Dear J2M,

This is an open letter for you three written by a couple of unhappy passionate fans.

We write this to you because we know at least one of you has a secret Stan account and creeps on the destiel hashtag from time to time. Don’t lie. (Ahem. Misha Collins. Looking at you, Sir.)

With the subtle hints and possibility of a revival, us here at BarrenHeart (Bee and Jay) have some thoughts on what we think a reboot/continuation/revival would look like if it was done well.

Note: we don’t speak for the whole fandom(obviously). And we don’t even speak for all of the Cas/destiel fans. This is from our observation of the fandom after 15x18 and the finale, plus our own opinions.

Here are our demands suggestions for the potential revival.

--Castiel--

First things first. Castiel is brought back.

And by that, we mean he is either shown to be rescued from the empty, Jack rescues him from the empty, or by some other means, that man is not left there to suffer for all of eternity.

Castiel is a lead character.

Not a guest star, not “and Misha Collins.” No. Misha Collins gets to be in every d*mn episode. He is an equal lead alongside Dean and Sam. Which leads into the next point.

Castiel gets his own storyline.

It can be connected to Dean in some way, but he needs his own arc, y’all. Don't care what that is, but he IS his own character. So, some form of personal growth or whatever needs to happen. He is a badass and deserves a good storyline. Also…

Give this M-- F-- (mother father) his wings back!

Yes, he died without ever having his wings return to their full power. Like? We know he was nerfed so he wouldn't overpower Sam and Dean. Prove to us that he can be a fully powered badass and still work alongside Sam and Dean. No need to get rid of that.

Human!Cas does not mean pathetic Cas.

There is a divide on whether Castiel should stay an angel. Personally, we like human Cas. However, human Cas was shafted in the series. If you make him human in any way, shape, or form, he’s gonna still have to be a badass. Don’t whimp him!

He can be a good hunter/pretend FBI agent just like Sam and Dean!

So, make him one! Let him do more cases. On his own. With other people. With Sam. With Dean. He can fight without powers, too.

Give him love!

For the love of freaking Jack, let that man know he is loved by people. Not even mentioning anything romantic, he still needs platonic love y’all. Let Sam say it, let Jack say it. Let anyone in his family tell him that he is loved. Not once in this series did Cas hear that anyone loved him. So, fix it!

New style, anyone?

Cas needs other clothes! Please now. The black trenchcoat we never saw in-show? Boss. Cas in a black leather jacket? Coolness. Hunter plaid? Do it.

Confession Resolution

Speaking of love, come to some conclusion please about him and Dean. Give a resolution somehow, somewhere. We personally don’t really care how it’s done, but there needs to be something said here. You cannot just drop a confession there and just leave like it never happened. So, talk about it.

Adding this, I swear, if this is bros only, you WILL lose Cas fans. So, think about what you’re doing.

--Sam--

Sam is important!

Now, personally we have a soft spot for Sam. His character arc in Season 1-5 was great. Demon blood, powerful Sam was amazing. So, don’t sideline Sam. Seriously. We are gonna say in an unpopular way (as if this post isn’t already unpopular to some), but Sam got sidelined real hard in the last few seasons of the show. Now, was that what Jared wanted? Don’t know. But, Sam needs his own storyline too that isn’t just revolved around Dean. Figure it out.

Witch!Sam

Speaking of which, let this man be powerful. Sam is best when he has powers. Sorry but also not. He has been given all of Rowena’s (who is arguably the best witch around) spell books and decides to not really do much with it? No. He’s becoming a BAMF witch. Full-out, no word spells and shit. End point.

Sam in Charge

He’s not just a baby brother. He’s a grown man. Give him room to grow. Allow him to be a leader. Let him lead a group of hunters, witches, a whole team of people! He’s strong on his own, too. He's a big boy. Prove it.

He should fall in love.

Like, get married and all that. It’s a part of his arc, so keep it there. No blurry wife, my god! Personally it should be Eileen. She’s a badass. They also have a lot in common! Holy hell. They make a good team. So, keep that suggestion in mind.

Let him have the hero’s journey.

We want a good ending that shows growth for this character! He saw himself as a freak with powers, so…maybe he can use his powers now in a way that in empowering instead? Let him have an ending that doesn't just return to the beginning. Let him have gone through all of this changed for the better.

Don't be creepy.

Still keep the brotherly bond with Dean, but don’t make it weird, y’all. Don’t. Please.

Sam as a dad.

He can have a kid. But, Dean Jr? Eh. You might want to reconsider some other (Bobby) possibilities.

--Dean--

Now, with Dean, I wanna make this clear.

DO NOT K word THIS MAN.

This man here has dealt with unbelievable trauma, suicidal thoughts and even almost died by suicide in the show (okay, it was for another reason, but still!) He dies way too many times in this show. It’s not new anymore. Perhaps, when the show was newer, death might have been a bittersweet ending. But, now. It’s tarnished. It happened too much and the message of “carry on” got tainted to mean “there is only peace when you die.” That’s not okay.

Resolve his issues!

He has so much pain and trauma. Let him seek help. Let your audience know that it’s okay to process these emotions. Let him heal. He deserves it.

Dean’s internal struggles

This is piggybacking a little off of point two, but Dean has a lot of things he needs to figure out. We feel like his journey is more internal. While processing his trauma, he needs to learn that it's okay to be himself. This could include things about himself that he feels ashamed of or scared to admit. Things he may have repressed or suppressed over time. No more hiding who he is or brushing it off or making jokes. Be your true self, Dean. It's time.

Dean’s still important, of course

That said, Dean should still be integral to the overall narrative of the plot. Of course he's gonna go head to head with the Big Bad of the season/limited series, but he really should focus on what's inside first before he can take this monster down.

The Bro bond

No more dependent/unhealthy bond with Sam. Of course they are family and brothers, and will always be close. That's perfectly fine. However, its important to note that Dean was Sam’s mom/Dad most of his whole life. And, well, that never came to a resolution. Please let Dean resolve this issue. Sam is grown and older now, and even though Dean will always feel protective of him as his Big brother, Dean shouldn't feel like his life only revolves around taking care of Sam. There is more to Dean and his life.

Dean is complex

Also, Dean is not only about cars, burgers, and pie. It's like some of the writers forgot this. There are so many things/interests of Dean’s that are really cool and add to the complexity of his character. Keep those things.

He needs to resolve his issue with Jack.

He never said sorry to the kid. Not once after telling Sam that Jack wasn't family. He needs to tell Jack he is loved.

Speaking of which, Dean needs to tell Cas he loves him.

Okay. Who knows if you will make destiel reciprocal at this point.

Do we think Dean would have reciprocated based on context clues and what we have seen in the show? Yes.

Do we think this love is romantic? Yes.

Do we think you'll actually fully make it canon in a reboot/continuation? Eh.

Regardless, Dean loves Cas, so make it known.

Other demands considerations.

‘The found family’ needs to not be forgotten.

All the friends that were made along the way need to be included. What happened with Garth was great, actually. Do more of that. And by that, we mean include Jody and Donna. What are the girls doing now? Wayward sisters anyone? Bring Kevin back. Don't leave him to roam the earth all along like that. Either make him human again like Eileen or send him to rest in Heaven.

Where’s Eileen?

Hello??? Where? Tell us she made it back.

Claire

No idea if you can get Kathryn Newton back, but it would be cool at least for one episode. Please. Kaia? Resolve her storyline.

Also, Charlie.

Wtf happened? That was not resolved. We love Felicia Day. Charlie’s friendship with Dean is amazing. She deserves a few episodes.

Crowley!

Seriously. What happened to Mark was super disappointing. You gotta bring him back. His death wasn't great. Bring him back and give him his damn line already!

Jack!

I'm not fully on the Baby!Jack train, but he does deserve a normal life. He's three years old technically. He had no normal life whatsoever. He deserves that. So, give him that.

More Rowena please!

That's it. She's awesome.

Have a wedding.

No, really. Someone's gotta get married. Our pick: Sam and Eileen. Charlie is also a good contender for having a wedding with her partner, too. So there. Weddings are happy. We want a happy ending.

I will reiterate. Team free will lives. That's it.

Okay. Now, moving on to the next part of this. The elephant in the room. The thing a lot of us actually want from this, but frankly, we aren't sure if you'll do it.

Explicit Destiel.

If you've read this far J2M, then you're probably wondering when this was going to be addressed. So, here are the stipulations on destiel.

Go big or go home.

Yep. We said it. Make it explicit, full out, no ambiguity.

Honestly, you might be thinking what you could do to make it explicitly canon? Well, since there were tons of people who still think Cas’ love confession was just a platonic exchange between two bros (like wtf? How?), you're gonna have to spell it out for people.

But, some things that we may perceive as romantic, some people may not.

--Like, holding hands could be considered platonic between two men to some people.

--Cheek kissing could also be considered platonic to some people.

Not to say we need Jensen and Misha doing full on *** scenes to prove anything, but something more than a hand hold. Okay? Okay.

What we’re saying is basically, you're gonna have to kiss. On the lips. Yep.

So...I guess you'll have to figure out how you want to do that.

On when to make it canon:

You can decide if it makes sense to make it canon towards the beginning or towards the end. Honestly, there could be an argument for either. If it's made canon earlier, you could prove there can be a relationship alongside the main storyline. If you wait until the end, you'll leave fans wondering if you'll actually do it. But, the kiss being the major event of the finale could be worth it. Whichever you do, remember there are upsides and downsides to both.

Other other considerations:

Just realize who your fanbase is now. We’ve grown and changed. Like Becky, your fans have gone through a huge change in what they want from the show. Is the fandom all on the same page? Nope. Will they ever be? No.

You will not please everyone. That's a given. But, a lot of fans want to see the show wrap up in a better way than what we got. Destiel fans aside, the finale was not great overall. There are plenty of negative finale reviews that have nothing to do with destiel.

On top of that, society is changing. Slowly. The attitudes in regards to lgbtq media is quite different than before. You have the chance to make history. Really. If you make this canon, that will be a part of your legacy. You'll hit the news. I mean, 15x18 wasn't even the finale and it trended #1 that day.

We suggest that if you do decide to make it canon, it’s meaningful and you take the time to do it right.

So, consider your fans. Consider the part of the fandom that trended your show over the election. Consider the fans that trended a fictional wedding on Valentine's Day. Consider Misha/Cas fans who felt slighted. Consider your LGBTQA + fans. Just, think about what the reboot could achieve. What it could mean to a lot of people.

