Everyday that goes by I realize just how much I have changed. I have become someone who won’t let things get to get anymore. I try new and challenging things everyday. I still make mistakes and I still eat normal foods but I have learned how to enjoy those things. I used to believe all the excuses I used to have. I really believed that I didn’t have time to be healthy or workout. I really believed I was ok with the way I looked. I really thought I was doing everything I could to make life worth living but in reality I was miserable, unhealthy, unhappy, I had no energy and didn’t feel like I had the time. * Now almost a year later I truly can look back and say I was just making excuses for not doing anything for myself. With almost a year of the right nutrition and working hard I am a completely different person inside and out. I am still doing everything I was doing before and more. I look back on the last 63 days and just can’t believe how much I have changed in places that have been a problem and insecurity for myself.
