#putting this in the tags bc I need to get this out but also feel kinda guilty about it so I don’t wanna scream it in a post#but I feel soo irrationally pissed at my friend#bc she’s one of my best friends and I love her but I haven’t heard from her all summer except for the like four times she answered my#messages only to immediately ask me something in return#it took her two weeks to reply to a meme I send her only to immediately follow up with ‘het remember how you said your parents wanted to#hire my band’#‘ahaha summer is so busy I’ve read all my books anyway you told me I could borrow this one book?’#last was ‘heyy sorry for not replying haha anyway im bored next week wanna go on a trip’#to which I replied ‘yeah I would love to but I have my internship starting next week remember’#and its like I don’t mind that she doesn’t answer my texts like god knows I hate texting#but its really starting to feel like our relationship is fully based on her needing me for something#which I have felt before but I kinda dismissed it as me thinking it was always me who had to take initiative which was disproved when she#asked me to meet up a few times but thinking back it was always like ‘hey let’s meet up for coffee’ and then when I arrive having literally#left the library where I’d been studying for only ten minutes bc otherwise i wouldn’t see her.#she’s like ‘oh I don’t want coffee anymore but I need to go to the supermarket wanna join me?’#which I always did bc I wanna spend time together and it’s cheaper for me than getting overpriced coffee but!!!!#anyway I’m feeling this now bc while she hadn’t answered my ‘sorry can’t go on a trip’ text I did just see that she’s currently in portugal#with another friend#which is like??? so she just found someone else to relieve her of her boredom and so she didn’t need me anymore so why answer me right??#anyway it’s probably not that bad and I will talk to her about it when I see her again which will probably be in a month I guess but for now#I don’t wanna ruin her trip

the flight to the UK was long, but well worth it. two months ago you'd been offered an unbelievable opportunity.
an opportunity you'd been dreaming of for years, one you'd spent what felt like an eternity working towards— an engineering internship. not just any internship, one with the red bull formula one team.
you'd be able to travel with the team, shadow the engineers, help with various tasks around the paddock, and design parts at hq. an absolute dream.
after scouring a thousand real estate websites, you'd finally found the perfect place for to live.
a little 1 bed 1 bath apartment, tucked into a beautiful, quaint little neighbourhood. just 30 mins to the red bull hq.
you'd dedicated many late nights and ikea shopping trips to making the apartment your own. your comfortable escape from the grueling hours of studying and pressures of the internship.
you led a busy life, but it never bothered you. you adored what you did and formula one had been your passion since you were a little girl.
and now everything was falling into place. in fact, tommorrow you'd leave to attend your first race with the team. austria. red bulls home race.
you were ecstatic to say the least.
  °~•☆•♡•☆•~°
you hurriedly made your way through the paddock and into the red bull garage. your eyes glued to the schedule on top of the pile of papers in your arms.
you were on your way to assist one of the senior engineers in preparation before the race began.
you were nervous, and it was no help that you weren't exactly sure where you were supposed to be meeting him.
suddenly, you stumble over your own feet and bump into someone.
you feel hands on your shoulders, their grasp firm, steadying you.
you look up and are taken aback by the pair of strikingly blue eyes staring back at you. his eyes were the kind of crystal blue that would capture anyones attention. but despite their bright colour, they had a sort of inexplicable depth, darkness to them.
there was something in his expression that you couldn't quite read. something stirring beneath the surface of his icy gaze. it was as though he wasn't just looking at you, but into you.
you abruptly become aware of his hands, still on your shoulders. you're so oddly aware of them, as if it's your first time being touched by anyone.
he holds you firmly, as if trying to hold you together. the moment seemed to last forever. the two of you frozen in time.
a stranger's eye contact and touch shouldn't be affecting you in this way.
"you okay?"
it's only once he speaks that you realize who the man standing in front of you is.
your eyes widen, cheeks flushing. you straighten up quickly, mouth slightly agape.
"oh'" you start, at a loss for words "yeah, im sorry." you manage a small smile.
you straighten up an take a step backwards, pulling away from his grasp. you miss the warmth of his hands more than you'd ever like to admit.
"it's okay, no worries," his eyes linger on you a moment longer before you both go your separate ways.
as you walk away, you cant help but glance back at him.
max verstappen.
you'd certainly heard him speak before on tv, but something about his accent in person was enchanting. his energy seemed to linger on you like perfume.
everything about him caught your attention, long before you'd bumped into him in person.
you'd seen his dominance on track, it was impossible not to notice. he could control the car like no other driver, handling each corner perfectly. he pushed the car to the limit every race and it payed off.
it wasn't just his driving you noticed. his persona. it was everything. and you couldn't ignore the fact that it was sexy.
his short temper, his tendency to snap easily.
it was unreasonably and indescribably attractive.
  °~•☆•♡•☆•~°
the next time you see him he's across the room. you're studying the notes that the senior engineer gave you, papers and writing utensils spread across the table in front of you.
he was discussing something with his race engineer, he certainly wasn't doing anything that was particularly interesting or peculiar, he wasn't even looking in your direction. but for fucks sake you were distracted. you were somehow absorbed by his prescence.
ever since bumping into him you couldn't seem to get him out of your head. last night you'd replayed the memory over and over in your mind, finding it more difficult than usual to fall asleep.
all day, you'd silently prayed you would bump into eachother again. your relentless efforts to push your thoughts and feelings to the back of your mind were useless.
the mere idea of him was addictive, so alluring. he was drug-like to you and impossible to ignore.
although it was unknown to you at the time, max had found himself similarly hooked on you. or rather, the thought of you. even though he found enough strength to avoid looking at you, he was well aware of you. sitting at the table in the furthest corner. he was even more aware of the fact that your eyes kept flickering in his direction.
your energy was unlike anything he had ever known. you walked around with an aura of pure innocence. yet you seemed untouchable.
your smile shone. your laugh was contagious. you radiated sunshine. max had come to know these things about you.
you were magnetic in such a way that made him curious.
it stirred something inexplicable inside him. like you were another thing for him to win, to claim. another thing for him to dominant. to corrupt.
your innocence was tangible. and max wanted to be the one to wreck you. it was all he thought about.
ruining you.
  °~•☆•♡•☆•~°
the light in your apartment was soft. that's how you preferred it.
you relished your alone time. your small apartment was tailored exactly to you. it was always where you felt perfectly safe and at ease.
light from the sunset was just beginning to spill through your windows. you're stirring a big pot of soup on the stove with lazy motions.
a buzz from your phone catches your attention, the screen lights up and you see a new message. it's from andrew, one of the young engineers at red bull who you'd grown close with over the past few months.
your eyes widen upon reading the message.
Tumblr media
a dinner with drivers? you couldn't deny that it sounded exciting.
but then again, you were already in your pajamas and the soup was beginning to steam.
Tumblr media
you suck in a breath.
fuck.
the three letters of his name were more than enough to change your answer.
  °~•☆•♡•☆•~°
you spent half your time getting ready frantically choosing an outfit.
finally, you'd settled on your favorite black dress. your hair fell over your shoulders in soft curls left over from the day before.
now, you were standing outside the restaurant. you take a deep breath, trying to calm your nerves.
you walk in and the hostess greets you with a friendly smile. you're led to a booth connected to a big table that's only half full.
andrew waves you over and you take a seat next to him in the booth. lando sits across from you.
youd never spoken with lando outside of strictly professional context and you were pleasantly surprised by his charming humor. you're engrossed in the conversation with the two boys as the rest of the group fills the table. you look up to greet the others.
your breath hitches when you see him. his eyes stare into yours with the same intensity as they had two days ago. you don't break the eye contact until he sits down and a dark haired boy you've never seen before calls his name.
despite the abrupt rush of blood to your head, you manage to hold up the conversation with lando.
  °~•☆•♡•☆•~°
max couldn't keep his eyes off you for long, and the longer he watched the tighter his grip got on his glass, until his knuckles turned white. he was so focused on you laughing and smiling with lando that he didn't pick up on the way you fidgeted with your ring. a nervous tell.
max clenched his jaw as you leaned in close to something lando said. far closer than what many would deem an action between two casual friends. your giggles and blushing and landos knowing smirk and your hand jokingly smacking his arm made max see red.
"you alright, mate?"
"im fine."
  °~•☆•♡•☆•~°
as the night goes on and the chatter and laughter get louder, people begin shuffling around, moving to talk with new people.
lando is called over to a different group of friends and andrew leaves with him, leaving you alone in the booth.
"having fun?"
you recognize his voice immediately, sense his burning presence as he slides into the booth, sitting next to you.
"yeah." you manage a smile. "the food was really good."
"that's good." he says, briefly glancing away. your eyes involuntarily trace over the tendons of his neck.
he was wearing a dark button down, the sleeves were rolled up to his elbows. simple, but ridiculously sexy.
he turns his eyes back onto you. "i didn't know you were gonna be here."
"oh i—" you hesitate for a second, his eyes making your heart skip a beat.
"andrew invited me." you explained, turning slightly so you could face him.
"mm, so are you..." he gestures between you and andrew a few seats down, you know what hes asking.
"oh no, we're just friends." you toy with the edge of your napkin.
it was a bold topic to bring up during a first conversation to say the least, but it didn't feel weird. there wasn't the usual tension, usual coldness that typically came with talking to someone for the first time. it was comfortable, you were able to relax a little.