As always, we just want happiness and peace when we are done.

suk *ehem saeren (new pseud is sexy btw and also your new theme vvv sexc bestie!!!😌😌) okay so when i read chp 7-8 i was like ‘y/n c’mon. give kita the chance he deserves i mean IT’S THE MR. KITA SHINSUKE WTF WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK?!’ but then oh god, the museum scene holy fuck. no because the cherry blossom tree works so well as an analogy for the main couple’s love story. yeah, cherry blossoms signify new beginnings and are mostly adorned by many when they bloom. why? aside from the indication of renewal, it only stays for a certain period of the year which is always a sight to see and because of the limited time frame, everyone knows the beauty it exudes will be gone after the time passes (death). going back, suna and y/n’s routine of spending time together to being away from each other’s presence is the recurring theme for them to grow. seeing them say too many goodbyes brings that anxious feeling of ‘ahh. it we will be back to square one again' (also, not the fact that broken record connotes annoying repetition of something is aksjalks🤧)

also yeah, when you love a person, the one should make you feel calm and secure and only then you can distinguish whether you truly love them or just merely an infatuation. but in y/n’s case, whether she has that rose-tinted glasses on or not, identifying the blaring red flags is hard to accept notice if that same marker is the one that brings her comfort due to its familiarity. and idk where to put this in my last ask because i don’t have enough brain juice to make a theory, but the way suna is nervous for his first date with mari, he should have second guessed why he’s acting like that when the happiness he felt with y/n is way more different with mari (should have listened to osamu and aran and ooh im sorry i assumed they samu and suna were schoolmates in high school when they are not akhfak). sure, he’s nervous out of excitement but for what? it's like foreshadowing that he needs to put up a front with mari just to keep her (but we all know that is not the case) in those 3 years they spent together, did he feel more on the edge than relaxed tho? 🤨

and for someone who loathes her half-sister, nagisa sure is invested with the happenings in y/n. it’s like she’s always on the lookout for her mistakes and dote it on her until her last breath. the mari and nagisa connection is possible though and it is not like they live countries apart but their meeting, from the way i see it, is like a silver lining for nagisa to topple y/n lol🤪 and aah, now it get why nagisa called y/n whore at the restaurant. when i read that part, i thought that they have somewhat lived under the same roof for some time but the succeeding chps showed they did not and was still confused because she has never shown any interest about what is going on with her affiliated family except hatred and then that happened. i guess when she burst out at that moment, it was when the two had met?

it’s kinda disheartening to see how lucy subtly(??) controls y/n’s love life. maybe because she doesn’t want y/n to fall under the same category for marrying out of love when she is the one who refuses to divorce the dad (= she shouldn’t). should have filed that divorce, not doing so is a recipe for disaster itself. and mari 😤😤WHAT DID I SAY?? (well in this case, it is shunning others away from suna) i cannot, for my peace of mind, be able to be in the same vicinity as her. for all i know, i could be dragging her on the floor out of pure disgust. i can’t wait to find out who died and who is in critical condition. though, that critical scenario lead to afterlife too, so no wishful thinking here. but, ahh are we getting a background story for suna too?🥺 this is where i'm betting my wish at. while we’re at it, i wonder how atsumu will react to suna impregnating mari. i imagine he would say ‘dude wtf?! she chose you! how could you?!’ i know he is happy with his gf but can’t help to be caring as ever to y/n.

AND AAAAAH THANK YOU I’M SO HAPPY YOU GOT THE MESSAGE OF THE CHERRY BLOSSOMS!! it was actually taken from the music video I linked back to the end of the chapter and my friend and I were discussing it because I think there were lots of symbolism on it. the one about new beginnings because the cherry blossoms only come for a certain time of the year before a new season comes also represents how YN and Suna keep going back and forth to loving, getting complicated, forgiving, getting complicated and so on and so forth. I love everything you said because it was exactly how I wanted the story to be like <33 the part about being anxious too !! that’s why YN keeps saying ‘this cycle never ends.’ and YESSSS THAT’S ALSO WHY I CHOSE BROKEN RECORDS AS THE TITLE. the ‘records’ refer to them playing love songs and then apology songs to each other over and over but then the song stops and they start to have new stories :<<

oooooh yes, totally. judging from my own experience, I can tell too whether it’s love or infatuation. when I’m with someone I love, I feel totally at peace and safe with them. it’s comfortable, it’s not supposed to be scary or nerve wracking. even if something wrong happened, you’re assured by the knowledge they’d be patient and listen to you. AND THIS PART WHERE YOU SAID THIS ABOUT SUNA ‘whether she has that rose-tinted glasses on or not, identifying the blaring red flags is hard to accept notice if that same marker is the one that brings her comfort due to its familiarity’ ITS 100% ACCURATE. same goes for suna tbh. YN was the one who broke his heart when they broke up but she was also the only able to comfort him. it’s hard for them to let each other go because they’re both a source of pain and familiarity that they struggle to find in this world. yes there’s some slight foreshadowing in how suna reacted with mari. he was on edge and he didn’t know what to do most of the time because he doesn’t understand mari the same way he understands YN. as for him being on edge, he most definitely was tiptoeing because mari placed a lot of boundaries such as keeping YN completely out of the picture and making her presence a bare minimum.

NOOOO BECAUSE THAT’S SO TRUE. Nagisa is always updated with YN. YN is the one who updates her about her life because she’s always trying to make conversation, but Nagisa pretends to be ‘uninterested’ although don’t let that fool you because she remembers every little detail just in case she can use it against her half sister. nagisa and mari met after mari broke up with suna in ch1 so yes, nagisa already knew the situation !! that’s why she called YN a ‘whore’ because if she ‘was with Suna’ then why is she also ‘dating’ Kita? so in nagisa’s eyes, YN is just the same as her mom.

lucy was half and half. sometimes she has good intentions but most of the time she’s also just messed in the head and she really fucked with YN’s trust issues. HMMM I WANTED A BACKGROUND STORY FOR SUNA TOO TBH but I didn’t know where to fit it and I didn’t want to add random, unnecessary details :<< AND FOR ATSUMUUUUU…. atsumu crushed on YN real hard… until now, even though he has a gf (now wife in the timeskip) you can tell he still cares about YN

Stray Kids Christmas Series

Scenario: “Parents are gone, but the dogs are still here. Maybe Christmas should be dog-themed this year? “ Genre: Fluff/ Humour Tropes: Already dating Pairing: non idol!Hwang Hyunjin X Reader Word count: 9,4K Warning: Fluff, Fluff and only Fluff. Hyunjin being dumb, we love him though. A/n: I know that it is January, but I still am going to finish this series.

“Okay, bags. Check. Drinks for the drive to the airport, check. Passports-“ “Mom calm down you have everything, you checked four times already.” You laughed as your mother kept checking her list. “I’m sorry dear, we’ve never gone with the four of us on vacation.” She sighs. “It’s okay, you should do it more often, it will be good for you.” “So that you and Hyunjin can be alone, I see how it is.” Hyunjin’s mother laughed.

Your boyfriend’s mother and yours had been friends for years. They grew up together and were close ever since they were kids. When they both got married, they had children, which were you and Hyunjin. The mothers used to joke how it would be cute if you and Hyunjin would date later. Through the years of you and Hyunjin being friend, in senior year, where you and Hyunjin would graduate together, he finally confessed his feelings to you which he had kept secret for years.

It was a quite emotional and cheesy moment. Hyunjin was, just like you who felt the same way towards him, scared that confessing feelings to you would ruin your friendship. Instead of it being ruined it was the start of something new. Hyunjin cried after you told him you felt the same way, he had burst out in tears because he was so nervous and scared that you just wouldn’t feel the same and that you would look at him differently and that things just wouldn’t be the same.

Your parents didn’t suspect a thing the first month of you and Hyunjin dating. It was at a dinner party at Hyunjin’s apartment where the two of you accidently revealed your relationship to your parents. He was seated next to you as you were eating together. “Baby can you pass me the water?” He asked without giving his choice of words a second thought. You all turned to Hyunjin in shock, making you almost choke on your food as you realised that he just did. “Baby?” His mother asked, making Hyunjin realise what he just said. He turned bright red and stuttered out gibberish as he tried to save himself, and you of course, from this awkward situation. “Are they dating? Really?” You mother squealed happily as she grabbed onto her best friend who was hysterically squealing as well.

“Maybe we should leave them for a while?” You said to your boyfriend whilst laughing at your parents state. The both of you were questioning your mothers’ sanity as they started to rant about whatever, you couldn’t follow. Your dads on the other hand just sat there in shock. “My little girl is dating.” Your dad started as it looked like he was about to slip into a crisis. His hands in his hair as well as he stared into nothingness. “My son is dating!” Hyunjin’s dad cheered, looking like the complete opposite of your dad, making you and Hyunjin wheeze. Your boyfriend’s dad came up to the both of you and hugged you, whilst the two of you still sat down, congratulating you.

It was a rollercoaster of a night, but you were just glad that your parents were supportive of your relationship. You dad eventually got over it as well, but he indeed had that ‘dad-talk’ with Hyunjin. He hadn’t had to add scary voices since he knew Hyunjin almost inside and out. He knew that Hyunjin grew up to be a kind young man and that he could trust him with his one and only daughter.

Your parents also gave you dogs around the same time. Hyunjin now had a little long-haired chihuahua named Kkami. Your parents gave you a little Pomeranian pup a year later after Hyunjin received Kkami. You were crazy about her, because not only was she small and fluffy, she was also crazy about Kkami. They also ended up to be best friends. As soon as you and Hyunjin realised that your dogs had such a close relationship like the two of you did, you started to go on dog-dates together. It would be the cutest thing. Your little Pomeranian, Nana, named after the dog from Peter Pan, would know when you would visit Hyunjin’s place. She would start to bark happily and wag her tail in joy. She would pull you to the door where you could hear Kkami on the other side of the door barking to sign Nana that he was there. As soon as the door opened slightly, a little snoot would squeeze its way through to get to its best friend.

You and Hyunjin would just laugh at them before you greeted each other. Even now they were sharing a little spot on the soft carpet, laying closely next to each other as they slept. “Well, take care of each other and don’t mess up the apartment when we will be gone.” You mother said as she hugged you. “You too and have fun.” “We definitely will. Well, we’ll see you in five days. You will be alright, right?” Your mother asked once again, as she caressed your cheek with both her hands. “We will be fine, he has me by his side.” You joked, receiving a dramatic gasp coming from your boyfriend. “I mean she isn’t wrong.” His mother said, making you laugh loudly as your boyfriend now looked at his mom shocked.

You would say your goodbyes to your parents before they went off to their vacation. As soon as the door slammed closed you ran into your boyfriends arms and wrapped your arms around his waist as you hugged him. You fell onto the couch, making him groan slightly as the air was knocked out of his body. You giggled when he rubbed his cheek on yours like a cat would. “We’re alone.” “I get to hold you at all times now.” Hyunjin sighs happily as he pulled you even closer to him as you laid next to him, being squeezed in between his chest and the backrest of the couch. “Yes please.” You mumbled against his skin as you just enjoyed your affection.

“What do you want to do the upcoming days?” You asked, whilst brushing your hand through his soft hair. “Well, we kind of need to decorate the house, go grocery shopping and maybe get a small Christmas tree?” “Sounds good to me, what kind of decoration-“ “My parents are gone, but the dogs are still here. Maybe Christmas should be dog-themed this year?“ Hyunjin gasped as he cut you off. “Did you just fucking rhyme.” You laughed. “But like a pupper Christmas! A howliday!” Hyunjin gasped as he shook you excitedly. “Sounds honestly like one of the best ideas you’ve ever had.” You teased, before receiving a playful push from him.

