Revising an older insectoid race, the Makari, now known as the Lepikari (Mothfolk in common tongue). A race of beautiful, moth-like humanoids connected via an emotional hivemind, straight from the Broodmother’s Tome. I hope you like bugs.

Broodmoth(er)
This beast of an insect requires a worthy template. So I found the Mature Helix Moth from Tome of Horros Complete. Its a Huge Insect that’ll fit perfectly, and its CR 10 assures that is indeed a threat to nearby civilisation.
The way I’d recommend running it is, that a hunting party... hunting RAID perhaps, maybe a dozen or so 2nd level Rangers that are tracking the beast. Start by having all these hunters fail their Will saving throw against the Broodmoth’s Drone effect. Then have it quickly finish off a handful of them and retreat to safety. After 3 rounds, those slain by the Broodmoth rise again as mindless slaves under the Broodmoth’s control.
They also sprout moth wings and gain the following effects (as per Vermin Shape I from Ultimate Magic). This will grant the Trackers (assuming they are Medium size) a Fly Speed of 30 ft. (average), dark vision 60 ft. as well as a +2 size bonus to Strength and a +3 bonus to Natural Armour. (Small trackers gain +2 size bonus to Dexterity instead of Strength, and only a +2 bonus to Natural Armour).
I think its appropriate to change their flight maneuverability to Poor or Clumsy but thats depending on what you think.
Giving a Challenge Rating for this encounter is hard. The Broodmoth is easy and I think that 6 trackers on the players side and 6+number of players on the enemy side is fitting, once half of the “mutated trackers” are slain, the Broodmoth can drop down again, focusing its attacks on the remaining trackers while all mutated trackers focus on the players, trying to stop them from attacking the Broodmoth.
If the fight starts dragging out, perhaps make it so that mutated trackers are only “revived” for a single minute, before collapsing.

Exception to the Rule
Extremely last minute, only proofread once prompt fill for @pillarspromptsweekly
It was, Tavi had to admit in hindsight, one of the very few fights she considered bad.
Sure there had been a rough patch in the beginning when they were adjusting to working together--Aloth narrowly missing Kana with a spell meant for an encroaching bandit, or Tavi herself nearly beheading Edér because she forgot this time there were people on her side. But on the whole, she’d lived by the rule any fight they all walked away from wasn’t all that bad.
Like all rules, however, there were exceptions. The first serious one came via the lagufaeth congregating around the Longwatch Falls hot springs. There were just so many of them, and then a gods-damned broodmother as icing on the cake. It was a nasty fight.
Of, course, Tavi argued with herself as she paced the tight confines of a tent, it was allowed to count as bad because they hadn’t all “walked” away--Hiravias had been limping pretty badly, and she’d had to carry Aloth. After kicking off no fewer than three of the lagufaeth who’d overwhelmed him, getting bit on the shoulder in the process, and promptly being terrified by the amount of blood running down the wizard’s arm and soaking the front of his armor. She’d thrown herself back into the fray with doubled ferocity and nearly gotten herself killed. Honestly, the only reason any of them walked away from that fight was Pallegina.
While her knowledge of healing was less extensive than Keya’s her focus on martial skills enable her to withstand the onslaught, and she still managed to pull Tavi and Hiravias back from the edge. And once all the fucking lizards were dead, Pallegina proved she knew enough to help patch people up.
Tavi absently pressed the top edge of the bandages encircling her forearm. The deep scratches underneath itched like fucking crazy, but the only other thing to think about was him and that hurt worse. She needed him to wake up.
He almost died because you didn’t protect him.
Tavi scowled at the thought. Aloth can take care of himself.
Not against six at once, he can’t.
Yeah, well, neither can Sagani. I was a little busy.
And now you could lose him.
Shut the fuck up, she retorted viciously, the scar down her chest twinging as her heart stuttered at the thought. Tavi instinctively pressed the heel of her hand to the scar. Is this was that was like for him? No wonder he was such a mess.
A soft, barely audible groan pulled her attention to the half of the tent she’d been very deliberately avoiding. “...You’ll pace a hole through to Hel if you keep that up...”
