i want to write a magnus archives statement about watarus expieriences with a fountain (the stranger) she makes a foolish wish on that has her live a year where evgery day she wakes up in a different persons life and body and its totally torturous. after 365 days of that shes finally in the life and body of wataru hibiki again but she is incredibly traumatized . happier ending than most magnus archives statements because she is ALIVE with no physical injury and doesnt end up dying or anything. the stranger. i remember when i was really lttle i came across a ton of amazon reviews for a book that had a premise basically similar to this except itwas a creature who lived like this and it was a love story or something LET ME FIND IT HOLD ON

im feeling rlly tired and bored. im gonna do absolutely no work in this class. apparently we arent taking notes so idc. i wish i had earbuda for this computer. are there like reverse adaptors? like instead of a lightning jack its like the little stick jack for computers. then i wouldnt have to wear the over the head ones. i only like the rlly fat cushion ones. not the school computer ones. they make me look so much weirder. idk school is fine at the moment. ive been doing better w school work n stuff so thats cool. plus my parents r giving me permission for stuff so thats good too. idk if im gonna hang w my friend today. i feel like im socially drained maybe. like yesterday was rlly fun but then my OTHER friend (the gf of the first friend) came over which was cool but i didnt even get to hang out with her. i knew it was gonna happen too which is kinda the only thing i guess i dont like about them dating. they are both my best friends. they were both seperate ppl in my life yk? like they didnt even know each other but i knew them seperately yk? and im super super close w both of them. but now that theyre dating, i feel weird being close friends with him because everything makes her jealous. and im not blaming her at all bc im the same way but im just saying anything i do with him will seem flirty to her. she wont get mad at me for it either which makes me feel even more guilty. it doesnt help that he used to be in love with me for like 6 years so of course shed be bothered. idk i feel like a bad person. im being stingy yk. like he was my friend first. she was my friend first. now they have each other n its like ubjrfh berhbfj r. and my cousin is like my sister. i feel like she doesnt even enjoy my company as much anymore. i know she loves me its just sometimes i feel unwanted. like ill ask her if she wants to hang out and shell be like im sorry my social battery is done rn or shell say she has homework or that her mom doesnt want too many ppl over. but then our 2 friends would be over there not too long after and its just like dude just say you dont want me there? i would be less bothered if she just said that yk? idk maybe its not what im thinking at all and im just overthinking it. idk what else do i talk abt? ummmmmmmmmmmm oh i think im supposed to be writing an essay rn. to be honest i have no clue what im supposed to be doing in this class. i wanna go home. idk if im gonna go to my last period. i thijnk im just gonna go home. my friend tries to encourage me to go to the class but idk i keep saying ill go and i dont. its just chemistry and i dont rlly care abt that class. lets say i pass everything but that class. ill still be fine yk. so its okay. i suck at it anyway. ive been going to all my other classes. idk im rlly tired and my back hurts. i have such bad posture. i slouch all the time. ive been more aware of i and have been doing better but i always end up slouching at some point yk. i might just play a game online or something. im so bored and my friend is looking up something about peanut butter and jelly???????? idk what that dude looks up on his free time. i kinda wanna go through my familys facebook accounts. only the pictures though. bc i end up finding photos from years ago and it makes me feel so nostalgic.i like that feeling so much.nostalgia has to be one of the best feelings to feel for me. i love imagining that im still in 2011 yk? or anywhere up to 2014 or15. those were the best years for me. id do em over and over. i wish i didnt take advantage of my rlly young years. i know im still really young but once you hit 17 you kinda have that same minset for the rest of your life yk? like you hit a certain level of maturity by then that sticks with you or grows in youre adult years. if so so different from the way we think as 9 years olds yk?

note: this was not planned i literally had a dream about CEO!wonho and i thought that was the hottest thing in the world so now imma write it about eunwoo

alright so you got a new job at this company & you’re like crying bc you rlly wanted it and worked your ass off for it

on your first day you walk through the doors all happy and cheery

you greet your coworkers, introduce yourself, and make yourself known

and as you’re talking to this group of coworkers they start telling you about the CEO named eunwoo

and they’re like “yeah he’s so mean” and “he’s so cold like he fired this one innocent girl bc she arrived late” and you’re like UMMMMMMMMMMMM WHAT

and they tell you more tea about the horrible things eunwoo’s done (for example: slamming papers on the workers’ desks, making several people cry, scolding people for small mistakes)

afterwards you sit in your cubicle highkey panicking but manage to get a good amount of work done

and as you’re typing and stuff everybody around you suddenly stands up and you’re looking around the room like ??? and they all respectfully bow in unison

then you see a super good-looking man walk in with a suit and some assistants following and you’re like Oh. That’s him.