Later after laying down with Hyunjin for a little longer the two of you went out to get some ornaments for the tree that the two of you were about to find. In a little store that you had found near your apartment complex they sold a lot of Christmas ornaments, they even had animal themed once and you immediately dragged your boyfriend inside.

“Baby, look at this dog! It looks like Kkami!” You squealed as you found a little dog for in the Christmas tree. “Babe, this one looks like Nana-“ “We are so getting this!” You squealed.

After spending a little too much on puppy decoration in that little store, the two of you went to a market where you would search for the perfect Christmas tree. “This one?” He asked before presenting you the umpteenth tree. “It’s too thin on the bottom.” “This one?” He asked again. “No, too big, we won’t be able to take it back home.” You added. “This one?” He groans dramatically. “Yes! That one’s perfect-“ “Thank God!” He cried out, making you laugh before you were about to pay for the tree.

“What do you think you’re doing?” Your boyfriend says. “Paying for the tree-“ “No you’re not.” “Yes I am.” You fought back. “No you’re not, it’s for my apartment.” “And I’m a guest who’s staying at your apartment, so let me pay it for you.” “No, I’m your boyfriend I should pay-“ “I want to-“ “If the two of you can’t decide, just go Dutch.” The salesman says, making you and Hyunjin blush in embarrassment as you quickly paid the man and sped off with your tree.

“He hated our guts.” “Fuck yes he did.” You laughed.

“Children, we’re home!” You sung as you walked into the apartment, causing the little dogs to jump up to their little paws, slipping over the floor in process, before he came running towards you and Hyunjin in joy. And also hopeful on getting a treat from the two of you. “I’ll set up the tree, you go give the children a treat.” Hyunjin joked as he carried the tree inside.

When you came into the living room you found your boyfriend sitting on of the chair, tangled into the lights that he was trying to unknot. “Please help me.” He muttered as he was stuck in an uncomfortable position. You laughed loudly, almost falling to the ground, making your boyfriend whine because of it. “Baby please!” He whined as he wiggled to get lose. Instead of helping him you snapped a couple if pictures and send it to your parents.

You: ‘The lights have taken over my boyfriend, now he’s not the only thing that lights up my day.’ Mom: ‘Oh my gosh Y/n, go help the poor guy.’ Dad: ‘Hahaha lol wtf.’

After you were done texting your parents you helped your boyfriend to free himself, so the two of you could start to decorate the tree. It didn’t take you very long to finish the tree since it was rather small. “Do you want the star on top?” You asked him. “Yes, let me help you with that.” Hyunjin said before sweeping you off your feet, holding you bridal style as you put the star on top of the tree, which was already in reaching distant. You giggled uncontrollably and hit him in the arm for flustering you so badly, causing him to laugh. “Why did I choose to date such a sap.” You muttered into his chest as you hugged him. “You love me though.” “Most of the time.” You giggled, before getting tickled by him.

The two of you would continue to decorate the rest of the house. You and Hyunjin would try to put lights on the frame of the window, to make it look aesthetically pleasing. Hyunjin went to grab some tape or something to make the wiring stick and stay to the wall, whilst you tried to keep it in place. He came back to see you struggle to keep the lights up against the tall frames of the windows, making him smile. “Can you reach it Tiny?” He jokes as he went to help you, you pinched him in his sides making him stop functioning for a second whilst shrieking.

Sooner enough the two of you had finally finished decorating the house, you would rest your head on his shoulder as you looked around proudly. The two of you had made a special little Christmas corner near the heater where their bed was. There was a little doghouse next to their bed where the two puppy ornaments were placed, maybe not the best idea, but it definitely was one of the cutest.

It was getting late and you still needed to go grocery shopping together. Fortunately for you the stores were still open as you arrived at the mall. When you strolled around after getting the food you needed you came across a couple of dog pictures that were displayed in the shop window. “Hyunjin! Photoshoot! Christmas! Puppies!” Were the only words that you could make out through the enthusiasm that came over you like a big wave. Hyunjin was confused at the lack of words you used and made his way towards you, before he could take a look at the pictures you had already dragged him into the store. “Look at these tiny costumes!” You cried happily at the cuteness.

And so, you and Hyunjin bought more dog frills for the Christmas time. At the drive back home you were too busy looking for inspiration for the photoshoot that you definitely wanted to shoot with your dogs, and Hyunjin of course. You didn’t even bother helping him unpack the groceries as you walked straight to your dog with a tiny blonde dog who was wagging her tail, not knowing what would happen in the next minute. When Hyunjin heard you squeal for the umpteenth time that day, he figured that you had put on the tiny costume on Nana. The poor dog looked up to Hyunjin with a lost and confused look on her face. In the mean time you were almost on the edge of tears as you looked at the adorableness that your dog held. “Are you alright baby?” Your boyfriend asked you whilst laughing at how cute you were being. “I’m not, because I also have this green one for Kkami-“ “Give that to me woman I need this!” Hyunjin gasped as he grasped the green costume and went to chase his dog and ending up in tears with you, causing both of the dogs look at you questioning both of your sanity. “This was the best decision we’ve ever made as a couple!” He cried dramatically as he was frantically taking pictures of the dogs. You would edit the pictures to make it a Christmas card you could send to people on social media, the reactions starts to flow in. You would read them and respond to them as proud parents as you shared the cuteness of your pups. When the pups would’ve gone to sleep you and your boyfriend would sneak into the kitchen to make try and make cookies, both for you and the dogs. Hyunjin had found a receipt online before he attempted to bake something. The difference between the kitchen side of his and yours were drastic. He had flower all over his face, the wall and his clothes. You on the other hands, no dough to be found on your fingers, the wall was still squeaky clean and your looks were still flawless. “How in the world-“ “I’m capable of doing things.” You teased him as you rubbed the flower even more over his face as you cupped his face. “Come here you brat.” He joked, before ducking his face into your neck, rubbing the excess flower on your face, hair and shirt.

“No baby no!” You squealed as you tried to push him away. “No feel my love baby!” He sung a he shook his head like a dog, causing the flower to fly into the air, making you laugh.

After cleaning up and waiting for another fifteen minutes as soon as the timer went off you boyfriend ran to the kitchen and swung the oven door open. Hyunjin was too excited for the cookies to bake, he had eaten all the left-over dough form the bowl, the whisk, he even kissed some off your fingers, making you blush as he stared at you deeply as he did so.

Hyunjin was about to grab the plate out of the oven, making you yell at him in panic for him being a dumbass and not wearing over gloves. “You’re the dumbest bitch, oh my Gosh my heart is pounding.” You cried out in laughter as Hyunjin ended up on the floor from your yelling. “Your heart is pounding? I just got assaulted-“ “I just saved your ass what do you mean?” You yelled as you threw the other glove to his head.

You had taken the cookies out and let it cool off so the two of you could decorate it. You each took one, because you were too impatient to wait before you could try them, both of your mouths would burn as you took a bite out of it. Sighing in content when the cold milk cooled your mouths down from the heat. “Why does it taste so weird?” Hyunjin asked whilst chewing on his cookie. “Hyunjin, I just told you, you were dumb, but this just fucking peaked. You’re eating the dog’s cookies!” You laughed loudly, almost spitting out yours as you watched your boyfriend being dumb for the umpteenth time that night. “I was wondering why I tasted bacon.” Hyunjin laughed along, before he went to the dogs and gave it to them, or well laid it in their bowl since they were sound asleep.

The two of you were exhausted after that night full of baking and cleaning. The two of you fell asleep on the couch with a big blanket draped over the two of you that he had brought from his room. The next morning the two of you groaned in pain, because both of your necks were too stiff from the uncomfortable position you had laid in all night.

You ended up massaging each other as you sat across from each other, the both of you were still too tired to function, before some more time went by and you had decided to get cleaned up and go on a walk with the dogs. You would enter a dog park where there was also a little stall that sold hot chocolate milk that the owners could buy whilst enjoying the sight of their puppies having fun. You laid your head on Hyunjin’s chest as you sat on a bench together, the two of you just enjoyed your time together holding hands and just feelings each other’s’ warmth in the freezing weather.

A couple of kids who also were playing around the dog park. They were cutely asking you and Hyunjin for permission to pet them and give them treats. You of course let them and the two dogs loved the extra attention they received from the kids. “Will you and your wife come here more often so we can play with Kkami and Nana?” One of the Kids asked politely as they held their parents’ hand. You almost spit out your drink and Hyunjin just smiled sweetly at the child. “We might be around here sometime! I think Nana and Kkami really liked you! You would be great friends, we will hopefully meet again in the future!” “Will your wife be there as well? She’s really pretty!” He whispered to Hyunjin, making you awe. “She probably will, I can’t live without her.” Hyunjin winked before he ruffled the hair of the kid and saying goodbye to him.

“You’re the sweetest thing, I swear.” You sighed happily. “I love you too.” He muttered with a sweet smile on his lips as he kissed your temple. “I would love to call you my actual wife in the future though.” He added. “Y-you want to marry me?” You asked him in shock. “Of course I do, I couldn’t imagine anyone else by my side other than you in the future. I love you too much to let you go.” He smirked as he pressed kisses on your cheek.

Later on, back home from a fun day at the dog park, Nana and Kkami were exhausted and snoring away in their bed after eating the homemade cookies. You were in the kitchen, boiling some chicken soup whilst cooking you and your boyfriend something as well for supper. Hyunjin would come up behind you as you would be stirring away. He had rested his head on your shoulder as you continued to cook for him.

“I wished this moment could last forever.” He whispered into your hair as he kissed the nape of your neck in affection. “I love moments like this with you as well. They are they best.” You muttered back, resting your head on his slightly. “I can’t wait for us to get our own place. Not that I don’t like this, but I can get to be with you at any time I want.” He said happily as he hugged you even tighter. “Do you really think about stuff like that?” You asked him rather shocked. “Of course I do, when I have such a beautiful girlfriend, I have to think about a future with her or else she might think this will lead to nowhere.” He admitted softly, making you turn off the stove and turn around to face him. You had now wrapped your arms around his neck as you looked at him endearingly. “I’m not going nowhere honey, if we don’t have the money yet to live on ourselves, I’d still be happy to spend time like this with you.” You pressed a kiss on his cheek, making him smile. “I love you.” “I love you too.”

The night went on and the two of you had decided to eat dinner on the couch, whilst later on cuddling together with the dogs on your laps, with a blanket draped over the four of you.

Once again, the two of you ended up falling asleep on the couch, causing you to wake up with a pain in your neck. “Baby, we should sleep in bed from now on, I like massaging you, but we shouldn’t.” You chuckled as you sat across each other again as you massaged each other. “I would massage you all day if it would make you feel relaxed.” Hyunjin admitted. “Uh-“ “Not like that!” Hyunjin sighed in disbelief, making you laugh before pressing a kiss on his lips. “You love me though” “Most days.”

You and Hyunjin went out to walk with the dogs and ended up at a dog café. The owner saw you two and told you that you two were a beautiful couple and that they were actually in need of a couple for a photoshoot for their café promotions. You and Hyunjin happily agreed to help the lady out and before the two of you knew it, the pair of you plus your dogs were dressed up in matching sweaters and smiling for the camera.