"hm." is all max answers with. he spreads his legs slightly and pushes his hips forwards, getting comfortable. his leg brushing against yours.
the casual action had your heart thrumming in your ears, beating so loudly you're worried he can hear it.
you swallow, having to glance away. you feel your cheeks turning red.
why max verstappen had such an intense effect on you was still a mystery.
"so um—" you start, trying to make some small talk that would distract you from his arm that now rested on the ledge behind you. you take a breath, composing yourself before speaking. "how often do you guys do this kind of thing?"
he shifted again, his leg touching yours, but he doesn't pull it away this time. the knot of nerves in your stomach tightened. you felt your face turn even redder. the physical contact made your body ache for more.
max smirked, his ego swelling as he saw the effect he had on you.
"once in a while, usually after a race."
you nod, biting your lip.
"congratulations by the way." you say, it wasn't surprising he'd taken first yet again, but you said it anyways. you prayed he wasn't able to pick up on the way your words came out slightly shaky.
you wanted to do nothing more than relax into him, but with the way he was looking at you that proved to be impossible.
you took a sip of your wine, desperate to cool down as an unexpected surge of heat washed over you which lingered between your legs.
max was different than anyone you'd ever talked too before. he reminded you of nobody. his sense of humor was unique and hilarious.
as the conversation continued you grew immensely fond of the dutchman sitting beside you. although you were absorbed in the stories from his childhood he told you, you remained acutely aware of how close the two of you were now sitting.
max's night couldn't have been unfolding more perfectly. your body language made your thoughts and feelings painfully obvious.
he picked up on the way you blushed immensely at any slight touch from him. the way your pupils dilated as you stared at him. the goosebumps that spread across your chest when he complimented your dress.
but the loudness of the restaurant was a little too much for him. there were too many people here. he craved something more intimate, more private.
"do you wanna get out of here?"
you're caught off guard by his words.
the question was so cliche, yet coming from his mouth it made your heart throb.
"there's a beautiful view not too far from here," he continued, "we could walk?"
his voice was like velvet and he leaned in close, speaking in a low tone as if he didnt want anyone to hear except you.
by now, you're practically having heart palpitations. the pit in your stomach gapes wider.
it was already hard enough for you to keep your sanity intact with him while surrounded by other people. you honestly aren't sure if you could handle being out alone with him.
you nod slowly your head spinning, breathe quickening.
"oh, yeah i'd love that." your voice was unsteadt, yet enthusiastic.
without another word he starts getting up, but before he slips out of the booth he gently touches your leg with his hand, as if reassuring you.
his fingers may as well have been made of hot metal, his touch affected your entire body, his fingerprints burned into your skin.
you felt like a little kid with a crush as you gingerly got up and followed max out of the restaurant, butterflies in your stomach and in your mind.
you don't notice all the eyes on you two as you leave the restaurant, too caught up in the giddiness you were feeling. your own eyes too focused on max in front of you, more specifically on his back which looked so good in that damn shirt.
max, on the other hand, was well aware of all the eyes on him. he fought to keep his cocky grin at bay. there were at least 20 other people there, and out of everyone, you were leaving with him.
he opens the door and lets you by first.
"thank you," you say, the night air cooling your overheated body.
"of course."
amongst the ever present—extremely active— butterflies that fluttered in your stomach, you felt a twinge of genuine nervousness.
you realize that you had just left a restaurant, alone at night, with a guy you technically barely knew. was this safe?
it certainly felt safe. max felt nothing like a stranger.
your nervousness melted away once max fell into step beside you. you looked up at him, at those intense blue eyes.
you were walking so close your arms touched. you had the urge to reach out and take his hand, but of course you didn't.
so there you were, walking alongside max verstappen into the dark night, to see the promised beautiful view.
you'd only walked two blocks before max carefully took your hand in his, entwining his fingers with yours.
please let me know if you want to be tagged for pt.2 (this might end up being three parts)❤

portrait of a blank slate. huang renjun
Tumblr media
pairing: huang renjun x fem! reader genre: college au. fluff, smut, and the tiniest bit of angst. warnings: swearing, alcohol, angry man renjun, very bad dialogue, this is the most un-renjun fic i've ever written, dry humping, a heavy makeout session, unfinished blowjob word count: 5.8k playlist: no specific one this time but i listened to a lot of keshi while writing this, so have this playlist of mine to fit the vibes a/n: inspired by that one tweet describing how someone's art professor met his wife the same exact way, lost the screenshot and also the og post im so sorry!
turns out all it takes to save a life is a bad, bad college party, a few shots and a weird, magical coincidence back in a girl's dorm room.
Tumblr media
It’s hard to believe that Huang Renjun is currently finishing up the art portfolio he needs for his summer internship program after procrastinating and angrily stomping at every single bad stroke of his paintbrush for the last few months.
