Bakuiida anon here - What kind of things do you think Iida could do that impresses bakugo? if he keeps his word by doing something he says hes gonna do i think that would impress Bakugo but what else? winning or coming to a stale mate in a sparring match would probably do it but im sure there are other things Iida could do that Bakugo would find attractive or be impressed by to see him do

In the previous ask, i said something about Bakugo liking it when Iisa is more dominant, so I think things along those lines would always impress Bakugo since he is usually the one in charge or more dominant in his other dynamics!

Keeping promises and winning matches are good, but we can also think of small things like Iida cooking for him, since Bakugo always cooks for himself and others, having someone doing it for him (and doing it well) is so attractive... When Iida is assertive, when he's in leader/class-president mode and just bosses everyone to do what they need to do, also HEIGH DIFFERENCE!!! Bakugo would never admit it but he loves when Iida gets too close and he has to look up to meet his eyes, just a few things i could think off

Fuyumi x Tensei Day!

Prompt - Cheesy, old-school horror

Horror trope - 'dark alleyway'

It was late out, but the darkness couldn't stop Fuyumi's responsibility. She tugged on her dog's leash, "come on, girl. It's cold out here."

Her dog trotted along as they walked down the empty block. Fuyumi felt a chill go up her spine, and she pulled her jacket around her tighter. Suddenly, her dog froze in her tracks, with her ears perked upright and intensely watching something. Fuyumi turned around, "what's wrong?"

Without warning, her dog took off into an alleyway, taking the leash out of Fuyumi's hand. "Hey! Come back!"

Fuyumi bolted after her into a dark alleyway. As she worriedly searched for her dog, she felt another shiver creep up her spine. "Come on, girl! Where are you?"

Even though the alleyway was deserted, Fuyumi felt more and more unwelcome by the second. Something felt so unnerving when everything fell silent, like something - or someone - began watching her.

The sound of footsteps emerged from the quiet, and sounding way too close to her for comfort. Fuyumi let out a yelp of fear as she felt a simultaneous tap on her shoulder. She whirled around, "oh, Ingenium," she panted.

The pro-hero, Ingenium's, eyes sparkled, "is this pup yours?" He asked, showing Fuyumi's dog’s leash in his gloved hand.

"Yes! I was looking for her!"

"You need to be careful out here - especially this time of night. Villains tend to frequent this area." He said, handing her the leash.

Fuyumi nodded, "understood."

There was a moment of silence.

"You're Endeavor's daughter, right?"

Fuyumi nodded, "yeah, I am," she smiled. She could see Ingenium's eyes light up again.

He held his hand out, "Iida Tensei."

Fuyumi smiled and shook his hand, "Todoroki Fuyumi."

"Would you like me to walk you home?"

"No, I'll be fine. My house is just a bit away."

Tensei nodded, disappointed, "I see, have a good night."

Fuyumi you idiot!

"Wait!"

“Yes?"

"My dog likes you... I think she'd like it if you stayed a bit longer."

Tensei smiled, "I'd be happy to."

A/N: I was looking through my notes and found some old writing and I thought this was pretty good so here it is :]

Mina maneuvers the plain silver key into the bolt lock on the door, jiggling the knob and shoving the door until it roughly opened. She didn’t mean for it to swing wide open like it did but she was tired and barely had the strength to even open the darn thing.

Hitoshi had called the landlords time and time again to get it fixed but so far no news about the old door getting dealt with. It’s okay, she thinks. Just a little workout.

She dragged her feet across the floor, about to announce herself when suddenly a pair of strong arms wrapped tightly around her middle, catching her in a crushing hug.

Mina drops her bag to the floor to get a better grasp on his tall frame. “Baby, what’s wrong?” She mumbles against his chest.

“Tired.” He nuzzles his face into her hair.

She basked in his warm embrace for a few more moments before attempting to pull away. “Love, please let go.”

He loosens his grip a bit so she can slink away. Mina finally closed the door and took off her heavy coat and scarf then her shoes before grabbing onto her boyfriend again in an even tighter hug than before.