you rush to stand up but you’re too late bc now eunwoo has definitely noticed you and is staring at you with disapproval

and as everybody else bows you see your new friends give you sympathetic looks and you feel like digging yourself up in a hole

you bow shamefully and avoid eye contact with him... but it doesn’t work bc he calls out in this deep voice “hey you, new kid”

your head shoots up and he’s staring right at you and inside you’re like FULCUFKCUFCKFUCKFUCyou widen your eyes in fear when he says “come to my office”

but then you start getting a little steamed bc nobody told you about the customs of this damn office and you were not going to get fired bc of this small, understandable mistake

so being the queen you are you stand up straight and say “No.”

EVERYONE ELSE IN THE ROOM SNAPS THEIR NECKS IN YOUR DIRECTION BC DAMN. THE ROOKIE. DID THAT.

and eunwoo is really taken aback and a creep of blush comes across his face and you’re surprised too because did you really just manage to embarrass the assertive and dominant boss that runs this whole place??

nd he just kinda clears his throat and tries to redeem himself but his phone starts ringing and it interrupts him... nd he just kinda gives you a final glare that states “i’ll whoop ur ass later” and sashays out when you sit back down you start feeling good about yourself but

it all comes crashing down once your coworkers start crowding around your cubicle and scolding you

“YOURE GOING TO GET FIRED.” “WHAT WERE YOU THINKING” “IT MAY SEEM FUN BUT THE MAN WILL NOT HESITATE TO REPRIMAND YOU FOR THIS”

your head was spinning and although you knew you were in shit you really didn’t do anything wrong!!!!!!

the next day at work you notice strangers eyeing you. you’re like ? and one of them go up to you and is like “omfg are you (y/n), the one who talked back to the CEO??” and you’re like OK how tf do rumors spread that quickly.

you enter the office section you work in and everybody’s crowding around you again and bombarding you with questions and you’re like “ohmygodplsstopimextremelyuncomfortable”

but people??? look up to you?? they walk up to your desk and give you a thumbs up, and tell you how glad they are that finally SOMEBODY said something.

nd even tho your career was at risk you were :) bc you inspired people.

during lunch break, you’re getting coffee from the coffee machine when a guy you recognized as your coworker runs in and is like “(y/n) oh my god. you seriously won’t be believe what happened.” and you’re like “what??” and he’s like “...people trashed the CEO’s office”

you rush to his office and indeed, somehow people found a way to access his door and they threw everything around: his papers, his books, and it was a whole mess.

assistants are rushing to clean while employees like you watched outside. you’re like “shit... why would somebody do this?” and the crowd all look at you in confusion and are like, “what? you’re the one who started this”

you’re just.. what are you talking about?

“your courage inspired the others to revolt like you. to get revenge.”

and you’re like no... nO NO. and in a loud voice you say “i never did this!!!! i never tried to start this... this is wrong! you guys are so messed up to think this is justified because it’s not!”

then you go into the office and find eunwoo... kneeling and picking up trash

at that moment he looked so stressed... and tired... and he just looked like a little kid that was trying his best

and you felt so sad for him that you walked up to him and almost hugged him

but you stopped yourself and just kneeled down next to him and helped pick papers up

“i’m sorry this happened... and i’m sorry for accidentally causing this. i swear it was never my intention to.”

you feel him staring at you for the longest time and you started to regret apologizing. but then he just looks back and continues picking up stuff without a word. there’s this weird peaceful air as you both clean and help the staff out.

after finishing, he gives you a small nod and you return to your cubicle to find everyone staring at you in disbelief.

“you betrayed us, (y/n).” somebody says. everyone else looks at you with strong disapproval but you’re just like “i didn’t betray anyone. i never supported this and you guys are sick for doing that.” and you sit down and start working again

next day at work you feel like an actual celebrity. even though many of them look at you in disgust for “betraying them”, most of them admired your outspoken attitude and tried hard to be friends with you

you sit down at your cubicle again, when you suddenly get a phone call. ...it’s from your dad. and he hasn’t talked to you in years. you jump in excitement and rush out the door to answer the call

you almost run into eunwoo, who was entering the room at the same time but you just briefly apologize and turn away to answer it.

“DAD! oh my god... is that really you?” you whisper-shout while beaming. you missed your dad so much. years ago he moved out the country and ignored your attempts to contact him

regardless of him ghosting you, you still loved him. his familiar voice pops up, “Oh!!!! my sweet child (y/n) i’ve missed you”

“i missed you too! why haven’t you responded to any of my calls the past years?”

