Lifting weights (at home or in a gym) is going to be the easiest and most effective way to get stronger, which means more muscle for you. β € βœ… You NEED to get your sleep & stress in-check. β € Two areas that are ridiculously under-appreciated. Make sure you’re getting a solid 7-8 hours of sleep. You will feel like a new human. Trust me. β € Also, you have to stop letting chronic stress bog you down.