Because he’s not.
He’s looking at the canvas with stern eyes, the smudges on the white linen so messy he could cry just by looking at them, and the more he tries to save the disgrace currently scribbled in front of him, the worse it gets and makes the levels of frustration in him turn into rage and fury, because let’s be honest– what is Renjun’s primary emotion if not anger.
And he tries hard to fix it again, he really does– he sighs heavily while doing so as he takes a smaller brush and tries to paint on a few hairstrokes to the portrait of Frida Kahlo he wants to execute– and in honest reality, it doesn’t even look half as bad as it does in the poor boy’s eyes when he takes a step back after holding in his breath and carefully piercing together the artwork. Maybe if there was someone else in the room– everyone but his annoying roommate Donghyuck, because that fucker always manages to make things even worse– they could talk him out of it, offer some words of consolidation, even, hype him up and tell him that with outsider’s eyes, the canvas looks beautiful and very well put together. But the truth is that there’s no one present right now, not a single soul in what feels like the whole campus right now, that could ease Huang Renjun’s frustration from what seems to be art block, when he throws the paintbrush to the wall (he’ll worry about the stain of acrylic paint later, when he gains consciousness) and puts a fist through the middle of the painting.
If he was a character in a comic book, his hand would go through the canvas and create a quite satisfying hole. He’s a real person, though– a weak one as well, to be quite honest– and his fist is stopped by the stretched-out fabric, making his hand bounce back, but now stained with all shades of brown and tan, which somehow only makes him even more mad and turns him into a furious animal roaming around free and causing uttermost chaos in his all true sense.
Nothing can stop Huang Renjun when he opens the drawer he keeps all his artwork in, taking out all the graphite sketches and colored pencil drawings, and then the next one containing the watercolor paintings and various other acrylic paintings done on expensive sheets of paper, stacking all of those onto one pile in the middle of the table. Not one thing is safe– except from the digital artworks he keeps in his iPad and his big A4 sketchbook he forgot about in the heat of the moment, since he keeps it on his nightstand– when he takes the big, heavy stack of art and runs, chimes towards the entrance of his and Donghyuck’s miniature dorm room, luck only standing by his side once in this whole evening when his said roommate opens the door and clears the way for him, looking at the poor boy with mouth agape in a slight shock.
“What the fuck are you doing right n–”
Donghyuck doesn’t get an answer. When he asks stupid questions, Renjun doesn’t tend to pay him much mind, settling on not engaging with the discourse if it doesn’t make much sense, so Hyuck should be used to the ignorance– he thinks this was a very valid question to ask at this moment, though. If he was curious enough, he’d even follow his roommate down the hall and watch him in his endeavors only to find out what’s the intention behind his angry stomping and the fierce look on his face. The truth is, though, he doesn’t care all that much.
That doesn’t stop Huang Renjun, though, as he chimes down the hall of the boy’s dormitory, kicks the glass door open (thankfully not the actual glass part, because that would for sure be expensive) and practically runs the rest of the way towards the bins at the end of the street, dumping the papers into the bin (forgive him for not recycling in his current state of mind) before he angrily kicks the poor object twice for good measure and turns on his heel, slowly, but still as angrily making his way back to his dorm room by stomping all the way up until the entrance.
The dorm guard doesn’t even ask for his dorm ID like he usually does– Renjun must have been quite memorable as he ran out of the building with 5kg of artwork of various sizes in his arms– but the truth is, the man isn’t as old and he saw the boy going out just a few minutes ago, so he doesn’t think it’s necessary. Renjun would appreciate the memo, although, when he remembers that the man always asks for the dorm ID, especially on the nights out when he comes back slightly intoxicated and too disoriented to look for the little slip of paper in his pockets, and on the nights when he forgets his dorm ID as well– the man was set on letting him sleep on the front porch of the dormitory once and it took Renjun 15 calls to get ahold of a sleeping Donghyuck and another 15 of him walking down the hall in slippers and pajama bottoms with his roommate’s dorm ID in hand before he could warm his bones from the cold slowly seeping into his bones on the January night– and that whole thing makes Renjun somehow even more angry at the whole situation.
And so when he comes into his room again, Donghyuck now sitting on his bed still in his outside clothes (something Renjun hates and would murder for), and his eyes land on the damaged canvas still waiting for him in the corner of the room, he wastes no time in opening his window and throwing it down from the second floor, not really caring where it ends up or if he’s gonna get a fine for violating one of the dormitory rules– to never throw stuff out of the windows..
“Dude, what is–”
“Don’t ask.” Renjun huffs as he closes the door and peels his clothes off, taking a towel that’s still hanging from the top bunk of their bed and aims towards the bathroom door. A true tantrum can only end in a cold shower, and that’s what Renjun’s gonna do as he washes his dreams down the drain and ends up silently crying himself to sleep tonight in agony.
