I’M WALKING ON SUNSHINE, OOOOOOH! I’M WALKING ON-
Your eyes fly open as soon as the song starts blaring from somewhere beside you, and you blindly fumble for the alarm clock, thankfully managing to find the off-switch quite quickly. This very annoying clock was a horrible yet also kinda thoughtful birthday gift from Chan’s roommates, as it’s quite possibly the loudest one on the market, meaning it is able to wake literally anyone. It could probably even wake Dracula from his deep slumber in the depths of his castle somewhere in Romania. And while Chan might not be a vampire, he isn’t one to wake easily either, so this extremely loud alarm clock was the only solution your friends had been able to come up with. Which sadly means you experience something close to a heart attack every morning - or well, at least a few times a week, as you do still spend some nights at the apartment you share with Jisung.
You fall back into the pillows, heart still racing from the sudden noise. Pale sunlight filters through the curtains and into the otherwise dark room. You groan, blinking against the rays of light hitting you straight in the face, and turn around to cuddle into your boyfriend’s broad back. He hums, only half-awake himself, and turns around to wrap both arms around you, leaving a lazy kiss on your forehead.
Suddenly, there’s a crash from somewhere in the house, and you jump. Chan sighs deeply, and murmurs “Hyunjin, probably.” under his breath - it’s no secret that his roommate is a walking disaster. You don’t answer, only pressing a soft kiss on his naked chest. “How’d you sleep?”, he asks, one hand beginning to trace gentle patterns on your bare back. “Like a rock - which was exactly what I needed after my midterms.”, you answer, and he nods. “You more than deserved that, babe. I’m really proud of you, by the way. I’m sure you aced all your exams.”, he says, and you can’t help but smile at his sweet words. You look up at him, gently cupping his cheek, and kiss him. He basically melts against you, pulling you even closer towards him, and bites down on your lower lip to slide his tongue into your mouth. Before this can end in a steamy morning make-out session, there’s a knock on Chan’s door. He groans and draws back from you, expression grumpy. “What?”, he then yells, shooting daggers towards his door. “Just wanted to make sure you’re up, we’re supposed to be leaving in an hour!”, Felix answers, sounding way too cheerful so early in the morning. “Ugh, I hate morning people. Just once I want to get up in the morning without having to go through the seven stages of grief first.”, you mumble, your warm breath tickling Chan’s neck and making him giggle and wiggle away from you. “Yeah, we’re up!”, he quickly answers Felix, who shuffles away from the door, before turning towards you again, “Wait, aren’t there only five stages of grief? What are your extra two?” “Denial part two and astral projection.”, you answer, and Chan laughs before giving you a soft smile, brushing some of your hair out of your face.
“Breakfast?”, he then asks, and you nod. “Absolutely. I need coffee, and lots of it.”, you agree, and he rolls his eyes. “I swear, by now there’s definitely coffee running through your veins instead of blood.”, Chan mumbles, before jumping out of bed to grab his underwear from the floor. You just chuckle and follow him, but can’t seem to find your bra anywhere. “What the Hell…”, you mumble under your breath, twirling around once in a desperate attempt to locate it. “Uh. Looking for this?”, Chan asks and you follow his gaze. You both burst into loud laughter when you spot your bra happily dangling from the ceiling light. “Well, we had to be very fast yesterday evening. Clothes went flying, and quite literally it seems.”, you say, lips twitching while you stand on your tiptoes to get your bra, and Chan nods in agreement. “Very fast indeed - but we couldn’t let the others begin the movie night without us! We had valid reasons.” He grins and wraps both arms around your waist to pull you close to him again, giving you a quick peck on the lips. When you want to deepen the kiss, he draws back again, expression stern. “No time for that, we have to get ready, eat breakfast and you still need to pack some of your stuff before we can leave. And we don’t want to let the others wait, right?” You sigh and pout. “No, we don’t, apparently.”, you just answer, and wiggle into your jeans and turtleneck, finally ready to leave the privacy of Chan’s room and get something to eat.
The scent of fresh coffee and pancakes greets you when you arrive downstairs, and you inhale deeply. Felix is standing in front of the stove, humming a soft tune under his breath while working on making the tower of pancakes beside him even taller. He turns around when you enter the kitchen, giving you his signature sunshine smile. “Morning, Y/N.”, he greets you, “Slept well?” You nod and peek over his shoulder. “Yup. And have I ever told you how much I love you?”, you ask, stealing a piece of pancake directly out of the pan, and Felix tries to swat your hand away before he chuckles. “Shouldn’t you say that to Chan, not to me?”, he replies, and your boyfriend, just entering the kitchen behind you, sighs deeply. “She’s an opportunist, meaning she’ll tell anyone she loves them if it means she gets what she wants, so beware. I actually rarely hear her say it to me.”, Chan says warningly, and you shoot him a dark look. “Oh shut up, that’s so not true. I tell you I love you at least once or twice a day, you needy baby.”, you grumble, and just then, Minho joins the small kitchen party. “Needy baby? You’re not talking about Hyunjin, are you?”, he asks, ruffling his crazy bed hair while filling a mug with coffee, sighing contently when he takes the first sip. You grin and shake your head, before taking a mug out of the cabinet yourself.
Said roommate also enters the kitchen just then, face looking quite puffy. You raise both eyebrows. “Did you cry yourself to sleep last night?”, you ask, and take a sip of coffee to hide your shit-eating grin. Hyunjin throws you a dark glare, and crosses both arms in front of his chest. “No. But I did have a slight mental breakdown after realizing I probably failed my last exam yesterday, so I decided to treat myself to some late-night-ramen, and now I look like this.”, he points at his face, beginning to pout, “God just hates pretty people, he’s clearly punishing me for my dashing looks.” “Or maybe he just doesn’t like narcissists.”, Jeongin offers when he enters the kitchen, shoving Minho out of the way to get to the kitchen cabinet almost overflowing with mugs. You decide it’s finally getting too crowded in the kitchen, and leave it again. You’re absolutely not a morning person, and can’t deal with the boys’ constant bickering without having experienced the positive effect of the caffeine you’re currently consuming.
Seungmin is sitting on one of the sofas, currently scrolling through Instagram and apparently trying to like every cute puppy pic in existence. “Morning.”, you greet him and take a seat beside him, peeking over his shoulder and cooing at an extremely cute baby golden retriever. Seungmin just greets you with a curt nod of his head, not being a morning person either, and keeps scrolling. Minutes later, Felix enters the living room, balancing a giant plate of fresh pancakes in front of him while all the other boys follow him like stray dogs. “What would you guys even do without Felix cooking for you all the time?”, you ask, mouth watering when you inhale the delicious smell. “Starve and die.”, Seungmin deadpans, while Jeongin answers: “We’d have to look at Hyunjin’s ugly bloated face every day because we’d solely live off ramen.” Hyunjin hits the back of his head for that, but the younger boy just shoots him his cheshire cat grin. “I mean, I could cook too, I guess.”, Chan says, frowning, and everyone bursts into loud laughter. “Wow okay, I’ll try not to take this personally…”, your boyfriend grumbles, and sits down at the dining table. You slide onto the chair next to him, and pat his thigh affectionately. “I love you, babe, but you literally didn’t know how to whisk eggs when we wanted to bake cookies last week.”, you say, and Chan sighs. “That’s... sadly fair. But I could learn!”
“No offense, but we actually like our kitchen intact - thanks for your humble offering though. If Felix should die unexpectedly, we might get back to you.”, Minho answers, and before the situation can escalate into a playful bickering battle, Felix yells “SO, WHO WANTS PANCAKES?!”, successfully managing to distract everyone.
Tumblr media
One and a half hours later, everyone is packed and ready to go - you’ve planned this little getaway for almost two months now, everyone having finished their first round of exams at this time of year and being able to just relax for a bit. For some reason, the boys had wanted to go camping, and as you, Jisung’s girlfriend Lina and Hyunjin’s girlfriend Marie were clearly outnumbered by the boys, you hadn’t really had the chance to disagree with them. But you honestly don’t even mind, having gone camping lots of times already and just being happy to enjoy some time with your closest friends. Only Changbin won’t be able to join you guys, as he’s currently doing an internship and wasn’t able to request some time off.
Chan is just about to lock the front door to the frat house, when Jeongin zooms past you, yelling for his older roommate to wait. “I forgot something extremely important!”, he explains, almost breathless, and disappears into the house again. “What’s he getting now?”, your boyfriend wonders, and shoots you a questioning gaze. You just shrug, and let your bag fall to the ground, too lazy to hold onto it while waiting for the youngest of your group. A few minutes later, Jeongin comes back, a huge grin on his face and a giant stuffed animal in his arms. Chan blinks a few times, and opens his mouth to say something, but he gets cut off by the younger boy: “You guys can cuddle with each other, but I’d rather throw myself off a cliff than cuddle with Minho, Felix or Seungmin, whoever I’ll end up sharing a tent with. But I do wanna cuddle with someone, so Mr. Sunshine it is.”, he explains stoically, and you just nod in support. “I totally get that, plus I wouldn’t be too sure that Minho doesn’t just turn into a bat or something like that during the night. He’s at least part demon, we all know that.”, you say, and Jeongin giggles.
You’re truly prepared to give him anything whenever he smiles at you like this, his eyes almost disappearing, teeth almost blindingly bright. While you detain from squishing his cheeks, you do poke the dimple on his left one, being too endeared by him. He swats your hand away, of course he does, but you still bask in the victory of having poked his cheek. One thing to cross off your to-do-list for today.
“Okay, let’s go to the others.”, Chan finally says after locking the house, and without you having to say anything, he takes his and your bag and walks over to where the others are waiting beside the cars. Chivalry is not dead and you’re ready to swoon over your amazing boyfriend. “Okay, we still have to pick up Jisung, Lina and Marie.”, Chan says after he’s put your bags into the trunk of his car, “So, who’s gonna ride in which car?” “Well I obviously want to ride with Marie.”, Hyunjin says, a goofy smile on his face - they have been together for almost a year now, but he’s still very much extremely whipped for her, but luckily, she seems to feel the exact same way -, and Minho murmurs a sarcastic “Shocking, really.” under his breath. “I want Jisung and Lina in our car.”, you quickly say, and Chan gives you a short nod. Of course you’d say that - Jisung is your best friend after all, and you’ve grown quite close to Lina as well. You’re also good friends with Marie, but Jisung just wins this round - not that you’d ever tell that to his face, he’s too cocky as it is, no need to push his ego even more. “Then Minho, you take Hyunjin, Marie, Felix and Seungmin, and I take Y/N, Jisung, Lina and Jeongin, okay?”, Chan suggests, and everyone agrees. Five minutes later, all the bags are safely stored away and everyone has taken their seats. Being Chan’s girlfriend means you get to ride shotgun, something you’re more than thankful for, knowing how crowded the backseat is going to be once you’ve picked up Jisung and Lina. “See you in a bit!”, Felix yells through his open window, and flashes you his extremely cute gummy smile. You wave at him, immediately returning his smile, and successfully ignore Minho’s mock salute and cocky grin while he backs out of his parking spot, almost cutting Chan off.
Twenty minutes later, Jisung and Lina are squished into the backseat with Jeongin, all three having bright smiles on their faces. “Road trip, whoop!”, Jisung yells and gives you a high five, “Happy to have a few days with y’all before we have to face the sad reality of probably having failed most of our exams!” Lina beside him rolls her eyes. “Stop being so dramatic, I’m sure most of us will have aced everything.”, she says, and Jisung wraps his arm around her and kisses her temple. “Sorry, but I have literally only one functioning brain cell and I use it to overthink.”, he explains, yelping when she playfully tickles his side. You chuckle at their bickering, and hit play on your road trip playlist - a second later, Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody fills the car, all of you immediately beginning to sing along. “LET’S GO!”, Chan yells over the sad attempts of everyone trying to imitate Freddy Mercury, and backs out of the parking lot. You smile and interlace your fingers with his. He cheekily returns your smile, and raises your intertwined hands to his lips to press a soft kiss against your knuckles. Over a year of being with him, but you still swoon over this simple yet sweet gesture. Yes, you’re just that whipped for your boyfriend, and what about it.
