mind used to hate her hair because she didnt know how to take care of it and found it a useless waste of time, so she cut it all off. when she transitioned in the beginning , she put extensions in her hair to look more like her brothers and soul helped her take care of her hair and helped it grow out :-)

#okay starting from the beginning of where ppl usually dislike him. apple woods chapter.#he doesn’t give hero/partner the CHANCE to explain themselves despite them being relatively good recruits up until that point.#and that legit might be my only gripe with that chapter bc!!! stories need conflict! I LIKE the conflict in apple woods!!!#hero and partner being punished so something they didn’t do!#the misunderstanding! how team skull (Skuntank) actually outplays the main duo with a clever yet rotten trick. I LOVE that it segways into-#one of the more sweeter scenes of guild members looking out for eachother. I LIKE APPLE WOODS CONFLICT.#but chatot just. not giving them a chance. is so dumb.#I’d personally fix this by having a lil montage of hero/partner fucking up on jobs. A LOT. and chatot giving them a pass every time.#and let the perfect apple incident BE the one where he puts his foot down and doesn’t listen to them. bc he’d given them loads of chances.#and doesn’t want to hear any excuse.#but yeah. I legit dont mind him during that chapter except for that really stupid and frustrating moment.#NOW. "blue would hate shadow" WRONG did you people even SEE how devastated he was when shadow died. blue's entire THING is going "ARGH WHATEVER I DON'T CARE" and then he proceeds to care so fucking deeply about everything. RED, on the other hand, ABSOLUTELY has a precedent for pulling some shit like. idk. locking shadow in a room full of light energy (or something like that) and then when the other three links are yelling at him to let shadow out he's just like "oh but isn't it so much more peaceful around here like this? teehee!!! :3 alright alright i'm just kidding!! i'll let him out now <3" like that little shit didn't even have the barest minimum of a REACTION when shadow died and he canonically holds grudges even if it's not for very long. blue and shadow would not be at each other's throats bro shadow would be hiding behind blue every time red comes into his line of sight for at least a week and a half because red keeps smiling and waving at him in a manner that somehow manages to be both cheerful and threatening at once. except nobody notices it but shadow so blue thinks he's fucking nuts but keeps letting him hide behind him anyway

so funny to me that jenny doesn’t regenerate or anything, she just comes right back to life as the same person. girl how’d you do that.

#no but how’d she do that. why doesn’t jenny have to follow time lord rules.#why’s she function on jack harkness logic. how does she work. fascinated by her.#does this imply that the regeneration ability as we see it isn’t actually like. inherent to the doctor. at least not the way they regenerate #now. because jenny is specifically cloned from the doctor. not another time lord. them specifically.#which. so why doesn’t she get regeneration with that. why does she just get to come back to life.#idk where im going with this. something about this implies to me that regenerstion as it is. is not. how it naturally would be?#that the changing of faces is something that came later. that was added. to a more simple process of dead -> alive again.#possibly as a protective measure? because there’s only so much life one body. one mind. can take before it begins to break under the strain #of it all. in a way regenerations function as compartmentalization of all that time and trauma. but if you didn’t have that you’d have to #hold it all in you at once forever. so it would make sense for regenerations to be engineered specifically in response to that problem.#and so the doctor regenerates. but jenny. cloned. got the original code for regeneration somehow. the one that doesn’t involve a change of #face. so she just comes back to life. idk. just tossing ideas out there i guess. i like jenny :)
