Bitties are easier to deal with since you can just grab them but actual sizes would just be hassle, even if they are shorter than you

Bit the Error Bitty with his trusty tomato

An illustration for a chapter of one of my fics on AO3, Persephone and Cerberus.

After months separated, Percy finally sees his brother, only he has transformed.

Quick summary of the fic. A Gaster finds tiny shards of a soul and creates two Bitties from them. He discovered that the original Soul belongs to the original Geno Sans, and names them Persephone and Cerberus, in reference to his relationship with Reaper.

“Calling all error and ink fans” screams the speaker “Team error vs team ink”. Ink sighs worrying about the game ahead “Ink you okay,” asks Dream “You sure homie” says Fresh his sunglasses saying you ok “yeah I’m ok” says Ink “Team Ink and team Error come down to the arena” screams the speaker “all right dudes” says fresh using his weelies to zoom down to the arena to prepare for the laser game “right” says ink. The lobby is filled with weapons and traps when Fresh and the gang get there, error and his team is taking all the good weapons “Hey you can’t do that at least leave some weapons” yells Dream “Oh dear brother you forget first picks you” says nightmare “guys look 80s themed laser weapons” yells fresh “yeah let’s wait for the laser game to fight” says ink grabbing a “disco bomb” and “silly string shooter”.

I've been following bitty content from Poetax since I was in middle school and like I couldn't resist the urge to draw Error and Ink as tiny, slightly rat-like versions of themselves.

Yes Error is only picking the chocolate out of the cookie and leaving the rest behind.

Meet Messengerverse!Error!! He's kinda goofy :) -He doesn't really have a name, but he will answer to anything he can even Vaguely associate with himself. He most readily answers to Shrike, or The Butcher Bird though.

-He hates touching the ground, outright refusing to if he has the chance. [He's even crashed from unplanned landings before, he got up & flew away soon after though, similar to a stunned bird :)]

-He loves Outertale still, but not for all the same reasons. He still thinks it's one of the most peaceful AUs, but he also enjoys how little it feels like standing on the ground. Sitting around the flouting meteors of Outertale, it hardly feels like he's on the ground at all.

-He doesn't actually fly using his wings, but instead a type of magic that his wings help with. He still looks a bit goofy in the air though.

-His coat is big and would drag across the floor if he actually stood on it, he thinks it's fine though, because he doesn't plan on getting close enough for it to be a problem.

-His eyes are worse than even canon Error's, he can barely see three feet in front of his face, and he constantly has to wear his glasses. If he lost them well. . . Goofy stuff can happen haha.

-His wings are based on both Northern Jacana and Shrike, though more Northern Jacana, both for color and the spurs. These birds actually have spires!! It's fun :)

Outer bitty’s name is Gilbert. He came with it. He was at the shelter for a long time so I decided to take him in.

Not….the best decision. Button thinks gilbert is a temporary foster even after I told him he was staying.

I am writing a bitty fanfic, so I must write down all my headcanons so I don't forget

Most of these are copy-pasted from discord, cuz I was talking about them and realized they'd get buried there

In the bitty au, if you want to buy a bitty, you have to take a blood/magic test to see if you're compatible with the bitty

Since they feed off your magic and stuff

Or emotions for Dream and Nightmare bitties

I guess you'd have to take a personality test too, so they don't give you a Dream bitty if you're depressed

If you were to try to handle a bitty that didn't match with your magic/blood, it might kill the bitty or make you sick

Or both

So bitty caretakers (in stores) handle most bitties with thick gloves and bitties are fed with magic supplements if no one in the store is compatible with them

And also don't let you take the bitties from the store unless the person they're for is there

Karen can try shit, but she's getting a lifetime ban from all the stores if she does

If a bitty dies on a store's property, they get massive fines so they really don't fuck around

It's another story with the illegal shops, obviously

They don't do deliveries because that's too much uncertainty and a bitty might die on the way, which means more fines

Like I said before, you have to come in person to the store and pick them up

I'm going with the headcanon that when bitties end up at people's doorstep in a box in all those Wattpad fanfics, it's cuz their previous owner got fed up/realized they couldn't afford to keep up with their care and dropped them off in front of a random house

Bitties are made from small shards of souls

Geno already has a small soul shard, so Geno bitties are very unstable

Like, they need constant care unstable

They get the shards originally with Sanses that ended up in the void (since in canon, if you get voided, you get split across the timeline and I'm going with the assumption that the voids of all AUs/timelines are connected)

Dream, Nightmare, Reaper, and Error bitties are from other multiverses that died/got voided, although in certain multiverses if one of them died, you'd get bitties directly from their soul shards in your multiverse, which is super fun for people who knew them (/sarcasm)

Ink bitties are made when the manufacturers fuck up and accidentally destroy the soul shards of other bitties

They're still alive so the manufacturers figured it'd be fine to sell them in shops
