A Mission With Miles
Chapter 5: Off day (Day before the mission)
It was your off day and the day before the mission. After the incident yesterday miles managed to talk the general into letting you get a rest day, that was the least he could do for you. Even though you went to sleep it was hard for you to stay asleep, being awoken by your mind's lustful thoughts toward miles..it made you toss and turn but you made it to the morning somewhat well rested.
You were sleeping peacefully until you were awakened by someone knocking on the door.
"Mmm…"
You groan out as you didn't want to get up but not answering the door could result in who knows what. You pull yourself out the bed and drag your body to the door. Twisting and opening the door revealed not only Miles but his best man Lyle there waiting. You look at them while squinting and tiredly pouting. What the hell could they want? You asked yourself
"…it's my day off…and it's the ass crack of dawn…What's up?"
"Just wanted to see ya buddy!"
Lyle says excitedly while pushing miles to the side to bend down and see you better. Miles ears narrowed as he hissed under his breath. But he let him continue, while watching him closely of course.
"How's the bruises holding up?"
He reaches out for your hands and you place your hands on his gently. He examined your hands while you spoke.
"They're okay, still brusied a little but okay."
You look at miles and he's glaring Lyle down, jealousy struck him seeing his friend touch you like that. He rolled his eyes and looked at you. His eyes widened once he saw you staring, a deep blue pigment covered his face as he looked away. You laugh at him a little but look back at Lyle
"We were just coming to tell you we have a mini mission to run out on, we'll pretty much be gone the whole day but wanted to see you first y/n."
Lyle says sweetly as he lets your hands go and stands up. He smiled and patted your head. You smile back, hearing their concerns and then check on you was a pleasant surprise.
“Thank you guys honestly, I do appreciate it.”
before Lyle could speak to you again he got distracted and walks off, leaving me and miles alone. He watches him walk off then returns his focus back to you. He leans against the door frame, still looking down at you and you return the look. He just stands there looking at you. Eventually he decides to kneel down to your level to get a better look at you. His gaze was soft yet in those eyes, secretive intentions hid. You couldn’t point it out but you knew it was there. He grabs your throat, not too harshly but firm, he tilts your head to the side to look at something. Flustered from his sudden actions you stay silent and let him continue. He drags his thumb across the bite mark he gave you from the previous night.
“Well don’t you look good marked by me..Heh.”
You blush more from his statement, you put 2 and 2 together and figure out what he wanted, it was you. Not only want you but wanted to DO something to you. He lets your throat go and laughs at your flustered face.
“You should be professional sir, don’t you have a mission to go on?”
You joke teasingly at him. That made him bite his lip and cover his mouth to refrain from speaking out. He glared at you but laughed.
“You better be glad I'm going out, your ass would’ve been handled. But besides that you still rest up. Tomorrow we have that mission and I need you on your A game, you understand?”
“Yes sir, I understand.”
You kiss your fingers and press them against his. His pupils dilate at what you did and awaited what you might have to say. His tail swayed with excitement, it was obvious he liked it but you were just teasing him. You leaned forward close to him and whispered in his ear.
“That’s for good luck..don’t die.
Your sweet voice tickled his ears and tickled his neck. He grabbed your hand and gently squeezed it.
“You know I won’t, don't need luck when you're me. but thanks for the good luck anyways.”
He says with a smile and stands back up. He places both hands on his hips and looks at you one last time. He knew it was getting close for him to leave. He said goodbye to you and you said it back. Him and the rest of the recom squad along with most of the soldiers left the base for the mission. For the rest of the day you tried to occupy yourself with reading, cleaning, along with whatever else you could find. It was long and boring but you enjoyed it while you could, knowing what was coming ahead.
-Quaritchs arrival-
You’re still awake in your room, the day felt as if it was going even slower without the recoms around. It was oddly quiet but you enjoyed it. Throughout the day you walked around, did a little cleaning up, and studying. You sit in your room alone flipping through files and pictures of pandora before the mission tomorrow. As you read through your files a knocking sound echoes through your room. Not expecting anyone to knock you hesitantly go to the door and wait.
“Who is it?”
You speak out to whoever is outside the door. Not to your surprise it’s lyle.
“It’s lyle! Got something for ya!”
He sounds oddly cheerful after coming from a long mission. But regardless you open the door and smile. The smile that was briefly painted across your face fades away as you see him carrying a tired miles quaritch. His eyes tiredly meet yours and he gives you a faint smile.
