‼️ fuck the MCU disclaimer ‼️
If there’s ever a live action Arcade needed he HAS to be played by Sam Reich. Bingo only confirmed this for me.

But is he strong enough to withstand attacks from The Demogorgon, Vecna and a Red Dragon?

Funny story, at least 3 of these folks are NOT sword fighters.

I love a comic book character where you don’t know their real name. It’s neat to consider the different reasons you don’t learn it.
The Joker? His original name doesn’t matter. The Joker is who he chooses to be. And narratively, not giving him a name dehumanizes him, which works for what writers want him to be.
Forge from the X-Men? Abandoned his past and doesn’t want to engage with it. (Yes, there’s maybe a name Chris Claremont intended for him, but it’s never been stated on panel where it matters.)
Marvel’s Arcade? He’s just a way for writers to put superheroes in Saw traps. His own characterization, identity, and life are irrelevant. Like, if he was allowed to be a full character, his stories would have to spend time focusing on him and take time away from escaping his Saw traps.

Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum is an insanely cool collection of vintage and antique animatronics, pinball machines, arcade cabinets, penny-arcades, nickelodeons, and a million other creepy-cool-crazy old coin-op contraptions from yesteryear. It's a one-of-a-kind exhibit and I love that it's right here in Michigan. If that sounds cool to you, please consider signing the petition linked above. Here are a couple local news stories that sum up this delightful slice of mechanized whimsy and automated buffoonery:
