Why prussia still alive? Is there a canon about it? Some said that he is east germany but no one in hetalia call him that and germany considered just one person unlike italy that have two person (romano and feliciano)
Canonically, it seems that while Prussia is still alive, he's slowly losing some of the physical characteristics of Nations - there's that strip where it is heavily implied he can no longer heal instantly from wounds:
I guess he's still immortal but not 100% immune to physical threats.
He's assumed to have become East Germany because, besides the fact that he sometimes calls Germany "West", he is shown to have moved to Russia's after WW2 which mirrors how East Germany was under the USSR's area of influence until the German Unification (following the Fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 and the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991).
(The 'cardboard car' referenced is the Trabant, the most common car that was produced and purchased in Eastern Germany. Its body was made of duroplast, a hard plastic made of recycled cotton waste and resins, sometimes nicknamed 'racing cardboard' or similar term due to this).
There's also a note where Hima mentions 'Ostalgie' referring to post-union Prussia. Ostalgie (Osten [East] + Nostalgie [nostalgia]) is a term that refers to the sentiment of nostalgia for certain aspects of life in East Germany prior to Unification.

The existence of Prussia as an alive character nowadays honestly makes as much sense (or lack thereof) as the existence of a living South Italy.
North and South Italy are also terms that refer to a general geographical, historical and economical division between two territories that are officially and politically, technically 100% one.
I assume East Germany still retains aspects of its past as a separate entity despite Germany having been one for the past 30 years.
My personal headcanon on why Prussia is still alive, besides the fact that as long as a "sense of regional belonging" exists in a relevant number of individuals it makes sense for a Nation to survive, is that he is also being kept alive by the love of fellow Nations, especially Ludwig's but not only him.
It is implied in a note that Nation have a certain degree of power on other Nations. While it was most likely just a light-hearted note and shouldn't be taken too seriously, it was mentioned that it was America's strong belief that made Finland become Santa.
So I guess, if some Nations love strongly another one, and there's enough humans who still feel some kind of personal bond with it, it is possible for them to keep the Heta-Country alive.
... On a side note, if this is true, then Feli must feel absolutely devasted that his love couldn't keep HRE alive </3

How would you end XXX/Would you change the ending of XXX?
I feel Hetalia needs some kind of really nice, wholesome ending with the nations all doing something fun and silly with each other. They have many differences, but they can relate to and understand each other in ways no human can, which allows them to come together and feel a sense of belonging. They can't fix the world; it'll never be perfect, but there is hope for the future.
They could play games, sing songs, and reminisce on some Hetalia scenes from the past, like:
America: Remember when we sat around a campfire on that island? England kept chanting like he was trying to summon the devil!
England: That reminds me of when you prank called me and pretended to BE the devil!
Belarus: Sometimes I like to prank call Poland and just breathe into the phone.
Poland: That was you?!
China: On the topic of pranks, how about that crazy April Fools' Day where we all got blackmailed?
France: Hey, remember when I tried to trick you by pretending a marriage registration form was a calendar?
England: I don't know how you ever thought I would believe that!
Spain: Oh, when I tried proposing to Romano he gave me all these conditions!
Romano: There weren't that many!
England: Oh, I recall when America got upset because I didn't give him chocolates for Valentine's Day.
Italy: Haha! You proposed to him? Germany gave me a ring once on Valentine's Day! It turned out to be this whole big misunderstanding!

England: There was that one time Germany and I stopped fighting on Christmas to play football...
Japan: Rooming with America.
Lithuania: Oh, yes, I liked staying with him, too.
Romano: I guess it was all right.
Belarus: ...I didn't like it much. But some parts were okay.
Russia: Don't worry, we can definitely skip all that!
America: How about that time Russia sent cardboard cutouts to everyone? That was hilarious!
Japan: Hmm...when we learned about America's Furbies?

It ends with them singing a new song, and then finally, Marukaite Chikyuu. Italy then says, "The series may be over, but history never ends!"

If you're comfortable with it, would you mind answering which nations would have a lactation kink? I've got Matt, Finland, Russia and maybe england, any thoughts?
I’m having a huge deja-vu right now. Im convinced I’ve answered an ask like this before but apparently not, or at least I cannot find it.
Anyway, yeah let’s talk about this :D when I read the question I was immediately gonna say Canada and Russia. I totally agree about them. With Russia I’d even go as far as saying he’s into lactation in the senses of giving and receiving (thinking Ivan being trans.. or just into feminisation/pretending to be able to lactate).
England definitely. I mean I constructed an entire petplay/ageplay AU around him and nyo america so that’s not even a question to me, he’s 100% into sucking on his mummy’s nipples for a little treat.
Finland I see as gay most of the time but actually why not. He’s definitely the kinky type and admittedly a lactation kink suits him.
America not so much. He’s appreciates tits but ultimately he’s an ass guy.
Estonia maybe. And Ukraine. I read a SuFin fic with him and Ukraine getting together on the sidelines of some other stuff happening and damn, he found himself mummy right there 👀 also it works perfectly with my headcanon of Ukraine being a soft dom. Give her a lactation kink too and they are a perfect match.
Oh and.. Without further commentary but Prussia (pruhun especially) and France (begging Monaco to indulge in that one with him).

Is it true that estonia is hima's self insert?
I was very curious to research this, because I've always heard about it (like even back when I first got into Hetalia in 2011) but never actually saw actual proof.
Kitawiki doesn't really give a solid proof to backup this statement except for pointing out how the way Hima drew/draws himself shows resemblance to Estonia. And that is definitely true, albeit a mere observation:
The only other reference Kitawiki mentions to backup this statement is a blog entry Himaruya posted in 2009 where he jokingly says that Estonia is the coolest creation in the manga:

Being familiar with his humor, yes I can see him saying that as a reference to the fact that Estonia was at least partially inspired by Hima himself.
Another observation I've come across through the years that I agree with, brings up another point which is: Estonia is put through a lot of stuff. For a relatively niche, secondary character, Estonia got a few funny stories focusing on him that don't really have anything to do with him being the representation of Estonia: he's the owner of the mochis and he met the Nyotalia girls in a dream.
If you think about the nature of Hetalia, this is a level of randomness that is pretty much unrelated with either history, culture trivia or culture clash. It surely is suspicious that he decided to put Estonia, (the character Hima apparently shares resemblance with) through it all and not anyone else.
So yeah, while the rumor doesn't really have 100% solid evidence (like, I don't think Hima ever said it word by word, unless I'm missing some piece of information, like I admittedly haven't checked Hetalia Collezione), there is definitely room to believe it is true.
Japan also is sometimes used as Himaruya's sort of self-insert in the arcs where Japan finds himself in a culture-clash situation with another Nation.

So i was having a hard time with Eduard so is it okay if I sub Feliks? Eduard fits in multiple.

Do you and Iceland get along, same with the other nordics that aren't Finland?
The rest of the Nordics are very straightforward! I get along well with all of them. I'm closest with Denmark and Sweden if we exclude Finland, and we see and hang around each other a lot. I like to call Denmark Taa, and Sweden Tsi - both just come from the words for Denmark (Taani) and Sweden (Rootsi) in Estonian.
