searched the gallery and I am THANKFUL for people putting them as rooms on the gallery (I modified them to include my mod and all but it's very time saving to have a mini golf already done that we will imagine is not for mini ok).

Clubs Mod - WIP Update

My WIP club mod is coming along nicely. Once I figured out how to decipher EA’s LAYO files, doing a UI was less of a headache than I expected. I really wanted this mod to have a custom dialog, so things are looking good!

There are currently 2 club types: a generic (customisable) club and a subscription only club.

For the generic club activities, it’s looking like it will be limited to interactions that I manually add myself, unless I can figure out a more efficient way to add them. I have some ideas which I’ll test re. that.

The subscription only club is a club where members only pay a subscription fee (this can be automated), they don’t meet up. I added this feature with my sim’s tea shop in mind. It could also work well as a library subscription.

Pre-UI addition, I was testing the mod in my main game. It seems to be working pretty nicely.

I added club subscription gifts, so when sims join a club, they’ll receive it in their inventory. This is good for distributing “keys” to club members so they can access rooms, e.g.: the pool at the gym.

The swim club is looking good!

I’ll finish off the UI before focusing back on making the mod gameplay more exciting!

Attention pub patrons, Madam Rosmerta is utterly delighted to announce The Three Broomsticks Pride Fest! This fest is all about celebrating the LGBTQ+ community, and we welcome any writers old and new to join in the fun! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

But Rosmerta, how do you write canon-compliant fics about LBGTQ+ characters when there’s no explicit representation of that community in the books?

I’m glad you asked! TTB is a canon-compliant Discord server and therefore hosts canon-compliant fests; however, that’s not meant to be restrictive. Just because a character is not stated to be gay or asexual or nonbinary doesn’t mean they’re not! All that canon-compliance means at TTB is that the fic doesn’t alter canon events, including endgame pairings mentioned in the epilogue.

Here are some examples of LGBTQ+ characterisations and ships that would be considered canon-compliant by TTB definition (these aren’t prompts or an exhaustive list by any means, just some examples):

Harry, Ginny, Hermione, or Ron discovering bisexuality later in life (men and women being married isn’t inherently heterosexual, afterall)

A next gen character being trans or nonbinary

Asexual Charlie Weasley

Same-sex ships that don’t alter endgame couples; there are too many to list, but here’s a few: Dean/Seamus, Minerva/Poppy, Sirius/Remus, Lavender/Parvati, Katie/Alicia, Albus/Scorpius

Harry and Hermione having a conversation/realisation about Grindeldore

Everyone has their own slightly different definitions of canon-compliancy, so if you have any questions or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to send us an ask or reach out to any mod. We also encourage you to join our Discord server (click here to join), which is active during and between fests with mini-events, writing chats, an HP book club, and general shenanigans.

Fest submissions will be due in late May and posting will begin on June 1st (see important dates below for more details).

The rest is up to you - for example, if you wish to write a post-Hogwarts story, you do not have to take Cursed Child or post-Potter interview information as canon if you don’t want to, but you should follow the pairings established in the epilogue.

Can I submit a multi-chapter?

You can absolutely submit the start of a new multi-chapter; however, you cannot submit a new chapter from an already published WIP.

Save File Updates

hello hello, I bring more save file updates for anyone interested!

In my first version, I notice I focused a liiiittle too much on making everything basegame, which in turn made the worlds a little bit too bland and empty. I will of course keep some basegame-only stuff for everyone who only owns the basegame, but I also want the gameplay to be more interactive for those of you who own most/all the packs

-- I noticed Del Sol Valley had a lot of BG homes, which wasnt very fair of me to begin with, in my opinion. I have now optimized it to be more celeb-friendly, and I have quite a few celeb clubs and celeb-only spas, restaurants, etc... so it's a lot more fun now to be a celebrity, imo... I even have rival celebrities!

I dont know about the rest of you, but I LOVE cafes and my sims being able to grab a coffee wherever they are, so I have now added even more multi-function lots, and your sims can more-or-less get food and beverages in almost all community lots.

I received some personal messages asking me about the mods I used in the save file. Although I included them in the download, I now see it's smarter to just LINK the mods themselves so that you guys can update them manually and nothing breaks in the save file on your ends.

I will include my mods folder, because the sims use some CC on them. this is OPTIONAL, but your sims may look a bit different and may be nude. If you have MCCC, you can easily change them into an outfit.

I am considering some CC-friendly lots, because I have seen soooooo many beautiful community lots being built with CC, and it fits the vibe of certain worlds soo well. I will include the CC that I use in the download, but once again its OPTIONAL.

-- if you have any issues or recommendations about my use of CC, please let me know, the save file is still a WIP and not ready, so there's time for me to make changes!

If there's stuff you guys want to see more of in the game, please let me know! as I stated above, still a WIP and Im very open to all suggestions. I'm trying to be more occult-friendly as well, so I will have special occult-only clubs and places to visit.

9. For the next fic finder, I’ve been looking for a wangxian fic where WWX goes to the Cold Spring, and LWJ ends up leaving WWX in the spring. Well, WWX ends either falling asleep or passing out, and LQR ends up finding him in the morning absolutely freezing. LQR takes WWX to the medical wing, and I believe WWX has to be resuscitated. Sorry if it’s a little vague. That’s the only scene I remember clearly. Thanks for all the help!

10. Hiii! I’m looking for a fic where LWJ joins WWX in the burial mounds, but it must be a canon AU where wwx lives, because this takes place after Nightless City, but LWJ has been punished with the discipline whip. He hides his injuries from WWX, who is super mean to him. But then WWX gets angry and throws LWJ against a wall, not knowing about his injuries. LWJ is hurt very badly, and WWX feels awful bc really he just wanted to push him away, not hurt him.

I also remember that the Wens were still alive, and LWJ brought a maid who helped him hide his injuries, and wwx was furious with her but promised WQ he wouldn’t hurt her.

I have this WangXian fic I really loved but forgot to bookmark. Can you please help me find it? I read it over a year ago, so I can’t remember much of the details.

But basically, it happened after a huge war and LWJ was injured. WY found him volunteering at something like a refugee camp (?) and LWJ looked so sad and broken. I can’t remember much. But I know there was a lighthouse and WY took him there and eventually they ended up living close to that lighthouse.

19. Hi. It seems that I have lost another fic again. 👁️👄👁️ My brain is a wreck so I am back. Truthfully your blog has and will be the only thing that saves me. So I'm looking for a fic where A-Yuan can see ghosts (you see, I think that is the series name 🤔) So this is ancient cultivators time. He calls the ghost his mama and sometimes draws a family picture. He would talk to someone they cannot see. LWJ thought it was a bad spirit but y'know Cloud Recesses is a safe place spiritually, he thought maybe it was just an imaginary friend. If I remember LWJ couldn't see WWX and later on realized it was him because some of A-Yuan's description became very specific. Other people found A-Yuan creepy cause they can feel that he can see SOMETHING. 🤨 I remember from another fic in the series where it's JC's POV about A-Yuan seeing JYL, JFM and YZY in Lotus Pier.
