I used to believe all the excuses I used to have. I really believed that I didn’t have time to be healthy or workout. I really believed I was ok with the way I looked. I really thought I was doing everything I could to make life worth living but in reality I was miserable, unhealthy, unhappy, I had no energy and didn’t feel like I had the time. * Now almost a year later I truly can look back and say I was just making excuses for not doing anything for myself. With almost a year of the right nutrition and working hard I am a completely different person inside and out. I am still doing everything I was doing before and more. I have the energy to keep up with my kids schedules, the house, and run a business. I look back on the last 63 days and just can’t believe how much I have changed in places that have been a problem and insecurity for myself.
