This has me thinking what if rolan MÈT his person at one of those tedious wizard events because they were complaining about the organization of their library or something. Everyone already thinks rolans an ass and they're arguing that they have things organized perfectly FINE. Rolans not yet person pipes up "this is only acceptable at an ELEMENTARY LEVEL!"

Rolan bored out of his mind. That in and of itself stokes his temper. He tried not to get involved in the argument, he likes to stick to himself. Then one of those older wizards asked him to back them up on their old outdated method and he couldn't hold back any longer. Their methods- all of them- were fundamentally misguided. Times have changed and there were much better, more logical, user friendly means of organization. Now all of them were turned on him. They say you can't reinvent the wheel, why try to fix what isn't broken? Too dense and set in their ways to see reason.

Then a new wizard interjects from behind, "That method's really only acceptable at an elementary level. If you value a functional academic research library, then the Master of Ramazith's Tower has a valid system worth the time investment." The others threw their hands up in a huff.

Finally someone with sense he thinks. Rolan whips around. The most enchanting person he'd ever seen stood behind him with a righteous smile. Brains and beauty.

"Is this seat taken?" They ask, and it takes Rolan a second to realize they're waiting on an answer. When his wits return, he gestures to the space beside them. Heart racing. As they sit, they lean over and whisper, "Sorry, it looked like you could use another sensible person on your side. I usually don't come to things like this because of old fogies like them."

"Well, I'm glad you came today." The words left Rolan before he knew what he was saying. The heat rushed to his face.

But then they softly smiled, "Me, too."

I can't wait until I'm massively pregnant and I get to be a toilet full time, at least for a while. Until then the goal is to take loads of fertility drugs so your pregnancy immobilizes you sooner. Just a fun way to boost morale and get ahead in the company. Not sure if girls are offered anything above toilet, though? Hmmm, maybe they'll ship us to a girl farm or sell us to a foreign cartel harem? A girl can dream, can't she? I guess you can say success is my biggest motivator..... Ride Kamens is still doing prerelease marketing and isn't out yet; it's set for "early summer 2024", so a bit yet to go! similar to Twst, it's a mobile game about anime boys loosely based on an existing franchise (Kamen Rider), although it seems like it's going to be more standalone/won't require familiarity with Rider going in.

the (very) basic premise is that your player character has just taken over their late father's role as a secret agent, supporting the city's superheroes by running a secret base disguised as a cafe (plus you have a personal butler for some reason) (the reason is because it's amazing). you also have to help the heroes regain their lost memories, and it looks like it'll have a bit of a route/choice aspect there (not romance, just different endings to the character episodes depending on what you do). the details are kinda hard to tell at this point but the characters seem like a really fun bunch; there's definitely big "idiots with emotional problems" energy which I am extremely into.

all the official info is in Japanese only at the moment, but here's the website and the ride_kamens twitter! (though the twitter is sort of overtaken by posts about the AnimeJapan exhibit right now, whoops.) and I believe some people are already planning on doing translations for it too? lots to look forward to! :D