It doesn’t take long for you guys to arrive on the interstate, you and Jisung trying to trump each other's impressions of Beyoncé singing Single Ladies (and failing miserably, sorry Queen B). Your belly almost hurts from laughing with your friends, and you can’t wait for the rest of the weekend to begin.
Tumblr media
Minho’s car arrives before Chan’s, and of course he’s gloating about it the second you guys join forces again. But you can let him have this small victory, and decide to just ignore him for now, helping Chan get the bags out of his car and to the campsite. It’s quite cold, the air crisp now that the sun is slowly beginning to set again, but you brought lots of blankets and sleeping bags, so you should be fine. And at least the weather means there aren’t any other campers here right now, so you have the whole area, including the washing rooms, to yourselves, which is nice.
Setting up camp takes longer than anticipated, mostly because Jisung somehow manages to crash into his and Lina’s almost finished tent twice, which means they have to start from the very beginning again. She truly has the patience of a saint, simply smacking him over the head rather playfully before picking up the sad remains of their tent to begin the whole building process again. Chan and you, having gone camping lots of times already, are quickest with finishing your tent, so afterwards you offer to help Jisung and Lina with theirs, while Chan does the same for Minho and Jeongin. Marie, an experienced scout, has set up hers and Hyunjin’s tent in record time as well, and takes pity on Felix and Seungmin, quickly building the tent for them. After an hour, your camp has successfully been built, and everyone begins to search for firewood.
Tumblr media
Felix decides to make a giant pot of spicy chili sin carne for tonight’s dinner, and as soon as all the plates are filled, your conversations slowly dwindle down, everyone too busy with eating. “Lix, you’re a cooking genius, Gordon Ramsey found jobless.”, Marie says around a mouthful of chili, giving the blonde boy a bright smile and the thumbs up. He waves her compliment aside, blushing profoundly. “Thanks, but it’s honestly not that difficult - you just have to follow the recipe, if you’re too scared to improvise.”, he murmurs, and she throws a small piece of kindling at him. “You should really learn how to take compliments.”, she teases playfully, and he shrugs. “Okay, okay, I’m the best cook ever.”, he says sarcastically, and Minho raises one eyebrow. “Whoa, now don’t get ahead of yourself.”, he replies, and Felix smacks him over the head. “You can’t cook at all, so for once, you should just stay quiet.”, you say, and Minho sighs dramatically. “What can I say… We all have our weaknesses. I, for example, am extremely good-looking and tragically funny.”
You almost choke on your chili because of his audacity, and lift your fork in front of your face, staring through it and at Minho, who just frowns at you. “What are you doing? Why are you looking at me through your fork?”, he asks, obviously confused by your behavior, and you give him a lopsided smile. “I’m pretending you’re in jail, it’s spiritually healing.”, you explain, and Chan beside you bursts into laughter, the others following him quickly. Minho begins to pout and sticks out his tongue at you, always the mature one. “It’s okay if you don’t enjoy my dashing looks and hilarious humor, not everyone has good taste. That’s why you picked Chan over me after all.”, he claims, and you answer by throwing a piece of wood his way, making him squeal and dive for cover. Just then, the flames of your fire flicker and slowly begin to die down. Seungmin, Jeongin and Hyunjin stand up to go get some more firewood, but somehow, the latter one’s shoe gets caught between two logs and with a loud yelp, he tumbles to the ground. “What the Hell is he doing?!”, Chan groans, and Jeongin deadpans “Sadly his best.”, before he begins walking over towards his friend to help him, but Marie is faster, already dragging her boyfriend up from the ground with tears of laughter in her eyes. Hyunjin’s cheeks are red from embarrassment and he murmurs something about nature being out to get him, before he, Marie and the other two boys disappear into the forest to get more firewood.
The rest of the evening is filled with playful banter, soft guitar music from Jisung, and funny childhood stories. Lina soon begins to nod off, her head resting on her boyfriend’s shoulder while he continues to strum a soft tune on his guitar, humming along. When he notices his girlfriend is about to wander into Morpheus’ realm though, he’s quick to place the guitar back into its bag, and wraps both arms around her. “I think it’s time for us to retire, huh?”, he says, leaving a gentle kiss on Lina’s forehead. She blinks sleepily, and smiles up at him. “It’s pretty safe to assume that at any given moment, I want to go back to sleep - so yes, I agree, time to retire.”, she answers, and Jisung chuckles, before standing up to declare: “Well, we’re off to bed now!” Minho and Seungmin boo immediately, while Jeongin murmurs something like “Old people” under his breath - even though he’s literally only one year younger than most of you guys.
“So, as I’m legally required to kiss my homies goodnight, y’all getting some smooches!”, Jisung says, already walking towards where Hyunjin and Marie are sitting, bodies entangled and breaths mingling. Hyunjin looks up and shoots his friend a murderous look. “I swear, if you kiss me, I’m going to dump you into the river.”, he threatens, but Jisung just grins. “How about you dump your girlfriend instead and run away with me? We’d make such a pretty couple.”, he says, making Hyunjin roll his eyes. “Bro, no offense, but I’d be the pretty one in this relationship, and while everyone can clearly see you already have quite the experience being the ugly one in a relationship” with that, Hyunjin first points at Jisung and then at Lina, who bursts out laughing, “I don’t think I’m ready to hear your constant whining about my face being prettier than yours. So thanks, but no thanks, I’ll stay with Marie.” “Wow, I feel so honored and loved right now, babe.”, Marie says sarcastically, “But does this mean you think you’re the pretty one in this relationship as well?” Hyunjin goes into instant panic mode, quickly reassuring his girlfriend that she’s far prettier than him, while she tries to keep a stern expression on her face, but everyone can clearly see the way her lips twitch. She just loves teasing Hyunjin, and you honestly can’t blame her for that, especially not when it’s just so easy.
“Okay, goodnight, then!”, Lina interrupts their playful bickering, and gives everyone a soft smile, before dragging Jisung towards their tent. Everyone wishes them a good night and sweet dreams as well, and then Seungmin clears his throat. “Time for some ghost stories, don’t you think?”, he says, voice low and grin almost evil when his eyes find Hyunjin, who immediately falls silent. Everyone knows he’s a huge scaredy cat, which is quite funny seeing as his own girlfriend is a big fan of horror movies and stories. Truly a match made in Heaven. Seungmin just raises one eyebrow, expression challenging - but when no one contradicts him, he begins to tell his first ghost story.
It doesn’t take long until Hyunjin is pretty much sitting on Marie’s lap, shooting daggers at his friend while his girlfriend is trying very hard not to laugh at him. You yourself cuddle closer to your own boyfriend, smiling when he presses a soft kiss against your temple. Your eyes rest on the big bonfire, following some sparks drifting into the dark night sky from time to time, and you sigh contently. This, right here, is your happy place - in the midst of your friends, just laughing and joking with them, not a care in the world. Midterms lie behind you, and you’re currently not even thinking about your grades for once, your anxiety at rest. This trip was truly a great idea, maybe even Jisung’s best one so far.
“Okay, wanna hear a really creepy one-”, Seungmin begins, and Hyunjin has finally had enough, standing up and taking Marie’s hand into his. “Well, goodnight!”, he says, a determined expression on his face, and pulls his girlfriend towards their tent. Marie suppresses an amused smile at her boyfriend’s dramatics, and waves at everyone, before following him inside the tent. Seungmin just grins evilly and shrugs. “He’s so soft hearted.”, he then says, and leans back, obviously content with his work. “Okay, maybe it’s three demons, not only two.”, you murmur into Chan’s ear, and he chuckles. You’re always joking about Minho and Hyunjin being demons, as they’re constantly testing your nerves by just being themselves, plus they were definitely the main plotters behind the plan to get you and Chan together - not that you’re complaining about it as their plan had worked pretty perfectly and in your favor. “In the end you’ll probably find that I live with six demons.”, your boyfriend murmurs, and begins to play with your fingers. You shake your head. “Oh no, Felix is definitely an angel, not a demon.”, you disagree, and Chan nods. “Okay, that’s true. The others though… Well, time will tell, I guess.” “Or holy water.” He just laughs and gives you a quick peck on the lips. When you want to deepen the kiss, he draws back. “Later.”, he murmurs against your lips, his deep voice rumbling in his chest, and you shiver involuntarily. He grins at your reaction, before turning his attention to Seungmin’s new ghost story again.
You on the other hand feel hot and bothered all of the sudden, and decide to tease your boyfriend a bit. So you place your hand on his thigh, not moving it for some time, until you slowly slide it higher, bit by bit. At first, Chan doesn’t seem to notice or care, until you’re getting dangerously close to his crotch. Then, he quickly leans forward so the others can’t see what you’re doing, and glares at you. “What are you doing?”, he asks, voice low, and you smile innocently. “Nothing.”, you answer, and have finally reached your desired destination, slowly beginning to palm his semi over his jeans. “How about you be a good girl and stop?”, he breathes out, but you know he doesn’t actually want you to stop - you know him well enough for that by now. Still, you decide to play along. “Oh, I’ll gladly be your good girl.”, you whisper, and quickly withdraw your hand. He groans at your words and the sudden lack of contact, and locks eyes with you. “Tent. Now.”, he grits out, and stands up, pulling you with him and hugging you from behind so your body hides his erection from the others. “We’re tired too, so goodnight!”, he says in a fake cheerful voice, and you have to hide your shit-eating grin while innocently waving at the others. “Oh you’re in so much trouble now, babe.”, Chan murmurs into your ear while you walk towards your tent, and bites down on your lobe. You feel arousal gather between your legs, stomach jolting at his words. You and Chan have a very playful relationship, full of bantering and loving jokes, and your dynamic in the bedroom isn’t that different - there’s a lot of bickering too, you being a total brat at times, while he’s more on the dominant side, enjoying making you obedient.
As soon as he closes the tent behind you and turns around to watch you with an almost predatory gaze, you know you might have been a bit too forward at the bonfire. But it’s too late to back down now, so you simply raise both eyebrows, a challenging expression on your face. “So you think touching me like that in front of our friends is okay?”, Chan asks, his voice low and dark. You tilt your head to one side. “I mean, you didn’t seem opposed to it, to be honest.”, you answer, and now he’s the one to lift both eyebrows. “I want you out of your clothes, now.”, your boyfriend orders, and for once, you follow his command immediately, knowing this is for your own good this time. So you quickly wiggle out of your jeans and take off your jumper, shivering in the cold night air. Only left in your panties and bra, Chan smirks to himself, before crawling over your body and beginning to kiss you slowly. You gasp into his mouth when one of his warm hands finds your waist, drawing lazy circles against it, before traveling higher to cup your breast over your bra. His thumb rubs over your clothed nipple before pinching it, hard, and you arch your back, breath hitching.
“So, let’s see how quiet you can stay while I eat you out, hm? Remember, the walls of the tent are too thin to mask any noises.”, Chan whispers against your lips, before he suddenly descends down your body. Oh no, you know you’re screwed. He’ll try to make you scream his name, but while you’re quite open about sex and have no problem talking about it with your friends, you definitely don’t need them to hear you during the actual act. Maybe you shouldn’t have teased your boyfriend after all - but it’s too late now, he’s determined. He spreads your legs, and begins to leave soft love bites on the inside of your thighs. You’re trembling already, and it’s not because of the cold alone. Chan always has this effect on you, no matter how often he touches you - you’ll never get used to it. He plays with the hem of your panties, until he finally drags them down your legs, his warm breath hitting your wet core. You begin to squirm, impatient to have him finally touch you where you need him most. He smacks your thigh, the crack resounding through the tent, and you yelp. “Chan.”, you hiss, and he grins cheekily, before suddenly pressing his thumb to your clit, beginning to draw lazy circles against it. Your eyes roll into the back of your head and you clamp one hand over your mouth to mask any noises.
Chan soon replaces his thumb with his mouth, sucking on your clit like his life depends on it while simultaneously sliding two fingers inside your heat. A loud moan tears from your lips and you bite the inside of your cheek, trying to stifle your noises but already failing miserably. You feel Chan smirk against you, and then, he slips a third finger inside you, curling them upwards and picking up the pace. You buck your hips against his gentle ministrations, skin feeling too hot and too tight already, goosebumps rising all over your body. It doesn’t take long until you begin to tremble, your high approaching rather quickly, and you’re this close to finally snapping, when Chan draws back from your core, face glistening with your juices, his smirk almost devilish. “I can’t hear you, babe, are you even enjoying this?”, he murmurs, back to drawing lazy patterns on your clit with his thumb. You feel frustration wash over you, and shoot him a dark glare. His grin gets even wider, before he completely withdraws his hand from your heat to suck on his glistening fingers. You close your eyes for a few seconds, trying to gather your wits, until Chan slaps your thigh again. “Look at me, baby.”, he says, voice dark, and your eyes snap open again. You begin to pout. “Please.”, you mumble, trying your best to appeal to his softer side, “I’m sorry I was a brat earlier. You know I can’t be loud or the others might hear us.” Your boyfriend just hums, hands ghosting over your thighs and leaving goosebumps in their wake. “Too bad, I guess you can’t cum tonight then.” And before you’re able to reply anything, he dives back in-between your folds.
You throw one arm over your mouth, and bite your own soft flesh to suppress any noises. It takes little to no time until you’re close to your orgasm again, but for the second time tonight, Chan draws back in the last possible second. You’re almost ready to cry with frustration now, eyes glistening with unshed tears. When your boyfriend sees this, he softens a bit and leans towards you to press a gentle kiss to your lips. “This is what you get for being a brat.”, he murmurs, and you bite down on his lower lip, making him groan into your mouth. “Please.”, you whisper and try your best puppy eyes on him. He just smirks again, finally ridding himself off his shirt, jeans and underwear. When he’s fully naked in front of you, you sigh, eyes raking his beautiful, defined body. Unlike you, Chan actually enjoys going to the gym - and his effort pays off. “Stop drooling.”, he says, sounding way too pleased and cocky in your opinion. So you quickly sit up, and wrap one hand around his hard cock, already leaking with pre-cum. Good to see you’re not the only one being affected by this, you think and grin. You begin to slowly jerk him off, spreading the pre-cum over the rest of his cock as lube. He groans, lower lip pulled back between his teeth and eyes almost black with desire. Finally, he’s had enough, and pushes you on your back again, hovering over you. “There’s condoms in the bag behind you.”, he murmurs, leaving gentle kisses on your neck until he finds your sweet spot, beginning to suck on it. You moan almost inaudible, fingers fumbling for said bag to retrieve a condom.
Just seconds later, Chan rolls it over his cock, and then, he aligns himself in front of your wet core, teasingly rubbing your clit before you shoot him a pleading look. He finally sheathes himself into you with one swift motion, and you both moan out loud at the feeling. You quickly cough to cover the noise, making Chan chuckle and press a kiss against your forehead. “You’re okay?”, he asks, and you nod, biting down on his neck and leaving a hickey. He groans and finally begins to move, pulling almost all the way out before slamming back into you, immediately hitting that spot. Your fingers wrap around his biceps, needing something to hold onto while he drills into you. Suddenly, he pulls out of you to sit back on his knees, wrapping your legs around his hips, and thrusts back into you at an even deeper angle, simultaneously picking up the pace. One of his hands snakes towards your neck and he wraps his fingers around the base of your throat, using just enough pressure to make breathing harder for you. When his thumb begins to circle your clit again, you close your eyes, clamping one hand over your mouth to mask your almost obscene noises.
“C-Chan, I’m so c-close.”, you say in between two moans, and he grins, murmuring a “That’s my girl” under his breath before deepening the angle even more. He suddenly pinches your clit once, and that’s all it takes for you to finally tumble over the edge, his name leaving your lips maybe a bit too loud this time. He quickly leans forward to seal your mouth with his, chasing his own high while guiding you through yours. Not long after, he groans and presses his forehead against yours, shuddering a bit while releasing into the condom. He stills inside you, both your breaths mingling, hearts beating fast while you try to come down from your high. Chan smiles, brushing some of your hair out of your face, and gives you a soft, sweet kiss. “I love you.”, he murmurs, and you return his smile. “Love you more.”, you whisper back, and he chuckles. “Impossible.”
Before you can begin to playfully argue, Minho’s voice cuts through the night “Next time we’ll build the tents far away from each other, y’all are nasty for doing it with us sitting almost right next you.” Both you and Chan freeze, before you burst out laughing. “WE HAVE ZERO REGRETS.”, you yell back, hearing the others groan. “WELL, YOU REALLY SHOULD THOUGH!”, Jisung complains from somewhere to your left, and you hear Lina starting to giggle. You groan and bury your face into Chan’s neck. “They’ll never let us hear the end of this, will they.”, you murmur against his soft skin, and he shakes his head. “Nope.” You sigh and lean back. “Well, it was still worth it.”, you say, and grin up at him. Your boyfriend just smirks and leans down to kiss you again. “Oh, definitely.”

Stomach Pains ~ Seo Changbin
a/n ~ my gosh, i am so freaking soft for this kid it’s not even funny.  • Genre: highschool!au, fluff, slight angst because he’s a bit of a bully • Warning(s): rude changbin, he really “dislikes you” • Reader Gender: gender-neutral • Word Count: 2.1k
==≎==
“they smiled at me today,” changbin groaned as he plopped himself down at the lunch table occupied by his group of best friends. “it was disgusting. i wanted to throw up!”
the person he’s referencing is you. nobody knows why the boy dispises your presence except him. apparently, he can remember the exact date and time when he realized you were the bane of his existence but the thing is, he’s never told anyone about the event. his friends have no clue how you could annoy him so much, being as they found you quite pleasing to interact with. they’ve given up trying to ask him why.
“i think y/n has a very nice smile personally,” the youngest piped up shyly, picking the vegetables out of his fried rice for the oldest next to him. his words surprised the whole table. it was rare for jeongin to speak up about the matter at all and his blushy face came as a shock.
changbin’s jaw dropped as he stared at the boy in confusion. it astonished him to no end that his friends didn’t get as sick as he did whenever he thought about you. one of the boys, felix, waited for a moment to see if changbin would snap back before adding his two cents. “are you sure it’s not from mr. wang’s sex talk this morning that you’re feeling queasy?”
“oh please, lix! i’m begging you, don’t bring that up!” another suddenly yelled dramatically, making an ordeal of throwing his head onto the cafeteria table which gained a few glances from the other students. that was hyunjin, the one they call drama llama. the boy next to him, jisung struggled to keep his snort in as he comfortingly rubbed the older’s back, the rest of them bursting into laughter.
felix smiled to himself proudly, having single-handedly saved the youngest from changbin’s wrath and changing the topic of conversation so the rest of them wouldn’t get annoyed (seungmin) with the inevitable rants that would have ensued.
==≎==
it was a good day, changbin concluded. he hadn’t seen you once around the school and you weren’t brought up in any conversations at lunch, though it’s usually him that brings you up. he started to think that you were sick today and that made him feel even better.
“oh! seo changbin!” your voice came out of nowhere and irked something deep in his abdomen. he froze on the spot, hearing your perky footsteps as you appeared in front of him. he wanted to tell you to go away, but your happy expression made his stomach twist in knots. he feels that if he even tries to speak, he’ll barf all over your cute disgusting pastel sweater. “you’re good friends with kim seungmin right?”
“what’s it to ya?” he growled, his hands finding their way to his pockets. he swallowed thickly to hopefully push down the knot in his throat.
“well,” you giggled and took out a folder from your bag. “the dork left his homework in the library and i was hoping you could give it to him? i know he’s got a baseball game that he’s leaving early for and that he’s big into academics. knowing him, he’ll probably freak once he notices his folder is missing.”
he’s offended, to say the least, that you would state the fact about his friend so casually like you were actually close with him. he’s quick to snatch the folder from you, “whatever.”
and just like that, you ruined his day. he glared at you when you smiled and said thank you before he stomped down the hall to the boys’ locker room. his stomach started doing gymnastics and his heartbeat was erratic in his chest. out of anger, he presumed. you just made him that upset.
he found seungmin talking with hyunjin and minho while getting changed into his baseball gear and throws the folder at him. “you forgot this.”
the two dancers jump at his sudden appearance and look at him. “what’s got your panties in a twist? i thought you said today was a good day?” minho asked, his arms crossing in amusement at the younger’s agitation.
“i thought so, but then the demon came out of nowhere and assaulted me!”
seungmin rolled his eyes, fixing the papers in his folder. “i’m assuming y/n asked you to return my homework to me?”
“yeah! and they attempted to act like they know you personally!” changbin yelled, throwing his hands into the air. hyunjin’s laugh echoed around the gym lockers at the look on seungmin’s face.
“that’s because they do?” he squinted, gently putting his folder in with his clothes in his duffel bag. “we have study sessions every saturday for big tests.”
“you go on dates with y/n!?” changbin’s words draw out a dark blush on seungmin’s cheeks. the other two boys share a look with each other before slowly backing out of the room with the excuse that they’re late for practice with the dance team, though their words land of deaf ears.
‘th-they’re not dates, we-we just study.” seungmin slung his bag over his shoulder, his blush darkening. there wasn’t any doubt that he found you attractive, but he couldn’t see himself dating you. he didn’t feel like wasting valuable study and practice time on a significant other. “if i didn’t know any better, i would say you’re jealous.” he snapped, finishing the conversation off by walking out of the locker room.
him? jealous? changbin scoffed. that’s the stupidest thing one of the smartest kids in the school could say.

it was the second friday of the month which meant it was time for the boys’ monthly sleepover. this time, it was chan’s turn to entertain. chan’s house was large, a comfortable living space his father would say, but it definitely was not big enough for all nine boys and his family. yet, because he’s the bang chan, he made it work. usually, chan “rented” out the entire basement of his home for everyone to set up camp, but today, he decided to host the festivities in his backyard since the climate had proven itself to be tolerable even during the darkest times of the night.
changbin was in awe the moment he stepped into the backyard. he and jisung were the first ones to arrive, having ridden home with chan in his car. it seemed chan’s mom outdid herself each time the boy said it was his turn. the pool was uncovered and ready to swim in, the tents were already pitched and jam-packed with pillows and blankets, the snacks were fresh and begging to be eaten, and the famous oak tree was decked out in aesthetic lights and a large white sheet.
“your mom is awesome, chan-hyung!” jisung suddenly cried, jumping up and down in excitement whilst making the older laugh. jisung dropped his bag by the sliding glass door and bolted around the yard. changbin chuckled softly as well, his eyes still taking in the picture-perfect yard though after a few seconds they started following the energetic boy around the backyard.
“don’t let my mom hear you, sung, you’ll become the favorite.” chan joked, a smile tugging at his lips. he wandered over to the snack table to fill a bowl with fruit, which was mostly pineapple, and started stuffing his mouth. changbin decided to join him, finding a bowl of pretzels to nibble on.
“cannonball!” jisung screeched, gaining the two older boys’ attention as they looked back to see jisung just in his boxers creating a massive splash as he made contact with the pool water.
chan laughed in disbelief, changbin shaking his head as he spoke. “well, the pool’s christened.”
jisung’s head came up fast, his mouth wide open as he made noises of discomfort. he rushed to get out. “cold! cold! it’s cold!!” he shuddered when the air touched his wet skin, jumping back into the pool. “everything is cold!”
chan’s mom came out then with a few of the other boys following her, her gentle laugh resounding through the backyard mixed with the laughs of the other boys as well. “how’s the pool, sung-ie?~”
“cold,” he repeated, though he sunk lower into the water. his cheeks were warm and everyone could see they were pink.
“you’ll get used to it.” chan’s father called out from the sliding glass door, having a couple of the boys help him wheel out a popcorn maker. “that’s what a real man would do.”
chan rolls his eyes at his father’s words but makes sure to hide it. “of course. thanks, dad,” he smiles while driving his parents to the door. “we’ll be careful, eat well, and make sure everything is shut down before bed!” and with that, he closed the door behind them.
“wow, you’re brave hyung.” the youngest murmurs, watching the adults shake their heads at the boy and head to do whatever parents do. “if i did that, i would’ve been in big trouble.”