Hyunjin would be playing cutely with Kkami as you and Nana enjoyed the products that the café offered for both people and dogs. The lady thanked you dearly and paid the two of you generously. “A Christmas gift from us for helping us out.” She had said with a bright smile before you and your boyfriend politely thanked her. The pictures and videos turned out great. You and Hyunjin couldn’t stop gushing about how cute you all were. “We’re like a little family.” He joked before kissing your cheek.

That day the two of you would go and visit a shelter to spoil the dogs there. You decided to not bring your own dog for their sake of safety since the other dogs might not all be mentally healthy. The two of you had done this for a few years now, even before you started dating have the two of you gone together to the shelter. It’s one of the things Hyunjin had always loved about you: showing kindness to everything that lives. Even when you accidently bump against a plant you would apologise to your ‘Mr Papyrus’.

He always thought you were the cutest when you were in your soft and kind state. At the shelter he was at first very worried that you would get hurt, but the animals got a certain vibe of safety around you and gently came towards you as you fed them. Today as well, you had recognised some of the dogs who were still at the shelter and went to greet them first.

Hyunjin would smile at you fondly and look at you with his eyes filled with love. He would chuckle shyly when the other volunteers would coo at him at how cute of a couple the two of you were or that he must feel lucky to have such a great girl like you. He would bow to them politely and then rush to where you were and help you wash the dogs. He would splash some water in your face and neck every now and then, receiving a gasp from you before laughing as the dog joined in by shaking off the water on her fur.

You would pet them for many hours before you had to say goodbye. The two of you also had decided to donate the money, you had earned at the photoshoot, to the shelter so the dogs could have a better living environment. You would walk back home, hand in hand, as it snowed. He couldn’t stop looking at you and you laughed when he bumped into objects like streetlights. “Look ahead.” You would tell him. “Why would I when I can look at you?” He smirked, making you let go off his hand and start to walk ahead of him. He ran after you, crashing into your body as he hugged you from behind, picking you up in process as he twirled you around. “I just love you so much, I can’t have enough of you.” He would confess before he kissed you softly. “I love you more.” You whispered against his lips. “Impossible.”

After the two of you came home, you went to walk with the dogs, who were also very excited to see you after hours alone with each other. Later on you and Hyunjin would change into you pyjamas and sit on the couch. It was already getting late, so you suggested to get into bed and watch tv there. The two of you would be laying in his bed as the tv played, you both weren’t paying attention to it at all as you suggested to buy each other gifts. “We could do a ‘secret Santa’?” Hyunjin suggested. “But I know you would be my secret Santa and visa versa, you dummy.” You laughed as Hyunjin facepalmed himself. “But we could keep it secret what we got each other? And it doesn’t have to be expensive, just like three things and maybe a thing for the dogs?” “For the first time in our relationship you’ve said something intelligent.” You gasped sarcastically. “Get over here!” Hyunjin would mumble before he turned over to tower over you and tickle you as you laid under him.

You would squeal loudly, making the dogs jump up and run to you worried. You would be out of breath after the tickle fight. The two of you now were exhausted. Hyunjin was resting his head on your chest as you laid together in bed. The two of you had fallen asleep together, but never really purposely slept in the same bed together, since the both of you were either too shy or too awkward. Hyunjin had sneaked into your room every now and then when sleeping over, claiming he missed you. He would get into your warm bed and cuddle together.

He looked up to you with tired but happy eyes before the two of you drifted off to sleep.

The next morning it was already the twenty-third of December, the two of you got up early after a, for once, good sleep. You two were headed with your dog carriers to the mall where you had split up to get each other presents.

You were lost at first on what to give your boyfriend. You had looked around for ages at the mall. You had ran into Hyunjin every now and then, him grinning at you as he not-so-smoothly passed you, trying to hide the bags he was carrying. “You better get me something!” Hyunjin told you with a playful grin on his face. “Calm down! I need inspiration!” “Y/n! You know me! Don’t think to hard!” He said before he ran to you and pressed a kiss on your forehead before running off to his own adventure again.

In the last hour of the two of you being at the mall, you finally came across a boutique where you brought him a new necklace and a nice blouse he could wear for Christmas. You didn’t doubt it if he’d look good in it or not, your boyfriend looked handsome in anything. He could be wearing a trash bag and you would tell him to strike a pose for the ‘gram.

You got Kkami a cute new collar that matched Hyunjin’s new blouse, so the two could match for Christmas. Lastly you got a bunch of snacks for him and some beauty products to keep his skin healthy and pretty.

When the two of you got home, he would be in the living room and you would be in the kitchen as you were both wrapping the gifts. “Hyunjin stop peeking. I will eat all the cookies by myself if you’re not going to quit it!” You sighed as your boyfriend kept barging into the kitchen to ‘get something he needed’. “I’m not, Kkami wanted a- uh-“ “You’re not talking yourself out of this one Hwang.” You laughed at your speechless boyfriend. “Shut up.” He muttered with a pout on his lips, making you laugh harder.

After you were done with wrapping your presents, you were getting bored since Hyunjin was wrapping his presents at slug-speed. You decided that it would be fun to mess with him. You grabbed his phone sneakily before keeping it in your back pocket as you made your way to the electricity box. You flicked the switch, causing the apartment to go dark, making you giggle as you heard Hyunjin yell in surprise. “Baby? Where are you?” You decided to keep quite as you stayed where you were. “Baby, this isn’t funny.” Hyunjin called out once more. “Y/n, I can’t find my phone and it’s dark and you aren’t responding to me, please just say something or make a noise.” He begged.

You could hear him walking closer to were you were, bumping into walls every now and then until he finally reached you. You had a flashlight ready and aimed at your face to make you look scary as you jump scared your boyfriend. Hyunjin yelped and fell down dramatically as he jumped in shock, making you laugh as you turned the electricity back on. “What was that for? You gave me a heart attack!” Hyunjin cried out whilst laughing along with you. “I was bored.” “Excuse me? So that makes you think it’s alright for you to give me a heart failure?” He chuckled as he sat back up straight. “You make my heart fail everything I look at you, this is a little payback.” You winked before kissing his head and walking away from your now-flustered boyfriend.

The night went on with the two of you being bored out of your mind, it was nowhere near bedtime and you both wanted to do something. You ended up watching YouTube videos together, when you suddenly stumbled across a video where dogs were paw-painting. You and Hyunjin looked at each other with wide eyes as the video that was streaming on the tv continued to play. “I’ll get the paint!” Hyunjin yelled as the both of you shot up to get the stuff to be creative with your pups. The dogs thought you wanted to play with them and made you chase after them, as they wagged their tails happily. Hyunjin walked back into the room, with a big plastic spread and a couple bowls and towels.

“I don’t think it would be safe for the pups to use regular paint on their paws, so I thought about using food as paint.” Your boyfriend wiggled his eyebrows as he suggested the so-called brilliant idea to you. You laughed loudly when your idiot forgot to put the lid on the blender, making the strawberries go everywhere.

“I can’t believe I’m dating someone as dumb as you.” You giggled as you wiped some of the strawberry mush off his face. “But you love me.” He sang sweetly before shooting you a wink.

Finally after preparing the ‘dye’ you dipped the paws of your pups into the mush. You let them walk around on the canvasses and the now-not-so-blank-anymore papers, making you and your boyfriend laugh when they started to chase each other and licking their own paws, enjoying the sweetness of the strawberries.

After the fun, you let the paintings dry and coated them with a thick layer of hairspray, both not in the mood for flies to be attracted to your new artwork. Hyunjin started to whine eventually that night, because he was in the mood for something, but since the both of you had used your fruit for art, you were out of it. Hyunjin whined some more and tried to drag you off the couch to make you join him on his quest to get some snacks from the convenience store. “Can’t you go by yourself?” You groaned as you hugged the couch for dear life as your boyfriend kept trying to drag you off it. “I don’t want to go by myself.” He whined. “You big baby.” “Yes I am, only for you and I don’t want to be alone, so can you just get your butt off the couch and come with me so we can get over this.” “Ugh, alright, but you owe me one.” You slowly got up, making Hyunjin groan this time. “Stop being such a slug and get moving woman!” He picked you up, making you squeal as he walked the both of you towards the door.

“Wait! I don’t have my shoes on!” You yelled, almost cutely, making him chuckle. He picked up a random pair of yours and grabbed your coat and threw it over you whilst still holding you, making you scoff in disbelief.

An hour or two later, the two of you had finally returned home from your little adventure. Hyunjin almost sold out the entire store, he had bought so much. You were just staring at him in disbelief and shock as he rushed around with his basket, filled until the brim with snacks and drinks.

You got even more embarrassed when you ran into some ‘fans’. The pair of you loved making pictures of each other and having little photoshoots, since the you two are just breath taking. And the people on the internet seemed to love it as well. You had almost a couple million people who followed the two of you. They found your relationship adorable and your looks of course more than pleasant. The three girls who squealed when they saw the two of you bickering away, caught your attention. And when they stared to compliment you, you began to hide your face into your boyfriend’s chest, making them squeal all over again. Even though the two of you looked like a mess, you still agreed to take a picture with them after they asked.

Now after that lovely late-night adventure, the two of you had changed into your matching pyjamas and both stuffed full with whatever Hyunjin had bought the two of you, both laying on the couch whilst listening to R&B love songs together.

Later, he suddenly grabbed your hand and raised you on your feet. He had pulled you close to his chest as he suddenly started moving slowly to the beat. You laughed warmly at his action and out of instinct, wrapped your arms around his neck whilst looking at him adoringly. He twirled you around, receiving a pile of giggles from you. You spun back into his arm and you held his cheeks into your smaller hands. He leaned down with a smile as he pressed a soft kiss onto your lips.

Even the dogs seemed to join in after a while, but in reality, they were chasing your colourful socks, trying to munch on them.

“What?” He asked you as he caught you staring at him. “I just love you so much.” “I love you too baby.” He chuckles, whilst shaking his head. “Don’t laugh at me and just kiss me you fool.” You whined before pulling him close again.

The next morning, you woke up early. Which you usually did compared to your boyfriend, since he was such a heavy sleeper. You could throw him off your bed and he would still sleep through it. When you were buying gifts for Hyunjin the other day, you found a mistletoe and went to bought it. You were trying to hang it up above the doorframe until your boyfriend walked in, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes as he spoke to you with a yawn. “What are you doing?” He asked, holding your waist protectively to make sure you didn’t fall off the chair you were standing on. “What do you think I’m doing?” You ask in responds. “Hanging up a ceiling booger.” He smiled sheepishly, making you laugh loudly and almost losing your balance.

He picked you up and put you back on the floor, since the branch was hung above the both of you. “You really don’t know what that is?” You asked him in disbelief. “No, what is that ceiling booger thing.” “Guess you fricking moron.” “I don’t know! A booger-“ “A mistletoe you dumbass!” You laughed, making him crumble into a ball of embarrassment.

You immediately exposed him on Instagram, filming him whilst laughing. “I’m dating the dumbest boy in the entire world. He didn’t know what I was putting up, which was a mistletoe. Now tell them what you called it.” “A ceiling booger-“ “A ceiling booger!” You yelled. “Let me die of embarrassment in peace woman!” Hyunjin groans as he clings onto you. “Never!” “Well, you’re always needy for these lips-“ “And that’s enough internet for today! Merry Christmas everyone!” You yelled, turning the camera to you before switching it off.

