Sunshine Aemond Targaryen x Targaryen reader: part 12
Aemond and Y/n walked arm in arm to dinner, passing many servants but neither noticed the shocked looks on their faces, conversing in high valerian so no one could understand. The two approached the banquet hall, Aemond pulling a chair out to allow Y/n to sit taking the one opposite her. Otto gave a disgusted look towards Aemond, his grip on his fork tight as he demanded food from the poor servant girl. Aegon drowning himself in wine and eyeing up his wine pourer, his gaze lazily going up and down her body as she blushed almost spilling the wine. Halaena and her children were not present as the eldest boy was sick, only a fever but Halaena refused to leave him alone. Alicent tried to calm her father, a servant had brought the princess' sheets to her and unfortunately Otto had been present, storming to the maesters to demand a moon tea only to be informed Aemond had just collected one. Otto had raved and ranted in Alicents private chambers, his words harsh and disgusting as he insulted his grandchildren.
"She is sullied, a common whore! You have raised her wrong Alicent, she is a princess and you have allowed this relationship between the two of them to go too far. We must marry her off." Alicent would not budge on her refusal to sell her daughter to some lord for petty gold, she could not even consult her husband for he was becoming more ill as the hours ticked by, the milk of the poppy no longer helping as he coughed up blood. Sir Criston had slapped Otto when he spoke of the princess as a whore, Alicent thanking him, her daughter was the light of the realm and she would not allow even her father to insult her. She agreed to speak to her daughter once dinner had passed, Otto saying he would drag Aemond down to the cells if need be to keep him from furthering the relationship and ruining their future alliances. Otto had a plan for when Viserys passed, his grandson would sit upon the throne and Aemond would not ruin his plans with his dalliances.
The dinner was silent except for Aegon's whispering in the wine pourers ear, her face bright red as his hand grabbed at her dress. Alicent not stopping him as she worried for speaking with her daughter, Otto too worked up to speak in anything but a raised voice as he looked at the sinful way Aemond gazed upon Y/n. Y/n smiled brightly at her family, her foot resting against Aemond as he stared openly at her, a small blush on her cheeks whenever she caught him. He was not ashamed when she caught him staring at her, instead he would simply smirk and continue to do so until she looked away blushing. He decided he loved to see her so worked up over a small gaze, he imagined how he would take her tonight, planning to eat her like a man depraved. Drinking quickly to help calm his thoughts, but his eyes would still go to her, the way her dress clung to her, the sapphire still around her neck resting against her chest. The slight redness hiding beneath the higher cut where he knew his marks were hidden, his smirk widening as he remembered her small moans.
Y/n refrained from drinking any wine, she did not want her blush to spread as she tried to stop herself from staring at Aemond, he looked so handsome in the soft glow. Her legs squeezed together for some relief as she remembered him between them, she felt hot in the cool room, fidgeting in her seat. Aemond watched as Y/n tried to calm herself, he could only imagine how wet she would be when he finally got to spread her legs, licking his lips he lounged in his chair. The food long forgotten as he watched his sister squirm under his unforgiving gaze, Otto had finally had enough standing loudly.
"Aemond we need to speak. Come. Now." He demanded walking to the council room, Aemond stood slowly, he did not care for his grandfather nor respect him so refused to follow behind him like some dog. Kissing his mother on the cheek before he left, a goodnight to her as she would return to the king soon. Alicent breathed out a sigh of relief once Otto was gone, turning to her daughter she took her hand gently. Aegon taking the opportunity to drag the wine pourer to his chambers, whispering crude things in her ear and promising her gold.
"We have much to discuss my precious daughter." Alicent spoke standing and pulling her daughter to her chambers, she loved her dearly and did not want to upset her. It pained her to see her daughter without a smile and could hardly bare to think of causing her distress but she knew as Queen she had to act quickly.
"Your sheets were brought to me, i do not care to know what transpired, your grandfather is speaking to Aemond. Do not deny what we know to be true, a moon tea was given to him and your sheets were bloodied. You have been foolish, you are a princess." Alicent ranted refusing to look at her daughter or she would simply crumble. She could scream, hit and berate her other children without a single thought but Y/n seemed to draw out the guilt, the want to be better and without her smile it seemed to darken in the chambers. Alicent turned to Y/n, the young girl sat by the fire, a stoic face as she watched her mother before standing. Taking her mothers hands in hers and smiling gently at her, Alicent felt the room brighten and her shoulder no longer carried the burdens on her day.
"Mother, i understand what my actions may cause but you cannot stop me or Aemond from being together. We were born together, made for one another, we cannot be separated no matter how hard you may try. I love you dearly but i will take Cannibal and leave if i must." Y/n had never expressed an urge to leave, she had never thought of wanting to leave but if she could not be with Aemond in kingslanding she could be with him elsewhere. Alicent did not know what to say, pulling her daughter into a hug, she did not wish to lose her. She would rather marry the two and keep them, Aemond and Vhagar were too valuable to lose and Y/n was the only child Alicent could truly say she loved. It hurt to think that she did not love her other children but she knew it in her heart she held it against them that they were born to her, a child herself unable to help them. Alicent kissed her cheek, declaring she would fix everything.
Aemond was shoved to the ground as soon as he entered the council room, Sir Criston standing by the door as guards kept him on the ground. Otto kicking him in the stomach as Aemond laughed loudly.
"You have defiled her you selfish child, she is your sister, your twin, you are bound to protect her from men like you. Now we must marry her to whatever lord will wed her, she had been sullied and you lay there and laugh." Otto shouted, his anger reaching new heights as Aemond rolled onto his back.
"Wed her to me." He stated a dangerous look in his eye as Otto grabbed him by his collar.
"Give her to me, she is mine, she has always been mine. I want my Y/n." He pushed Otto's hands from him, standing up and pulling a dagger from his side. Otto stepped back, guards standing around Aemond as he twirled his knife before sliding it across the floor.
"Wed her to me or strike me down, i will not let another have her." He opened his arms, the look he gave Otto sending pure fear through his veins, Otto did not say a word. Aemond chuckled, turning away and pushing Sir Criston out of the doorway, turning to face his grandfather once more.
"If you speak ill of her again i shall have your head, laws be damned." Aemond left leaving Otto shaken from the encounter, he had always been in control and Aemond was a rogue. Someone to not be trifled with and with the war looming they needed his dragon to win.

