Okay but like, aside from how huggy touchy sonic is, can we just talk about how Shadow responded here? He's not expressing himself to a bunch of strangers for sure, but he's also not pushing Sonic away.

When the two first reunited in the void, Sonic hugged Shadow- and Shadow shoved him away. This time, Shadow looked shocked by the sudden touch but we watch him relax surprisingly quickly and just let Sonic hold him like that.