“Aloth!” It escaped in a rush of breath, a fervent, paragraphs-long prayer she’d never be able to vocalize packed into his name as she plunked down next to him. The movement was harsh enough her own injuries complained, but she ignored them. “Thank Berath...”
“Not Hylea?” he tried to joke, but it came out rough and only reminded her how close...
By the skin of our teeth... Tavi took another breath and tried not to focus on how pale he was. He’s always pale, he’s always pale, it doesn’t mean shit... “Yeah, well, I figured with this being a matter of life and fucking death, and Berath being yours, it made more sense.” She bit her lip. “I’m just... don’t fuckin’ scare me like that, Aloth.”
“You’ve must’ve been worried,” Aloth chuckled hoarsely. “You’ve used my actual name twice in a row.”
Tavi snorted. “Sorry to disappoint, city slicker. I’ll try to do better in the future.”
“That’s more like it.” He started to sit up, but hissed sharply in pain and fell back soon as he rested weight on his left arm.
“Yeah, you took a spear right through your fuckin’ shoulder, so you probably don’t wanna put any weight on that arm.” Tavi offered him her hand and Aloth promptly crushed her fingers in a much stronger grip than she’d anticipated, waiting for the pain to subside. “An’ while Pallegina and I might not be the best healers in Eora, we do both think it’s probably a good idea if you stay right there at least ‘til morning.”
“Not going to argue,” Aloth said, voice strained. After a minute, he tried sitting up again--this time with her help--and made it without too much trouble. “Do I want to know what happened to my gear?”
“It’s there.” Tavi pointed to the haphazard pil of armor, cloak, and the rest of what he’d had on him. “You’re gonna need a professional t’ take care of the armor, I can tell you that right now.”
“Mm. Tavi??” He shifted position gingerly, injured arm tucked close, and poked one-handed through the pile. “Where’s my grimoire?”
“Oh, shit.” Tavi slapped a hand over her mouth. “Fuck. You must’ve dropped it when... An’ I was too fuckin’ busy kickin’ off fuckin’ lizards an’ gettin’ bit and too focused on gettin’ you outta there I forgot to look and-”
“Tavi, Tavi, it’s alright,” Aloth assured her with a half-smile. “All things being equal, I’m glad you were more worried about me than my grimoire.”
“Yeah, well, I can’t make out with our grimoire,” Tavi snarked. “Priorities, y’know.”
“Of course,” he murmured, amusement in his tone. He hesitated briefly, then, “Did... you say you were bitten?”
“Oh, shit, yeah.” Tavi grinned and pulled aside the collar of her shirt to showcase the bandages. “It’s gonna make a fuckin’ amazing scar. And-” She leaned in to steal a kiss- “Totally worth it.”
Aloth chuckled, pulling her back for a second kiss. “You’re crazy.”
“I do recall hearing that mentioned a time or two. I’m also still alive, which was almost more than could be said for you.”
“Almost,” he repeated emphatically, brushing his thumb down her jaw. “But I’m still her as well. Apparently thanks to you? How badly-”
“Shit, I’m fine, city slicker,” Tavi tried to brush him off.
Aloth just raised and eyebrow and captured her bandaged arm in a light grip. “This doesn’t look fine, Tavi.”
“That’s ‘cause it looks worse’n it is,” she defended quickly. “They’re just scratches, but the angle’s weird, so Pallegina had to bandage half of my fuking arm. They’re not that bad. They’ll probably scar, but I swear they aren’t that bad.”
“And that’s it?” He looked between her forearm and shoulder.
“Well, I did get headbutted hard enough to bruise a couple ribs...”
“Tavi!”
“Hey, you got a spear through the shoulder and a fuckin’ beaut of a shiner. All I’m sayin’ is, out of the two of us, only one just had a close call with the Usher, and for once it wasn’t me.”
Aloth was quiet for a moment. “You were really scared.”
“Yeah,” Tavi admitted softly, then smirked. “Enjoy that thought, ‘cause it prob’ly won’t happen ever again. ‘Less you nearly get yourself killed again. Then all bets are off.”
“Obviously,” he deadpanned, settling back in the bedroll.