The Drag Race line wasn't in the version I watched but I know it exists and do love the idea that Mischa watched it because Noel came out to him and he just googled "gay stuff" (for research purposes) and it came up as a result.
"Space Age Bachelor Man" is my favorite song, no I will not be taking criticism at this time.
I love how Ricky is still a sweetheart despite having just sang a song that included him having an intergalactic catgirl harem. I just feel like media too often makes sexual characters into one-note horny bastards and I'm SO happy that they didn't do that to Ricky. He's still a sweet young man because REALLY WANTING SEX DOES NOT MAKE YOU INHERENTLY SHALLOW OR BAD. (Sorry to rant but I am just really fucking sick of that stereotype / trope.)
Listening to the soundtrack I was like "why is everyone obsessed with Jane Doe" but having now watched it, I get it. Her mannerisms are great and I love her.
"Ballad of Jane Doe" is soo cool visually and I just love Jane's design in general.

I didn't cry but I did well-up at "It's Not a Game".
While we're in that vein, I gotta say I do love "It's Just a Ride". Mainly because I have the general philosophy that life has no inherent meaning and that there is no criteria you should have to fill for your life to be "worth it". Because, life isn't a game, it is just a ride. And, as sad as it makes me to think of 5 kids being snuffed out before they get to do all things they wanted to do with there life, I understand that missing those milestones doesn't make them any less human.
I have a million and one things I wanna do before I die, but my worth would not be stripped if I died today. Because, in all reality, you can't count on the future to come to you. You just have to keep going as far as you can and try your best to not look back.
Okay, that's all I have to say for now and I have to leave for work soon. Don't be surprised if my blog is cluttered with Ride the Cyclone reblogs for the next little while.

everything i know about joan of arc is from bill and ted's excellent adventure. soo many of you aren't ex christian you're just either queer or kinda mad at your parents. whenever yall say frank and gerard are matching their outfits they really aren't. "g note" isn't music theory. lotms is a hilarious awful work of editing. all the bullets songs blur together and yet i also skip multiple. it's really creepy how some of you refuse to talk about against me wo bringing up frank iero. im passing away and other death n suicide related comments about pretty or gender pictures of mcr gets really old really fast. and also its very fucking concerning that y'all don't register those phrases as suicide jokes. source one of my posts turned into that so much so i had to edit it saying to cut it out. also the girl gerard and she/hering everyone is creepy. yall dont know what gnc or drag king or camp or femme means. a lot of yall are fatphobic but refuse to admit it. i have never once listened to an LS dunes song. i actually don't want to know anything about any of these people's children. gerard isnt good at writing comics. or at singing. mikey or ray could sing lead and it would sound better. all of you are creepy racist weird about rays hair and infantilizing him. gerard wearing skirts is like cool and good for them but has made being around mcr fans so much worse uncomfortable and unsafe. no i did not feel safe or empowered or anything to be wearing a skirt over baggy pants to the mcr convert i went to. i was pretty sure people were going to misgender me. since you guys seem to be so good at that already. i never listened to the metal song gerard helped with. i never read the weird book about the black parade.

i really enjoy how unhinge tokageroh is. like ive said before, the writing of this series with their chracters are so good. like they didn’t have to give them so much dept so much substance to say that this spirit is evil but the fact that they did really makes this series an enjoyable read. and the thinking processes and facial expressions we get to see the characters go through is such a treat.
its harder to push forward and do better...be better...and i just LOVE how much they push this idea and go so deep with it. it’s a revisited concept since the beginning and the constant reminder and lessons throughout this series is just so (chef kiss) tasty to read and digest.

i also like that we get to see manta go through his own process and have his own reality and ideas shattered multiple times and rebuilt stronger and new. manta is a perfect character to reenforce the concepts the Hiroyuki Takei highlights in this series....he is, what i would consider, a character that represents the everyday person. manta is portrayed as an average student -- a regular kid with no conncections to this new world he was dragged into by Yoh.

My Book - CANT Ban US!
CANT Ban US! Is the idea I came up with because I did a drag story time at 3 Auckland libraries for children. I got lots of backlash emails spammed from haters both uni and personal emails, Messenger, Facebook, Instagram etc and now they are investigating into all the hate and backlash n might cancel all the events in future years. I also got the idea because drag in many states in the US are passing bills to ban all drag queen performers. They also are passing bills to ban transgender people.

this image was taken as a joke before I performed. My friends were being annoying so I took a photo oh my make up. This make up was done in 30 minutes when my make up takes a long time to do originally. I didnt think I would use this image but Emil liked it and I had a look at it and I started to like it a lot.
I talked about this image in my last post but I just wanted to say That I also think the colours and the background comes together in the photo. I really like my make up.