“What the hell happened to him lyle!?”
“Went too hard as usual, tired to take him to the infirmary but he said you could help him. Not gonna argue so I brought him here. Can we come in?”
“Uh..yeah sure.”
You move aside and lyle helps drag miles into your room. He places him on the ground, as he does so a hiss leaves miles lips. Must have hit a bruise as he sat down, you thought to yourself. You walk over to lyle and stand beside him, thinking of what to say you just look at miles concerned.
“Are you sure he's okay?”
“Hell if I know.”
Miles interrupts you and lyles conversation with a deep and annoyed groan. He rolled his eyes at you both and glared at lyle.
“Like I said. I'm FINE.”
“Yeah right, I don’t buy it. I’ll patch him up here lyle you go ahead and rest. I bet you’re pretty tired too.”
“Bet your ass I am, but alright. Catch you later, short stack.”
He ruffles your hair and pulls you in for a hug. You hug his waist and pat his back lightly. Lyle leaves the room and closes the door behind him, leaving you and mile alone. You stare at him with an annoyed expression, this stubborn man came in here for a reason.
“…Why didn’t you go to the infirmary sir, whatever is wrong with you they can fix.”
“Why so harsh buttercup? Can’t I come and see you? Plus it’s nothing serious..”
You sigh and roll your eyes, not in mood for whatever this was you go to retrieve your med kit. Once you find it you toss it on your bed and walk up to the injured navi in front of you.
“What do I need to patch up, maybe if you don’t cause too much fuss i’ll be done soon.”
“Well ain’t you a sweetheart?” He teases
“Sir. I'm losing my patience.”
“Alrighttt, it's on my back and sides. That's it.”
“Okay then take your shirt off for me. Don’t get any ideas either.”
It was like you could tell what he would say next. He sighed and laugh as he followed your request. He tiredly worked his classic tank top off his bidy and threw it down next to him. You knew that he worked out but this was the first time you seen him without his shirt on. His body was toned and slender, his small waist was fully exposed. The markings on him looked as if they hugged his skin tightly, even though his chest and stomach were cover with scars from previous missions it looked really good. You liked it a bit too much. Your eyes were glued to his toned chest and stomach, your face grew redder the longer you admired his body.
"Eyes up here buttercup, you can admire me more once you're done helping me."
You snapped out of your daze to see him staring back at you with this mischievous yet teasing smile on his face. He saw you staring the whole time at his body, that made him blush a little in return. To tease you even more he pushed his hips upwards closer to you so you could get a better look. His tail swished quickly as your eyes frantically looked at him. You scuff as you roll your eyes at him, you could tell he was teasing you but you weren't going to fall for that anymore. You sit directly behind him on your bed and examine his back not speaking to him. Small bruises and cuts were scattered across his back. He was known for being rough and wild on his missions so seeing this was not a surprise to you or anyone at all. Immediately you get to work, gathering bandages and creams for his wounds. You gently placed your hand against his back, he slightly jumped from your slightly cold touch but he relaxed soon after. He rambled on about his mission and what happened, you listened attentively while nodding or laughing when he said something amusing. He seemed pretty happy telling you his stories, one thing about him was that he loved excuses to tell stories of how he handled business. Hearing your laughs and small responses made him smile and relax more. Once you were finished tending to his wounds you clean up and return the med kit back to its proper place.
"Thanks y/n, much appreciated."
"No problem sir, hopefully you can rest easy now."
You say with a slight smile as you cross your arms and cock your hips to the side. He looked up at you with a softened gaze and a genuine smile. With perk ears and a quick moving tail he asked you something.
"Mind if I rest here tonight, for a bit? I won't stay long y/n."
"Uh…I guess that's fine. You're sleeping on the floor though."
You say with a chuckle while climbing into your bed. He rolled his eyes playfully and laughed back. He nodded in agreement and leaned against your bed, resting his arms and head right next to your face. You exchanged looks at each, his eyes seemed captivated by you, your face grew a warm shade of red from it. You turn over and turn off the light trying to avoid looking at him.
"Goodnight miles."
"Heh..Night y/n."
He says in a whisper. You could feel his large hand gently caress your side right after he said goodnight. You stayed turned to the wall while he laid against your bed. Slowly you begin to drift asleep, soundly and peacefully even though miles slept beside your bed. Hours pass and you toss and turn in your bed, something in your dreams seems to make you unable to rest easily. It wasn’t soon after the tossing and turning did you begin groaning, making worrisome noises. The movement and your sounds woke miles up.