“There are exceptions to every rule, y’know. An’ we can look for your grimoire in the morning,” she pointed out as she helped him get cmfortable. “Everyone’s too fuckin’ exhausted right now, but we still need to find that pearl thingie for Tealdor-”
“Thermal pearl.”
“Right, that. An’ since there’s no more fuckin’ lizard it should be child’s play to search the area.”
“Sounds like a plan,” Aloth nodded, but still bit his lip, looking concerned. Probably worried about the grimoire spending a night out in the elements halfway up a mountain.
Not that Tavi could blame him; he’d been honing and refining the selection of spells it contained since Gilded Vale. A lot of time, effort, and coin had gone into making that book what it was.
“It looks like the weather’s gonna be clear tonight,” she offered. “And on the off-chance somethin’ does happen to it, we’re fuckin’ rich. I’ll buy you a new one.”
His expression relaxed into a small smile. “Good to know we have options. And Tavi?”
“Hm?” She tucked her hair behind her ear.
“Thank you.”
Tavi smiled. “Shit, you’re welcome, Corfiser. Get some rest. I’ll probably be here when you wake up, but I drew first watch tonight, so right now I gotta go.” She leaned over and kissed his forehead. “Sweet dreams.”
He grunted something that sounded affirmative, already half-asleep, and her smile widened as she pushed to her feet and left the tent.
>O<
True to Tavi’s prediction, the weather stayed clear all night. Morning saw everyone in much better shape than they’d been, and after a leisurely breakfast, they returned to the hot springs. Tavi delegated looking for the thermal pearl to the others and joined Aloth in searching for his grimoire. It took quite a bit more looking than she’d expected, considering the events of the previous day. But there were a lot of dead lagufaeth to look under, and both of them were moving slowly--not to mention down the use of an arm each as they coddled various injuries.
Finally, though, they pulled aside the corpse of a large redfin to reveal the only slightly-worse-for-wear red tome. Tavi bent and scooped it up.
“There ya go, city slicker,” she said as she handed it to Aloth. “And it only got a little blood on it, too.”
“Thank Berath,” Aloth muttered, curving his good arm to take the grimoire’s weight. “To be honest, I was on the verge of suggesting we gie up. It’s not as if this is irreplaceable.”
“No, but it’s important to you,” Tavi said, tracing the silver and gold design on the grimoire’s cover with her fingertip. “So I’m glad we found it.”
“As am I-” Aloth began, but was interrupted by a triumphant shout from where the others were searching.
“Tavi! Found one!” Kana called, holding up a dripping white orb that looked almost as big as Tavi’s head.
“Good job!” she hollered back enthusiastically, gesturing him over. “I guess now we head back to Stalwart...”
“But we’re halfway to the Battery,” Aloth frowned, helping her hold her pack open so Kana could deposit the thermal pearl in it. “Seems a shame to turn back now.”
“I know,” Tavi shrugged. “But I wanna get this to Tealdor before it makes my pack smell to high heaven, you need to get your armor fixed--especially since we dunno what’ll be inside the Battery--and another night in real beds can’t hurt.”
He smiled wryly. “Can’t really argue with that.”
“That’s why I’m the brains of this outfit,” she teased, reshouldering her pack.
“I though you were the brawn,” Aloth shot back, following her as she started back down the mountain, the others all trailing behind them.
“Can’t I be both?”
“That’s not usually how it’s done,” he felt obligated to point out.
“Tavi grinned impishly. “I figure we can make an exception. Just this once.”
Aloth shifted his grip on the grimoire and laughed his agreement. “Alright. Just this once.”

Hearthstone: A Guide to the 28 Taverns of Time Arena Cards
Hearthstone is getting ready to kick off its Taverns of Time event. For a limited time, Arena mode is adding 28 special cards, in addition to the normal batch of Standard cards.
Want to know exactly which cards are available, starting today? Here's what Hearthstone Arena players can expect to find.
(4) Consider the Past Type: Spell Class: Mage Add 3 random spells from the past to your hand. Quick Analysis: This can be a big help if it pulls anything like Unstable Portal, Firelands Portal, or Cabalist's Tome. Given its cheap 4 mana cost, this looks like a thumbs up.