“oh- i.... it was a rough journey and.... ur dad needs money.”

you hold your phone to your chest inhale and exhale slowly. after sucking in your anger, you put it back to your ear.

“please don’t tell me you called me after YEARS of ignoring me only to ask for money. please just tell me you called me you missed me.”

he’s just kind of quiet before he says “i... of course . but why don’t you help your old man out? i need money to pay off this house”

“don’t you dare bullshit me. you don’t really care about me or mom do you? i know you moved and spent all of your money on drugs.” you spit and you felt a tear drop from your eye. oh no.

“no it’s not like that! LISTEN UP. you’re my family, and if i ask for money, then you will. don’t you love me? if you do, then you’ll help me out. right? isn’t that-“

then you hung up

you felt more tears drop from your eyes. fuck, not hEre. you covered your face and rushed in the direction of the restroom.

but since you were new here, you couldn’t quickly locate it. so you resorted to going into an empty room and the moment you were alone, you fell to your knees and sobbed.

you silently let your tears fall and stain your shirt and you clutched your phone to your chest.

minutes later, you hear the door open and you immediately stand up in panic

eunwoo was at the doorway, and he stood there while staring at you with a crease in his brow.

you wiped your tears, and tried to brush past him but he grabbed your wrist and dragged you back in front of him

his face was so close to yours that you squirmed underneath his stare as he examined you

“come with me” he roughly says and drags you up the elevator and into his office.

it’s all clean now... and it looks like nothing ever happened the day before. he sits you on the couch and sits across from you while still holding your hand

you’re still crying but your mind is whirring because of the way he’s tenderly touching your hand and the way he softly looks at you

“why are you upset?” he quietly asks while searching you for an answer. he saw you answer a call and was about to keep on watching you until he realized that was creepy. so he entered the office, checked on his workers, and left a little too quickly.

ever since you joined his staff, he found you so fascinating and looked forward to seeing you

admittedly, he would’ve fired you PrObably after the first day but you were just so different and new that he decided to keep you longer to watch you do more shit

you didn’t disappoint. and he felt some tug in his heart when you helped him clean up. and now he felt several tugs at his heart watching you break down in front of him

“my dad who i haven’t talked to in years just called me to ask me for money. it feels like he doesn’t care about me anymore...” you mutter while wiping your eyes

his jaw tightens and comments “asshole.”

you lightly laugh and there you go again, tugging strings at his heart.

he doesn’t know why, but you JUST laughed at his joke. yet he feels himself crack a smile from hearing you laugh and he’s usually indifferent to feelings but this is .... d i f f e r e n t

you look up at him and smile at him, “don’t you hate me? why are you here, comforting me?”

he inwardly chuckles at how frank you are. no hesitation, you just direct your words.

“not gonna lie, i sort of do. but...” he clears his throat when he realizes he has no excuse. “i-uh-take care of my workers well.”

you smile wider and he doesn’t know what he said anymore but now he feels like smiling and AGH he feels like kissing you now bc you’re just so beautiful when you’re happy and now he wants to punch your dad but also thank him for letting this happen in the first place!!!!!

“you’re so cute when you smile,” you remark, “you should smile more bc you look scary when you don’t”

and ever since that day you two always exchange winks and knowing looks at the office

if you two are in a room alone you tease eachother and talk in a friendly manner. and every single time he wants to kiss you but he remembers that people could see so he resorts to petting your hair awkwardly

the workers notice he’s in a strangely good mode nowadays and are surprised when he greets everyone in a cheerful manner and gives out encouragement instead of scolding them

sometimes he calls you up to his office just so he can make out with you or just cuddle with you on his couch

you like to pull his tie so you can kiss him and he swears that’s always the hottest thing he’ll ever experience

once you start texting in real life you call eachother a LOT. and whenever he’s stressed about some company thing he calls you up and you immediately comfort him

& the day you tell him you love him is when you two are alone in the coffee room and you say it while watching him stir the coffee

50 Question Book Tag For World Book Day

My darling pal @thebestoftimes tagged me in this and who am I to refuse, though i am a lame loser who hasn’t read very much since high school. I read so much in elementary and middle school that I think I read enough for a whole lifetime. Also I’m a verbose asshole so enjoy my essays on books I read 13 years ago.

Who or what sparked your love of literature?

My mom used to read to me when I was really little and my sister despised being read to so my mom stopped. It made me sad so I started reading to myself and I just kept reading and reading and reading all throughout elementary and onward.

Do you have an ‘odd’ book habit? (page sniffing/never leaving the house with a book)

If I really really really love a book I use it to press flowers, so you’ll know which book is my favorite when you open it and it’s full of flowers

Do you have a book that you think has changed your life? How?