“You’re so stupid, I love you.” You giggled as Hyunjin was still curved into a ball. “I love you too.” He muttered, whilst still pouting. “Want to take a nap? Our parents are coming back later this afternoon-“ “Yes-“

Once again, you woke up earlier than your boyfriend, a couple hours later. You noticed the sunlight shining through the curtains. Sliding off the couch and out of your boyfriend’s grip you went to open the blinds, planning on annoying your boyfriend. Instead, you squealed loudly in excitement, almost scaring the dogs awake when you saw the thick layer of white snow resting on the city. Running to your boyfriend you almost crashed on top of him, your fluffy socks were slippery than you thought. “Babe-“ “There’s snow outside! Get up! I want to go outside!” You groaned as you tried to get your tall ass boyfriend off the couch.

“Let me wake up-“ “No time! You can wake up in the snow!” You stopped trying to get him up, instead you were hopping around, gathering your stuff whilst trying to put on your snow boots. “Baby, be careful you will hurt yourself.” He laughed tiredly whilst stretching his limbs.

Before he knew it, he was standing outside shivering his butt off. In the meantime you were running around after the dogs whilst making patterns in the snow. Hyunjin smiled to himself as he watched the scene happening in front of his eyes. He saw the two pups running after each other and tripping over their own feet, making both of them end up with their snout in the cold snow. He took out his phone and recorded your cuteness, also contemplating with himself if he should post this online, or to keep this all to himself.

In the end he kept it for himself, since he loved being the only one able to see this soft and sweet side of yours. Sooner enough, he was dragged, for the umpteenth time this morning, and was forced to make snow angels and a snow-couple plus two tiny snow-dogs with you. “Baby, your clothes are soaking wet, let’s go inside before you catch yourself a cold.” Hyunjin groans worried as you were whining to stay outside. “We can come back later you know? Besides, our parents will come home later and the place is a literal mess. I also don’t feel like dying on Christmas day, murdered by my parents for turning the place upside down, so get your cute butt back inside and let’s clean!” Now it was your turn to be dragged, the small dogs following the two of you behind.

And so, the two of you started to clean the mess that you called his apartment. You had compromised that you would clean the kitchen and the living room and that he would take the bedroom and the bathroom. When you were finished you were wondering how your boyfriend was doing so you went to check up on in. You got suspicious when it was awfully quiet. After swinging open the bedroom door you let out a chuckle in disbelief. Here he was, passed out on his bed, a cloth over his face as he laid there.

You wanted to wake him up, but nothing seemed to work. You smirked to yourself after removing the cloth off his face to reveal his puffy cheeks. Blowing raspberry kisses on his cheeks, caused a loud funny noise and before you knew it you were pulled down on top of Hyunjin whilst laughing. “Who told you, you could sleep?” You pouted whilst slapping his arm playfully.

The pair of you would get you would get up and clean the last bits of the apartment, before the two of you went grocery shopping. It was so busy and you two regretted not doing it earlier this week. An elder couple smiled warmly at the both of you when she heard you sing along to the Christmas songs in the middle of the store. The two of you were minding your own business, having a little sing-off in the snack isle, when you heard a sudden applause. “I remember my husband and I being this young and crazy. Just enjoying life and each other. Bless your hearts and may you have a great holiday.” She smiled, her sweet words touching both of your hearts.

When they had left, the two of you shot each other a look and cringed in embarrassment, before quickly leaving the store after gathering everything. Trying to avoid another confrontation from another witness.

“I want it.” “Excuse me- you want what now baby?” He smirked. “Don’t be stupid, I want that.” You said whilst nodding towards the cookie, which you made earlier this week, that your boyfriend was holding. “Uhm, no I picked it up first.” “So, I did all the work I deserve that-“ “You didn’t let me do anything-“ “Because I don’t trust your so-called ‘cooking skills’.” You laughed before trying to snatch the cookie out of his hand.

“Nice try baby, but at least be fair about it.” He said with a smug smile. “And what did you had in mind?” You asked, whilst crossing your arms and staring at him. “Rock, paper, scissors, the winner gets the cookie.” And so, a thirty-minute battle of rock, paper, scissors went on between you and your boyfriend, but still ending up in a tie no matter what.

“This is ridiculous! Let’s do something else-“ “Aegyo battle!” Hyunjin screamed. “Well, that’s something I never thought I’d hear coming out of your mouth.” You laughed in surprise. “Are you in or not? Winner gets the cookie.” “Can’t we-“

You were cut off by an ‘cute’ act of Hyunjin, making you almost scoff in disgust. You shot one right back at him and you could see the change in his eyes from amusement to agony. Or well, sort off. He loved it when you acted cute for him, every now and then, but this time one of the most delicious cookies in the entire world was on the line.

And so the battles went on. In the end you had defeated your boyfriend. “You’re my man. My sweet talented man who I love so much. No this much! No this much!” You said whilst spreading your arms and hugging him afterwards. He started to squeal and pushed the cookie in your mouth, making you groan.

He pouted as he turned his gaze away from you. He really wanted that cookie. “Here.” You said as you broke off half of it and handed it to him. “Wait-“ “If you would’ve listened to me earlier, you would’ve heard me say that we could’ve just split the thing and enjoy it together. Instead of going through all this effort on winning with these dumb battles.” “But you enjoyed them though.” He muffled with a mouth full of cookie, making you shake your head whilst smiling. “Idiot.” “What?” “Nothing baby.”

“Oh my God, I’m an idiot.” Hyunjin whispered to himself as he stared at the cookie jar in front of him. “You’re telling me, that you’ve hidden a full jar of cookies from me?” You asked in disbelief as you stared down at your boyfriend. “I- no!” He stuttered. “Yes you did! Those are so mine now!” You say snatching the jar from him, putting a cookie half-way into your mouth whilst doing a little dance to tease him.

He just smirked and swiftly stepped closer to you and leaned in, keeping eye contact with you the entire time. He bit the other half off, causing your heart to flutter. He would laugh at your flustered state and mock your little dance from earlier. “You can’t just do that! My poor heart!” “You asked for it.” He smirked. “How can my heart handle your handsomeness-“ “Woman look what you’re doing to my heart!” He groaned back whilst the both of you clutched your chests dramatically.

“By the way, do you want to open the present later, or right now?” Your boyfriend asked, after he had caught his breath. “Let’s do it now, our family will be back later and I want some time for ourselves.” You responded. “You said that as if we didn’t had any alone time these past days.” He laughed, before he walked off to gather all the presents.

You two sat across from each other as you opened the presents you had bought for one another. Hyunjin loved the blouse, the necklace and the matching collar you had bought for him and Kkami. To top that you had bought him a new game for his Nintendo Switch, that the two of you would probably play later that night.

Hyunjin was excited to see you opening your presents. He had bought you a nice big and warm hoodie, one with a bit of poof in the sleeves and you loved it. He had also bought you a small bow for your dog that matched the cute hoodie. You immediately went to your pup and squealed at how cute Nana looked. “And we always save the best for last.” He said as he pulled out a velvet box. You had a heart attack when you opened your eyes when he cued you could, the fabric of the box giving you a little hint on what it could be. “Oh my God, for a second I thought you were going to propose.” You muttered flustered, making him laugh as well. “Soon baby, soon.” He muttered back before pressing a kiss on your cheek. “What-“ “Just open the box woman!” He groans, making you jump in surprise and open the box, causing you to gasp.

It was a beautiful ring that was hung on a necklace chain, which matched the ring necklace your boyfriend always wore. “Read the letter baby.” He whispered.

‘Hi baby, It’s been a while since we got together. These past years have been the greatest years of my life. I can’t thank the universe enough for letting us meet and setting us up. You are truly the most amazing person I’ve ever met. You’re an actual gift- no blessing from above and I sometimes can’t believe that you’re mine. I love you so much baby, with this ring I will promise you to exchange that to an actual diamond engagement ring one day. For now let’s match together and be happy. I love you so much. Merry Christmas my love.

Tears were rolling down your cheeks at the end of the letter and you threw yourself into Hyunjin’s arms who was also an emotional wreck. “I love you!” “I love you too!”

Hours went by and your parents had already texted you that they would be on their way back. To kill time you and your boyfriend had decided to check out that new game you had bought him. And the both of you being dramatic as usual, it ended up in a chaotic, and playful, screaming match. “What are you doing! Hey! Watch out! You’re going to get us both killed-“ Hyunjin was cut off by Nana who was barking loudly at him, setting her two paws on his foot to say ‘Stop yelling at my mom!’ Causing you to laugh.

“She’s got my back honey.” You giggled before returning your attention to the game. In the middle of the game, when the both of you started to grow a little tired of it after playing for a long time, you felt cold. “Did you turn on the heater?” You asked Hyunjin who just stared blankly in front of him. “Oh my God, I really am dating a dumbass.” You laughed as you got up to check it out for yourself. “No wonder we were freezing our asses off! You never turned it on?” You asked, still in disbelief of his stupidity.

“Well, I was excited for Christmas and I forgot-“ “Nonsense, you’re just dumb-“ “No need to hurt me woman!” He groans dramatically. “I’ll make us some tea, go get the blankets. It will take some time to heat up the entire apartment.”

You would be cuddled under a blanket with hot tea in your hands as you sat on the couch, dogs laying comfortably in between the space of you two.

“I’m so glad our parents are coming back today, I really want to go out and eat some nice food with all of us.” He mutters as he had rested his head on your shoulder. “So, you’re saying that I don’t cook well-“ “Don’t do that. You know what I meant. Stop playing.” He groans as he shuts you up with a kiss pressed onto your lips, causing you to hide your face in his chest. He laughed loudly before hugging you and pressing yet another kiss on top of your head.

“Hyunjin?” “Hmm?” He responded. “We got to walk the dogs.” “It’s cold.” He whined as he looked outside to see that it was snowing yet again. “I know, but we better do it now so we can return back to our cosy warm blankets.” You would make your way through the park, hand in hand as you had both of your dogs on a leash. Suddenly, and to this day you still have no idea what overcame your dogs, but they started to run around like crazy. “What- Nana calm down!” You yelled as she ran around you and Hyunjin. Kkami copying her actions, causing you and Hyunjin to end up tied and their movements made the two of you fall into the snow together. “Did we just get pranked by our dogs?” You laughed in disbelief as you hugged your covered-in-snow-boyfriend. “I believe so.” He laughed as well as he tried to untie you. “I guess we got to get back and get a hot shower then, cause that blanket isn’t warm enough for this crap.” You whined.

Not long after returning home, you had hopped into the shower. And when you were done you put on one of Hyunjin’s sweaters, instead of the new one he had bought you. You really wanted to safe that one another time, especially since the both of you were getting dressed up to go out tonight.

