George is well-versed in casual sex. There’s not much of another option for him, really — he doesn’t think he could commit to getting involved on more than a superficial level when he’s half way across the world on any given day. Usually, it’s enough. But watching Max hurry out of bed, bending over to grab at his clothes and throw George’s behind him whilst George is in the middle of wiping come off his stomach, he wonders if he’s so good at casual sex because he’s accustomed to not being worth anything more, and so he’s made what he does get work for him.

He’s been told he’s good at maximising and capitalising his potential since he walked into Toto Wolff’s office with a PowerPoint he’s never lived down and a pipeline dream, so, maybe it tracks.

Later, when he’s focusing very hard on not limping his way through Monaco’s winding streets back to his own flat, an ache between his legs and an emptiness in his chest that’s borderline alarming and something he’s resolutely not paying any mind to, George decides that, yeah. On the topic of eggs, I’ve been thinking about sweet little goddess reader being Morax’s broodmare and having to constantly be by his side because she’s so big and fragile with all of his eggs inside of her little womb (I imagine that draconic creatures would have BIG clutches too, like anywhere from 10-15 eggs). <3

It’s honestly so cute too, the big scary warrior god acting all tender with his wife, holding her hand and bracing her back with his arm to steady her while her balance is shifted when they take walks through the harbor and making sure that there’s an extra seat for her when he has to attend a meeting with someone. <3 - 🍁

WAIT WAIT YESSSSS ALL OF THIS. ALL OF THIS… the part about dragons having big, big clutches… overprotective morax doting on his heavily pregnant little wifey… the dissonance between the stern, serious face he shows in public/everyone else knows and the gentle, caring husband he is with you… god i love this so MUCH

in theory, morax would just leave you at home where he knows you’re safest—it’s hard to hurt yourself at home when he’s already babyproofed and “my wife’s center of gravity is terribly off-balanced now that she’s this pregnant”-proofed the house from top to bottom, but he’ll always feel that having you in sight and at arm’s length is the safest method of all. what if he’s not there to help you if you slip at home or drop something and hurt yourself? you’re safest when you’re by his side, your arms looped through one of his as flustered onlookers try not to make eye contact with either one of you 🥰