Tumblr media
It’s hard to believe Huang Renjun is currently at the best college party since the days of ‘megaparties’ of Johnny Suh, the senior that’s slowly halting his party performance due to stilling in life. Renjun was dragged to Lee Jeno’s party by his roommate Donghyuck after he mourned in his bed for approximately two days before it got too much for the poor gemini, promising and honestly thinking that alcohol is truly the best solution for the poor boy’s misery. Again, it’s hard to believe Huang Renjun is currently at the best college party of the year when he listens to the loud EDM music piercing through his eardrums and he swears he catches a glimpse of a couple dry humping on the couch.
Because he’s not.
He’s at a college party, sure. He’s also getting some alcohol into his system– because why not, am I right? He’s not the one paying, and that’s always enough of a reason to drink. Is it the best college party he’s ever experienced, though? Absolutely not.
It’s quite literally the worst party he’s ever been to. The music is too loud and the whole house smells of cheap vodka, people are pushing each other around and with the amount of alcohol in his system, the whole room feels like he’s on a boat, his stomach weak and his eyes hazy. Renjun must admit Hyuck’s therapy skills are kind of paying off– because at least now he’s not thinking about the wasted opportunity of a summer scholarship and is instead looking into the eyes of his cute classmate from History class across the room– but at the same time, he’s not thinking much of anything in this moment, and the glint of your eyes is the only thing he can focus on when you get closer.
That might be a good or a bad thing– depends on how the encounter goes. There’s a fine line between the amount of alcohol that’s just perfect for Huang Renjun to get rid of his usual shyness and speak to other, much more attractive human species, and the amount of alcohol that’s just perfect for Huang Renjun to black out and puke on the floor, efficiently making it impossible for him to chat up the cute classmate he’s been eyeing the whole semester and ruining his chances of ever being seen in a good light in front of the said person ever again. He prays intensely that he hasn’t crossed the line yet when you open your mouth and speak to him in the crowded kitchen.
“Renjun!”
“Y/N!” he tries to mimic your tone, a flashy grin settling onto his face when you approach him first. You two aren’t strangers, after all– you’ve sat together in class during various exams and also accidentally bumped into each other in the cafeteria, but what were your courageous attempts in making conversation with him and efficiently trying to make him more interested in you didn’t lead to your desired goal of getting invited out by him, instead leading him to think you’re just that friendly to everyone and not just him, making the chances of him taking the next step that much slimmer. Not tonight, though– he really must have had too much to drink.
“How are you?” you ask, clearing your throat as you bump into someone and decide to shift closer to Renjun, making the boy’s breathing hitch in his throat.
“Wonderful,” he gasps, and for some reason, the response laced in irony makes an excited laugh escape your throat, and the more he listens to your bubbly giggle, the more he wishes he did music instead of fine arts, because maybe if he was competent enough, he could mimic the sound in one of his songs and replay it over and over even when you’re not around.
“That sounds very genuine,” you note, which makes the boy laugh in return, making him wonder if maybe he could have the same effect on you– if you’re smiling wider now because of the sound of his laughter, or if you’re just amused at something completely else.
It’s pathetic, really– the gloomy boy that was trailing to this party behind his roommate Donghyuck is nowhere to be seen now, instead replaced by the cheap imitation of a ray of sunshine that you brought out of him only with the magic of a few words and the few drops of alcohol on his tongue.
“Oh, trust me, it was genuine,” he teases, and you only nod to his attempt at masking his obviously saddened composure from before.
“Having a rough week?” you ask, and you sound truly interested– something Renjun hasn’t found in the tone of his roommate when he insisted on dragging him here– and maybe that’s the reason why he just shrugs and decides to come clean and be honest with you. You seem like that kind of person that wouldn’t make fun of his troubles, the kind of person that would genuinely want to help– although he’s not seeking counseling tonight, he figures he can talk a bit about his shitty mood if it means that it gets the conversation flowing.
“A rough life, actually,” he snickers before he sees you eye him with a concerned look, “just joking,” he adds before he retracks back and fixes his initial answer. “Some things didn’t work out the way I wanted them to, so I’m kind of moping around for a bit.”
You seem to feel empathetic towards the boy, nodding and pouting at his confession. “Well, I hope things get fixed for you, Jun,” you mumble, tone of voice encouraging– and maybe he could dwell at the caring nature of you a little longer, only if it wasn’t for your use of a nickname for him that just oh so sweetly rolls of your tongue and Renjun wishes he could legally change his name to the nickname so he could listen to the way it sounds forever– scratch that, to the way it sounds from your mouth forever, which means he won’t change it, just so it’s reserved for you and only you to say.
“What about you, though?” he finds himself asking in the midst of his inner screeching.
“Me? I’m great, totally fine, having the time of my life,” you emphasize, the over-the-top expression on your face making the boy burst into laughter as you wave your arms around as if to show him your surroundings. “I am a party person for sure, you know, so this is perfect,” you joke, and Renjun seems to get the memo. If he’s being honest, he’s not sure he’s ever seen you at a party before– not that he goes to many himself, which might honestly be the reason, actually– you could just be at different parties in different times that hadn’t overlaid, but by the way you’re currently tensely sipping at the alcohol in your hand, he figures you’re not too familiar with the scene of college partying.
“Who forced you to go? Was it your roommate?” Renjun remembers the girl from another one of his classes– you two were always walking around together and often got to class at the same time. Figuring out that you two lived together wasn’t as difficult, and she surely seems to be the more extroverted one.
“No, actually,” you say, eyes glimmering when he seems to remember the girl you share a room with, “to my surprise, honestly. It was another one of my friends– Na Jaemin, not sure if you know him– but the moment we got here, he disappeared and left me alone to deal with my thoughts,” you click your tongue and Renjun finds himself totally mesmerized with you– amazed with everything about you; the way you talk, the way you lean on the counter and watch him with stars in your eyes (which might just be the reflections of the kitchen lights, but don’t tell him that), the way you slightly lean into him when he cracks a joke and earns a laugh out of you…
“They always do that,” Renjun scowls, “they drag the introvert in and then force them to survive on their own…” he shakes his head in disappointment, clearly distraught over the situation.
“Exactly! But if you ask them to come with you to a picnic, or to the library, they decline the offer. So much for being good friends,” you roll your eyes. Renjun finds himself smiling, and although he must admit that as every other college student, he himself would decline an invitation to a library if anyone asked, he’s like 99% certain that if it was you uttering out the question, he wouldn’t miss a heartbeat before joyfully jogging there with you.
“Ask me next time,” he blurts out, a poor attempt at flirting, “I wouldn’t say no.”
And it seems like tonight is the night where you suddenly get the last kick of courage needed when you talk to Renjun– maybe fueled by his coy smile when he said the previous comment, maybe just acting out on pure hormones– tonight's the night where he breathlessly takes your offer, still not thinking much of it, but igniting a curious spark in his own heart nonetheless, when you scratch the back of your neck in the last residue of anxiety, scrunching your nose at him and mumbling under your nose, barely heard above the loud music resonating through the living room. “Do you wanna sneak into my dorm room, then?”
Renjun almost chokes at your question– visitors in the dormitory are only allowed until midnight and as far as he’s aware, the clock is well after 2 AM right now, and he’s a male visitor, which is even more off the bounds in the eyes of the fierce woman guarding the entrance of the girl’s dormitory building. The more he stares at you, the more you seem to translate his silence into disagreement, which you panically try to undo with even more rambling. “I- I mean, since we both kind of hate this party and I think that if I drink more, I’m going to puke all over myself, so… My room is on the ground floor, so you can just climb in, if you wanted to. My roommate went home for the weekend, so there’s no one there, and we could– I mean, we don’t have to, honestly, but it’s kinda cold out and I thought we could both use a place more silent, ‘cause I really wanna head back now, but I don’t want to stop talking to you, y’know, and I don’t know if–”
“Okay, I’m down,” Renjun nods, efficiently shutting up your rambling, and when there’s a very apparent relief flashing over your face, he finds himself smiling in endearance at your antics, going as far as ruffling a hand through your hair in whatever kick the alcohol mixed with adrenaline gave him before you have him dragging his feet out of the house, both of your feet shuffling towards the campus.
The walk isn’t long, but he finds himself enjoying it. The condensation coming out of your mouths at the chilly weather serves more to the atmosphere when the both of you giggle out at absurd jokes and gossip, your voice breaking into soft hums when you sing a song under your breath in moments of silence that somehow feel both kind of awkward, but also kind of pleasant. He drags you by your hand to the other side of the sidewalk when a car passes by and you jump in surprise, eyes wide and glossy, mouth a little agape in an open-mouthed grin when his fingers stay intertwined with yours and you adjust your purse on your other shoulder, clearing your throat before you try to nonchalantly continue on with the conversation.
“I’ll go inside now,” you announce when you get to the girl’s dormitory building, breaking apart from the eager boy and coming closer to him when you confide the secret, “I’ll turn the light on in my room when I get there, so make sure to look out for the window. I’ll help you in, don’t worry,” you smile at him, and before he has a chance to reply, you disappear behind the glass door with a pep in your step.