“my parents are nice,” chan chuckles. “anyways, who wants to join jisung in the pool?”
==≎==
pool volleyball was fun, and the boys (felix and chan) enjoyed spiking the ball over the net at each other. hyunjin got hit in the face with the ball, jisung got elbowed in the stomach, and woojin inhaled some water, but they all were having a grand time. that was until changbin hit the ball too hard and sent it flying over the fence. they went silent when they heard something shatter and an exasperated yell of surprise.
instantly, the boys looked to the boy at fault whilst he sunk into the water. they then looked at each other, nodding in silent agreement before training their eyes back on changbin.
“you know you gotta get it, right?” jisung stated, making changbin roll his eyes.
“yeah, but i’m not going alone,” he mumbled.
“i’ll go with you!” felix offered, leaping through the water and grabbing changbin by the arm. he, albeit a bit reluctantly, followed behind the younger boy over to the gate in the fence. the other boys decided to play chicken while waiting for the ball to come back.
they stood at the gate for a second before felix raised his hand to open it, though both he and changbin jumped when there was slamming on it. “yah! bang christopher chan! open up, you coward!”
both boys looked at each other, already recognizing the voice as yours. the boys in the pool froze mid-game to look over at the commotion. felix opened the gate quickly, and you were surprised to see him.
your shock was quickly replaced with a kind smile as you greated the boy. “hey, lix. are you the one who spilled my lemonade?”
“nope! not this time!” felix giggled, his eyes turning into cute cresents and his nose scrunching when you pinched his cheek. changbin looked on with an ache in his chest and a twist in his gut.
“cutie,” you gush, letting his cheek go. “then who did?”
changbin was pushed in front of you by chan who had gotten out of the pool. “this guy.”
you instantly brightened noticing that there were, in fact, multiple boys over at the bang residence. all of which you enjoyed to be around. “ah, so you guys are having a party without me, huh?”
changbin glared at you from his crouched look. “why would we even invi-”
“yeah!” chan quickly cut the younger off, wrapping an arm around him. “it’s our monthly sleepover. we were playing pool volleyball, but this guy,” he paused to ruffle changbin’s hair. “decided to be too rough and hit the ball over to your side of the fence!”
you laughed as you watched changbin’s eyes narrow and his cheeks turn a bit pink. you crinkle your nose, “i’m sure he didn’t mean to hit it too hard. don’t worry about it, guys.”
“but, there must be some way he can make it up to you, right?” seungmin added as he popped up behind the trio.
seungmin’s comment made you blush a bit. he always talked to you at your study sessions about how annoying changbin’s “stupid crush” on you is and how he’s an “idiot for not realizing he’s in love with you”.
“i suppose a date should suffice,” you mumble, noticing how changbin visibly gulps and his eyes widen in surprise. the other boys hollering from the pool. you kept eye contact with changbin as you smiled and shrugged. “i mean, a trip to the diner for milkshakes doesn’t sound too bad right about now.”

The scolding Florida sun beams down on yours and Jisung’s heads. You’d been walking through the streets of Key West just seeing all the sights and enjoying each other’s company for a few hours now, and you both were thinking it was time for a little rest.
“Come on, Jisung! We’re almost there!” you pull his hand to keep him from falling too far behind you.
“You said that two blocks ago!” he whines, following you nonetheless.
You turn the corner a moment later to find your destination.
“Look! I found it! I told you I knew where I was going.” you boasted. Jisung just huffed with a slight pout.
You enter the shop and instantly your eyes scan the room in wonder; absolutely everything is key lime flavored. There are olive oils, juices, candies, even dog treats, all with that citrus tang that so many people love. You decided to come to this shop because what better place to have key lime pie than in Key West!
Pulling Jisung, who was preoccupied with some free samples of key lime candy, over to the pie and ice cream counter, the two of you order some refreshing treats to help you cool off from the blistering heat. Jisung orders a scoop of strawberry key lime ice cream claiming strawberry makes everything taste better, while you stick with a classic slice of the island’s famous key lime pie.
Just outside of the shop’s back doors is a small patio with tables, plants and even a serene little koi pond. You and Jisung sit at a table placed near the street but still underneath the patio awning’s shade to people watch as you enjoy your sweet treats.
The two of you sit in silence as you eat your snacks, watching all the strangers passing by, listening to the various sounds of the lively area. Because of his incessant whining, you occasionally feed Jisung small bites of your pie.
You finish your snacks, but remain at the table for a little while, resting as much as you can after walking in the heat for so long.
“Now that we’re all good and rested, can we go exploring some more?” Jisung asks with hope in his eyes, already standing up from the table.
“Of course, baby,” you stand up from the table as Jisung takes your hand and leads you to the sidewalk, “where to?”
Jisung thinks for a minute with a quizzical look on his face, “Ummm.... this way!”
He pulls you in the direction he decided on with no idea where he’s heading. He doesn’t really care as long as he’s with you.
The two of you walk hand in hand about four blocks until you begin to hear faint music and the hum of conversing crowds. Curious as to the cause of the commotion, Jisung slightly speeds up his pace. Entering the crowded social hub, which you’ve come to learn is called Mallory Square, you take in your surroundings; people in costumes, street performers and salesmen are spread around the vast area, entertaining locals and tourists alike.
“Oh look, (y/n)! There’s boats!”
Jisung excitedly scampers off to the dock to watch the multiple tour boats sail past the square, you following like a lost puppy. He sits down on the edge of the dock, his legs hanging off, and you join him, staring at the wide open water. Children around you squeal as they chase each other and fly tiny drones as far as they can over the water. The street performers’ music lulls you into a calm state of happiness. You lean your head on Jisung’s shoulder, his head plopping on top of yours.

After dinner, you walk back to your resort to relax after the long and hot day.
“Babe, lets go see if one of the hammocks are open,” Jisung suggests once entering the small resort grounds to which you happily agree. To your excitement, one of the large hammocks that are placed on the small private beach is open and waiting for you and your boyfriend.
“Okay... um... this could be tricky.”
Jisung stares at the hammock as he tries to figure out how to safely get both of you on the seat without ending up in the sand underneath instead.
“Alright. Here’s what we’re going to do. I’ll lie down in the middle and then you just lay on top of me so I can balance it. Sound good?” he asks.
“You’re the hammock expert,” you raise your hands teasingly. He smirks at your comment.
Jisung climbs onto the wobbly lounge chair with about as much grace as a newborn deer, but eventually lies down and gets the hammock into a still and balanced position before motioning for you to hop on with him. You lean over and place your hands on his shoulders, swinging your leg over his lap, then finally lying your body across his. The close proximity of your faces does not go unnoticed by Jisung.
“Well hello there,” he teases.
“Shut up,” you retort with a smile.
Jisung watches and does his best to keep the hammock balanced as you maneuver over to his side. Once you are comfortable, his arm wraps around your waist, pulling you as close to him as possible. He places a chaste kiss to the top of your head, pulling the hand not around your waist to caress your face and run his fingers through your hair. You lean up and place a kiss on his jaw, being the only place you can reach in this position.
A calm silence comes over the two of you, just soaking in each others’ presence. You can tell Jisung has something on his mind after a while, but choose not to ask about it knowing he will tell you whatever it is when he’s ready, which turns out to be sooner than you think. He moves his head slightly to be able to look down at you and see your face before speaking.
“Thank you for planning this vacation, (y/n). You and I both know I have a hard time deciding when to take a break, relax, and forget about work. This trip has really helped me unwind and clear some of the stress I’ve been under lately. Thank you so much. I’m so happy to be here in this shaky hammock, holding you in my arms. I love you, (y/n).”
“Jisung, I would swim the entire ocean for you. You know that? I love you more than anything in this world.”
With that, the two of you snuggle even closer together, staying silent. The love in the air is almost suffocating; your lungs can hardly handle it. That’s the way it usually is with Jisung. He never fails to take your breath away with his never ending love.
Soon, the sun has gone completely down and the light from the resort is only illuminating your hammock enough for you to see Jisung’s silhouette.
Getting off the hammock ends exactly how you pictured it; lying in the sand with Jisung on top of you, momentarily squishing you with his weight before he pulls himself up, laughing.
“I thought I was going to be a lot smoother than that,” he bashfully rubs the back of his neck. You just giggle at him, pulling him back to the gate into the pool area.
At the late hour, the small pool near the bar is completely empty with only a few stray people talking and enjoying drinks at the outdoor bar. The tiny fountains from the pillars by the wall send streams of water into the pool. The water looks increasingly inviting the longer you stand there. You and Jisung exchange glances.
“You thinking what I’m thinking?” you ask him with a smirk.
“Oh yeah. Do you know who you’re talking to?” he jokes back.
“Race you upstairs!” you yell before taking off toward the outdoor staircase that leads to your room at the resort, getting a head start on Jisung.
“Hey! Cheater!” he yells, laughing, chasing after you.
~ | ~ |~ | ~
Once back in the pool area, now changed into your swimwear, Jisung immediately jumps in the deeper end without a second thought. You laugh at your crazy childish boyfriend, opting to walk over to the stairs on the other side of the pool to step in instead.
The pool water is warm but not too warm. The lights on the bottom reflect onto Jisung’s bare chest and face as he swims closer to you, wrapping his arms around your waist. He smiles cheekily at you before dunking you under the water. He doesn’t hold you under though; he simply swims over into the deep end to avoid your inevitable wrath.
“Han Jisung!” you cough, water running down your face and into your eyes and mouth. Once you take notice of his position, you begin chasing after him. You catch up to him eventually, dunking him under in return, holding him under for a second for extra emphasis.
“Okay, okay! Truce! We’re even!” he shouts.
Quickly, your giggles turn into soft gazes. Jisung suddenly grabs you and holds you in his arms like a bride.
“What are you-”
“Just lay back. I want to hold you while you float.”
You obey his instructions, a slight blush to your cheeks at his boldness. You relax in his arms, leaning your head back into the water, eyes closed. He carries you around the pool, occasionally spinning you in slow circles, just watching you and enjoying holding you in his arms.
All of a sudden, the calm surface of the pool is interrupted by large droplets of rain; expected in Florida, just not in this calm romantic moment. Rain drops fall onto your lifted face until Jisung lifts your head up and pulls you with him until the two of you are under the small roof covering that hangs just barely over the pool from the bar. The fountain streams combines with the heavy rain and the crashing of waves just yards away drown out all other sounds.
Despite you being able to reach the bottom of the pool, Jisung turns your attention toward him as he wraps your legs around his waist and leans back against the pool wall.
“We might as well just hang out in here while the rain pours. We would have to run back to the room with wet towels around us,” he refers to the two pool towels you had laid on a chair before you got in the pool that are now sopping wet. Staying in the pool was probably the best option.
“Sounds good to me,” you reply, leaning your head on his shoulder, your face almost hidden in his neck.
You wait for a while for the rain to die down, just enjoying each other’s company for the time being. Jisung hums a soft song as you run your hands through his wet hair.
“Hey, I think the rain is letting up,” Jisung mentions after a long while of complete silence, “Should we make a run for it?”
You lift your head up from his shoulder to check out the state of the rain.
“Yeah, we better, otherwise we will be here all night.”
Jisung walks over to the stairs, your body still wrapped around his. He releases you, stepping up the stairs and grabbing your wet towels before taking your hand and walking quickly in the direction of the stairs to your room, leaving a trail of wet sandy footprints. The rain falls on you causing laughs and light squeals to erupt from both of you.
“Hey, (y/n), I bet I can beat you to our room this time,” he challenges, still not over his loss from your first race, “last one there has to buy the other a slice of key lime pie tomorrow.” You smile at him with a smug look, already making your way up the stairs.
“You’re on.”
You take off around the corner of the outdoor hallway that leads to your room, positive that you will beat your boyfriend; however, Jisung has other plans. He catches up to you and quickly throws you over his shoulder, preventing you from racing him.
“Hey! That’s not fair! Put me down Han Jisung!” you exclaim, kicking your legs and lightly hitting his back.
He walks swiftly to your room, ignoring your protests, and touches the door. He sets you down in front of him, smiling at the adorably grumpy look on your face.