“What the hell is your problem..?”
He speaks out tiredly not realizing you were still asleep. Once he looked over and fixed his eyes on you he saw a distressed expression on your face. It made his ears perk up with alertness, he was worried about you. His large blue hands gently grab your shoulder and start to shake you. Your eyes squeeze shut, a cold sweat develops on your face as your nightmare continues. He shakes you harder but it only makes it worse, whimpers and groans escape your mouth, harshly you clutch the blanket covering you. What the heck am I supposed to do? Miles thinks to himself, he didn’t want to make things worse for you. He sat in silence with his hand still on your shoulder, wondering what would be the best course of action in this.
Eventually he thought of what he could do to possibly help you. He moved you closer to the wall carefully and climbed into the bed with you. Once he was in your bed he laid on his side facing you and pulled you close to him. Your small human body now being cradled by this tall blue giant. Your heart raced from the adrenaline the nightmare gave you, your skin cold to the touch. Miles wrapped one around you and used his free hand to play in your hair. He didn’t say anything not knowing what he could say to help, he just continued to hold you close and play in your hair. After a continuous time period of you breathing heavily, you eventually relax into his touch. Your body goes limp in his arms and begins to warm up thanks to his warm body. The feeling of his hands in your hair was comforting, it soothed the night terrors and let you go back to your rest filled. Seeing you finally relax made him smile a little. He sighed in relief and started to fall back asleep, he didn’t bother moving back and just fell asleep with you in his arms peacefully through the night. It was important to get plenty of rest, the big mission tomorrow could hold eywa knows what for you. It would be your first ever mission on pandora, outside of these walls. It was an exciting experience for you to go on this mission and see Pandora in all its glory. Even if people like Miles and the others didn’t like it you couldn’t help but be infatuated with it. Who knows what’ll happen down there, you just hope everything goes to plan. Little did you or miles know, it wouldn’t go to plan but it would be

Chapter Three: If We Have Each Other.
Tumblr media
~When the world's not perfect When the world's not kind If we have each other then we'll both be fine. I will be your brother and I'll hold your hand. You should know I'll be there for you. I will always be there for you~
"Dude, we are in some serious jelly," I proclaimed as I paced around the small perimeter of the tree house.
"And that jam!" Isaac added from where he remained sitting at the table.
"Tight spot."
"Indeed!"
"Up a tree!" I supplied.
"Lost in the grass!" He offered. I swung around, shaking my finger at him.
"I'll tell ya what's grass, our- AAH FRACKLES!"  I had stepped on a stray nail in one of the floorboards. Hobbling my way back into my chair, I thunked my head against the table.
"But look at the bright side." Isaac leaned back in his chair. "Seeing as how our grand-theft-hairbrush is going viral and all, there is still a chance that me flipping the camera off could become a meme!" He pointed out. Slowly, I raised my head to stare at him.
"Are you kidding me right now?" I asked, narrowing my eyes.
"Consider it, Marty! All it took was five years being dead and now I'm finally fulfilling my life-long dream! If I'd known it was this easy, I would have killed myself a long time ago and spared me all that drama and emotional damage," Isaac smirked. I shook my head, my gaze drifted back to the Vader figure and snow globe sitting side-by-side on the shelf.
"Please don't talk like that Isaac," I sighed. Isaac's face fell.
"Sorry, I-I wasn't thinking," He apologized. I nodded.
"It's okay." It wasn't, but what more could be said when you didn't want to speak?
"Hey," Isaac spoke softly, ducking his head to get me to look at him, "Even if things go sour, I'm gonna be here for you. Just like I promised. Through thick and thin, remember?"
"Through thick and thin."
Smiling weakly, I repeated our life long mantra. I took a deep breath and focused back in on the problem.
"Alright, man. We gotta figure out a game plan. That video is gonna bring every hunter and their mom up here to ice our, or my, gluteus maximus. And if they know about the minimart then they know about the hospital. So, what's our play?"
"Well, I say you use your Sweet-Talkin' thing and talk any o'those alcoholic weirdos out of it," Isaac suggested. I shook my head.
"Isaac, you know how much I hate doing that."
Although it was a tempting idea, that wasn't something I wanted to mess with. If you start playing with the dark things, the dark things start playing with you. That wasn't a concept I liked, but Isaac would never understand that.
"I'm just saying it’s an option! And an easy one at that," Isaac pushed. I glared at him.
