No matter what you believe you are capable of now you can grow to be so much more! Last year when I did this program I couldn’t even make it through the entire 50 minute workout without feeling like I was dying or had to pause multiple times just to make it. I kept going though bc the 50 series is what changed it all for me. It changed my mindset to see that I am stronger than I ever have myself credit for. I might have struggled through it last year but it will always speak to me. Almost a year later I am doing the workouts and adding to them just to push myself. I never thought of myself as an athlete until I joined a group of people who have shown me that being an athlete is about doing things other won’t. To think this is the same person who was almost 200 lbs and couldn’t walk up stairs is now doing extras for fun.
