Lately we have had an incredible increase in northern light activities and each and every time we had a thick layer of clouds covering the sky. It has been difficult lately to cope with the darkness, when days are shrinking down to just a few hours and the sun hardly rises higher than maybe a quarter of the sky. We have had so much cloudy weather and it hardly got bright during the day, while we haven't either been rewarded with some stars at night, due to the same thick layer of clouds. I absolutely love living in the north, but when the weather is as rainy as it has been recently, it is difficult to deal with the darkness. Autumn so far has been exceptionally warm as well, so frosty days have been a rare sight and snow hasn't come yet, though the forecast predicted some to come later this week. yes ! i do ! i'm super new to this fandom so i haven't read a whole Whole lot of them but i feel like "strahm dies at the end" and "take the skin and peel it back" are automatic faves. aurora_borealis has a few f/f hoffstrahm fics that i am a REALLY huge fan of, esp bc of their worldbuilding and detail. so so good. i also really like erebid's fics quite a lot! very spicy and features hoffman getting railed, as he deserves. i also really liked these two fics here!

Radiosilence for a week due to a stubborn cold. I spent the majority of the past 7 days in bed or on the couch, listening to podcasts or watching some series while drinking tea to soothe the neverending coughing attacks. It has been so draining to not only be bound to bed but also miss time at my new job, that I am still so excited about and watch beautiful autumn days pass by my window without being able to charge my batteries with some last sunray before the dark winter. I am finally feeling better though and got to vote locally today, my first vote in Sweden! It was very interesting and exciting and I look forward to my next vote in a few years, where I am hoping to even vote for the parliament, which only Swedish citizens are allowed to do, but that is still a bit more than a year and some bureaucracy away for me.
