Yesterday I went back to the gym for the first time in a year or so! The gym I was using closed, so I decided to renew my Planet Fitness membership. It was tough, but I did it!

About 9-10 years between these photos! - This is why I always say: Stop focusing on how much time it might take you to reach your goals. Time is going to pass regardless. You will either look back one day with regret, or look back feeling so proud of your effort and what you have accomplished. 💪 - I know there are still days currently where my mind plays tricks on me and I get discouraged with my progress, but then I look back and see just how far I have actually come. - Looking back I feel grateful for all those times I pushed through and didn’t quit even when I wanted to, and gives me the motivation to keep on moving forward and face whatever hurdles I may be facing ahead of me. - Everything worth striving for comes with a bit of sacrifice and struggle, but if you want it bad enough, it doesn’t feel like sacrifice, it feels like focus and determination. - Keep your eye on the end goal but don’t forget to enjoy the process.