“I win, sweetheart,” he leans down and places a small kiss on your nose, “and that means you owe me some key lime pie.”
You give him an unimpressed look, making him giggle.
“Don’t worry, baby. I’ll share it with you.”

I’m Tired (Love me?) 🌗
rating: half angst, half fluff
requested (if so, by who): yes, @hellevatored
word count: 1,028 words
extra notes: jjingjjing-i is an affectionate term that males use to refer to cute and whiny females.
Your ears rang as the school bell let students know that the last class was over and they were due home. The previous period for most alumni was math, which most excelled in. However, for you, math was deadly; the equations spread across the blackboard was like reading a different language. It was no lie that Korean wasn't a native tongue to you, you grew up with English.
Grumbling quietly, you hastily finished your math exam, guessing the last questions. You couldn't spare any longer in school, you were supposed to pick up your materials, collect your stuff from the school dorm, take the subway home, and find your lovely boyfriends in the house you ten shared together. The teacher tapped the heel of her shoe impatiently, anxiety and dread filling you up inside.
"Ms. Hong," She called out abruptly. "Are you going to stall any longer? I do not get paid overtime. If you don't finish within five minutes, I will collect your exam paper."
Sweat droplets hurried down your neck. Was it getting hot in here? You finished the last problem, scratching at the back of your nape, sweat coating your fingertips. Your teacher looked at your test sheet and looked back at you, unamused.
"You can go. Your scores will be posted at approximately in the evening. Have a nice afternoon, Ms. Hong."
The tone in your professor's made you nervous. Did you do well? Did you do horribly? You made a tiny bow to your teacher, collecting your items and walking out of the classroom. It was a Friday, so you were allowed to go home.
Entering your school dorm room, you packed your stuff and rolled out your suitcase down the service elevator. The pathway to the subway was rough, the unfinished sidewalk halfway caused your bag to fall and open.
Clothing and hygiene items fell out of your pack, some blouses flying away in the wind. You landed on your knees, crying out loud.
"Why... why me? Why me on all days?!" You yelled to yourself, hitting yourself repeatedly on the head. Sighing loudly, you tried collecting the lost pieces scattered across the road, zipping your bag harshly. Not only did the feeling that you failed your math test lingered in your mind, but anger started slipping in. This wasn't your day, at all.
Not only did you get lost on your way to the subway, but your phone also fell on the last steps of the train boarding station, half of the screen broken. Not to mention that the train was delayed by 30 minutes! When the subway finally came, the swarm of stressed students and workaholic adults filled the train, the humid air made feel claustrophobic.
Only a few more seconds until the doors open and...
Ding! You have arrived in Seoul.
Relieved, you left the train with your suitcase and school bag in hand, passing through the card scanning areas. Seoul in the evening was gorgeous, and you (with your boyfriends) lived in the heart of the city, so the scenery was to die for.
Your eyelids drooped with fatigue. Your apartment was around a block away, which was a good thing –– you could feel your legs almost giving out.
After five minutes of extra walking, you entered the lobby, cold air hitting you like a brick. You went into the elevator, relief passing through you. You left the elevator and walked through the halls of the 20th floor of the apartment complex, knocking on the door.
The door opened hastily, a tall and lanky boy with messy brown hair greeted you. It was Hyunjin! He hugged you tightly, your face buried in his chest.
"You took too long~ Ankita-yah, come in! We've been waiting for the goddess' arrival!" Hyujin said excitedly, opening the door wide, exposing the rest of the eight boys sitting around the dining table. There were two extra seats, one for the gentle giant and... you. You put aside your bags and jogged over to the end of the table, holding Changbin (who sat right beside you) gently. You sat in your seat, smiling at everyone.
"Jjingjjing-i*~! How was school?" Jeongin, who sat two seats to the right of you, asked. Your face went grim for a few seconds, before morphing into a small frown.
"Well... I think I failed my math exam. Afterward, I tried getting home in the usual way, but my bag fell and opened. My blouse flew into the wind because of it! And then––"
Chan chuckled quietly, "Babe, you're rambling. How about we finish eating dinner, and you can talk all about your day while cuddling us?" Woojin seemed to agree to his statement, but his mouth was stuffed with kimchi to form a proper response.
"Alright. Your words." You said, filling your plate with pork and vegetables, eating it slowly. Seungmin, who sat to the left of you, squeezed your hand affectionately underneath the table. You smiled at him, warmth spreading through your chest.
An hour passed through a buffet of food, laughter, and small-talk. Everyone was full from the amount of food you all ate, but the environment was enjoyable nonetheless. You helped Changbin clean up, washing the plates as Felix and Jisung raced each other to who can wash down the table the fastest. Seeing the two boys compete and laughing with each other, it made you happy. It was much better than staying home in America. Despite the deep homesickness, you felt towards your home country, you wouldn't trade your life in Korea with your boyfriends for the world.
The rest of the night was spent in everyone's arms, sleeping on the floor as the wind from Seoul's night-sky gave you a sense of tranquility and peace. While the boys were still asleep, you managed to turn on your phone. You put the brightness to low and checked your school grade book. Pressing on the Calculus section, you saw the score for your exam.
100%
Maybe bad days have good endings too, you thought. As you drifted off to sleep, you felt Minho nuzzle your neck, breathing in and out. Yeah. Bad starts and good endings.

I’ve been wanting to write for Felix for a while (and Ateez because I love them more than life itself). (Also the creepy older man isn’t based on anyone in the kpop industry, it’s just someone similar to a person I know irl)
blog masterlist | next chapter (coming soon)
Friday night was becoming anything but ordinary. A couple of weeks ago, Felix Lee had asked you to a party that his employer, Jinyoung Park or JYP, was throwing for a group of companies.
“Girl, close your mouth and say yes,” your best friend had practically screamed into your ear. “Yeah- yes, I’d love to, Felix.” And the smile that spread across his face had sent butterflies flying in your stomach. You had just finished straightening the ends of your hair when y/f/n burst out of the closet with a dress in hand. She glanced at your bare face, devoid of makeup and threw the dress on the bed, motioning you to sit down. “I’m doing your makeup. Also, wear that dress.” “Uh, I don’t think so. It’s tight around the middle.” “And what about it? At least it’s long,” she remarked while dusting your cheekbones with powder. You groaned loudly, and then shut up after seeing her blank expression. Y/f/n would beat your ass in a heartbeat. After she had finished, you glanced at your reflection while shimmying into the dress. The black satin was cut at the bottom, exposing leg. You shifted, slightly uncomfortable. Y/f/n gasped in wonderment, giggling to herself and clapping her hands together. “Y/n, you look like a model. Wow, I’m incredible.” She hugged you, twirling you around. Your laugh echoed through the room, almost muting the series of loud knocks that came from downstairs. Y/f/n yelled to her older brother, her shrieks bouncing off the walls. “Miss y/f/n, I must answer the door, but what is the matter?” “Honestly, stop calling me that. But do you know who’s downstairs?” “It’s Felix. Also y/n, you look wow, you look like an actual girl.” “This is why you don’t get women.” “Okay. Wait here until I open the door and come downstairs, like in the movies.” You nodded at y/f/n and waved bye to her brother, whose mouth was still hanging open. She ran down the marble stairs to the entrance, motioning for you to hide. “By the way, I get tons of women,” Mingi whispered to you. You shrieked, turning around, only to directly face him. He made a face at you, quickly shushing you. “Dude, you’re about to ruin the surprise for Lee Felix.” “Mingi, I swear to god,-” you glanced at y/f/n, who was opening the door, “I’ll deal with you later.” “Alright. I guess I’ll just see you at the party.” His footsteps grew quieter as he went into his room. You registered his words a second too late. Of course, he was coming. “Y/n, are you ready?” y/f/n called out. “Yeah, I’m coming down,” you yelled back. You adjusted your dress and stepped down onto the staircase, making direct eye contact with Felix, whose eyes became saucers. You felt yourself blush as a slow, astonished smile spread across his face. You walked towards him, now at the base of the stairs. He held up a bouquet of jasmine flowers, fragrant and tied with a delicate pink ribbon. Y/f/n grabbed it and smiled at you, shoving you out the door. “Have fun, I’ll take care of the flowers for you. Call me if you need me.” She waved at you and then smiled and nodded at Felix, who held his hand out to you. “Bye y/f/n,” you called out over your shoulder, before stepping into the back of a limousine. Felix closed the door and then climbed in on the other side. He kept glancing over at you in the car, instilling a feeling of nervousness in you. You turned your head to look at him and saw his expression shift to something extremely unreadable. “So, are the rest of the guys there yet?” “I’m-,” he laughed nervously, “I’m not actually sure.” His low voice seemed to be rising by the second. You laughed despite yourself and saw a slow blush appear above his freckles. “Felix, calm down, it’s just me. Speaking of which, why didn’t you just ask Changbin to this thing?” He shook his head, laughing, and then sat back. “Well, I was going to ask him, but I kept thinking about this one girl. She’s incredible, by the way. Smart, funny, absolutely gorgeous-” he trailed off, staring at you. “Why didn’t you just ask her then?” you said, not catching on. A flicker of jealousy crossed your features. “Well, I guess she isn’t as smart as I thought,” he said, smirking, waiting for you to catch on. When he saw your blank face, he sighed, “It’s you, stupid.” You flushed again and then turned the other way, watching the streetlights pass by. “When did Felix Lee become so slick?” “Honey, I was always slick. This is just the first time you’ve noticed.” “Well, I got asked by this guy. To the same party that we’re headed to. He’s kind of lame though. He always dances to Fortnite music in public, and sometimes he sounds like a mosquito.” “Wow, he sounds like a loser.” The corners of your mouth lifted. “He’s actually amazing.” His eyes flicked down to your lips as he brought your face closer to his. “You should’ve said yes to him then.” You closed your eyes in anticipation, whispering, “I did.” The driver opened the partition, “Sorry to interrupt sir, we’re here.” You flew away from Felix, blushing. He coughed and then nodded at the driver, who closed the partition. “We’ll try again later, but for now, welcome to the party.” A man opened the door, helping you out of the car. You carefully stepped onto the pavement, with Felix right behind you. He held his arm out, and you took it as he led you up the stairs into the mansion. The doors were clad with security, and you glanced at them before entering.
“Biggest party of the year means unwanted attention. They’re keeping the press out,” Felix whispered into your ear. You nodded at him and continued walking into the mansion. Bright chandeliers illuminated a lavish foyer. A castle-like staircase with an ornate railing and wide marble steps spiraled upwards near the left side of the room. Felix continued into the next room, which was full of people mingling and laughing. He tapped the shoulder of a tall red-faced man, who turned and yelled exuberantly.
“Felix, you finally came,” he said, quite loudly.
“Ah, JYP PDnim, yes, we just arrived.”
“We?” he turned to look at you and then nodded in understanding, switching over to English, “Oh, hello, please enjoy the party.”
“Thank you for letting me come,” you said back, laughing nervously.
“Wow, Felix never told us that his girlfriend was this beautiful,” a man beside JYP said. The men standing around him laughed good-naturedly. You glanced up at him and forced a smile, giggling uncomfortably. His skin was flawless, but you could tell that he was significantly older than you. Felix could sense that you wanted to leave the group, so he bowed and explained that he wanted to find Chan, to which JYP nodded and waved him off.
“Like I don’t know she’s beautiful,” he muttered under his breath while he led you away, grasping your hand tightly. Your face heated up as he slowed to a stop.
“Felix, we’ve been waiting for you for over an hour. Hyunjin’s nowhere to be found and Chan passed out from exhaustion. I carried him to a bedroom and tucked him in because we all know I have a heart of gold. But dude, I don’t know if I can handle Jeongin anymore. Seungmin ditched me to dance with Daehwi, which totally didn’t hurt my feelings but whatever. Woojin and Minho are trying to calm Jeongin down right now,” Jisung’s eyes reflected horror.
“Jisung,” Felix said, grasping his shoulders, “where is Changbin?”
You glanced at Jisung, who looked at you and mirrored your blank expression. “He’s looking for Hyunjin, or at least that’s what I think.”
“He’ll survive Felix. Knowing him and Hyunjin, I’d say they wouldn’t want to be disturbed right now.”