I took a photo of fields in the shower in their drag. The image was over exposed but I edited it on photoshop. Its not my favourite photo of them but it was the best one out of all that I got on my camera. If I had time i would have shot it again and done better lighting and thought of positions and areas for photos
Reign Bowman
Reign Bowman is on of my favourites I love their shirt in this photo its really good going with the title of the book. I also would reshoot this photo as its not in a good place as where I would want it. The black background. I also would change the lighting and position of them in my second photo
AURA ENVY
Aura envy is a drag super star used to be known as Feta their drag has changed a lot over the years with make up skills dancing creative ideas etc I wanted to capture them in thwir performance because they are a non binary drag performer which I am too. They are really photogenic normally on stage but I don't think I got the right angles for them on stage because I dont like the photos as much as I do of others I did a big shoot with them on the 3 sd cards I lost but thats okay I still got to put them in my book which I wanted. I would definitely reshoot these photos if I could. I love the reaction and pure happiness on kitas face.
Lady Armilade
Lady Armilade is a really cool person and performer and I got to capture there ultimate crazy energy they bring to the stage at first I didnt think I would be able to get any good photos because they had too much energy on stage and was running arounf basically but I got a few really goood ones. I like how bright their wig is in the photos and the colour pop from the outfits just fit together so well.
Twinkubus
Twinkubus is an amazing performer I met them twice recently and got to photograph them at our most recent show we were apart of at ding dong. Their make up was soo cool and so was their costume I just couldnt not photograph it I saw them on the pole dancing and I just asked them for photos I was going to use the photos of thsm on the pole but It just didnt look right in the book so I decided to do the one where hes posing on the ground and the close up of thwir face and hands holding the pole. I really like the way the background is really dark compared to their make up and clothes
Kita Mean/Anita Wiglit
I photographed Kita mean and Anita wiglit talking to eachother and looking at one another its a really cute photo of how strong their bond really is. Both kita and anita were on Rupauls Drag Race Down under Kita Mean is the true winner of season 1 they both hosted a tv show 2 seasons of house of drag basically Auckland vs Wellington queens and kings it was great. I really like the single photo of kita mean they like it too. They ended up posting it to all social media accounts they have and tagged me in all it was just fabulous I gained so many followers and supporters of my photography n art. I wanted to choose a single of Anita too but there wasnt one in focus which really sucked. This would have to be the best people I shot in this whole photoshoot. They appreciated all the photos and helped me grow as an artist
Flor
Florr is a amazing Latina Drag Queen that I love so much Ive seen her grow her drag over the years and she gives me so much love and confidence. I liked photographing them but the lighting wasnt what I hoped it was too bright and their wasnt much led lights where I photographed at Vesbar. I would like to definitely shoot them again in better lighting. I really like their concept of make up wig costume etc in these series of images but in front of Leds it would have looked so much cooler because the wig was glow in the dark and her green eyelinger was UV reacting.
Kourtney
Kourtney is amazing their drag has improved so much because they are so confident in drag its crazy. I have known them for a few years now because they are my drag mums sister so my drag aunty and they've seen me go through the worst and the best make up of my drag journey. I loved capturing kourtney in the middle of talking to harry it was just so real becausr they werent posing and they didnt notice me taking rhe photos and they ended up loving them. I liked how I took the image of thwir wig and not their face its just something different which I loved. I also didnt have the best lighting there not much leds but it worked and i got some images. I also really liked how their dress sparkled in the image.
Trinity
Trinity is a transwoman and a drag queen. Trinity has been arounf the auckland scene for so many years and has been an inspiration to many other transwomen and drag performers. I dont know trinity that well but she is really kind but she can be very sassy. I wish I could have gotten some more photos of them in much better lighting but it just didnt happen. Trinitys outfit also glowed in the dark same as her wig so it would have been cool to get some photos outside when it was dark but I didnt think of that or had the idea at the time which I wish I did because they could have been really cool ideas.

For sure its not for everyone, but some people really go above and beyond to make people feel bad about liking it. And yes omg the way people create different plot ideas for thier fics is very cool and even if its a tried and true trope, its still so much fun to read. what kind of fics do you like to read/write?

Clearing my mind of Julius’s remarks is starting to become a meaningless task today. The Smell of Plum Blossom Tea Ch 4
Summary: Just like a butterfly wing, a single act of kindness can change the course of the future, it certainly did for MK as a black-furred monkey put out a hand towards him.
Rating: Teen and up
Chapter 4: Ramen Noodles for the Soul
There was a battle commencing as two shadows faced off against each other, one being a ghastly figure that had the body of a tiger, but nine human heads with elongated necks and the other was a petite woman and all she had with her was a fan. The dark area surrounding them was riddled with buildings ripped apart and the still bodies of people then the beast lunged at her with a silent roar.
“The Kaiming Shou ran first as they viciously tried to strike the Geisha down,” the voice said as the creature was about to tackle her down, “but she was too quick for him,” the woman elegantly dodged as she leaped into the air.
“The woman was through with the beast wanton destruction so with her aim true she cut off the first head,” the woman fan opened and it had cut off one of the creature heads. “And then the second,” the next head soon plopped to the floor as she continued that action until she was left with only a headless body, “until finally none remained and with a flick of her fan,” The Geisha’s eyes seemed to narrow minutely as she gently waved her fan to the beast and it erupted in a gulf of blackened flames. “they had burned into the nothingness.”
The scene then transformed into one of peace, the bodies and destruction vanished and in its place, a field of flowers had grown next to a rustling town.
“No one knows exactly where the Geisha had gone nor who she was, but that had no purpose in the townspeople's eyes as they were grateful for saving them in their time of need,” the voice continued as the villagers all bowed to the field of flowers. “So they tell this story, not in hopes of finding who she was, but rather to tell all that if you ever happen to meet the valiant woman that saved them from ruins, to kindly welcome her with open arms.” The scene faded to black and a few seconds later a round of applause erupted with cheers quickly pursuing.
The voice took off his hood and gave a mock bow to the audience as made his way off the stage to let the next person go.
“Mac, why are you such a hard act to follow,” one of the performers sighed as he walked towards the stage, “you know everything after yours is gonna be less than mediocre.”
“Then get good,” he smirked.
“Maybe you're just too good,” he playfully punched the monkey's shoulder as he went to the stage to set up.
“That was awesome!” A young boy bolted from his seat as he collided into Macaque, “super cool!”
“Thanks kiddo,” he said as he lifted him off the ground and tucked him under his arm, “now let’s find your sister before she rips off your head.”
“Pfft, Yan Yan won’t be too-,”
“BAO!” A voice sternly called out and he could feel the boy shrink.
“Shit,” he muttered as he soon saw his sister followed by his brothers and sisters and a certain Jellyfish demon, “double shit.”
“Thank you for finding him Mackey, your plays are marvelous as always,” the bluenette woman gave a quick smile to her former teacher and her eyes pivoted on her idiot brother as it tightened, “as for you.”
“I love you very much,” Bao said with puppy dog eyes and a pout as soon as he was let down.
“Really,” Bohai deadpanned as one of the children began to play with his tendrils.
“Cute, but that stopped working a long time ago,” she instead began to lecture him on the dangers of leaving without telling anyone as they all left, some even complimenting him on his play as they walked by.
“Yan is really protective when it comes to them,” Mei hummed out as she dragged MK by the sleeve of his purple jacket, who was morning.
“You should see when they go out in the street, that’s a right nightmare,” he said as he tied his fluffy mane of fur back up in a ponytail. “Swear the only reason she is friends with Bohai is that he can help wrangle all those kids.”
“Soooo, I didn’t know you were such a theater nerd,” she mischievously grinned. She was excited to find out that the tough, grumpy monkey actually had a love for the theatrics and voluntarily went out from time to time to play at the theater. She teased him endlessly for this the second she found out about it.
“Dad likes his dramatics,” MK unhelpfully replied as he crossed his arms.
“What’s got you so moody,” the father asked and all he got was a groan in response.
“Someone dropped all of his snacks and he won’t stop whining about it,” she teased him.
“My caramel popcorn was in there!” He dramatically cried out and fell to his knees. “All that delicious goodness! Gone!”
“How about ol doc over here can take us to this amazing noodle shop I know,” Mei patted his shoulder.
“Really?” He looked up at her with hope.
“I am?” Mac quirked one of his eyebrows.
“Yes, because you don’t want two poor children to go hungry,” the fourteen year old put her hands on her head in a faint.
“I am soo hungry,” MK flopped on the ground to emphasize both of their points.
“I guess if I have to,” he begrudgingly agreed in a mocking tone as the two teenagers cheered.
“I’m telling you, this place's noodles are simply to die for,” Mei said as they approached a restaurant called Pigsy Noodles.
“I’ll take your word for it,” the monkey demon shrugged as Mei opened the doors wide open and they heard a friendly voice greet them.
“Welcome to Pigsy Noodles!” They saw a short pig in an apron turn around to face the group, “How can I help-,” he paused for a moment as he stared not at the kids, but rather at the monkey that was accompanying them. He didn’t know why, he never met the chimp before, but something felt a bit...off about that simian.
He wasn’t the only one as Macaque felt almost a tinge of tension, now he met all types of Pig demons, but he has never felt one so similar to Zhu Baije before.
It was a tense stand-off before Mei butted in, “We are here for your finest noodles! I promised MK here that yours is simply the best!”
This snapped the pig out in an instant as he smiled at the two, “well of course it is, come and sit. I’ll have the menu out in a jiffy,” he gave a nod and turned to grab the items.
The three sat down and the monkey gave a quick once over on Pigsy, both physically and spiritually, and relaxed once he realized that, no this was not the original Zhu Baije, it was just someone that had an eerie likeness to him. But he still kept a careful eye out to him and he knew that Pigsy was doing the same as he kept glancing over to him from time to time as he prepared another customer's food.
“Mmmm, this is good!” MK said as he slurped some of the noodles.
“What’d I tell you,” Mei said with her mouth full of Yao mein.
Macaque mentally agreed as he sat in between the both of them and silently ate his food.
“Many thanks from such esteemed customers,” the pig demon jokingly said.
“It’s quite good,” another voice added, though this time Pigsy's smile quickly turned to irritation at that voice.
“It's better to be the best damn thing you have eaten with the number of times you don’t pay freeloader,” he said.
“Ah, but isn’t the knowledge of my experience of my worldly knowledge of the unknowns, myths, and truth that surround our world. Whether it comes from the depths below to the heavens high in the sky, truly that is the greatest substance of all ” the man mysteriously says as his glasses almost glinted.
“Is it money,” Pigsy deadpanned.
“No,” the aura of mystery that surrounded him suddenly dissipated as he sheepishly grins.
“Then I don’t care!”
“What kind of unknown?” MK perked up as he turned to look at the stranger. “Is it cool? Are they adventures?”
“How about fights? Are there lots of action packed ones filled with danger and mysteries?!” Mei joined in as she got interested as well.
“All of that and more,” the stranger hopped into the chance to tell some of the stories that he had uncovered. “You have all heard the tale of the Legendary Monkey King, correct?”
“Yeah!” They both excitedly cheered but paused as they glanced back to Macaque who was still eating.
“As long as you don't up and leave the restaurant, you can listen,” he waved them off very much knowing why they looked to him in the first place. “Get me another bowl please,” Mac said to Pigsy as he handed him some money.
The pig just nodded as he turned his back to start up another bowl.
The two smiled at him and rushed off to hear the stories on the other end of the counter and that left both Pigsy and Macaque alone together, who both silently decided that it would be best to passively listen to the story than talk to each other.
“-and legends say, that only one with vast knowledge and strength are the only ones they can create the mystical pills of immortality,” Tang mysteriously said as the mythical book was laid out between them.
“So only people with amazing powers can do that!” MK’s eyes widened. “So cool!”
“Or they can just steal it, like the Monkey King,” Mei grinned.
“Or that too,” Tang nodded to her, “but even that was a feat in itself that he had managed to successfully procure such valuable items in that time frame.”
“Man it must be tough to find them all,” MK said.
“It is, some are deep under the seas where only the legendary dragons dwell, another is high up on the mountain tops where you have to pluck it just right or else you have to wait for eons before trying but want to know a secret,” Tang leaned in.
“Yeah,” they whispered and followed suit.
“There is said to be a plant in the Plum Blossom forest that is an ingredient to make the Pills, but no one has yet to find it,” the man happily stated as he began to talk, not knowing of the two nervous glances as they forced themselves not to turn around to a certain monkey.
Macaque only grinned into his cup once he heard that, but Pigsy scoffed.
“Sounds like a bunch of nonsense to me,” he said as he wiped down the counters.
“Well every myth has a fraction of the truth,” he rebutted, “so I’m not giving up my exploration yet.”
“You visit the forest?” Mei curiously asked.
“I try to go as much as I can, but not just for the plants, there is rumored to be all types of different mythical creatures and spirits that wander in the forest,” Tang excitedly said.
“Oh really,” MK forced out with a pained grin, Mei was the same as she had seen some of them when she slept over one day. “That sounds really cool.”
“So,” the pigtailed girl tried to redirect the conversation, “I want to hear more about the Monkey King or any other gods, please.”
“Well I do have one in mind,” the man's eyes lit up as he flipped through the pages.
The two kids have a sigh of relief.
“The Six Eared Macaque is an interesting one.”
And immediately they both tensed back up.
“He is a demon that has caused mass confusion throughout history as no historian can agree which version is correct,” he landed on a page with a shadowed monkey with glowing violet eyes that seemed to bore into them.
“Oh, well-,” MK was cut off by Tang as he went on.
“Is he this one-note villain that simply stood in the Monkey King way or is he more of the mischievous trickster that helped wandering souls against vengeful beings and healed those when they asked. Is he both? If so, was he the healer before or after the Journey? If before then why did he decide to attack the Monkey King? If after, how did he survive that last attack? There are just too many questions that surround the origin of the Six-Eared Macaque, it’s truly quite fitting due to his nature.”
“It really is,” Mei gritted her teeth and slowly turned to face said Monkey demon, “hey Ma-I mean fluffy, I think it’s time we head home, right MK.”
“Yes we do,” he robotically said as the two made their way back to him.
“Oh is it getting late?” Tang blinked, “I didn’t even realize it.”
“It’s all good,” Macaque smirked as he ruffled the two heads, “nice stories.”
“History you mean,” he gave a wide smile, “besides, they were very good listeners…sorry I didn't catch your name?”
“Macaque,” he happily ignored the kid's panicked stares at him.
The man looked at him for a solid minute before laughing, “like the Six Eared Macaque! What a strange coincidence.”
“It sure is,” he smirked.
“Your parents must have loved the myths then,” he wiped a tear.
He shrugged, “it came along the way.”
Tang was a bit confused by that, but before he could ask the monkey he put a hand on both of the teenager’s shoulders and they seemed to vanish the next moment.
“…alright I’m not even gonna question how,” Pigsy grumbled as he continued cleaning.
“He vanished like a thief in the night,” Tang said in amusement.
“At least this thief paid for his food,” the pig grumbled then he noticed that there was some money with a note. Pigsy took a glance at the message and he gave a slight grin, “congratulations Tang, I won’t be on your ass today about your meal.”
“Huh, but you never let go of a chance to put it over my head?” The historian questioned as he walked over.
“Well you can thank their dad,” the pig demon showed him the note and he read it.
Thanks for keeping them entertained, food is on me.
“Well that is nice of him,” he smiled, “I hope they come back sometimes.”
“Hmph, any paying customers are more than welcome,” the pig said as he continued his cleaning, while the historian was more than happy as he continued to eat.
It was the middle of the day and both kids had their designated classes, whether online or home tutoring, and he was currently plucking out some of the weeds from a batch of Morning Glories when he saw the flowers bloom. “Back again already crackpot,” he called out as he took out one of the longer weeds he was plucking out of his mouth.
A croaky voice with a laugh, “what can I say, I can’t stay away from your glowing personality.”
He rolled his eyes as he stood up and turned to meet a balding old man with frizzy red hair and no shoes on his feet, “fuck off.”
The old man gave him a toothy grin as he flopped to the ground, poured a cup of wine, and held it out to the monkey.
“A bit too early for a drink there Shen,” he mused as he took the cup from his hand and sat next to him.
“It’s late somewhere else,” he chuckled and leaned back against one of the Plum trees.
“Yeah yeah,” he waved him off and took a sip of the drink, “don’t you get tired of drinking the same shit every time?”
“Yep,” Shen said.
“And you're still not gonna switch it out any time soon?”
“Nope,” he grinned and took a swing.
“You know one day you’re gonna tell me what the hell this is,” he grumbled in his drink.
“Not on my life.”
“Thought so.”
“Hey Dad,” MK called out as he entered the infirmary, “do you know where-,” he paused as he saw that he wasn’t alone.
“Didn’t expect you to have a hatchling,” the large alligator demon said, or what he assumed was an alligator as he looked almost similar to a ghost but in blue.
“Not most do,” Mac said as he picked out a violet plant and started to look it up in a book.
“Uhhhh,” his mind was running a mile a minute trying to come up with what was happening. “Sorry?”
He waved him off, “just be glad it wasn’t surgery.”
“So what is going on?” He asked as he slowly closed the door behind him.
“Just whipping up an antidote for him,” he hummed out.
“I didn’t know ghosts needed medicine.”
“Not a ghost,” the alligator muttered.
“Huh?”
“What he means is that he’s in his corporeal form,” Mac further explained as he began to dice up the plant. “Had to with the amount of poison in his system, so I just placed him in the lamp as usual.”
“Poison!? Lamp?!” He said in alarm.
“…oh I guess you have never seen it before, hold on.” Mac finished placing the last ingredient inside, stirred it, and let it simmer. He turned to the alligator, “want to rest or free roam?”
“Rest,” he said.
The monkey complied as he used his tail to grab a lantern and in the next moment, the transparent demon was gone.
“What is that?” MK went forward to get a better look.
“This is the Shadow Lamp, it allows me to store people's bodies in there, which puts said bodies in a stasis thus allowing me plenty of time to make the medicine needed.”
“Oh, so it’s like a fancy tool to help patients! Why don’t all doctors have this?”
“Cause originally this was not a medical tool,” he explained as he carefully set the lamp down.
“A weapon? How?” He tilted his head, he didn’t see how a lamp can cause harm.
“It was used to suck the bodies in the lamp, but be able to control their shadow against their own will,” he inwardly chuckled at MK's shocked face.
“What?! That can happen?!”
“Yep.”
“But wait?” He backtracked as he looked at the lamp, “if it’s so dangerous why are you using it?”
“At the end of the day, a weapon is just a tool,” he quietly said, “it doesn’t have any emotions, no attachments, no moral conceptions, it’s just a tool that anyone can use. It’s the one who uses the weapon that determines how the tool can be used.”
“Really?”
Macaque paused as he looked into MK bright eyes, he gave a small smile.
“Really.”
He put away his supplies and safety materials before ruffling MK’s long hair. “Now how about you tell me what you were originally here for nightlight.”
“Oh right! Do you know where the spare water bottles are? The others have holes punctured in them.”
“Damnit Minsheng,” Mac pinched his nose, “they should be in the bottom cabinet by the fridge.”
“Thanks!” He said as he left the infirmary, “Want me to bring you anything?”
“No, I’ll be a bit busy,” he muttered as he took out his phone, “I have a few arrangements to make, specifically with some glue, rope, and a whole lot of glitter.
“Hey Pigsy!” MK hollered out as he walked into the shop, “the usual please!”
“Coming right up,” the pig grinned as he was already preparing his order.
The fifteen year old grinned as he sprawled over the counter, “Tang not here today?”
“Surprisingly no, he’s probably off at the library or some antique store,” the pig demon then noticed that he was alone, “surprised I don’t see Macaque or Mei here.”
“Well Mei wanted to pick out her future bike, so she dragged Dad over to the auto shop.”
“Auto Shop? For a bike?”
“Motorcycle,” he explained.
“Ah,” he nodded and placed his food in front of him, “bon appetit.”
“Thank you!” He cheerfully replied as he dug into his food.
Pigsy just grins at the boy as he was about to go back to cleaning up since MK was the only one in, but he paused as a probing thought couldn’t leave his mind. He knows it wasn’t any of his business and he hasn’t seen anything damaging nor even concerning, but his damn gut has been bothering him ever since he laid eyes on him. “So kid.”
“Hm?” MK looked up as some noodles were hanging from his mouth.
“I'm a bit curious about your old man, he isn’t the chattiest bunch and I’m a bit curious at what he does,” he casually asks.
“He’s a doctor!”
“Really?” Now that was a surprise, he was betting on being some sort of martial arts teacher.
“Really! He’s super smart and a bunch of people and demons go to him, he’s even had a student before.”
“Huh, doesn’t seem like the type to take on a student.”
“No, but she was really persistent,” he grinned at the understatement.
“I bet.”
“Though he is a bigggg worrywart,” he leaned back from his chair.
“He is?”
“Oh yeah, like there was this one time when I was ten that I scraped my finger against a really thorny plant and when I yelled out, he instantly picked me up and started to treat my entire arm as he tried to find out if the plant was poisonous while asking me if I had a fever, nausea or any other symptoms and during that entire time I was not let down,” he deadpanned.
He snorted at the image, “that certainly is unexpected.”
“He also sometimes performs shadow plays at the theater.”
“Flair for the dramatics,” he quirked his eyebrow.
“Like you wouldn’t believe it,” he nodded.
Pigsy chuckled, “makes me wonder how he met your mother then.” Though he stopped as he saw MK fell silent and his face flushed. “…did I say something wrong?”
His head shot up and he shook his hands, “No! Nothing! You said nothing wrong! Well-actually a bit, but not anything mean! It’s just that-well he…adopted me.” He couldn’t help the grin that formed on his face.
“Oh-shit, I’m sorry that was really callous of me,” he winced, “I’m sorry for your loss.”
“My loss?” His grin faded at the unusual statement.
“Your parents,” he clarified.
“Oh,” face completely slack and blank, “they're not dead.”
Pigsy’s eyes blinked, “Oh,” then he came to the realization of just what he meant and his voice and face dropped, “oh.”
MK gave a sad little smile, “Yeah, he actually found me in a back alley when it was about to rain and he adopted me from that point on. He may not be blood related to me, but he’s still my dad.”
The pig smiles and begins to heat some noodles, “and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Now, you want some more? This one is on the house.”
“Yes please!” He perked up.
Pigsy couldn’t help but give a wide smile at the child's affectionate nature, it was contagious.
‘Glad for my gut to be wrong for once,’ he mentally thought as he poured the soup in, ‘he just looks like the usual jackasses you see in the underbelly, but he’s just a protective bastard for his kid…kids, half sure that he practically adopted girlie.’ He should ask the monkey next time he comes in, it would be hilarious to see his reaction…damnit Tang has infected him.
Macaque was standing in front of the two teenagers in one of the forest's many clearings, “So after much deliberation, I decided to finally teach you how to actually fight.”
“I told you we would wear him down eventually,” Mei nudged MK, but they were both caught off guard when their feet were swept under them and they fell on their butts.
“First lesson, don’t let your guard down,” he said as his tail gently swished behind him, “that is the height of stupidity that will get you killed.”
“Noted,” they both groaned.
“Now,” he waited for a bit for them to get on their feet, “I can’t promise you that I am an expert on martial arts, most of my moves are just street fighting, but I can promise you that by the time I’m done with you guys, you will actually have a chance to put up a fight.”
MK and Mei listen intently.
“Mei,” she perks up, “I know your family has some sort of dragon ancestor right?”
“Oh yeah! The Great Dragon of the West Sea,” she proudly stated.
Macaque could only blink at the irony as he quickly realized just who her ancestor, or rather the son of the said ancestor, was, “Nope, not going to open that can of worms,” he muttered. “But yes that, and I believe that you have already looked through some of the martial arts teachings that was formed by him?”
“Yeahhh, but I’m having real trouble with actually learning some of the moves,” she nervously chuckled.
“That’s cause it shares the same qualities as Tai Chi, though with much serpentine movement, I have fought quite a few with that kind of style and usually two things stand out to me, they are quick and accurate.”
“Like a snake,” she nodded.
“Like a snake,” he agreed, “I can definitely teach a few off of the top of my head, but it would probably be best if I see a few of your scrolls at a later point so I can demonstrate.”
“Hell yeah!” She pumped her fist in the air.
“Alright, MK,” his head perked up at the call of his name, “you have zero knowledge of any type of fighting.”
He deflated at that.
“Which makes it easier to incorporate my style onto you.”
He instantly inflated back up.
“If there is one thing I have learned in all my years of fighting is-,” he vanished from view and both kids scrambled forward to escape being surprised from behind, only to be startled when they found their heads being gently pushed down from above and they were once again sprawled out.
“Be unpredictable,” he cheekily stated as he landed back down.
“Why do I get the feeling that we’re going to be falling down a lot,” MK said as he lifted his face off the grass.
“I have a feeling you're right,” Mei muttered as she laid flat on her back.
“Like I said, welcome to your first class my unruly disciples,” he gave the most shit eating grin, “you have a lot to learn.”

danny phantom 14-20 thoughts!! I finished up s1 :D these last few eps were actually really really good!!!

-fright knight's murder castle reminds me of the booby trapped murder castle in zexal!! another supposedly 'for kids' show with murder/trap castles! we love that. if you are a dp fan reading this, give yugioh zexal a try. its also got 13-14 year old protags and involves (alien) ghosts. the cardgame is just a vessel for the plot, which is really good. (I just want more people to watch my fav yugioh, man)

-'my family has controlled ghosts with this for generations!' WAIT. WAIT FREAKSHOW /ISNT/ A GHOST? I didn't expect that...he's just a fucked up guy controlling ghosts? anyway watching danny shoot at police cars and rob banks while mind controlled. its like, the most stereotypical 'bad' things lmao. (tbh an evil ghost circus troupe is a sick concept)

True Beauty
We finally got to True Beauty. The first webtoon I ever read. I actually gave up on the Webtoon already. The author is still dragging the story, and the cool character of Ju Yeong that made me start the webtoon in the first place is nowhere to be seen.
I am glad to say in the drama it is something different. The only thing I am thankful for from the webtoon is that it could be adapted to a drama. In the drama, you really could see the personal growth of Ju Yeong and the messages interlaced in the story were great.
I was so surprised by Chan Woo. He really has grown as an actor. I saw him in two dramas before and he did not have many facial expressions or show much emotion. But in this one, he really did his best. Not to mention the bromance was wonderful. He has matured so much as an actor and now I can really say I cannot wait for his next projects.
They were such a cute couple and I like how they adapted the webtoon. Su Ho was great and the focus on the comic book store and him finding no difference between her with and without makeup were wonderful. There was also a lot of character growth for him. I really liked that.
I was so disappointed in Kang Soo Jin! I understand that she was going through hell at home, but what she did was shitty, there is no way around it!
They really exploted the second lead syndrome in this drama. I was sad for him but we always know it is going to be like this. Actually even in the webtoon, I would have preferred her never to get together with him. At least there the story built up for them to get together. In the drama he never stood a chance. As always, hopefully he finds someone who deserves him.
Ju Yeong's sister and Grapefruit's relationship was amazing. I loved the inverted roles and they made me laugh a lot. They did all so effortlessly with this couple. I really liked it. I had seen Le Semi in Shopping King Louis and she was great there too.
On the last note, I was really surprised that Cha Eun Woo gave us a bed scene! I would have never expected that, since their fans can get upset, but I am glad he did it.

I thought it would be fun do it again and in somehow helpful for someone maybe get a suggestion from here. Idk. Hope you guys like tho :)
One More Time / I Want to Protect You:
I’ve to put this one in the first place 'cause I forgot about it and it should be at the first list bc this was one of the first k-dramas that I’ve watched and I remember being like searching Korean dramas at Netflix when I didn’t to know where to find them and this was there for me!
It’s a great k-drama, a short one, true, but could be pretty interesting
It’s about this guy who tries to survive doing he’s music, an independent indie band doing local shows and stuffs like that, but he feels too bad about his life and the way that things it’s going on. Tired of that he become to be a trash guy with his girlfriend and friends. If life can be more than that he want to appreciate, but what is the price for that?
I was so mad about the way the main character keep treating his girlfriend at first because she was literally the most patience sweet human being with him. But as the show goes you start to realize that he cares about her and it’s sad seeing him crying about her
I like the end, I think it’s what I like the most in the whole show
7/10, actually it could be an 8/10 because of the end that it was cool
Romance is a Bonus Book:

The atmosphere of the publishing company scenes gives to the show a special feeling because, for me, they talk with a such sensitivity about the process of publishing a book that it’s really special realize how one simple book can be made
I like the characters but I don't feel the romantically connection of the main couple, they are cute and all the stuff but its different from Tae-o and Song-I from My First First Love if you know what I mean ‘cause like in this drama Tae-o and Song-i were best friends since ever, the chemistry its other, but doesn't mean they are bad, its just a thought of mine
It’s the classic friends-who-dont-know-they-love-each-other story so you probably will enjoy, nothing too special with that honestly
What I like the most in this show it's the final product if you understand what I'm saying, the show as it is!
I think that is a good show to watch it when you just wanna relax, maybe in a raining day with a good snack or even when you are exhausted at home before a long day
7/10 to me, I loved watched one episode every night before going to bed but at some point I was kinda of tired cause it was to calm even for me, but again, it’s a good show
Oh My Ghost:
Park Young-bo one of my favorite actress of all the times
Had so much fun watching this one with my sister, we laugh many many times, I totally recommend this one
The story it’s about this girl that work at a restaurant, and she can see ghosts, and one of the ghost it's this virgin girl that needs to have her first time to go to the heaven ...at least that's what she thinks
The supportive cast it’s SO FUNNY they totally have my attention for the entire time, their scenes and interactions was awesome, every time they appear I waited for my laugh; the actor that does play the Sous-Chef it’s one of the actor that I love to see in scene; his names is Kang Ki- young and he deserves a main character for once!
Cordon: the best man of the show I was hoping that he would it be the “second” guy like some dramas do, you know, but he wasn’t; it didn’t matter tho - (and that’s how I found dramas I always like someone and go search what shows did they participate and when I see one that I liked I try to watch.)
“Chef” - Park Young-bo saying this it’s literally so cute lol
The ghost girl deserves better :(
Chef scenes with Soon-ae (she is the ghost) are the best
He liked the ghost and didn’t want to admit but I’ll do for him!
Police Choi - besides the two main actress he was the best one, he killed this character, the role was made for him, great great actor!