(5) Bronze Broodmother (5/5) Type: Minion - Dragon Class: Paladin When you draw this, summon a 1/1 Wee Whelp. Quick Analysis: The downside mainly involves giving away to the opponent when this card gets drawn, but aside from that, there's nothing bad about a 5/5 body in Arena.
(2) Cavern Dreamer (1/3) Type: Minion Class: Mage At the end of your turn, add a random spell that costs (2) or less to your hand. Quick Analysis: This could be a high-value play if it yields something like Primordial Glyph. There are few bad outcomes with this minion, making it a good pick.
(4) Chromie (4/4) Type: Minion Class: Neutral Battlecry: Shuffle four Historical Epochs into your deck. Quick Analysis: Chromie's Historical Epochs all go off when drawn, only the Battle for Mount Hyjal really having the potential to be a dud. A 4-cost 4/4 body certainly isn't the worst thing in the world.
(6) Stasis Dragon (10/10) Type: Minion - Dragon Class: Neutral Starts dormant. This awakens with Rush after two turns. Quick Analysis: At the earliest, this will go off at Turn 8. A Turn 8 10/10 isn't bad, but it's risky to lay this down and essentially forfeit your Turn 6. A decent late-game option.
(4) Fatecleaver (4/2) Type: Weapon Class: Warrior After this kills a minion, destroy all copies of it (wherever they are). Quick Analysis: Don't expect to make much use out of this effect, but a 4-cost 4/2 stat line is pretty good.
(1) Ripple in Time Type: Spell Class: Priest Discover a minion. If you play it this turn, it has Echo. Quick Analysis: To take advantage of the Echo effect, the minion has to be 4 mana or less. Don't expect to see that put to much use.
(6) Draconic Herald (5/6) Type: Minion - Dragon Class: Warrior Battlecry: Discover a minion. Give it +3/+3 then put it on top of your deck. Quick Analysis: To make the most of this, you'll ideally want something with Charge or a strategic Taunt. Don't play this if you need a board-clearing spell on the next turn.
(1) Infinite Murloc (1/1) Type: Minion - Murloc Class: Neutral Battlecry: Shuffle an Infinite Murloc into your deck. Your future Infinite Murlocs get +1/+1. Quick Analysis: This only works with a lot of card draw, so I can't this pick paying off for many.
(4) Stasis Elemental (3/5) Type: Minion - Elemental Class: Shaman Battlecry: Freeze a minion until this leaves the battlefield. Quick Analysis: The idea of permanent freeze is interesting, but don't expect this to stick around without a Taunt to protect it.
(3) Chronoshot Type: Spell Class: Hunter Return an enemy minion to your opponent's hand. It costs (2) more. Quick Analysis: This is a killer late game spell that can be abused quite often. Be careful playing your Deathwing or Ysera.
(5) Timeway Wanderer (6/3) Type: Minion Class: Neutral Battlecry: Discover a spell. Reduce its cost by (5) then put it on top of your deck. Quick Analysis: The effect more than makes up for that weak 6/3 stat line.
(4) Grasp the Future Type: Spell Class: Warlock Draw 2 cards. They cost (2) less. Quick Analysis: An awesome double Life Tap for Warlock players, without the life penalty.
(15) Timebound Giant (8/8) Type: Minion Class: Neutral Costs (1) less for each card you've drawn. Quick Analysis: It's been a while since we've seen a Giant. Hope it's not at the bottom of your deck.
(2) Temporal Anomaly (2/2) Type: Minion - Elemental Class: Neutral When you draw this, add a random spell to your hand (from your class). Quick Analysis: A free spell is never a bad thing and a 2/2 body for 2 mana isn't terrible.
(1) Blessing of Aeons Type: Spell Class: Paladin Give a minion "At the end of your turn, gain +1/+1. Quick Analysis: Turn any minion into a pseudo-Gruul, which isn't too bad for a Taunt minion.
(6) Master of Realities (5/7) Type: Minion Class: Shaman After you summon a minion, transform it into a random minion that costs (2) more. Quick Analysis: At the very least, this turns the Shaman's Hero Power into a 3-cost minion summon. This can be awesome with anything that summons multiple minions.