Felix looked at you with the most deadpan face you’d ever seen in your life.
“Okay, go look for him with Jisung. I’ll try to find Jeongin or something.”
Felix nodded, grabbing Jisung’s arm and running out of the room. Jisung looked back at you and waved. I think I’m sharing Felix with Changbin. You shook your head and laughed, and then walked further into the hall, trying to find someone you knew. It occurred to you that Jeongin was probably where the food was since he usually got hyper after eating, but you decided to check on Chan first. Then you’d try to find Mingi and hit up the food with the rest of his members. Plan in mind, you returned to the foyer and went up the stairs. After getting lost ten times, you returned to the stairs and tried a different hallway. A doorway at the end of the hall was illuminated, and you turned the handle carefully, before glancing in. You weren’t about to barge in on anything you didn’t need to see. Luckily, a sleeping Chan was on the floor next to a bed. This idiot fell off the bed. He’s lucky he’s cute. You sighed, reaching down and carrying him onto the bed. The sudden movement caused him to wake up and reflexively punch you in the face. You dropped him instantly, avoiding his hand. He screamed, loudly, and then peeked up at you, turning a bright shade of red.
“I just-,”
“Yeah.”
“And you saw the whole thing.”
“Yeah.” You giggled, covering your mouth hastily. His face turned redder as he looked away.
“You did not see anything.”
“Hmm, I think I actually did? It started when I came in and-,” he groaned loudly, cutting you off.
“Okay. What do you want?”
“World domination.”
“Okay. What do you want that I can get you?”
“Eunwoo’s number. The one in ASTRO”
“Fine. I’ll try asking JYP to get me in with some world leaders.” You laughed in response, holding out a hand for him. Chan had been one of the first people you had met during an event with his company. He had introduced you to a bunch of idols and always talked about you. He was pretty much the perfect friend, but everyone at his company assumed he was dating you, especially since he was always holding your hand and you were always bringing him food. And the fact that he would always call you to say goodnight, and you would always go to the studio at 2 am with ice cream because he was sacrificing his sleep schedule yet again for work, and that you facetimed him until the early hours of the morning, and that he was always buying you stuffed animals. Felix thought this too (before he had eavesdropped on you explaining to Woojin that no, you were not dating Chan because you had an undeniably massive crush on damn Lee Felix.)
“Thanks,” he said, taking your hand and lifting himself up.
“You look great, by the way. Like an actual girl. Who would’ve thought that y/n could clean up so well, I’m shocked I tell you, absolutel-,” you punched him in the arm and he whimpered. You were glancing around the room and saw a balcony.
“By the way, where are the other guys?”
You looked back at him. “Uh, Seungmin’s dancing, Jeongin’s going crazy, Woojin’s with Minho, Hyunjin and Changbin are bromancing, you’re sleeping, and Felix and Jisung went to get Hyunjin and Changbin. Can we check out the balcony?”
“Yeah, sure. We gotta go calm Jeongin down after.”
“Deal.”
“Actually, meet me near the backdoor in five minutes, and I’ll show you something cool.”
“Alright. I’ll make this bed and catch up.” You waved at him, and he exited the room. It took a couple of minutes to actually fix the bed, but it didn’t look as good as it could have. You struggled with it for a few more minutes, but gave up and left the bedroom. Walking back to the stairs, you could have sworn someone was following you, but no one was behind you. You turned back around again, feeling increasingly nervous. Heart pounding, you made it to the top of the stairs.
“Y/n, is it not?” You whirled around at the sound of a voice. A man was sitting on a sofa, leafing through a magazine. It was the guy who had been standing near JYP earlier. Was he the one following me? You couldn’t move or respond, startled to the core.
He blinked a few times, and then put his magazine down and uncrossed his legs, standing up. “Sorry to have startled you. I’m Mr. Park, maybe you know me from that one movie?” You shook your head, still feeling restless. “Oh, well, I wanted to talk to you.”
“Oh, of course, Mr. Park.”
“You know, y/n, for a foreigner, you’re very pretty.”
You had to get out of this conversation. The fact that no one was coming upstairs was scaring you, and being alone with him was creating a tight feeling in your chest. “Thank you, Mr. Park.”
He smiled, nodding. “Actually, I was wondering whether-,” you cut him off. “Um, sorry, could I talk to you later? I’m supposed to catch up with someone.”
You saw irritation cross over his face, but he said nothing as you left him with a quiet sorry and began down the stairs. However, when you got to the bend, you felt his hand close around your shoulder. You looked back at him, and his face was devoid of the smile he had shown you only a few minutes earlier.
“I don’t think you’re in a position to deny me what I want, y/n.”
“What?” You shoved his hand off, but he grabbed your wrists instead.
“Sluts don’t get to decide for themselves.”
“Excuse me?”
“You came in here with an improper dress, and slept with an idol.”
“Slept with an idol? I fucking beg your pardon?”
“I saw Bang Chan coming out of the room you went into.”
“What the hell, I was taking care of my friend.”
“Filthy whore, stop lying to me-,” he was losing his patience, trying to drag you back upstairs.
“What the hell are you doing? Get your fucking hands off of her.” You turned in the direction of the voice, seeing Mingi at the base of the stairs. He ran up towards you and pulled the man’s hands off your wrists.
“Dude, what the hell do you think you were doing?”
“Mingi, it’s fine. Let’s go.” You took his hand, pleading with him. He looked down at you and sighed heavily.
“Fine,” but he turned his head and grimaced at the man before following you down. “It’s men like that who end up in hell. Fucking scum of the earth.”
“Shut up, he can hear you,” you hissed in desperation.
“That’s the point. I swear y/n, why does shit like this always happen? You need to take care of yourself. Loser.” He threw the last bit in and you glared at him.
“Well, I’m sorry. But god, that was pretty... scary.” He glanced over at you when you said the last part, falling quiet. Then he took off his jacket and threw it at you. You shrieked, trying to save your makeup by shielding your face.
“Wear this. It’s cold. And go find Felix, why’d he even leave you alone? Is he with Changbin or something?”
You slipped the jacket around your shoulders and sighed, “Does everyone know about it?”
His laugh echoed in the foyer, “Nah, but Wooyoung told me that he and Changbin were talking about how Felix might actually like him more than he likes you.”
“God, Changbin’s always trying to make me jealous, isn’t he?”
“Of course, we love him for that. Now, can we please go get something to eat?”
“What, were you looking for me?”
“I have no clue what you’re talking about.” He grinned widely, earning an eye roll from you.
“I mean, I’m glad you came. Now let’s go to the food. Where’s it at?” You started walking into the main hall, not seeing the rosy color rising on Mingi’s face. He exhaled, following you.
“Y/n, where the hell were you?” Chan jumped onto you out of nowhere, clinging to your side. You screamed, extremely startled, and fell backward onto Mingi, who flailed for a second and then toppled over.
“Why are you all on the floor?” Wooyoung and the guys appeared in a circle around the three of you.
“Why are you with Stray Kids is the real question we should be asking.” Yeosang and the rest of Ateez was standing next to Wooyoung.

Antidote
I’m sorry, but I can’t write in second person, so this will be in third person with two of my OCs as main characters. Please give me lots of feedback, I would greatly appreciate it!
Main Characters: Choi Minjae, Choi Juyeon, and Stray Kids
Chapter One (1.6k words):
The world is truly unforgiving. The Choi sisters learned this at a young age when their parents divorced. The girls were forced to move to Seoul to live with their father who was rarely home. He worked at a laboratory as a scientist, his specialty unknown to them. They joined various after school activities to avoid going home. The only things they did at home were eat and sleep.
“Unnie, are you practicing archery or soccer today?” Juyeon looked to her elder sister as they walked through the halls.
“We have a big game coming up so we’re scrimmaging against the neighboring school’s team.” Minjae barely looked up as she shuffled through her bag, searching for her phone. “You don’t have any clubs today, right? Want to come watch?” She looked up to see the hesitance in Juyeon’s gaze.
“I don’t know… I should go to the library-”
“The guys will be coming.” Minjae interrupted and smiled as soon as she noticed the bright smile on her little sister’s face. “All of them.”
“Well, I guess taking a break from studying could do me some good.” The girls giggled together before separating as Minjae went to the locker room and Juyeon made her way to the bleachers beside the field. The air was brisk as it pushed passed Juyeon. She pulled her sleeves over her fingers and searched the area for familiar faces.
Once she reached the bleachers, she found her friends and began the trek to the top row of seats. As she approached, Juyeon could hear the rowdy boys more clearly.
“Who do you think would win in a fight, Chan-hyung or Minjae-noona?” Jeongin asked, grinning jokingly at the elder boys.
“Definitely Minjae-unnie.” Juyeon bumped her shoulder into Chan’s once she was close enough. “I mean, have you seen her muscles? This shrimp couldn’t even compare.”
“Ya! How many times have I told you to respect your elders?” Chan put her in a choke hold, ruffling her hair.
“Oppa, stop! It took me forever to pin my bangs up this morning.” Juyeon whined, brushing her hair down once she was released. A small pout adorned her lips and Woojin waved her over, gesturing for her to sit in front of him.
“Here, let me fix it.” He smiled and began running his fingers through her bangs after removing the bobby pins.
“Hey, Juyeon, how did you do on the chemistry test yesterday?” Jeongin asked, turning to speak to her.
“Of course our baby passed with flying colors, right?” Seungmin pinched her cheek, cooing as he did so. “You aren’t at the top of the class for nothing.”
“I missed a few questions, but I think I did fairly well.” Juyeon smiled as Woojin finished fixing her hair. “Thank you, Oppa.”
Suddenly, Juyeon shivered, but not from the cold this time. She looked to her right and found a group of girls glaring at her. They were mumbling under their breath, no doubt, mocking her.
One of the more bold girls spit out, “Look at her, soaking up all the attention. She really does get around.”
“Maybe you should fix your own insecurities instead of insulting my sister.” Minjae appeared out of nowhere and shot daggers at them with her gaze, quickly silencing them.
Behind her was the remainder of the group, Minho, Changbin, Hyunjin, Jisung, and Felix. Minho had Minjae’s duffle bag slung over his shoulder while he held her bow case in his other hand.
“Why did you even bring this with you today?” He asked, holding the case up a bit. He set everything down and plopped into the seat at the end of the aisle.
“I practiced this morning.” Minjae said, digging through her duffle.
“You’re going to tire yourself out at this rate.” Felix said and sat down next to Minho. Jisung sat down as well. Juyeon moved, making room for the remaining boys, but couldn’t stop the pink dusting her cheeks when Hyunjin chose to sit beside her.
“What are you looking for now?” Chan laughed at Minjae struggling.
“My water bottle- oh, found it.” She sighed, opening one of the side pockets.
“You can be such ditz sometimes.” Changbin joked, laughing at her scowling features.
“That’s why I need my reliable boyfriend to look after me.” Minjae pecked Minho on the lips before turning around and making her way back down to the field. “Cheer for me loudly, okay?” She yelled, throwing her fists into the air.
The boys laughed at Minho’s blushing cheeks and he swatted at them lazily.
Another gust of wind blew through the air and Juyeon shivered again. She felt a hand on her shoulder and was pulled closer to Hyunjin’s side. He smiled at her before continuing his conversation with Felix.
Both teams moved onto the field and the captains met at the center. Minjae shook hands with her opponent and smiled.
“It’s been a little while, Jimin.” Minjae spoke, a small glint of competitiveness shining in her eyes.
“It has, but that doesn’t mean you can go easy on us.”
Minjae and Jimin have been friendly rivals since middle school and go to each other’s games whenever they get the chance.
Minjae excelled at every position, but she preferred forward as she could show her ferocity best. Each time she made a goal, loud cheers could be heard from the top of the bleachers.
Juyeon watched as her sister made yet another goal. Cheers surrounded her and she felt a vibrating coming from her pocket. She pulled her phone out to find she had missed calls from her father. That’s strange.
“I’ll be right back.” She told the boys and most of them hummed their acknowledgment. She turned around when she felt a hand on her wrist.
“I’ll come with you.” Hyunjin walked down the stairs, keeping his hold on her wrist.