Renjun finds himself sighing– now is the moment when he should realistically get relief, the moment when he’s supposed to relax for at least a second and prepare himself for whatever might happen in your dorm room– but when he slowly walks over to the left wing of the building and squints at the dark squares of windows, he wonders how in the hell he’s gonna climb in. Escaping out will be an easy task– the windows aren’t that high up– but coming in will be the problem. He guesses it’s the same with the whole situation– he bets the easiest part of the whole evening will be jumping out and running to his own room– how to survive the night in your presence and not go completely insane, he doesn’t know and wishes he had a manual to before he agreed to do this in the first place.
When the light goes on in one of the rooms and you wave at him from the inside, he finds himself involuntarily jogging towards the window, gears in his brain turning faster than the speed of light when he reaches the wall and you grin at him, opening the window and offering him your hand.
“If you grip the edge of the window and give me your hand, you can get in easily,” you say, watching as the boy cautiously looks around himself and scratches the back of his neck, mentally calculating his next movements.
“Have you done this before?”
“No,” you bashfully shake your head, “but my roommate did it twice, so I don’t think it’s that hard,” you note and nod at him, waiting for him to finally take action.
Renjun finds himself doing what he’s been told– and even though he huffs and almost falls over to his back (which would kill him, he thinks, since his physique is very close to a turtle’s), victory fills his veins when one of his legs finally ends up in your window, his body stumbling forward and almost toppling you over when the warmth of your room welcomes him as he lands on top of your desk.
“Welcome,” you laugh at him when he shakes his head in disbelief and takes off his coat, dropping it on top of the wooden table and watching you close the window behind him, so the cold doesn’t get in.
“That’s one way of inviting guests over, I guess,” he teases you, watching as you roll your eyes at him and go over to one of the beds. Renjun notices the room is different to the one he shares with Donghyuck– you and your roommate have two beds instead of a bunk one, the table is right under the window and you get a little more space over-all. You turn on the little lamp kept on your bedside table, and the boy watches you with interest as you cautiously walk around your own room as if it’s your first time seeing it, reminding him a little of a deer in the headlights, clueless and suddenly out of ideas.
Renjun finds himself laughing at your behavior– he finds himself endeared by it, the way you play with your fingers in nerves and try to think of anything to do in the intimacy that suddenly envelopes you when you invite someone over to your dorm room in the middle of the night– and when you aimlessly end up standing in front of him, your big eyes even bigger and glossier than before, he snickers at the state of you and shakes his head.
“Okay, so I know I was the one who invited you over, but now I’m kind of helpless in what we should actually do and all…” you giggle, a little embarrassed when you bear your eyes into his, your body subconsciously slotted in between his legs, his position leaning on the edge of the table allowing you and inviting you to do so.
“You’re cute,” he laughs at you, and before you have a chance to question him about the compliment, he has you silenced abruptly by his next actions.
“What do you–”
His hand is gripping your jaw and he leans into you, the newly found courage and affection towards you having him drunk on more than the alcohol, but also your whole presence– the way your hair smells when he’s this close to you, the way you pull the sleeves of your sweater further down when you don’t know what to do with your hands, the shyness in your gaze now that you have him in your cage– and his lips act on themselves when they press themselves against yours, soft but firm, tasting the strawberry juice mixed with vodka off your mouth, a surprised gasp against his lips more than enough to invite him even further in.
He feels your fingers tugging at his shirt and your skin growing hot under his touch, leaning back from you a little and finding you looking at him with a thousand different galaxies in your eyes, enough of a confirmation to him, but he’s a man– he still needs it vocally, when he grins lazily at you. “Was this one of the things you thought about when you invited me over?”
“Maybe…” you tug at your bottom lip with your teeth, a clearly battled grin trying to settle its way onto your lips.
“You should’ve just said so, then,” he smiles when he leans into you again, a little more confidently this time and kisses you again, again and again.
You stay under the window for a while, lips pressed hard against each other as you try to learn the curves of each other’s mouths by memory, lazy hands threaded into his hair and an arm around your waist now, steadying you in place. Foreheads pressed against each other when you break away for air, giggles resonating through the room when his lips make their way towards your neck and the softness of his hair tickles your skin, fingers threaded when you tug him towards your bed and you watch him kick his shoes off before you follow him onto the soft mattress.
His head falls into your pillow and you straddle his lap, your hair falling into your face when you look down at him from your position, the newly found dominance in your position charging you with unexplainable energy, and Renjun can’t help but smile at you sweetly when your eyes meet and you eagerly lean down towards him, fingers once again intertwined with his, hands laying next to his head. Your breath fans his swollen lips that you once again find yourself attacking, the contact overwhelming you and making it hard to breathe. Who knows how long the both of you have wanted to do this but never had the courage to– it’s a miracle that it’s even happening tonight.
