Plummer Family - Round 4 - WIP Clubs Mod
While Freddie waited for his shift at the arcade to start, I decided to set up the bowling club that he would head. I’ll take you through the process.
First things first was to create the club using the new club scheduler object. For a bowling club, I was going to need to create a ‘Custom Club’. This opens up a dialog where you choose the owner of the club.

That set, I opened up the scheduler planner window and started editing the settings. This club will run every Friday from 18:00 - 19:00 and it’s only for ages teen - adult. 
I also toggled it to be an open-invitation club, so sims can join and leave the club as they please. I added some trait restrictions too, however they were quite broad so I won’t list them here.

Then I set the club activity, which would be bowling.

That turns the club into a ‘Gamer Club’. Certain sims will be more drawn to this club than others.
Now, since I want this club to be “owned” by the arcade, even though Freddie is set as the owner, I don’t want Freddie to receive any of the money generated by club fees. 
So, I opened up a Bronzo account for the arcade and linked it to the club scheduler.

Now, whenever the club fee is collected, money will go straight into the linked Bronzo account instead of Freddie’s family funds.
The club revenue will then be spent on upgrading the arcade, giving Freddie work bonuses, or whatever other use I find for the money.

Once the first member joins the club, I’ll turn on automatic payments for the club fee. Otherwise, this club is ready to go!
I’ll probably have Daniella or Ethan Clemens join when I switch to their household.

Get Wild Mod by MathModder (In Progress)
What you need to know:
This mod introduces wild animals into your game map that spawn naturally in beetle spawners. It includes birds, small mammals, amphibians, more insects and reptiles in nature zones. Birds can fly and land in random locations and ground animals can be seen walking around the map.
You can choose ONE from various versions that best suit your world. Select the version that spawns specific animals suitable for your World's location.
Here's a list of potential versions that will be included in the mod:
All Wildlife (City World)*
All Wildlife (Medieval / Country town)**
American Wildlife (City World)*
American Wildlife (Medieval / Country town)**
European Wildlife (City World)*
European Wildlife (Medieval / Country town)**
African Wildlife (City World)*

*Versions for cities will have additional specific effects that help create a more beautiful environment for your city, such as planes in the sky, fireworks, sunshine rays during the day, and sky lanterns for the All Wildlife and Eastern Wildlife version. **Versions for Medieval/Country towns will feature additional specific effects to enhance the beauty of your world, including hot air balloons in the sky, sunshine rays during the day, and more.
These additional effects mentioned above will appear rarely and randomly in your world.
Can I place individual animals in specific locations, such as on rocks or tables?
In a future update after launch, this function will be added, for now they will only spawn where there is a beetle spawner. Ground animals on the ground and birds in the air.
Is the mod heavy to run?
Within the game I am optimizing it so that a small number of animals spawn at the same time and only spawn at a maximum distance of 500 meters from the player's camera.
How many files will there be?
Because there are many animals and specific animations for each one, the files will be heavy, will be a maximum of 2 to 3 files. In tests in my game with 150 other mods from other creators, I didn't see any loss of performance due to the optimization I'm doing within the game.
It is worth mentioning that some files will need to be placed in the Overrides folder and others in the Packages folder, they will all be specified at launch.
Is this mod compatible with other effect mods?
Yes, it will be compatible.
Bugs:
Depending on the location, there may be some bugs such as birds landing in the air or animals walking a little above the ground, this is due to calculation problems on certain game surfaces and physics, whether hills or mountains, but over time I will update and see What can I do to reduce this. In this case I depend on the engine the game has and whether it is possible to correct certain errors.
Release date:
Between January and February 2024 (It is in the testing phase)

More updates for the Decorating Tools mod! I've added a "decorating mode" to allow you to move/tilt multiple objects at once! This is also useful for tilting individual objects, because for some reason the game hates it once you tilt objects beyond 45 degrees.
My previous post said that object rotation would be maintained when moving on the hand tool - this is true ONLY up to 45 degrees. I have no idea why! But you should still be able to get your obect in the rotation/position you want using the decorating mode.
I'm trying to make a little window pop up (like with ts4 tool mod) that has different options for objects. I have 0 idea where to start with this, so if you know anything about LAYO files or making custom game windows, I'd love to hear from you!!
A note for creaters who like building with no cc - objects placed with this mod will remain in their set position even when the mod is not installed! I think some really fun builds could be made with this :)
Also! Plants can be shifted up and down too! They unfortunately cannot be tilted which is sad cause I wanted to make real grass roofs :(

So super rough image here, no idea why it says Hunger, even though I told the layout to say Thirst, but it actually works!!!
It's a proper moodlet, just like hunger and bladder, etc. But it decays! Though, it doesn't fill it up as of yet, but I'm working on that :)
Btw, my previous WIP was just notifications you got sent and it being not a moodlet at all according to the game. So I started partially from scratch to see if it is possible. And here we are!

Using @sweetdevil-sims’s tutorial, this mod aims at removing funky CAS colour presets for townies.
I will be releasing all ages and eventually all CAS categories and eps along time.
Part 7 -> Base Game - Everyday - Teen Male
Some items have been recategorized as formalwear, sportswear, outerwear or made invalid for random because not versatile enough in the everyday section.
BONUS : I recommend using Nraas Dresser mod to only allow base game clothing and to make all cc invalid for random in order to generate basic matching outfits for townies.

WIP: ElderCare Mod
Bored with nothing to do for your elder sims? Send them to ElderCare! ( A mod I am working on to send elder sims away to a nursing home. It charges a 2000 deposit and then 3000 more upon completion if you quit before its over your only charged 500. It lasts seven days and is located on the hospital building. (Maybe I should put it on the spa? since its like a nice retreat for elders?) Upon exiting you sim will be glowing and refreshed! *Warning some sims may experience nausea due to too much happiness. 
You can now ask elder sims to go to eldercare whether they are in your household or not. Depending on how you ask them, they will respond.
Also incorporated a  part for lonely elder sims. For a small fee of 25 simoleons your elder sims can talk to an ElderCare Provider! 
Working on:
 having your sims be able to use the phone to call an ElderCare Provider to come over and cook, clean etc. 
Setting alarms while in Eldercare so that elder sims can get buffs and etc.

Just a little preview WIP of something I'm working on 👀
Quick question for sims folks from a first time-ish modder, where is good to upload stuff? I know S4S is popular but I also know from going on my download adventures it can throw 404's a lot if I'm downloading a bunch from there. I don't really wanna do google drive (I know there's storage limits unless I pay) - how accessible is curseforge? Do I need to do anything in particular to be able to use it?
Not interested in patreon either btw (I'd probably have to make another account that's sims-specific and idk if I'd ever produce enough to warrant it anyways).
(Sorry in advance for shoving this in the cc tag, but I'd v much like to know where people find it easy to download stuff!)

Go To Court Mod - Real Estate Module WIP
I've been quiet on here for a while (though I now have some new gameplay pictures to post so the queue will fill up soon). What have I been up to?
Well, shortly after completing my Go To Court mod, I started working on a module that would include law firms, active-sim adoption, real estate selling, emailing, work meetings, and I quickly realised I was doing too much. Hence, the project went on an indefinite pause.
After speaking with @desiree-uk, I was inspired to modularize further. So, module 1 of ?? is about Real Estate!

You'll be able to play as an active real estate agent, selling properties to sims around town.
There are unique interactions for the agent, buyer and seller including: in-person house appraisals, price haggling and waiting to see if your offer has been accepted.

At this point, I'm finished with the mod and testing is going well. It'll probably be released within the next week or two.
