To each their own, but I personally think Lo’ak not the type to call someone “princess” or “sweetie” . That boy was practically raised in battlefront, he’s mr tough guy, he not calling no one that.

He the type to call someone “baby” in some condescending-man-tone kind of way but he expects it to come off as endearing and flirty.

I’m like 99.99% sure he gets that tone from his father. He his daddy’s son. End of story. Case closed. CANON.

The movie showcased a lot of the ways Lo’ak was rough, brave, rash. It seems out of character for him to use overly sweet terms as mentioned.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not opposed to wholesome fluffy lo’ak! My guess is he’d call his partner “yawne”, “yawntu”, and other similar, short and quippy pet names.

“yawntutsyip” only reserved for when he’s extremely whipped 🌝 perhaps when he’s older, retired from his soldier bravado.
