Do you have any tips on how to avoid and deal with panic attacks during classes?
Hey anon! Don’t have any specific tips myself, or specifically on what to do “during class” but check out:
Anxiety and Panic Masterpost by @these-dandelion-wishes
Coping with Panic Attacks by @candydsgn
Anxiety masterpost by @noshameinoursickness
Panic Attack Diary by @bulletjournaling101
Coping with anxiety by @sheisrecovering
Creating an anxiety safe study space by @sarahsdesk
Anxiety masterpost by @dotgrids
**a lot of them are about anxiety generally, usually with a one liner re: panic attacks
I’d say a big step, though a hard one, is to inform your teacher/ trusted psych advisor at your place of study etc about it. That way, they can adapt and accommodate your circumstances, sometimes before a big exam (i.e. special consideration, separate room/ desk for exams etc).
I recognise that doing this is often a source of anxiety and stress for people, as they do not want to feel ‘different’ or ‘marked out’.
I always think of it as... having someone who has your back. To level out the playing field. If I had a heart condition or diabetes, I’d be afforded an exception during class to take my insulin/ lollies etc. If I broke my arm, I’d have extra time to complete my exam/ assessment.
So why should a panic attack be treated any differently?
All the best. Hope you’re getting through the day.

O que é o “100 Days of Productivity”?
100 days of productivity printables por @techblur

100 days of productivity tracker printable por @emmastudies

DISCLAIMER: I was an American high school student, so this is focused on U.S. students, so some of this information and advice may or may not apply to students in different locations. I also applied to college my senior year and went right into undergrad after high school, so my advice is a little skewed towards high schoolers intending to attend college. I tried to incorporate information for students who may wish to follow other paths as well, but my knowledge in that area is much slimmer. That being said, this is meant to be as inclusive as possible for ALL high school students, and I encourage everyone to follow their own paths! No one way is more valid than another.
This link with ideas for what to do with your summer may be helpful, as I mention productive summers repeatedly in this guide
This guide was heavily inspired by a post from @studyvet, (now @candydsgn),  who made a kickass freshman year guide that you can see here. Other inspirations and posts I recommend are this post from @xinchaostudy, and this one from @studyboba!
