To me, like so many other artists, it is a threat to us all struggling to get our names out in the world.
It encourages art theft.
It encourages people to disregard the original artist's hard work.
It encourages plagiarism.
It shows no respect for actual artists.
It is the complete opposite of transformative art & expression.
You cannot convince me that relying on an algorithm is a good alternative for artists or newcomers when it backpedals off of other people's work. Works that can take hours, days, sometimes weeks to complete. And all it takes for an AI "artist" is a few clicks and they've got a frankensteined version of someone else's work, with painfully obvious imperfections they don't bother to correct or notice. AI art is no different than people who make Nightcore "music" and claim its hard work.
As a starving artist, this is insulting. I don't care how it works, none of that matters when art theft is strongly tied to it. It scares me that people will abuse these sources to steal jobs from people like myself who desperately want to work in the artistic field (or companies will use AI to do the job itself), and it disappoints me when others try to sell AI art and admit they didn't even draw it!
Am I a perfect artist? No. Do I strive to get better? Yes. Would I consider using it if my hands had to be amputated and I couldn't draw? I’d pay fellow artists for commissions than feed an algorithm that vomits out abominations.
I will never support these sad excuses for "artists", or its community. It will forever lack the one crucial element no artificial intelligence can replicate... Imagination. If you support this garbage community, see no issue with it, think it will be accepted over time and it is the way of the future... You are out of your mind, have lost my support, and I won't be the only real artist out there that will say the same thing.

No Rules Inktober, Day 6
Original: Frankenstein's Monster
When I was doing my own take in the monster, I wanted him to stand out from other interpretations with him having two heads instantly coming to mind, in addition to having electricity sparking from all the bolts across his body. I'm quite happy with how he turned out
One of my favorite original pieces for this month, I was inspired from listening to a lot of symphonic metal, especially songs about pirates. Her name is Captain Clémentine Alarie
I am proud to announce that a second wave of Dinometal T-Shirt designs are currently in the works and are looking for a release sometime in June or July this year! To hold everyone over, you can purchase stickers of these characters busts over on my Redbubble store. As a group or individually! Due to file size limitations, only the Group will be available on my Teepublic store.
I never grew up with Klonoa, but playing a demo of the remakes recently really made me fell in love with the character. I went with the design from the first game as he looks a wee bit cooler
Other than aiming for a Pharaoh aesthetic, I didn't think that much on how I wanted my interpretation to look. But I did like the idea of his bandages being tattered, along with his cane-staff being bladed and having unnecessary bandages wrapped around it
When i was deciding on how i wanted my pumpkin monster to look, i originally drafted a more normal one with a sinister smile and having several vine-like tentacles sprouting from the ground, but the concept seemed a little bit too generic. Instead, i went for a more humanoid approach where each of its arms were different from each other, along with having pumpkins on its shoulders with countless eyes. Ultimately, i'm quite happy with how The Pumpkin Beast turned out!
I had some better poses drafted when i wanted to draw Piccolo, but they weren't coming out right due to a temporary art block, so i had to go with something simple. One day i'll have another attempt at drawing my favorite dragon ball character in a much more dynamic pose
Throughout October, i'll be posting one drawing each day as part of Inktober, only that i'm not doing the Prompt list, and instead will post 15 pieces of original concepts and 15 pieces of fan art. With today's showcasing Zack Taylor & Adam Park as the Mighty Morphin' Black Rangers. Their Megazords were a pain the butt to draw
I drew this mostly because i saw the trainwreck-of-a-film earlier this year, but also because i've always liked the character since i was a kid, and his attire would be a fun draw for inktober
Originally i was only going to include six famous Slasher Villains in the background, but after becoming a recent fan of Candyman and Hatchet, i thought those two should get some love too