(3) Flash Forward Type: Spell Class: Druid Each player gains two Mana Crystals and draws two cards. Quick Analysis: This doesn't do much, other than accelerate the game. Giving the opponent the same benefit is risky.
(7) Murozond (6/6) Type: Minion - Dragon Class: Neutral Battlecry: From now on, your turns are 15 seconds and you draw 2 extra cards. Quick Analysis: This offers up an Aluneth effect, which could be a bad idea in Arena, where you'll be much more prone to die to Fatigue.
(4) Possibility Seeker (4/5) Type: Minion - Dragon Class: Neutral Battlecry: Shuffle your hand into your deck. Draw that many cards. Quick Analysis: Is your hand a dud? Draw a fresh one and try again! This works if your hand is terrible and you need to try to draw for answers.
(6) Harbinger of Catastrophe (6/7) Type: Minion - Dragon Class: Druid At the start of your turn, summon the highest-cost minion from each player's deck. Quick Analysis: Do you really want to risk bringing out an opponent's Deathwing? Only do this if you've drafted something like Tyrantus.
(2) Reminisce Type: Spell Class: Priest Add two random cards your opponent played this game to your hand. Quick Analysis: It's a cheaper form of Thoughtsteal, but this could be a feast or famine effect.
(3) Timeline Witness (2/4) Type: Minion Class: Neutral Instead of drawing your normal card each turn, Discover a card from your deck. Quick Analysis: There's no indication that the cards not selected get discarded, making this an intriguing selection.
(4) Thief of Futures (4/3) Type: Minion Class: Rogue Battlecry: Add a copy of the top card of your opponent's deck to your hand. Quick Analysis: A fun way to know what's coming and potentially use it against your opponent. Almost makes up for a bad 4/3 stat line.
(5) Wildlands Adventurer (5/5) Type: Minion Class: Neutral Battlecry: Add a random card from the Hall of Fame to your hand. Quick Analysis: Hall of Fame cards are Hall of Fame cards for a reason. They range from helpful to wildly powerful and are tasty icing on top of this 5/5 cake.
(7) Rift Warden (5/5) Type: Minion - Dragon Class: Warlock Battlecry: Discard a random minion. Deathrattle: Summon it. Quick Analysis: A good effect, but an expensive play for a 5/5 body.
(1) Deja Vu Type: Spell Class: Rogue Discover a copy of a spell you played this game. Quick Analysis: This is as useful as the spell drafted, which could range from wildly helpful to a dud.
The Taverns of Time event begins today and runs until July 3.

Unlimited Level Up And XP Exploit
More Unlimited Gold Reward
Go to Kirkwall and start the quest in the chantry called “Sister Plinth’s Remains.” While returning her remains to her brother, DON’T MOVE! Not moving prevents the exploit from working. Just keep pressing the button to turn over the remains and the brother will keep giving you the reward. Note: You find the remains in Darktown in the top right corner of the map. They are surrounded by a bunch of soldiers.
Get Infinite Gold And Experience
Complete any of the side quests that do not activate a cut-scene when receiving your reward. These include South-Song Gerralt’s Corpse Side-Quest, or any of the find-and-deliver side-quests. Then save your game. Draw your weapon and approach the NPC. While your character is putting their weapon away to talk to the NPC, quickly and repeatedly press A to get unlimited money and experience. You can keep doing this until you move your character. Keep doing it over and over to get unlimited!

Ahh, you’ve turned another page in the Broodmother’s Tome! In the aftermath of the invasion of Erz’siv, the Sivmalum suffers the most. A chitinous insectoid human subrace. A little tidbit: The prefix “Siv” seen in a few insectoid races means “belongs to Erz’siv”.
Edit: Uh oh, I get excited with first drafts and typos are a thing. In the little italicized intro, it should say, "those unlucky enough to not perish".

Stalking beneath the dark of a forest canopy, a droning wail fills the air. The Vespani Manhunter, an monster statblock that serves as a sneak peak into another insectoid race crawling from the Broodmother’s Tome, the Vespani, a race of bee-like creatures that infest and animate the corpses of those lost to the woods.