Hyunjin gasped loudly and dramatically when he saw you walk in with his hoodie on, as if he had never seen you in his clothes before. It was just one of the few things that had him smitten for you. He wanted to rush over to you, to hug you. And expecting you to hug him, instead he got you dodging away from him and squealing. “I just got warm.” You whined once again. “And I’m freezing still. And you just happened to look awfully comfortable and warm. Just let met hug you-“ “No!” “C’mon! Just a little hug!” He teased, whilst running after you. “No! Get away from me you cold demon!” You squealed as you tried to dodge him still as you ran around the couch.

For a moment, the two of you were staring each other in the eye and he suddenly smirked at you, causing you to gulp loudly. He jumped over the couch and tackled you to the ground. “No! Defeat!” You yelled, before bursting into laughter, which turned into squealing not much later when Hyunjin pressed lots of kisses onto your skin.

And yet again, the two of you fell asleep. This time you laying on top of him. There’s a reason why people call you the ‘dream couple’. But Hyunjin would try and convince you that it was scientifically proven that napping together strengthened the bond of someone’s relationship. And to your surprise it actually was an article, so you just went on and lived by science’s words.

You two were still asleep when your parents walked back into the apartment. They awed when they saw the four of you, including the dogs, sleeping. Hyunjin’s mother couldn’t help but snap a couple of pictures of the young couple. “Aren’t they sweet together?” “They are, aren’t they.” The mothers cooed. “My baby girl is all grown up.” Your father whispered dramatically, receiving a slap on his chest from his wife as he ‘pinked’ away his ‘tears’.

“Maybe we should go on vacations more often, they seem to have handled this quite well.” “We should. And I think they would love to have some more alone time at home.” “No, not Y/n she loves us. My little princess would never-“ “Honey stop it.” Your mother laughed at your father’s drama act.

“Can you guys be quiet, she’s sleeping.” Hyunjin whispered, causing the four parents to jump in surprise. “Gosh, you’re awake. How was it honey?” His mother whispered as she went to kiss her son’s forehead. “It was great mom, I got to have a taste on what it was sort of like to live with her. I really am looking forward to us living together. I love spending time with her, or being around her in general. And I really am not just saying that because her parents are right there. I genuinely love your daughter and I hope to spend the rest of my life with her. And no, I didn’t propose, even though this may sounds like I did. But I did promise her that I would exchange the promise ring into an engagement ring one day.” Hyunjin whispered as he looked down at you adoringly.

“We would be happy to have you in the family Hyunjin. You already got our blessing.” Your father responded, causing Hyunjin to smile happily. “I promise to take good care of her.” “We know you will.”

He looked back down to you and sneakily pressed a kiss onto your hair. Christmas with his family, his dog, your dog and of course you were the best. Knowing that he got your parents’ blessing, his day couldn’t get any better.

He for sure now knew what he would get you next year.

Station 19 Finale Thoughts

I decided to watch the season finale of Station 19 to see if I could glean any clues as to what the original finale for this season of Grey’s Anatomy was supposed to look like before COVID-19 forced them to shut production down. I was surprised in that I didn’t find as many clues as I was expecting. I did some research and it turns out that this episode and several previous episodes of Station 19 were originally supposed to have more Grey’s content, but when they were forced to shut production down and it subsequently became clear they would not be able to film the remaining four episodes of Grey’s Anatomy, including the finale, they went back in and edited out the content that no longer made sense without the Grey’s episodes that were supposed to follow.

This helps explain why there aren’t as many clues as fans had hoped for because they edited those scenes out. As it stands, we don’t really get any more information about the characters on Grey’s that we didn’t already know. With the exception of Teddy whose comments imply that she’s looking for forgiveness from someone. I do have some thoughts though so let’s dive in. After a night of partying and drinking the Station 19 crew are called in because of an explosion at the old Pac-North hospital. Everyone is hungover except for Ben who was home with Tuck and Joey because they’re sick. Over at Grey Sloan, Sullivan undergoes surgery to try and alleviate his leg pain.

First off, was anyone else surprised to find out that Pac-North still existed? I thought the hospital was shut down and its employees absorbed into Grey Sloan? WTF? The characters go onto explain that Pac-North is only mostly closed with some departments such as admit, the ER, and radiology still operating on the first three floors. I really hope they address this next season on Grey's because I am confused. Watching Ben razz his co-workers was hilarious. I loved his line about the state they were in made him glad he had to stay home with his sick kids last night.

I loved the scenes with Amelia. I have to give Caterina, the actress who plays her, so much credit because in the last few seasons she has taken Amelia from a character I couldn’t stand to one that I love. I hated the character for a long time, but I love post-tumour Amelia. She’s so strong and she’s come such a long way. I'm glad that she's finally doing well and is mentally stable and is managing her addiction and recovery well. She deserves to be happy. I love that we got to see her using her own experience to help Sullivan with his drug addiction and Andy with her fear.

Dr. Alba, the woman who died trying to save her lymphoma research, made me cry! She wanted so badly to save her research and her specimens in order to save countless lives that even when the firefighters told her they had to evacuate she just couldn’t let it go. I cried watching her die. I’m glad the team was able to save some of her research and her mice so that her work could continue after her death. I love that they got the samples. I bet the Bomb Squad and the other Firefighters were so confused! Haha! Bunch of firefighters coming out of a compromised building with a bunch of samples looking like lab techs. My favourite line of this whole episode was when the team walked out carrying all of the samples, research, and specimens and Maya looked at them confused and said, “Why are we carrying rodents 19?” Too funny!

It was great seeing Meredith! I’ve missed seeing her on my screen. I really like Meredith and Andy's friendship. It's great to see Meredith smile and be happy and be herself again. I’m glad she was able to be there for Andy when she needed her and help give her some clarity. My heart broke for Andy in this episode. Especially when she said that the memories that had come back to her made her think that her mother was so unhappy that she killed herself. I loved Meredith’s line, "Sometimes a breakthrough can look another lot like a breakdown." I also liked that she was able to use her own experience with the memories that came back to her about her mother's pregnancy and Maggie's existence to help Andy through her pain.

Also, they have definitely added more plants to the plant room and I'm calling it. That is too many plants. WTF? That's way too many. How does the hospital have such a large budget for greenery? What the heck? I loved the scene where the police showed up and arrested Chief Dixon! He is going down! I’m so glad. Dixon’s not only corrupt, but his lack of regard for human life is just straight up dangerous. Justice!

We also get to see Maya face some hard truths. In this episode her Dad shows up and she finally sees him for who he truly is: an abuser. I thought they did a good job of showing what a powerful force denial is in the face of abuse and how abusers will change things on a dime and blame others for it to mess with them and get what they want. Maya’s Dad does this to her all episode until she finally sees it and takes action. At the beginning of the episode her shows up at the fire station wanting to talk, but she can’t talk because she’s at work and a call comes in. Then he sees her on the news so he comes to the scene. She hears him call out to her so she comes over to talk to him only for him to tell her to get back to work because he wants to see her in action.

Later on she’s in the middle of talking to the bomb squad when he starts shouting at her from behind the yellow tape. She comes over to talk to him confused and he starts yelling at her for doing her job and playing firefighter while her family is falling apart. She explains that she’s doing her job and he shouldn’t be there. He starts arguing with her and then ducks under the yellow tape and continues yelling. She tries to reason with him, but when that doesn’t work she goes into firefighter mode and tells him he’s a civilian and he needs to get back behind the tape. He screams at her that he won’t be spoken to like that and Maya tells he can either get back behind the tape or she’ll have him removed. He doesn’t move so Maya turns around to go get help and that’s when stuff gets real.

Maya’s Dad grabs her by her ponytail and attempts to assault her in broad daylight. Members of the bomb squad and other firefights see this happening and rush to her aid. They hold him back as he taunts Maya about how she needs big strong men to protect her and how he won her all of those gold medals. In a powerful moment Maya finally sees her Dad for what he is and shouts back that she won those gold medals for herself, unlike him who wins things for other people. Later back at the fire house Maya cuts off her ponytail to remove the reminder and tells Jack that she feels stupid for not seeing what everyone else could see so clearly. He tells her that’s usually how these things go. Their talk inspires her to go apologize to Carina and try to make things work.

I’m glad that Maya apologized to Carina and that they're back together! I love them! They’re so cute. Also, Teddy is standing right there telling Carina to forgive Maya if she loves her which is interesting because this episode was supposed to coincide with the Grey’s Anatomy finale. I wonder who Teddy is talking about here. Is she wishing Owen would forgive her for having an affair with Tom? Is she wishing that Tom would forgive her for sleeping with him and then trying to marry Owen? Or Both? Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait till next season whenever that may be to find out.

And of course in true Shondaland fashion the most shocking part of all came in the last 10 minutes of the episode. When Andy went to a motel to see her Aunt Sandra and ask her some questions and we found out that her Mom was not in fact dead, but alive. I’m so confused. My guess was going to be that Andy's parents were going to get divorced and then she died, but it looks like she's alive and well so what the heck? I might actually watch the Season 4 premiere of Station 19 in the fall just to find out what happens with Andy's Mom. Does she know Andy's Dad is dead? Why was she hiding? Was she actually sick? I have questions.

I also have a couple of theories as to how the original finale for Grey’s Anatomy was supposed to go. Clearly, they were supposed to bring the patients from the Pac-North explosion to Grey Sloan for treatment and we know from reports that the original Grey’s finale was supposed to include some kind of explosion which was supposed to take the life of a major character and critically injure several others.

So based on that I have two theories as to how the season finale of Grey’s Anatomy was supposed to go. Theory 1: The firefighters bring the patients from the Pac-North explosion to Grey Sloan for treatment. It turns out one of the people they evacuated was the bomber and that person has a bomb hidden on them that goes off in the ER. Several main characters are caught up in the explosion and the cliff hanger is you don’t know who lives and who dies. In next season’s premiere we find out that one of the main characters died and that several others were critically injured with someone possibly losing the ability to operate. The first half of the season would then showcase the doctors attending this person’s funeral and grieving the loss while working to recover from their injuries and what happened.

Theory 2: The episode starts by creating a false sense of security. The patients from the Pac-North explosion are brought to Grey Sloan for treatment which floods the ER with patients and the doctors there scramble to help everyone. Things are chaotic, but none of the characters lives are in peril until an explosion goes off in one of the upper floors. The Station 19 crew rushes to the scene and together with the bomb squad they determine that whoever set the bombs at Pac-North also planted bombs at Grey Sloan. Either because the hospital has a similar research project that uses embryonic stem cells or something similar or because the bombing was in fact personal against a doctor or researcher that worked at Pac-North and was in the process of transferring to Grey Sloan. The employees struggle to evacuate themselves and their patients and in the process several bombs go off on different floors injuring or trapping several main characters and the cliff hanger and the first half of next season would be the same.

Kidge werewolf au

Family edition

*Pidge and Keith had been together for a couple of years, and Pidge had accepted the “mate” thing rather quickly. In wolf terms they were already a married couple.