Hitoshi took a deep breath and inhaled the smell of her jasmine shampoo and the faintest bit of hair spray as she presses her cheek against his sternum.

Today they had both taken the long shift at work against their will and it just so happened to be on the same day with neither of them even having the time to call each other. “How was you’re day?” Mina whispered.

“Long. A lot of people.” He worked in retail A.K.A the average introvert’s worst nightmare. Hitoshi nudged her to let her know to continue.

“I just about snapped 10 times today.” She let out a heavy sigh. “I’m so tired. My feet are killing me.”

It physically pained Hitoshi to remove himself from her but he did anyways, guiding her to the couch where she tangled herself around him like a koala. He rested his head on hers and rubbed his thumb up and down her bicep. “Too much human interaction.” Hitoshi grumbles. “Are you hungry?” He kisses the top of her head.

“Mm-hm.” She hums. “Let’s just order something, yeah?”

“Mm.”

By the time the food actually got there, Hitoshi was sleeping right on top of Mina with his face snuggled into the crook of her neck, and the former also snoozing away. A knock on the the door echoed through the mostly empty apartment, immediately waking the couple up.

Mina nudged him with her shoulder. “Food’s here.”

“Two more minutes...” his voice is coated with drowsy sleep.

She haphazardly wipes drool from her chin and begins to play with the hair at the nape of his neck. “Baby, it’ll get cold.”

Hitoshi groans as she continues to nudge him. “Come on,”

He finally sits up on his elbows and dips down to kiss the side of her mouth before almost losing his balance trying to get up to the door. Mina follows suit and waddles after him. He closes the door with his foot and holds the large plastic bag in one hand as she slides an arm around his neck and kisses his lips. The sleepy boy leaned into her touch, Mina holding it long enough to slip the bag from him. “you just wanted first grabs...” he grumbles when she moves back to the couch and carefully puts the food on the coffee table.

“But you’re so slow!” She complains. “You’re like a grandfather, you’d take forever to get back to the couch.”

He scowls as he sits next to her and she begins to dig around to pull boxes out. “By the time you would actually get here, the food would be so cold.” She teases him.

“Shut up.” He mumbles against her skin where his lips are now puckered, kissing her cheek.

Blog Update

So I decided to completely delete the BNHA RarePair Event Hub blog due to a lack of interest and activity. It's no one's fault but after thinking about it, it just doesn't feel good when you keep trying and not getting anything back in return.

I'm not leaving the BNHA fandom at all. I love the rarepairs in the fandom. I'm just stepping down as a host to events for said fandom.

I do have my writing blog still @a-ghost-that-writes so feel free to send me requests for bnha rarepairs there!

Prompt/Title - Japanese Horror Movies

Cold autumn wind whistled outside Midoriya’s apartment. It was October 31st - so what better to do than to cuddle with your girlfriend and watch classic American horror movies?

“What do you want to watch now?” Melissa held the TV remote in her hands, waiting for her boyfriend to fire a suggestion.

“What have we watched so far?”

“Too much to count,” Melissa didn’t want to think about the incredulous amount of time they had spent watching movies.

Midoriya thought for a moment as he stretched the hours of binge watching out of him. “As much as I love your American movies, why don’t we watch some of mine?”

“You have horror movies?”

“Not just any horror movies - the scariest Japanese horror movies of all time!!”

Melissa laughed, “Okay, let’s see if they’re as scary as you say they are.”

Midoriya shuffled through his collection of DVDs and shoved one in the DVD player.

“Prepare yourself…” he chuckled.

—LATER—

The living room was dark, which was good, because then Midoriya couldn’t see Melissa’s petrified face. But it also didn’t matter, because she clung to him like Velcro anyway.

Midoriya held back a laugh, “are you scared?”

“Maybe…” admitted Melissa. “I hate this movie…”

Midoriya pet the back of her hair, “Ju-On is a classic.”

She scoffed, “so is IT.”

He laughed at her quip and pulled her close. “Don’t worry, it’s all fiction anyway.”

As the movie moved to its credits, bold, white words stood out from the dark background:
