960 days... Thats all that remains of my beloved 30's. It's been an amazing journey over firey coals, to the bottom of pits where the sun is nothing but a rumor, bathed in cool bubbles of sea foam rushing up to greet a tired soul. Now here we are, less than 1000 days until I surrender to another season of my life, one that I do not wish to go into quietly. I will go screaming, face contorted into a firce battle mask that grasps tightly at the fears of those that would wish me harm. I will not allow life to gently blow out my candle, nor will my flame be snuffed in a pool of wax. I will stride in, head high, clad in full battle dress, a conqueror.

This is my journey to become the strongest, healthiest, most successful version of myself in the next 960 days.

🧘‍♀️🤸‍♀️Wake up and move! ▫️ 🧘‍♀️📙 Anyone having followed me for a while will know I wake up at the crack of dawn (pure habit, don't even need to set an alarm!🤷‍♀️) meditate then journal. For the last week and a half I've used my extra time gained, due to the lack of commute, to add a new practice into my morning routine.....yoga! ▫️ 🤸‍♀️ Now, I've always known that the additional mobility work would help with my fitness and general day to day movement (or lack there of with a desk job) but I've always found a reason to not do this one specifically. Mainly as I had dabbled before and felt clumsy and lacked finesse like many of the other ladies in classes. But now there are no classes and a wealth of amazing on line resources to use. So I'm on it! ▫️ ⬇️🐕 I've been using the @downdogapp, you've probably seen it in my story, a few of you have already got involved which I'm LOVING!!❤🙌 It's really easy to follow, not patronising in the slightest and fully customisable to your needs. Life update

I think it is time for me to update about my life. It’s been for a while now and I think I’m going to use this channel more often to remind me of who I am and why I’m here today. Yes, I’m in London and the matter of fact, I’m on my phone whatapping my husband and family. I miss home, I miss home in the way that I want to join daily conversation and spend time with them. As I’m talking to them, I realise how lucky I am to have such a warmth heart and lovable husband in this circle of life. Most importantly, I am lucky to be the daughter of my lovely parents. I’ve been giving them tough love lately, but hopefully they know how much I care and love them so much. All I want is for them to be happy. I know I need to focus on myself more, but I don’t know whether I too concentrate on myself or not. I mean in the wrong way. There are too many things going on in my head and life right now. If I am able to focus on a good thing like building the better me as I’ve have told myself every day, that would be a good start of everything before it is too late; too late to realise that what have I done through all these times? I love you my babeboo. I love you, Daddy, Mummy and Sis. I can’t promise you anything, but I desperately need to focus a good part of building a better me and come back to you with confidence and proudly say that ”I made it!”.