* neither one of them are really into making a fuss about things, but Keith still wanted to give Pidge something, so he saved up some cash and bought her a ring. It was a simple band with a crescent moon on it. (Not silver, for obvious reasons)

*literally everyone who has ever known them is shocked. Pidge had never really talked about her love life, and suddenly she walks into work with an engagement ring. Like wtf did you do this weekend, Pidge??? Her family is also surprised when she tells them. They knew she had a roommate but as far as they knew it wasn't serious. the only one not surprised is Matt cause he's visited a few times and figured it out. Keith's dad isn't surprised, cause this asshole saw it coming a mile away. The Kogane family is small. The only other relatives they really have is Texs sister, her husband and son, Shiro. Who was pretty much the only person besides his dad that Keith could trust growing up. Everyone thought Keith would never want to get married or anything of that nature. His aunt is so happy and welcomed Pidge with open arms.

*Pidges family wants to come visit right before the wedding, “you'll barely notice we're there!” And Pidge quickly realised the weekend they plan on coming is the full moon, and she tries to convince them not to stay at the house. The spare room is a mess, there's dogs everywhere. Why not stay in a nice inn? She even offers to pay. But her parents insist she shouldn't waste her money on them and they come to the house as planned. Keith has to leave before sundown with the excuse that he has to work that night. When in reality he's gonna go into the woods like normal and pass out at his dad's in the morning.

“Keith been gone for awhile, they must work him like a dog.”

“Haha that's one way to put it.”

*the wedding is a small thing. Just family and a couple close friends. They rent out part of a cute little rustic inn and have it outside on a lovely autumn afternoon. Tex and Pidges parents are crying. Shiro is Keith's best man. All the decorations are very minimal and simple.

*They're married for about a year when Keith figures it out before Pidge. He and Kosmo could tell very early in that Pidge was pregnant. However Keith didn't want to say anything in case he was wrong or something happened. But as soon as Pidge starts getting morning sickness and gets doctor confirmation, Keith had never smiled so wide.

*Its almost like a switch went off inside him. Lone wolf Keith was now alpha super dad and was prepared for whatever Pidge or the baby would need.

*He painted the nursery, cooked dinner, and any spare moment he had was spent rubbing Pidges growing belly and cooing at the baby.

*Pidge didn't know what to do with all this extra attention, but she saw how happy Keith was and let him be.

*Even when Keith went full werewolf, there was no escape. He kept close to the house, nuzzled the baby bump and curled up with her protectively.

*Keith wasn't the only one though. Tex became world's best grandpa and helped Pidge with things Keith didn't know the connections to.

*When the pack was still around, many of of Krolias friends were having children, and then Krolia herself got pregnant. That's how he learned there was a specialized clinic in the next town over for supernatural beings that they would go to for check ups and delivery. Keith remembers going there for his childhood checkups.

*Because it was so difficult to get appointments there, Tex helped them set things up and give contact info for the midwife that used to deliver children for Krolias pack.

*the midwife still remembers Keith and gushes about how grown up he is. Apparently he was one of the chubbiest babies she had seen with a mess of curls on his head.

*The mystery wasn't whether or not they were going to be a boy or girl, the real question was if it was going to be wolf or human. Keith had explained that in the case of human/ wolf relations, offspring either had the condition or they didn't. None of that half breed nonsense.

* According to Krolias journals, there was ways to tell if children carried the wolf gene. But they were all old stories about conception or birth being on full moons, or having the mother hold silver or take a tonic with wolfsbane and things of that nature. Pidge obviously wasn't going to risk her babies health for superstitious beliefs. Let it be a surprise.

*They had a girl. With black hair and golden eyes.

*Keith cried.

*They named her Cassandra.

*Keith suggested spelling it Kassandra. Beause Krolia, Kosmo, Keith, Kaite. Pidge shut it down though, on the grounds they were not gonna turn their house into “Keeping up with the Koganes”.

*the dogs love her, borderline obsessive honestly.

*there's just three nanny dogs running around the house. Pidge or Keith will usually lay her on her mat and the dogs will lay beside her and keep an eye on Cassandra while they do house work. It seemed like out of the three, Cassandra favored Kosmo most. Her parents wondered if it was a sign she was a wolf.

* It took time for children to change. Usually they start to show signs of the condition after age five. Though both Pidge and Keith noted she got extra cranky around the full moon and the obvious connection she had to other canines. If Cassandra was a werewolf, it would not be a surprise.

*Pidge is usually the one busy with work, so Keith is often left to take care of Cassandra during the day. His dad had to lend a hand a lot at the start after Pidge went back to work. It wasn't until then that Keith realized he knew nothing about children. He had a new found respect for his dad who did this all by himself.

*Cassandra was a cheery and energetic little thing. The dogs were her best friends, and she liked to visit her mom at work where she could see the wolves they were taking care of.

“Mommy, she has a tummy ache.” A four year old Cassandra had said when she visited one of the wolf enclosures. Pidge had the female checked out, and sure enough she had an infection in her stomach that was swiftly treated. Pidges colleagues liked to joke that Cassandra was the “Wolf Whisperer”, Pidge laughed along with them, despite that she knew the much more likely truth.

*it was around this time that Cassandra started to want to go out with Keith on Full moons. She liked to howl and pretend she was just like her father. However, her fifth birthday came and went and still no signs of change. Keith argued that maybe it would not happen until she was older. Then she turned six and still nothing. They began to think that maybe Cassandra's behavior was learned from Keith and Kosmo and not at all from being a werewolf.

*One night when she was almost seven, Cassandra began to wail and throw a tantrum in the backyard. Keith was about to change and run off into the woods like he did every month, and she wanted to come along, shouting that it wasn't fair. Keith and Pidge tried to comfort their daughter, explaining why she couldn't go.

* “I want to go! I'm a wolf too!”

It broke Keith's heart to hear Cassandra cry out like this. But he knew if she hadn't started to turn by now, it was very likely she never would.

“Cassandra, you are not a wolf.” He said sternly.

“Yes I am!”

“No. You're not.”

“Yes. I. Am!” She screeched. And just as she did a pair of fangs sprouted from her mouth and claws came out. Her eyes turned into those of a canine. Keith could feel his own begin to take on the same form as Pidge stared in shock.

Maybe she was a wolf after all.

Alright so I did this for Episode I which you can find here. So.. here’s my weird.. live reaction/note taking/whatever this is.. to Episode ll.

Alright so.. Once again the opening crawl is very politicy.

Count Dooku I think is mentioned for the first time in it and Padme becomes a Senator instead of a Queen in it.. which.. is weird.

The Naboo ships im not sure about.. I like the design but they seem too new and clean for being a prequel. That said they are owned by royalty so i can let it slide i guess.

RedRosette J: I think I was squealing the every time Jin Jin and Ji Won were on screen. Honestly they are super adorable. Next week is finale week and I’m excited to see how they wrap things up. There are still a lot of loose ends to be tied up: the sister, the scandal, Young Shim’s awkward boss, Ah Reum and Woo Sung, the cutie makeup girl and Ji Won’s assistant, Anthony (ugh)…

Jubiemon J: Finally, we had those cute moments between Jin Jin and Jiwon! I was feeling all giddy and excited when I saw their interactions. They’re just so cute. They’re totally giving me those first love vibes. Hehe. I’m a bit worried about how things will wrap up in a span of 4 episodes? I feel like that’s not enough time to give a satisfying ending for all of the characters. We’ve had the mother going blind . . . which will probably lead to the older sister reuniting with the mom. Redrosette mentioned some others so . . . there’s a lot to cover.

Being forced to go along with your sibling’s antics…

RedRosette J: In terms of Ah Reum, I think it was the right time for her to come to the realization that she liked Woo Sung. The incident with the taxi driver was what really made her sure of her feelings. But, the date was AWFUL. OMG the cringing was real! The second-hand embarrassment was so real! I think what made it bad was the fact that they weren’t being themselves with each other. They were trying to do the whole “perfect first date” persona….which doesn’t really work when you know each other so so well. I think that’s what makes Jin Jin and Ji Won great, is that even with the romantic element in their relationship, they are still very much themselves around each other, so its not awkward. Ah Reum, take some notes from Jin Jin’s playbook girl.

RedRosette J: Young Shim and her boss….wow this guy is so so awkward that it’s painful to watch. Like we said in our previous post, he really doesn’t know how to talk to women. I honestly don’t even know if he’s just awkward around her because she’s a woman or because he likes her. It’s so odd.

RedRosette J: Okay these two are hands down my favourite couple of the year. They are so cute together and it’s not even in like grand ways. It’s in the smallest of things. Ji Won running upstairs to see Jin Jin the minute Jin Jin’s Mom leaves so that they can eat together, making fried rice together, being nervous about telling the friends….it’s all so normal. That’s the best part. There doesn’t have to be a spectacle when you’re in love and this drama really captures the essence of everyday life and loves. I’m also really happy that Ah Reum and Young Shim are openly aware and their reaction was absolutely hilarious. (*deadpans* “We already knew” *continues eating chicken*). Also super happy that Mom knows now. Her reaction was also totally awesome (to the brother: “Never go up there again”, to the Dad: “Honey, let’s go slaughter a chicken”). I’m dead. So funny.

Jubiemon J: Redrosette sums it up very well! They’re so adorable during the elevator scene where she’s trying to hold onto his hand and he’s getting all shy about it. I do love how Jiwon does try to be discrete in public because he still cares about Jin Jin’s career and how his actions would impact her. Of course it’s super obvious how much Jiwon is in love with her. The way he just looks at her is pure love. ❤

Issue 2: Whether Anthony got sick in the most pathetic way

RedRosette J: Here’s what I don’t really understand: It’s not like Anthony’s been in love with Jin Jin forever and would literally fall apart without her like Ji Won, so why is he getting sick when he finds out about them? This isn’t a daytime makjang drama. WTF? I don’t really get it. He doesn’t even know Jin Jin. This was so pointless. At least at the end of the episodes he resolved himself to never getting Jin Jin so there is that. Thank God. I don’t think I could have handled anymore noble idiocy on Ji Won’s part if Anthony was actually in the running.

Jubiemon J: I felt like Anthony was more so in love with the illusion of Jin Jin, so he shouldn’t have taken this rejection so terribly. I agree too that he would feel uncomfortable but not to the point where he’s suffering from a bad fever. I say that Anthony was more in love with the image of Jin Jin because Anthony and Jin Jin talked during their Subway meeting. Anthony admitted that he didn’t know that much about Jin Jin. Jin Jin only shows her complete self in front of Jiwon, whereas in front of Anthony, she was still cautious of her image.

RedRosette J Aside: Yea, ok fine, I was wrong about Anthony having had an affair with Ji Won’s fiancee. Turns out he just came to Hong Kong to console Ji Won when he was having a hard time…Ehhh…Whatever I still don’t like him.

Okay the theory was wrong…fine.

Issue 3: Whether Anthony should have told Jin Jin about the reporter’s story immediately after he found out

RedRosette J: Is it just me or does anyone else seriously feel like Anthony is in a totally different drama from the rest of the characters? He finds out about the photo of Jin Jin and Ji Won and instead of doing what a normal person would do, which is to tell the parties actually involved, he resorts to going to the journalist and kneeling in front of him begging him not to post the story. Okay. What?!??! This shit happens only in, again, daytime makjang dramas. WTF. Jin Jin had a right to know because it would impact her. What he should have done was tell her so that her CEO could get ahead of the disaster by announcing that she was in a relationship first so that they could control the damage. It’s PR 101. Honestly Anthony, how do you not know this considering he’s spent his whole life in the entertainment industry? Plus he’s practically a nobody so does he really think that the journalist is going to care that he knelt and begged? Dude get with reality. I think he made the situation worse tbh.