Shit I dunno man, I feel like Tolkien shaped my creativity and his characters are characters that I truly hold dear. But Pride and Prejudice really impacted me, which I know is weird, but it was my first foray into literature written by women for women and I just loved the dynamic of the characters, the spunkiness of Elizabeth Bennet, and the style of writing.

Which book have you reread most frequently?

Pride and Prejudice because I’m a huge freakin’ nerd and whenever I’m sad P&P is my comfort book. This is closely followed by the Lord of the Rings/the Hobbit

You can meet any author and ask one question. What author would you chose and what question would you ask?

Oh shit.....ummmmmm..... Ummmmmmmmmmmm.....I would ask Jane Austen her opinion on the Lizzie Bennet Diaries(after showing her the whole series)

I lend books out all the time. I recently had a person I considered my friend abscond to Russia with several of my books and I am not happy about it

There are so many badass ladies that if I lived in their world I would flirt so hard with them and I can’t decide. Definitely Annabeth and Rachel for Percy Jackson, Hermione/Ginny/Luna from Harry Potter... Brett Ashley from The Sun Also Rises....Arwen from LOTR but also Aragorn and also Eowyn....I just love hot ladies who get in fights alright

Weirdest thing you’ve used as a bookmark.

A whole sock, it was the nearest object to me and I was in a hurry, but at least it was clean

Favorite quality/qualities in a protagonist and antagonist

I love a flawed character who experiences character growth in the story, be they protagonist or antagonist. Not even in a ‘bad guy becomes good guy’ way, character growth is just so sexy man I wish writers used it more

Favorite genre and favorite book from that genre.

Why must you hurt me in this way, making me decide. I must say Fantasy is my genre of choice, and my favorite is actually The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

Best/worst movie adaptation in your eyes

Dragon is by far the worst movie adaptation I have ever seen, I remember being so utterly disappointed and gutted when I watched it, I love those books so much and that movie let me down so hard(the effects were really good for the time though I must give them that)

Mrs Peregrins Home for Peculiar Children, which isn’t a book I didn’t expect to like and didn’t have much interest in but the opening line of “I had just come to accept my life would be ordinary when extraordinary things began to happen” it was an interesting enough hook to draw me in. I was not disappointed, it’s a pretty great book

Opinion on dog-earing, margin writing, ect.

I dog ear books and write all over them. I love books and I love the stories they contain but I don’t think the pages of each individual book are sacred. My books look loved because they are loved. Unless I’m borrowing them then I don’t dog ear or write in them because that’s rude

Tbh I don’t think I’ve read any underrated books. They’re all pretty highly rated

My collectors copy of Sherlock Holmes because it’s beautiful and fancy and those stories hold a dead place in my heart

How do you arrange your books on your shelves?

I don’t arrange them, I just place them so that they fit, though I do keep series together

You have the power to change a book’s ending. Which ending would you change and what would you make happen instead?

Why do you do this to me.....okay I would definitely change the ending of Inheretence by Christopher Paolini. Tbh I wish he hadn’t written the fourth book at all and just left it with Eragon, Eldest, and Brisingr but if we accept this book then it must be changed. I would have liked to see more character growth from Murtagh especially, but also Eragon who really regressed in this book. And I think Galbatorix’ death was super anti climatic and didn’t really resolve all of the built up tension from the series, it was too easy and didn’t resolve anything at all.

And Eragon just abandons Arya and the riders and they separate themselves from each other after all they did together, several books of allusion to a relationship and all of the issues between them being resolved and he just leaves. The plot threads just weren’t resolved and honestly I would have to scrap the whole book for the most part and start over.

Favourite book cover?

The book covers for the Inheretence Cycle by Christopher Paolini hold a special place in my heart and are what drew me to that series in the first place. I bought hard covers just for the aesthetic of them

Random fact: I really like arts and crafts. No specific one, I just keep picking up new crafts to learn. When I find a new one I special-interest it hard until I’m proficient. Some that I have done include: Drawing, Sculpting clay dragons, Bento boxes, baking, jewelry making, embroidery, robotics, Bullet journaling, zendoodles, origami, video game and level design, makeup, herbalism and making lotions/ natural products, and probably a bunch of others that I can’t remember right now. -i have a confession my most recent post about this wasn’t actually me starting this again it was me finding it in my drafts and going “oh I should start again” posting it and then just… not. until now!

-rip daddy kent. amazingly the blue truck survived

-i know it’s supposed to be all sad by clark looks so 10/10 in his funeral outfit