Okay so if Hwarang was a boyband I would it be a fan ~just saying~
Taeyung should get more roles as an actor :P
Not sure if this is a historical romance, do not know if they use a real history with THE real events (probably not) but it was interesting seeing something like that, like an old asian romance, we (at least me) are used to see so much of europe historical series that the atmosphere here was a different experience, so cool I have to say
THE HAIR of the actor gosh auhauha that is it, I just have to mention it!
Park Seo Joon was the main character here and (God help me I KNOW IT WAS JUST ME) I did not like his character at all ...okay so for not saying that I hate him (I DON'T) at the end I was vibrating for something that he did that makes me feel “ ok you have me bro” jahjaha but seriously I just feel more connected with Park Hyung Seok characters tho
Park Hyung Seok oh my godness he is such a good actor I love to see him on my screen guys. I was such a fan girl of him in this drama every time he was upset because of the kingdom or Ah Ro I felt that too...
Ah Ro ignoring the king because she was in love with her bro well that made me roll my eyes so many times lol
The drama is about: A young king that no one knows the face but wants to make his kingdom a better place, a lady who tells erotic stories and do some medical treatments for free to the poor people of the village, a foreigner that will make justice to his murdered friend and everyone who needs help. The story of these characters are way more than that ...and the Hwarangs are free, remind that. You make your own choices.
8/10 for me
V’s character was so cute and funny and people should see Jungkook imitating his final scene :)
The Abyss :
Not sure how to describe this one uhauaua I mean that's its some crazy magical things going on here and the soul/appearance thing I do not know how to justify that
My girl Park Bo-Young is here I LOVE her one of my favorite actress EVER
Okay so the thing about this show to me it's that I do not know a thing about it UHAUAHUA I don't get if (and why) people on the show gets the appearance of their soul and o some of they get the appearance of someone else and the “angel aliens” appearance of the begging IDK at all but I did like it
It’s a good one to see if you don't have anything to see; I know it’s sounds kinda sad to say that but I’m not saying in that way, for me this is not a problem cause sometimes I just need something to pass time and I get involved with it so yeah does it work, and I like to watch one episode of something before goes to bed
It’s about this magical marble that can bring back to life people, and have this serial killer, friends who don't know that they love each other thing too and funny scenes, mystery, drama also some actions scenes
It bothers me a lot this thing that someone its ugly and then when he become “beautiful” now they’re valid for be in love. Love it’s so much more than just appearance and if they wanna say that doesn't matter, well there are A LONG LIST of better ways to do I don't know but this sucks the most of the times...
For me the main couple doesn't work that well, I mean they’re cute, and some scenes are really nice, but I don’t know they are just OK you know? Just a thought here
Also if I am being really honest, the best person in this show it’s the detective Park Dong-cheol, Gosh I love this man, he is the one for me in this drama.
6.5/10 the last episode it was kinda of rushed it

The history behind this drama is basically that Kang Mi Rae it's a girl that suffer bullying for her whole life because of how she look. It was so intense that the only way that her seems to solve it its with plastic surgery. So the college starts and she thinks it could be a new beginning. But the thing is that being happy, having a good ordinary life its more than being “beautiful’
The “ugly becomes pretty” thing here its more poetic because they show to us that even when we think that we are fine we may not be because mental health its different from looking good and being accepeted
Talks about bullying, this pressure to be pretty, to follow the patters that society give to us.
I was so mad with the girl that continuous to drag down Kang Mi-rae and then acting like an angel
That scene when they use the old uniforms from school it was so sweet, and they as a couple work it so well
Kang Mi-rae could be more talkative since she is the main character here…

Hey ghost, lest fight!:
Okay, so my sister and I like to see korean dramas about ghosts together??!
Bong-Pal it’s an introspective guy that sees ghost since his was a child. Living seeing ghost and fighting with them turns out to be the way he makes money. It’s in one off these times that he was contract to fight against a ghost in a school its where he meets Kim Hyun-ji, a student ghost that later starts to live and work with him.
The professor character its so god, and it was scary look straight at him in some scenes, the actor who plays him did a such good job.
The guys from Sunbae Soup group hauhaua Kim Ki-young plays one of the guys of the club and I love that they became friends with Bong-Pal
The story its awesome. The pilot twist here are the best thing ever
They have great funny scenes
10/10 for me

So this one is pure DRAMA
Its about time travel. Yu Soo-Joon survive an accident in the subway and since that him stars to be able to travel the time. Its because of knowing the future that he save a woman from dying in a car accident. In the other hand Song Ma-rin it’s a star kid that grown up in the shadow of her fame, she is a photographer now that have to deal with the humiliation that the media still gives to her life when one day one strange saves her life. Since the day he saved her, their whole future changed.The thing about travelling the time it's that every time you go to the future and come back to the present your whole future becomes other as soon as you arrive in the new present.
I like this one bc it is emotional and funny at the same time
Shin Min-a its one of my favorite actress, actually I think she is my favorite. I love her acting, I love her in scene. She is the best. If you saw Venus Daegu you know that I’m not lying.
The main couple is PERFECT. The whole story, the drama it was so intense, I couldn't stop watching. I laughed I cried and I want more!
10/10 for me nothing else to say GO WATCH NOW
It was awesome to watch all these dramas, I truly enjoy them and I absolutely recommend to everyone. Honestly I hope you guys like or even discover new dramas to watch. Even thought I put reviews from zero to 10 in no way I’m trying to diss the shows, when I say to you guys go to watch its bc I know that someone could love something that I could only like so go ahead and discover something you could possibly fall in love with.
Also I want to thank all the people who share they favorites shows cause I discover many of these dramas like that.
Another disclaimer here: I know that all the actors are amazing and if in somehow I did offended them I’m sorry, it wasn’t my intention like at all. And Im a kinda of a fan girl and Ik this can be inconvenient sometimes so sorry again!