"I'm not doing that."
"It might come to it, Marty. I'm just saying as a plan C it-"
"The answer is no! Moving on." My tone killed and buried the subject. Isaac raised his hands in surrender.
"Fine. But misinformation is still our strongest tool. We should use it. Tell anybody who asks that it was all done on a computer," He conceded.
"Alright, that's plan A. What's plan B?"  Isaac's face twisted in thought. I let him do any and all planning when it came to telling a lie because he was so much better at making it convincing than I was. Isaac was the king of spouting believable bull crap. In fact, he would have made and excellent demon. That guy could probably get an angel to sell its soul for a box of holy doughnuts. When the idea hit Isaac's brain, I could almost see a light bulb light up above his head. He leaned forward, exited.
"Okay, I got it. We make up some BS story about a gay black dude who got chopped up by the ferry or something and the hospital wouldn't help him because all the doctors were racist homophobes, and it was the 50's." He nodded at me very seriously. Like I said, Isaac was king.
"That's is the worst, most ridiculous and stupid story I have ever heard," I told him. Isaac's nodding grew more excited. "It's perfect. They'll buy every word. Just one thing though, what about the mini-mart?" I pointed out.
Isaac opened his mouth before closing it again. Then he opened it. Then he closed it. Open. Closed. Open. Closed. This happened several more times before he finally came up with something good.
"So, our gay black guy was also a nice hobo dude and after he died he started stealing crap to give to his hobo buddies." Isaac gave me a thumbs up. I nodded.
"Okay, sounds good, sounds good. How do we explain me?" I splayed my hands. Isaac huffed and rolled his eyes, leaning back again and tucking his hands behind his head.
"Well, that’s easy. The camera never even caught a glimpse of your face, so you're his anonymous theft buddy slash item distributer!" He explained. I grinned at my fantastic phantasmal co-conspirator.
"Excellent, and of course nobody knows who the thief is. Especially not, innocent little me!" I chuckled at his brilliance.
"Exactly!" Isaac smirked.
"It's perfect! Except one last thing. We're gonna need some eyes and ears in on this. Someone to alert us when someone fishy comes lurking about," I said. Isaac nodded seriously.
"You're right. But who can we trust around here?" He asked. I could feel the smile split across my face.
"I can think of only one man for this job. A man as trustworthy as he is slimy. A man scrubbed clean by his own filth. A man so wonderful, words do him no justice!" I declared dramatically. Isaac was confused for a moment before realization dawned. His face fell.
"Please tell me you're not thinking what I think you're thinking."
"I think I am." I grinned. Isaac just sighed.
"Marty, no."
"Marty, yes!"
- 45 minutes later-
"Yo! Danny, my man! How's life?" I called out. Dan-the-Dope-Man looked up from...whatever it was he was doing outside Copper Harbor's one and only pharmacy. The pharmacy which he, in fact, owned. Honestly, I didn't want to know exactly what he had been doing behind the pile of cardboard boxes that were stacked up against the moldy brick. I figured it was better if I didn't. Dan smiled a grin that was missing two teeth.
"Marty! My worst customer and only friend! Life's good!" He greeted me, kicking a few of the boxes over to hide whatever suspicious activity it was that he had been up to. He winked and walked over to me, pushing his absolutely disgusting blond hair out of his face. "But, you know, business is betta'," He concluded.
I could never tell how tall Dan was, in this form especially. See, Dan-the-Dope-Man was a shapeshifter, though of course, no one else in the town knew that. That's how he was the owner of the pharmacy as well as a drug dealer. His other form, Jonathan De’ Santos, was the tall, 40-year-old, honest-looking Hawaiian man that ran the pharmacy. In this form, however, Dan was a somewhere-in-the-upper-five-foot-range Caucasian guy from Brooklyn with a thing against bathing. He said that the grungy, sewer-rat look was better for his side business. I wasn't sure how much of that I bought, but then again, who's gonna buy drugs from the guy who's supposed to make sure you don't destroy yourself with them.
"I bet it is!" I said, taking a step back when he reached me because, like I said, the guy had a thing against hygiene.
"This is a terrible, terrible idea," Isaac muttered, leaning on the wall to my left. I couldn't reply to him because although Dan knew what I was he didn't know about Isaac. So all I could do was give him a rude gesture behind my back. He saw it and stuck his tongue out at me.
"What can I do fo' ya, Marty?" Dan always pronounced my name as 'Mawty' at least in this form as it had a Brooklyn accent.
"Well, o' Danny boy, I have some rather bad news to deliver," I continued, "There might be some hunters coming to town soon."
Dan frowned; his eyes narrowed at me as he folded his arms over his chest.
"Well, that ain't good. Whatt'id ya do, Marty?" He asked. Sometimes Dan could be like my older brother, even if he didn't realize it.
"Woah, woah, woah! Who said I did anything?!" I defended. Dan just raised an eyebrow.
"You're always showin' off and ya know it," He said simply.
"He's right, you know," Isaac interjected. I wished I could tell him to shut his eidolic cake hole. It wouldn't have made much of a difference if I could, as he would still have continued talking, but the principle remained the same. Isaac was annoying. He needed to shut his mouth now and again. But I couldn't say that right now because he was a flipping ghost and ghosts are invisible. Mostly.
Ignoring Isaac, I opened my mouth to try to argue with Dan but quickly closed it again when found that I couldn't, because he was absolutely right. Now, I couldn’t admit that to him because Isaac was right here and that would be saying that he was right about something, and that was a thing I would never hear the end of.
"In regards," I started again.
"You'd just say 'regardless'," Isaac chimed in. I had to physically bite my tongue to keep from screaming at him to shut up.
"Regardless," I corrected. Isaac chuckled. I really needed to get myself some iron gauntlets or something so I could give his apparitional arse an involuntary appendectomy. Or just an iron ring so I could punch him in the face.
"Regardless, it wasn't me. This time. It was some attention seeking moron with a computer. That combined with my little hospital trips and you get something fishy looking." I finally managed to finish my sentence without Isaac chiming in.
"Well then ya betta' keep ya head down, Marty. I don' wan' ya gettin hurt." A dark look crossed over Dan's usually upbeat face. "Or worse," He finished.
"I know Danny, which is why I need you to do something for me," I said. Isaac sighed and face palmed but I ignored it.
"What?" Dan asked.
"I need you to watch out for any newcomers asking weird questions. I've got a plan if any hunters get too close to us, I just need to know who and where they are," I told him.
See, the pharmacy, the mini-mart, the bar, and the barber shop all sat across from each other at a four way intersection. Thus, Dan would have an excellent view of any hunter's first two targets. The origin of the supernatural activity, in this case the mini-mart, and the bar. He would be the perfect spy. Dan looked at me strangely.
"Say, Marty, you ain't plannin' on gankin' any a' dose' suckas' now are ya?" He asked, caution evident in his voice. I sighed, shaking my head internally. This was just another downside of being what I was. Everybody thinks you're a murderer. Though I knew I was far from innocent, I had never killed anyone. At least, anyone who didn't deserve it.
"Come on, Danny. In all the time you've known me, have I ever, er, ganked anyone?" I asked him, spreading my hands as if to catch the obvious answer.
"Well, no. But people can change," Dan pointed out. I rolled my eyes.
"Dan, I'm not gonna kill anyone. There, ya happy?" I said, only mildly aggravated. Isaac decided it was time to speak up again.
"You may not. But I will. If it comes to that. I won't let anybody hurt you, Marty. Not again. Not when I can do something about it."
I knew he was saying this now so I wouldn't be able to argue with him. Then I would forget and if he did kill someone Isaac would say he'd said he would. I ground my teeth together and reminded myself that it wasn't going to come to that. I wouldn't let it.
Meanwhile, Dan thought about what I'd spoken aloud.
"Yeah okay, but if anybody comes sniffin' I'm skippin', kay?" He agreed. I nodded.
"Okay, take care of yourself, Danny."
"You too, Marty." I smiled at him and began to walk away. Isaac pushed himself off the wall and trudged behind me, complaining loudly.
"Make sure you take care of yourself too, Issac! I'd hate myself if anything happened to you, Isaac! I wouldn't be able to survive without you, Isaac! Thanks Marty, your friendship means everything to me!" He said, sarcasm dripping from his voice. "Ugh! Why do I even bother?"
I smirked giving him the sign for 'I love you' behind my back.
"Aw shut up!"
But I knew he was smiling.
~So, I'm thankful for my sister even though sometimes we fight When high school wasn't easy, she's the reason I survived. I know she'd never leave me and I hate to see her cry. I just wanna tell her that I'm always by her side. I just wanna tell her that...
The worlds not perfect, but it’s not that bad. If we've got each other and that’s all we have I will be your brother and I'll hold your hand You should know I'll be there for you When the world's not perfect When the world's not kind If we have each other then we'll both be fine I will be your brother and I'll hold your hand You should know I'll be there for you.
I will always be there for you.~

VIDEO GAME TAG
Me: gets tagged
Also me: immediately forgets every video game i've ever played
Thanks to @thealexmachina for this - it made me think about games I haven't thought about in years! Tagging @shepgarrus @zaeedmassanis & @garriante (but only if you fancy it).
Games
First game you ever played: oh boy, probably Monsters Inc on GBA. I'm a woman of culture, you see.
Favorite game: LoZ: Twilight Princess. It was the first game I'd played with a story that utterly hooked me. And my first LoZ title.
Game you’ve played through multiple times: Lego Star Wars. BF is making me watch the prequels atm and I keep recognising rooms from the games. If they just smash up those chairs they'll get some studs and an extra heart.
Game you hated at first but now love: Shadow of Mordor. Hate is a strong word. Didn't care for it initially and it's not normally my type, but it was actually a lot of fun.
Game you used to love but now hate: Okami. It's beautiful and the mechanics are cool, but there's this stupid fucking digging mini game that I just cannot beat. Non-optional mini games can eat my whole ass. I put it down last year in a rage and never picked it back up.
Your favorite game atmosphere/setting(s): RDR2. Rockstar's worldbuilding is second to none - the dialogue, the locations, the horses, the little bits of lore scattered through the world for you to find. Stunning. Very close second goes to BotW because the peaceful post-apocalypse vibe is really refreshing. And it also has horses.
A game with your favorite ending: LA Noire. Sometimes shit's broken and people are difficult and the bad guys get away with it, and there's nothing you can do about it but god damnit do we we try anyway. That final sequence in the sewers was some high-octane shit.
A game with the WORST ending: obligatory Mass Effect 3. Otherwise, Skyrim because it just never fucking ends. 100+hrs in and you're a Dragonborn Arch-Mage Dark Brotherhood assassin vampire Nightingale warewolf who could kill a Giant with a sneeze but half the quests are broken so you can't bloody finish anything properly.
Best character customization?: New Horizons. Fight me.
Hero and Companions
Your favorite playable character: FemShep, obviously. Corvo from Dishonoured is also very cool.
The funniest playable character: ooh that's a tough one. Arthur from RDR2 doesn't get enough credit imo. He's a funny dude.
Your favorite companion(s): Midna from Twilight Princess. The bit after the water temple where she gets hurt you have to take her to Hyrule Castle in the dark and the rain? Yeah. Honourable mention to Wrex from ME and Bekowsky from LA Noire. We only get them both as actual companions really briefly which a shame.
Companions you could live without: Thane. Sorry buddy, I just didn't care about you at all.
Relationships
Favorite game friendship(s): Arthur and Lenny from RDR2. FemShep and Ashley are hugely underrated in the fandom imo - there's a scene in the Citadel DLC where you both get hammered and start a bar fight. Just gals bein dudes. Also Phoenix and Maya from the Ace Attorney series for the 10/10 sibling dynamic and found family wholesomeness.
Favorite game relationship(s): Shepard and Garrus because I'm always a slut for relationships built on a foundation of mutual trust and respect. Also the one in Transistor. You know the one.
Favorite companion banter: gotta be the OG Mass Effect alien squad - Garrus, Wrex, Tali and Liara. I love how their interactions evolve through the games.
A relationship you weren’t sure of but loved: Alistair and the Warden. They got off on the wrong foot initially in my first Origins play-through but he's a sweetheart really.
A minor character you wish could be a companion: every Star Wars game should have a Gonk Droid companion option and that's the tea.
A character you wish you COULD romance: Morrigan. You expect me to believe the swamp witch is straight? Please.
Fun
Shoutout to a random NPC: ISAAC NEWTON IS THE DEADLIEST SONOFABITCH IN SPACE.
A game you love watching playthroughs for and want to play: the Uncharted series. I'd give anything for a PC port, Sony. ANYTHING.
Love watching playthroughs but won’t ever play: literally any horror game. Until Dawn, Dead Space, etc. But even then I never watch them full screen and usually only have one headphone on.
Online gaming or solo?: Solo. The only online game I really play is GTA V because I don't have friends.
Why do you play video games?: I don't read a lot at the moment so they get me my fiction fix, and games like Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley are thereputic. And I just think they're neat.