Jubiemon J: I’m always frustrated with how Anthony reacts to situations. He either lets the manager wipe his dirty work clean or he likes to pretend that he’s some white knight. In this case, Anthony chose to act like a white knight and thought that the best would be to beg in front of that reporter. Huh? Shouldn’t he have notified Jin Jin’s agency and Jin Jin? Ugh.

RedRosette J: I love Jin Jin’s character but what I’m not loving is the fact that she treats her mother like a maid. I’m sorry but I’m just not down with that. It says something when the only person who notices that something is off with the Mom is Ji Won. Jin Jin come on girl. Don’t be taking people for granted.

Jubiemon J: Jin Jin’s treatment of her mom isn’t the best, but I’ve seen that happen in many other households. That part is realistic. Sadly, a lot of people take their parents for granted. It’s funny how we often treat the people who are closest to us the worst in a sense? We think they’re all comfortable with our actions/words that they can accept everything, but that’s not true. Everyone still has boundaries and everyone still wants respect.

Issue 5: Does anyone actually stand to lose if the “scandal” breaks out?

RedRosette J: So Jubiemon and I were talking about this and the only person who actually stands to lose anything is Anthony if the scandal breaks out. Let’s be serious, Ji Won and Jin Jin have the cutest, most innocent love story ever. Jin Jin seriously doesn’t give a crap. And everyone relevant already knows anyway so what is the big deal? And the fact that she was on WGM and he is Anthony’s step-brother is hardly cause of dramatics. Honestly, it’s not like she was actually married to Anthony and its not like they were adulterous. Anthony is the only person who stands to lose anything if the scandal breaks. He really just needs to quit and start a new job. This is just pathetic.

Jubiemon J: I don’t think Jin Jin would suffer that much if the scandal were to break out. Arguably, Jiwon might look the worst here because he’s dating a celeb that’s representing their company? That part might look bad on him, but I think he doesn’t care so much about what other people think. He already rejected the president’s niece for Jin Jin, so . . . yeah. As for Jin Jin, she is already a super well-established star and is at an age where a lot of people would pressure her to marry (unfortunately). I think they’d welcome her romance! It’s not like Jiwon is some random guy she met at the bar . . . They’ve known each other for years . . .and she has loved him for so many years.

So... I’ve been missing. I needed some time for myself, I was really down and I just wanted to take a break from existing basically. I haven’t kept in touch with anyone, not even picking up the phone from grandma. I don’t know why specifically but I can tell you what has been happening in my life lately.

But before all that, I just want to take the time to thank you for keeping me up to date with your life and for always remembering me. I received your present last Friday and that made me sooooooooooooooooooooo happy. You have no idea, my favourite thing to colour is animals ^^ also, mom LOVED her calender, she hung it up on our living room and told me to thank you while complimenting your kindness and “foolishness” from wasting money on her. So thank you, thank you very much for your words, your actions and the postcards! They’re really well thought out and it makes my heart warm to know that I have someone who loves me, even if we’re far apart.

Where do I begin though.

As you know, I’ve been promised a job. I’m still waiting for it because the guy is so utterly busy he just can’t find the time to make videos with me. I don’t know, I’m disappointed I guess. Again. Mom also talked to the lady who was going to give me a ton of work and she also said she’s too busy. I might have a shot at teaching english 101 but the burocracy is crazy and idek how to handle situations like that, its all so complicated, my god. So I’ve been a little sad regarding that. But hey! What else is new? Ah! Since I’ve been feeling so lost and just down, I took on a little project. At first, it was going to be a turtle but the money to keep one is sooooooo much that I decided on dwarf hamsters. They’re very cute. They’re also kinda boring because they don’t interact with us but eh they’re nice to look at and feed and stuff. At first I got two: Francis and Sebastian. I read online that males are usually more calm than females so I decided on two males. AND I build their cage out of a plastic storage box, that wood flooring they have, cardbox as bed and stairs a wheel, a bird nest and feeding / drinking objects. It gave me a purpose, you know? And I was a little happier for a little while. They now live in my closet because my cats are crazy killers and they don’t leave the poor things alone. So during the day I leave the door open from the closet so they can see sunlight while I keep the door to my room closed so they can’t get in. At night I close the closet and leave the door open for the cats if they want to sleep on my bed. Oh! But that’s not all. I went back for a third mouse because the box was just so big for 2 little creatures. When I got to the store I said I wanted to take one more and the lady went. “We have two here but one is not for sale because he doesn’t have a leg so we can’t sell that one.” but I had noticed that one of the hamsters I had home had a limp so I told her that and she apologized and said I could take it back and they’d give me the money back for it. I said no way! The creature is no less of a creature because it has a limp! So the lady said she would offer me one hamster instead. I agreed to that (duh) but I saw that there was only one left in the cage so I told her I’d take that one too so he wouldn’t be alone. So now I have four hamsters living in my room. Oh! The others’ names are Aiden and Josh. They’re all named after characters from shows I love hahaha

Still on the animal train, we have Lolita! Lolita is a very pretty, young cat who gave birth to three kittens last month. She belongs to a friend of grandma’s and the poor cat got pregnant basically because the woman won’t sterilize her and she didn’t want to hear the cat whine so she let her free. Someone found her on the street, shaking, quivering in fear under a car and with major weight loss. Instantly, I wanted to take Lolita from that woman. And I might. I’m going to propose to her that I take her to the vet and do an aids test on her. I can’t add an aids cat in my family but I can help with the kittens. Mom wants to adopt one so we might just do that. Or take them all to the vet for responsible adoptions, because wtf... People are so selfish. I spent a whole hour in her house with Lolita and her kittens. Lolita is so gentle and thin and her cubs are still so small they can’t even meow sometimes. One is black and white, the other is white with brown spots and the other one is white and bege. They’re ALL adorable. But this kind of thing triggers me. I know I can’t be the super hero, saving all the animals but that makes me sad and just bleh.

Moving onward, in a talk with mom she said I had my savings from my childhood in the house and not in the bank anymore and it was a decent amount so instead of just worrying about the future all the time and seeing mom getting so stressed about money, I took her with me to the mall nearest, to Primark so we could both get some new clothes. She was really happy so we went once again days later. I paid for all of it. It wasn’t much but it was something we could never afford if it wasn’t for the savings since mom isn’t doing so well in her job. Anyway, I got sunglasses from dad that cost 25 CENTS!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, that’s how cheap that store is. You can get amazing deals. He was so happy for the random present hahahaha. I also then took a little more cash out of the envelope and told mom to come with me to a store nearby where the supermarket is, she was confused and asked why so I asked her “black, white or gold”? She was even more confused but on our way there she yells “YOU’RE NOT BUYING ME A PHONE ARE YOU?”. Let’s just say mom’s phone belongs in the 1700s and it has a lot of issues. So I searched online and I got a great deal from that store. Mom was FLOORED. It was nice to see. She’s been so down too so I wanted to cheer her up a bit! And it worked, she loved the phone. It’s no Terminator but it works fine, so ^^

I also got you a couple cute things but idk when I’ll be sending them because our post office is working like SHIT!!!!!!!!!!! I’m super mad at them. Remember when I told you I had some stuff from ebay coming? ONE IS STILL NOT HERE DUE TO A TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY. I was so pissed at them I emailed them to insult the crap out of them. Sigh. I hope it comes back soon or I’ll destroy the company with my screams.

Mom bought me an aloe vera plant.

I started washing my hair with shampoo after 1 year of flour. It’s organic, biologic and plant-based blah blah so that I can finally not have flour in my hair all the time but still don’t damage it with chemicals. I didn’t even know such things existed LOL but at the mall I saw this store glowing green and checked it out and NOW I AM FREE OF FLOUR HAHAHAHAHAH

In the meantime, I went to two funerals. No one I knew personally but they were family of family, you know? It made me remember to pray, I had forgotten the words hahahaha. And I like churches, they look old and historical and smell wooden-y hahahaahah I’m an idiot.

Anyway, basically I just dug myself a hole and covered it. I’m ready to resurface now, bit by bit. Thank the lord for TV series. Spoiler alert, Jon Snow sleeps with a very hot woman. LOL But what’s really got me going is this series called Being Human and it’s SOOOOOOOOOOO good. It’s about a vampire, a werewolf and a ghost who live together. They’re all friends against their species “rules”. It’s so dramatic and violent and romantic and emotional and omg I just want to marry Josh, he’s my little Teddy Bear. You should check it out! I think you’d like it. Don’t watch the UK version, that SUCKS. Watch the US remake. Ughhhhhhhh. I even wrote fanfiction about me and Josh HAHHHAHAHAHAHAHA It’s silly but when you’re by yourself that’s what you do.

I just... I really can’t explain it. I fell like Alice in Wonderland (idk if you’ll get the reference or if you saw the movie) but she falls down this hole in the ground and there’s all sorts of things she sees around her like tea pots and chess tables and singing butterflies AS SHE FALLS (more like floats down). And then I felt trapped, I didn’t know which way to go. Should I wait for work here, should I just pack my things and go to Ireland? It’s all so blurry and I think the anxiety of it all caught up to me.

Which reminds me! I upped my meds and they’re working well :)

What else...

Hmmm, oh I have the flu -_- I think I caught it from a kid at dad’s house the other day I went there to have dinner with them. I feel like I weigh 1000000000000kg but it’s all physical, you know? Clogged nose, horrible dry cough, bit of a fever. Nothing that won’t cure itself.

I think that’s all there is to tell, actually. The rest of my days I just spend watching shows with mom, sleeping the day away because the meds make me sleepy, walking Mel, taking naps, and more naps. Oh right! And I’m doing therapy too. They stopped the OCD therapy for now because I believe I’m in a good place right now, controllable state that I don’t need a doctor to continue with my treatment for that. But now we’re going all the way back to my childhood and why I only have nightmares and why do I dream of the same guy over and over who I didn’t even date but like... it was a crush in MIDDLE SCHOOL. She basically said I’m emotionally damaged (what a surprise) and that led to consequences such as not liking men unless they’re fictional. But we just started on that so we’ll see where this goes. I think that put me down too, I had to write about every guy I had been involved even at 12 years old and I hated remembering all those times and people and that ALSO contributed to me not being in the brightest of mood.

Then I tried joining a RP as JB from GOT7 because he’s a hot piece of ass. I was on like 7 different dates, not even kidding but I lost interest because they were too easy. I left and joined as Yeeun. No one talked to me so I left again and came back as Ken and his ex from a rp like... two years ago is there and it’s so awkward I just stopped showing.

And that has been my life!

You have no idea how much I’ve missed you and I wanted to talk to you but I just didn’t have the strength... I’m sorry about that and for not being there when you needed me, I truly feel so bad. But I’m here now okay? And I’ll even rewind here so that we don’t clog the messenger feed (which we tend to do a lot)
