Man, with the hiatus I took from ts4 a bit ago, I thought my sim making skills would take a dive but here I am making some of the most favorite sims I have ever made.

This is Adelaide Weeks, Minthe, Dulce Newby, and Daisy Flores. Minthe and Daisy are made for the (updated) Not So Berry Challenge by @lilsimsie and @sweetlysimss and the Sims In Bloom Challenge by @a-sims-garden, which are the two challenges I want to do next after the Different Jam Challenge I’m doing now.

Third time’s a Charm (Sleeping Realm Theory Debunk; Pg. 91

Disclaimer: If you are a Soriku fan, I just want to say that I have no issues with the ship as a whole or the shippers in question. What I do in fact do have an issue is that fact that they completely ignore the bond between Sora and Kairi have by making seem that Kairi isn’t actually Kairi. and After watching @pmiller1 and @bluerosesburnblue posts of them debunking the sleeping theory, I wanted to give it a try since I’m inspired to do one (or some) thanks to them. I also like to say that this is my first time EVER doing a “debunk theory” post, so if you have any tips or think why this post is correct/incorrect, please by all mean go ahead. So after going through @pmiller1 and @bluerosesburnblue Sleeping realm theory debunk post, I would like to do the same as an inspiration. So here we go. The first thing that they say that when Sora was ashore from Kingdom hearts 1, he looked at Riku as he was reaching for him, but when he reaches the shore and found Kairi, and in Kh3, similar thing happen but when Sora looks up, he ended up a place called The Final World and Darkside greeted Sora similar to Kairi.. now before we continued, I need to comment about that. First about Riku; as we know before Sora was washed away, in Kingdom Hearts, 1 Sora found Riku as a wave approaches him, a similar thing happens to Kh3, not beside Riku, it was light.

Now many people (most likely Sorikus) would say that this proves that Riku is Sora’s lights, where I don’t think that the case. Yes, the scene from Kh1 IS similar to the one in KH3, where you know what else is also similar?

Remember; before Riku reach to hollow bastion and met Maleficent, Riku was pure light similar to Sora and Kairi, and similar to the light in KH3, when Sora goes after it and wash away, The light may represent of Riku, but the light Sora was reaching for in Kh3 was gone, and the only time that Sora able to find lights was in the surface.

But for Kingdom hearts 1;

Riku was in front of Sora, This could explain why Kh3 Sora didn’t immediately look for the light he was reaching for, he just simply looks up and swam there, while in Kh1, Sora is trying to reach for Riku while the wave is pulling him away from Riku. Now if we relook when Riku was consumed by darkness (before he landed to Hollow Bastion) Who pulls him away from Riku causing them to be separated? It wasn’t Kairi and it wasn’t the heartless;

Its the Keyblade itself, and we all know that the Keyblade has a mind of its own. Now, I don’t know why they haven’t shown this part in KH3, just show Sora swim upward to the light to reach the Light World. But we’re gonna move on. When KH1 ashore from the water, he looks around until Kairi called him out

Now these people (the one who made the Sleeping theory post) claim to say that similar to Kairi, Darkside, “greeted sora” or mostly saying “the first thing that Sora saw” and while that in Kh1 the first thing Sora saw was Kairi, no doubt about that, however, the Darkside didn’t appear when Sora emerges from the sea.

Only 3 shadows (those are what these heartless called) is the first thing Sora saw. But after Sora defeating those shadows, Sora felt a rumble and see Darkside behind him

Where, may I add, is the similar scene of when Sora first met Darkside in KH1

Point being, Darkside is not Kairi. The tutorial is most likely an easter egg but then again, this is Nomura. ignoring the part when they analyze Kairi death and Darkside color (where I think BlueRose cover that) Other than that, I think I got the “worldline hopping” covered, and I know that what you guy are going to say “they called it a hunch” or “they say take it a grand of salt” and while I agree to that, it's their own opinions/headcanon you have to understand, if I have the abilities to go to youtube and find these screenshot and it the same scene from when you either first play KH1 or KH3. Plus if you think about it, I don’t think Kairi even have an option to NOT turn into a heartless. Remember, when Sora found Kairi in the secret place and Sora reaches out to grab her, she disappears, and later on, Riku says that Kairi heart is inside of her, which mean that this whole entire time, while Kairi body has no hearts. and since we know that if you have no hearts, you either also disappear, or turn into a heartless (similar to Sora when he risks himself to save the princesses and Kairi)

However, Kairi never turns into the heartless nor disappear. (similar to the other princesses who was sleeping like her) I don’t know if it has to do with her being a princess, or could be the one where Aqua put light magic on Kairi’s necklace on Birth by sleep

I don’t think there are any chances that Kairi could turn into a heartless, let alone a Darkside, but even if that is the case, Sora would’ve found a way to bring Kairi back, similar to the in KH1 when Sora sacrifices himself to awaken Kairi and how he sacrifices again to find her in KH3. So as long Sora still cares for Kairi. But of course, that just my opinion/Thoughts/Headcanon

This is an amazing video about the history of 3D gaming on the GameBoy Advance.

I loved the GBA and got it the week it came out and could appreciate its obvious major visual and sound upgrade over the GBC, but even when GBA's first magazine screenshots were revealed, I was a bit let down for what was being described as a 32 bit system, as my impression of a 32 bit system at that time was based on the Sega Saturn and PS1.

I didn't expect CD quality sound of course, but was at first hoping for visuals more akin to some of the titles seen here. All that being said, man I so intensely enjoyed my black Gameboy Advance SP, it was sleek and "mature" looking, at the time I was really trying to advocate for the "prestige" of handheld gaming as it were, and remember picking up Crazy Taxi: Catch a Ride and Monkey Ball Ju, both were genuinely good games and in a pre DS/PSP era were amazing to see on a handheld.

I remember being on, I think the GBASP.NET forums when the first BlueRoses demos were released. In an age before the PSP was on the horizon and the DS wasn't even a rumor yet, there was a moment where it really seemed like near PS1 level 3D games were going to be the hot new future of the GBA.

At the same time, I was kind of savoring the GBA as the "last 2D system", once PSP and DS were revealed, especially DS which at its first reveal was being positioned as akin to N64 in the same way GBA was positioned as akin to GBA, I really thought once GBA was gone, that 2D gaming was going to become virtually extinct. In 2020's today's market of indie games and routine releases of new 2D Mario games, its a laughable thought, but back in 2003, people talked about 2D Mario in the past tense, in the way we talk about horse drawn streetcars and black and white TV.

This damn dialogue. This damn dialogue! THAT LAST LINE!

What a fucking punch to the gut. Anders, no!

The fact that his first reaction to (romanced) Hawke being in pain/being upset is to tell him to take it out on him... I just think it speaks to how truly inexperienced Anders is in terms of serious, romantic relationships, which is to be expected, given the circumstances he was basically raised in. Still, fucking ow! Because the thing is, Anders clearly thinks this is "normal." He thinks he doesn't deserve Hawke or love. He's says over and over how he can't believe Hawke is still with him, that Hawke trusts him. No wonder why he was expecting Hawke to kill him first thing after the explosion. Anders fully expects to suffer if it means making Hawke feel better or if it is a convenience to them in any way. The fact that the Templars, the Circle, & the Chantry twisted this man so much that this is his initial concept of what love should be... Whew boy.