They moved a bit further away from the crowd so Juyeon could hear her father as she called him back.
“Thank god, Juyeon.” Her father sighed in relief once he answered the call.
“What’s wrong, dad?” Juyeon could hear the stress in his tone, worrying her. He usually spoke in monotone and his words rarely held emotion.
“I need you both home now. Something happened and I can’t explain it right now, but I need to know you are safe at home.” His stern tone returned once again and before Juyeon could ask, she heard screaming from the other end of the call. “Juyeon, my sweet daughter, please just trust me. Go home and do not leave. I will send you further instructions later.”
“Okay…” Her voice trembled as she noticed the urgency in his words. “We’ll leave now. I love you.”
“I love you too, both of you.”
Juyeon’s eyes widened as she heard him say those words for the first time in years. Her father used to say them all the time, but once their parents split, he didn’t express his love through words anymore.
The call ended and Hyunjin pulled her back to the field just as the last whistle blew through the air, signaling the end of the game.
They met the others at the bottom of the bleachers, words of congratulations being thrown at Minjae.
“We have to go home.” Juyeon and Hyunjin’s somber expressions startled the others.
“Okay, let me just tell everyone I’ll be leaving-” Minjae jabbed her thumb back towards the remaining members of her team before being cut off.
“No, we need to go now.” Juyeon spoke firmly.
The group made their way to their cars and drove to the Choi household. On the way there, Minjae checked her phone to find a string of text messages from her father, explaining that he wanted her to shut and lock every single window and outside door at the house, before setting the alarm system.
She always wondered why the alarm was so high tech, but just figured it came with the perks of her father’s well-paid job.
Once everyone was locked in the house, Juyeon called her father again to ask for further instructions.
“Juyeon, is Minjae with you?” He spoke through the speaker of her phone.
“Yes, I’m here, dad.” Minjae approached her sister and took the phone from her hand.
“Minjae, I haven’t always been honest about my job, but I need to tell you what is happening right now.” His serious tone returned once more. “My team and I have caused and created many atrocities which have come back to haunt us now. There’s been a breach at the lab and a few of our experiments have escaped. It is not safe outside right now. They carry a very contagious disease and-”
“Dad, what are you saying right now? I don’t understand.” Minjae snapped at her father’s rambling.
“We created flesh-eating monsters.” He said, going silent after.
The room was so quiet, Minjae swore she could hear his heart beating through the phone. None of the boys in the room spoke and Juyeon was shocked silent as well.
Minjae broke the silence, “You mean, like, zombies?” She scoffed, denying the words even though they came from her own mouth. “There’s no way!”
“That’s exactly what they are. You are no longer safe outside. The disease has already started spreading. A few of my colleagues and I have locked ourselves in the lab, but we don’t know how long we can last here. I needed to make sure you were safe and I want you to know I love-” Their father was cut off as screaming blasted through the phone’s speaker and the call ended.

Movie Night || Secret Santa Gift
SKZ X AYESHA || WORDS: 2010 ||
This is my gift to @fantasymirror I’m your Secret Santa <3 Enjoy this movie party with Skz! I hope you like it <3 <3 <3 also like come talk to me sometime you’re pretty cool
Ayesha paced back and forth in the small walkway between the wall and her couch. She was waiting for her friends to come over, it was her turn to host the movie night and her turn to pick the movie. She was nervous. Not that she couldn’t be entertaining. She knows these guys like the back of her hands. She knows what makes them laugh, what makes them cry. She was nervous that they would wreck the place. She just moved in, and she doesn't want a complaint on her during her first week in her new apartment. “Ayesha! Open up! The ice cream's gonna melt!” Chan yelled as he pounded on the door. Hearing his voice made her feel at ease, these are her friends if something goes wrong they won't be mad, they’ll laugh it off. If they break something, they’ll pick it up and apologize profusely. “Coming! Stop banging!” Ayesha responded as she made her way across her apartment. It was small but cozy. To the left was the kitchen small, and dimly lit. Ayesha's bedroom was off of the living room with the only bathroom attached just after the door. The living room was about the size of a small corner store with long windows viewing the park across the street. Beige curtains covered them now, a sign of the late hours. Ayesha opened the front door and nine boys crammed their way into the room. “Well, you should've been faster next time,” Chan said setting the ice cream on the counter and walking away. “Well, you should’ve given me a heads up, I didn’t know there was ice cream,” “We got chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, mint chocolate chip, coffee, black cherry, rocky road, you name it we got it,” Minho said taking them out and placing them on the counter. “Baskin Robbins Chocolate Mousse Royale?” Ayesha asked. It’s her favorite kind and the boys better know that by now, how could they not? “GOT IT” Jisung shouted holding it up for her to see. The classic print on the ice cream carton visible through the white plastic bag made Ayesha smile. Changbin began putting the ice cream in bowls for them to enjoy. Once he was done he placed them in the freezer and walked over to the small huddle that had grown next to the couch. “So what movie are we watching tonight, lovely Ayesha?” Hyunjin asked placing his arm around Ayesha’s shoulders. “Since it's Christmas season I figured I’d choose a classic. Scream, no I’m kidding. Wolf Children!” She said hiding the blush that made its way onto her cheeks. ”Oh, I’ve heard of that movie! I haven’t watched it, but I’ve heard great things.” Jeongin said. “It’s good, and I like it! I hope you guys do too!” “Isn’t it like an anime or something?” Changbin asked, removing Hyunjin’s arm from Ayesha and putting it over his shoulder. “Yea, it’s a Studio Ghibli Movie,” Jeongin answered before Ayesha could open her mouth. “Oh, those are always good,” Chan commented from the couch. Felix brought a bag in from the hall and set it on the counter. He looked for the microwave. Once he located it, he began searching through cabinets until he found two large bowls. “I’ll make us some popcorn, how many bags should I do?” Felix asked. “There's ten of us, so I say four bags, two bags for each bowl?” Chan said. “Ay Ay Captain,” Felix said saluting him. “Okay, now, blankets. Where are they? We need to build a fort.” Woojin said. “Blankets are in my bedroom,” “I’ll get em!” Jisung said grabbing Minho and taking off down the small hallway. Woojin following after them. “Okay,” Ayesha whispered half to her self, trying to get her mind wrapped around what else needed to | before they could start this movie. “So how’re we watching this? You got a CD or is it online?” Chan asked. “I got a CD, it should be in the case on the stand below the TV,” She said to Chan, he moved quickly to the TV. “Got it!” He announced then placed the CD inside the CD Player and pressed to play to start the movie. He went back to his seat on the couch. “The first bowl of popcorn is done!” Felix said from the kitchen. “Jeongin grab that and put it on the coffee table? Please?” Ayesha asked him. Jeongin grabbed the bowl and placed it on the coffee table, then he moved the coffee table out of the way and sat down putting the bowl in his lap. “What?” he asked upon seeing the stare Ayesha was giving him, “There's not enough room on the couch, so most of us will be here anyway,” he stated eating the popcorn. “I got the blankets! Where am I putting them?” Woojin asked walking back in, dragging Minho and Jisung on a blanket while they held the rest. “If my blanket rips I’m going to be upset. Ayesha pouted, the two of them got off. “You’re the one that had the plans for the fort,” Minho said to him. Woojin sighed and began draping the blankets across the back of the couch. He pushed Jeongin out of his way and placed the biggest, thickest sheet on the ground to make those that sit on the floor more comfortable. He stared at his work before he sighed again and sat down, taking the second bowl of popcorn from Felix and shoving a handful in his mouth. “Dibs on cuddling with Ayesha!” Jeongin shouted standing up. Hyunjin moved from his spot, standing near the island that separated the living room and the kitchen, to push Jeongin out of his way. “No fair I called that on the way here!” He shouted. “Too slow!” Chan sang as he pulled Ayesha on the couch next to him. “Shush, the movies gonna start!” Minho said to the group and threw popcorn at them. Hyunjin settled on the floor with Seungmin. Jeongin passed out everyone’s ice cream, after scarfing his down, then laid across the end of the couch with his head in Chan’s lap.
Empty bowls of ice cream sat discarded across the floor. The only ones left awake sat staring at the TV. They finished the movie and now pondered what they could do next. “That was good, but now more than half of us are asleep. Plus its so much work to wake them up” Hyunjin said gently removing Seungmin’s head from his shoulder and sitting up. “We could play a game while we let them rest, you don’t mind us sleeping over here do you, Ayesha?” Chan asked rubbing his eyes. “No problem! I love it when you guys come over. It’s a sleep-over!” Ayesha said happily, careful to keep her voice down. “Now the only question is what game?” Jeongin asked. “Do you have any board games?” Hyunjin asked, getting excited. “I don’t think so. I haven’t needed one before now,” Ayesha said. “What about video games? Didn’t you mention Mario Cart once before?” Chan asked. Ayesha forgot about the conversation they had. She almost forgot she even had the game. “Yea, I do have Mario Cart! I got it a couple of months ago, but I had no one to play with me. I’ll go grab the game and controllers.” She exclaimed. Ayesha raced down the hall and came back carrying a box. “I’m old school, it’s on the Wii,” she said placing it on the floor at the end of Hyunjin’s feet. “I didn’t know you had a Wii U,” Jeongin said trying to get a look at the box from the couch. “I don’t. It’s just the Wii. No U, I told you I’m old school.” She took out the Wii and began setting it up. She put the sensor in the middle of the TV stand and turned back to the box. “Pass me a controller,” Chan said. Ayesha handed him two, one for him and one for Jeongin. “I call dibs on Bowser!” Hyunjin said taking a controller from the box. “Do what you want the real winner will be me with Peach, just letting you know, don’t get your hopes up,” Jeongin said, he stuck his tongue out at Hyunjin and laughed cutely. “In your dreams boys, I will be the only victor here,” Ayesha said, her words silenced the boys as she started up the Wii, selecting the small screen at the top left corner with Mario Cart inside of it. They all selected their characters and carts. Ayesha put the map on random and started. She sat back down on the couch next to Chan. The game began with a countdown, Ayesha held down A when the countdown got to 2. She boosted along with Chan, whom she is now battling against for 1st place. “Okay, how did you guys get that boost?” Hyunjin asked. “You gotta hold down A,” Chan answered. Ayesha was too focused on throwing a red shell at Chan she didn’t even notice the banana peel he threw behind him. She mentally cursed at herself. “Really? I’ll have to try that in the next match.” Hyunjin spoke, his words disconnected as he danced around the map, his cart being attacked non-stop from Jeongin in front of him. Ayesha and Chan surpassed each other multiple times, fighting for first place. During the last lap, they rounded the corner, a close game. Jeongin came out of nowhere. He passed them both. The two were left speechless as Jeongin cheered for himself. The next game starts on yet another random map, the countdown began. Ayesha saw Hyunjin hold down A and she laughed, he started too early. He spun out before he could move forward. “Hey what was that!” He exclaimed. Chan and Ayesha laughed, they didn’t respond to him. This game they’re too focused on keeping an eye on Jeongin. They both refuse to let him beat them, again. The first two laps were the same as last game, Chan and Ayesha competing for first, Hyunjin in the back and Jeongin quietly plotting his win. As they approached the finish line to start the third lap, Chan got red shelled by the NPC behind him, a Mario. Ayesha managed to be in first the majority of the third lap until Chan caught up, thanks to three mushrooms.  Ayesha hoped to win, but every time she hit a box she got a coin, even a speed boost would help more than a coin! “Ayesha! I can help you!” Jeongin said as Chan passed her. Him now a turn ahead of her. They were nearing the finish line. Jeongin had a blue shell. He waited until he made eye contact with Ayesha then he used it, and Ayesha saw it flying through the minimap. Seconds later she heard “Damn it,” escape Chan’s mouth. She knew it got him, Ayesha was able to speed past him and win. Ayesha jumped up and did a cute victory dance, then stuck her tongue out at Chan, who stuck his back out to her. “All right, I think it’s time we all go to sleep,” Chan said. Ayesha heard Jeongin whisper something about Chan being a sore loser and giggled. “Okay well then, goodnight,” Ayesha said hugging the boys. She went to the bathroom and did her night time routine. After she got all settled in bed Jeongin came running into the bedroom, wrapped in a blanket of his own. He jumped, throwing himself across Ayesha on her bed. The sudden weight hurt her but nothing too serious. “You said it was a sleepover and it’s not a sleepover unless the favorite friend shares the bed with the host!” His explanation muffled by the pillow he slammed into his face. “Okay you nut, just go to sleep.” Ayesha laughed, she lightly hit him then turned the light off. Once she was comfortable in her blankets, and Jeongin had managed to get himself comfortable beside her, she drifted off to a peaceful slumber-ish.

chan
position: chef
an amazing cook that puts all his passion and love into his dishes. he improvises well too in cases where a mistake or accident rolls around; also touches up or makes changes to a recipe for those that have allergies or certain restrictions on their food intake. you may not know it but the dishes he creates all have beneficiary effects. his servers always tell him if a customer looks stressed or angry or tired, and so chan does his best to make them happy with food (maybe making a light yet energizing dish for those that are tired, or a heartwarming and homey vegetable soup for those that are stressed, the possibilities are endless)!! he especially loves when children come to the restaurant because they’re so small and pure and he’d finally have a chance to use his heart and animal shaped vegetable cutters to put in their dishes. he loves seeing the wide smiles that are on their faces as they point to a certain vegetable and yell out the animal’s name to their parents (wow that’s so soft). chan is always so touched when customers, especially food critics, ask to speak to him; when he gets bombarded with compliments and playful comments like “tell me your recipe!!” he just softly smiles at them and thanks them for enjoying the food he lovingly cooked up. with each compliment, his will to make his customers happy just grows and grows, in which he becomes extremely dedicated to his work. his staff needs to remind him to take a break every so often (aka all the members). people are surprised that he’s so young yet so successful (teamwork makes the dream work).
[the rest of the members are under the cut!]
woojin
position: sous chef
chan’s right hand man!! his preparations and focus is absolutely amazing. chan would ask him for some cut vegetables and woojin would seem like he’s ignoring him but really he’s finishing what he’s doing before he assists chan (his awareness and time management are godlike and woojin never misses a beat). he’s very strict and keeps his work space tidy. he’ll scold felix for eating the frosting as he’s decorating a cake, or bicker at jisung for playing soccer with a ball of cabbage. he’s also super humble!! when he gets praised, he always mentions how he wouldn’t have done it all without his supportive and loving crew. he makes the effort to include and talk about all his members and makes a cute little heart when he’s done, a wide yet shy smile across his face. he gives an extra special thanks to his parents and older brother (who gave him tips on cooking and eventually influenced woojin to pick up the profession!). woojin’s favorite dish he’s made since working at the restaurant was a dish he had come up with the help of the other 8 members; it actually wasn’t a dish but a nine course meal(!!) in which he worked with all of them individually and combined the whole thing into a course and surprised them on their one year anniversary after officially opening the restaurant (they all cried real tears). he doesn’t wanna admit it to the others but jeongin is his favorite and always babies him; he makes dishes during their lunch just for jeongin and himself (the others are butthurt but understand why because it’s a fact that jeongin is a cutie)
minho
position: bartender
his skills are phenomenal. he uses his good looks and his cunning personality to talk to and attract the women (even the men wow, that’s skill right there). this guy, also knows his wines and champagnes, and thus makes astounding drink combos with the chefs’ dishes. he’s actually super funny and is also super humble even though all the girls (and a couple guys) are hitting on him!! he keeps his cool and always averts the attention back to the actual customer to make them flustered like the little flirt he is. he winks a lot just to get a reaction out of the customers that are at the bar. the customers especially like when his hair is slicked back and he just looks like he’s enjoying his job as a bartender, cracking jokes to the people he’s serving and popping peanuts into his mouth (don’t worry, chan makes minho a meal when he goes on his lunch break). since some older gentlemen usually go to the bar, he always prepares a flashy show just to keep them entertained. when he starts making martinis and cocktails though, the loud laughter and surprise from the audience grabs the attention from the other customers. he loves the attention and is always generously tipped from the gentlemen and ladies. the cheeky smile he plasters on his face is killer (he is the definition of if looks could kill). his go-to server is jisung because he laughs at his jokes and actually listens to his lectures on wine and how it isn’t just “nasty old grape juice”.
changbin
position: server
customers automatically think he’s the stoic server with a major attitude due to RBF*. they are pleasantly surprised when he coolly walks to their table and gives off a nice and enthusiastic vibe, shy smiles directed at each customer and they instantly fall in love because he’s actually the sweetest person ever. he’s the only one that can put up with jisung and his energy, so he was also put on the floor. the pen he uses to take orders was specially ordered by chan and woojin because they thought he was an amazing worker despite the rushes and stress from hopping from table to table, order after order. it’s a blue pen with a munchlax key chain hanging off of the cap (he names it gyu jr). he always tries his best to put out that cool, bad boy image and it works at first but then he just exposes himself one day. a couple that visited often brought their child and changbin was captivated by their cuteness, so he found himself standing a couple feet away just acting cute towards them (doing little things like playing peekaboo and puffing his cheeks, etc) and the baby just laughs and changbin’s heart just bursts. the baby’s parents take notice and smile at changbin but he’s embarrassed he got caught and runs away to get back to serving tables. he got a generous tip that day (and a whole lot of teasing). he often finds himself hanging around felix and jeongin though, learning more about sweets and desserts that he would like to make himself one day!!
hyunjin
position: host
eye-candy for first time customers. he’s super humble though!! many customers compliment him for his good looks but he brushes it off to bring up the amazing seungmin. he’d tell them how playful and funny seungmin was and put an arm over his shoulder and just compliments him more than hyunjin would compliment himself! afterwards, he would pout at seungmin or the other members and complain to chef chan at the end of the day, hurt that they only see him for his looks. he really appreciates those customers that make conversation with him and don’t bring up his visuals but instead compliment his personality, open-mindedness and kindness. he’d blush so much and would cover his face with the menus when he’d pick them up (after the customers ordered of course). he’d rant to his members that the customers were super nice and that he wishes for them to come again! the members are known to hype him up whenever they all gather in the morning for their daily meeting, nudging him and mentioning how cool and handsome he looks in his uniform. he’d laugh and playfully be like “shush” with a wide smile on his face. he’d mess around with jisung sometimes too and they’d both be laughing on the job (only to be scolded by woojin later). jeongin always goes to hyunjin to ask how his desserts tasted and hyunjin would be so honored because jeongin makes the BEST CAKES. hyunjin always saves half of the dessert so seungmin could taste it too! sometimes hyunjin waits until they’re both on break to hang out with jeongin and talk about sweets.
jisung
position: server
he’s very energetic and happy to tend to customers, especially those that he recognizes! his members acknowledge how happy and open he is and thus always encourage him to bring in all the customers and to have them leave with a big smile on their faces. he also cracks jokes and gets along well with literally everyone. he’s a big compliment guy, so he notices every thing; he lets every girl know that their outfit is nice and they have a mental breakdown because wow, someone noticed. and he tells the guys that they’ve got a cool haircut, or if they’re in a suit, that they looks fLY. although he’s super energetic, he often messes up orders and he always feels so bad. he brought out a salad one time when the customer had actually ordered the soup of the day and his eyes just got so wide and his mouth was hanging open. after realizing he had the wrong dish, he’d bow and apologize repeatedly because he was wasting their time. but the customers assured him that he’s alright and that it’s not big deal with wide smiles on their faces because his reaction was super cute. everyone knows he has a big heart and he has definitely come across rude customers that have hurt his feelings but because of his strong will, he put a smile on his face and continued to work with them. he’d rant to hyunjin or minho later with tears in his eyes but minho/hyunjin would not have it and would engulf jisung in a hug and tell him that those customers were just big bullies (chan and woojin were ready to fight). in his free time, he liked getting hyunjin and felix into trouble and would spend some time listening to minho’s and chan’s concerns.
felix
position: pastry chef
he makes some mean desserts ranging from, but not limited to, cakes, breads, truffles, chocolates, puddings, ice creams, you name it! his mother introduced him to baking at a young age and absolutely fell in love!! he loved how he got to lick the spoon when the frosting was done or how his house would smell like vanilla after some intense baking sessions with his dad. during his break, felix would look up recipes and desserts that he could mimic but ultimately make his own, in which jeongin would cheer aloud and push him to do his best. changbin comes around often to spy and felix would always notice, so he’d cut an extra slice of cake or put aside another cupcake for changbin to snack on (jisung is offended for not being included). he goes to chan a lot for advice and pointers as to what he could do to improve his desserts and he always creates the best ones with what chan has to say. one time chan told him to create something cute for once because kids do still pop up in their restaurant and his puppy frosted cupcakes were a hit!! he hangs around the ‘00 line a lot so they get to feast on his desserts first (and of course jeongin, his pastry chef in crime)! felix calls jisung out for being jealous of changbin when jisung is the one that eats most of the dishes felix makes. with a stuffed mouth jisung opens his mouth to say something but can’t think of anything so he just shuts it and continues to stuff his face. felix matter-of-fairly nods and scolds jisung playfully and then they all start joking around and laughing. his work is actually super diversified and he takes much pride in all of his creations.
seungmin
position: host
he’s super super super playful and welcoming, thus being one of the first staff members to be seen by the customers. all of the members’ hype man!!! seungmin is so positive and livens up the restaurant with his jokes, random singing and of course his bright smile!! customers are always flustered by his energetic self but are always so happy to be able to be greeted so excitedly by someone(??). it makes their day and they’re all smiles when seungmin is leading them to their table. once he seats them, he starts them off with drinks and asks them questions to get to know them better. once seungmin introduces who their server is, he bows slightly and smiles one last time at them and tells them to have a great meal and to come again, and he walks away after a small wave. everyone’s just so happy to see him. on their yelp profile, most of the reviews talk about the tall, smiley boy that sometimes sings to his customers and is always so energetic. when all the members read over the reviews together and see those comments, chan reaches over to ruffle seungmin’s hair and everyone’s screaming and teasing him saying “sing to me too seungminnie!!”. like hyunjin, he’d quietly tell them to shush as he smiles at the floor, his cheeks burning pink. he’s another child enthusiast and is always so happy to see them!! when he sees one come in with their parents, he’s bent over talking to them and the child’s parents are just so touched to see their child laughing and smiling. he always gives them a high five when he leaves to tend to other guests.
jeongin
position: pastry chef
him and felix are the DREAM TEAM. if you want cute, you got it. sophisticated? he’s got you covered. a small and light dish? coming right up. jeongin is the literal king of cute (his hyungs think so too)!! if you think about it, cute and desserts go very well together and that is why jeongin’s strong point is being a pastry chef. he’s not just limited to cutesy designs and dishes though, his desserts are extravagant and are so sweet and delicious (almost as sweet as jeongin himself). honestly there could be so much going on with one of his dishes but it’ll work out and mesh in all the right ways and the customers love it!! he is very passionate about the art of desserts and is harsh on himself if nothing is in the right place or if the taste just isn’t good enough. as the youngest of the group, the other members swarm around him after hearing his thoughts and just bombard him with hugs and reassuring comments. when they see the dessert he rejected, they stuff their mouths with it and actually die from how delicious and amazing it was. changbin and jisung would scream “JEONGIN WHAT DO YOU MEAN, THIS CAKE IS AS SWEET AS YOU”, and jeongin would be so embarrassed but would laugh and appreciate his hyungs attempts at cheering him up (in which it does and he’s back to his cute and motivated self). as much as jeongin is the sweetest child, he likes to prank jisung and chan a lot with his “homemade recipes”. one time, he put small pieces of octopus in his amazing carrot cake and gave it to chan and jisung to test out. jisung’s face turned from “oh yeaaaah!!” to “what. am. i. eating.” in .03 seconds. chan didn’t have the heart to say anything so he finished the bite he took and just nodded his head with a forced smile and a thumbs up. to this day jeongin has never told them and he laughs whenever he thinks back to that time.
*RBF is resting bitch face (my language i’m sorry..... i also didn’t realize how much longer i made this like i swear it was shorter!! i also apologize if my lack of capital letters bother you oh man, lmk if you want me to capitalize properly..!!)