And with the built-up desire, you act instinctively– hands breaking away from his when you grip his cheeks and give him one last peck, lips now traveling down his jaw and neck instead, having the boy shivering under the contact, your actions slowly but surely driving him crazy when you find his sweet spot and you get a satisfied gasp from him, a reward for your tonight’s efforts.
His hand grips your hip, and something about the burn of his fingers even through the fabric of your jeans makes you move on instinct, earning yourself a sharper hiss this time that doesn’t make you stop, however– quite the opposite, actually– as you break into a wide grin at the very evident effect you have on him, your movements slow and painful, but still having him harden under you.
Goosebumps appear all over your skin when his cold fingers capture the skin of your stomach when he aimlessly tries to find a place in your body to ground yourself, but the more he answers to your movements, the more encouraged you get. He tugs you back down so you’re facing him, which does nothing to halt your painful pace as he drags out yet another kiss from you.
“If we don’t stop now, it’s gonna be really hard for me to do so later,” Renjun huffs into your ear, which only gets you more excited.
“Who said I want to stop?” you ask him, fingers trailing up his side over his shirt, yet still making him fire up and flush in his cheeks. “Do you want to stop?”
“Do I look like I wanna stop?” he snickers, shaking his head in utter disbelief, hand traveling dangerously close to the cup of your breast.
“Let’s continue, then,” you muse, peeling yourself off him only the slightest amount, hands dragging themselves down his body until you reach the waistband of his pants, gently dragging the fabric down until he’s left in front of you only with a tent in his underwear, big eyes curiously and breathlessly watching you in your actions. He could be a gentleman and tell you you don’t have to, tell you to stop and come back up and that he will pleasure you first, but the more he watches you as you palm him over the thin fabric of his boxer briefs with the dangerous doe eyes of yours, the less he wants to do just that. In all reality– who is he to deny a blowjob from you? Or anyone, for that matter?
His whole body shudders under your touch, actions careful, but so painfully satisfying. Renjun watches your face with his bottom lip trapped between his teeth, the reality of it all sobering him up and making him aware of each shift of your body, each centimeter your fingertip travels against his skin, each motion that slowly makes a bundle of nerves appear in his stomach. It only gets too much for him when you lean on your elbows, nails gently pricking the skin of his thighs as your mouth hesitantly greets his dick, and he feels like a virgin again when his eyes peel off you just in case he finishes just by watching you blowing him off like a highschooler at his first blowjob, forcing himself to watch the ceiling instead.
Eyes traveling all over your room– the closed window opposite of him, the bed on the other side of the room, the walls above your bed– he gets lost in the galaxy drawn on a piece of paper that’s plastered right above your pillowcase, and another graphite sketch of eyes bearing right into your soul, as if they were watching him in the act, and another one, of a deer that looks through the shade of the trees, before it hits him.
“Oh my god what the fuck–” he gasps, and his tone must have sounded too different to the satisfied moans that have been spilling out of his mouth up until now, because you abruptly stop your movements and your gazes lock, your eyes completely mortified.
“Am I doing something wrong?”
“Oh– Oh god no, fuck, you’re doing amazing, trust me,” apologies spill off his tongue at your distressed state, “it’s just– where… where did you get these?” he asks, pointing towards all the drawings taped all over your walls that he failed to notice in the heat of the moment before.
“Oh,” you cluelessly hum, eyebrows furrowed, “I found them spilling out of a trashcan close to the boy’s dorms when I was walking to class one morning, and they were so pretty I had to take them.”
“I– you like these?” Renjun asks, full of strange surprise and genuine curiosity. You’re now sitting back on your heels and looking at the boy with big eyes, still slightly clueless and very much in a weird state of distress– because why would a man ask you about the random artwork on your wall in the middle of a mindblowing blowjob?– before you nod with a slight pout, agreeing.
“Well, I wouldn’t have decorated my room with them if I didn’t like them, y’know… Why are you… why are you asking?”
“Oh,” Renjun repeats again, a dumbfounded look taking over his soft features before he sits up on the bed and scoots closer to you, a weird sense of euphoria spilling out every vein of his body when the held-back dopamine is released into his system. A wide grin appears on his lips before he stares into your eyes with a milky way mirroring behind his eyeballs, glittering orbs haphazardly gliding over your face before he reaches your lips again, pecking them one, two, three times before you break away and look at him with furrowed eyebrows, a slight crease right in between them.
“What are you–”
“I think I’m gonna literally cum just at hearing those words, Y/N,” he blurbs out before he kisses the tip of your nose again, completely endeared and close to a happy boy under the Christmas tree, and while you may enjoy that look on him, you’re still slightly confused. Huang Renjun sighs almost a little too dreamingly and smooths the wrinkle between your eyebrows with a careful swipe of his thumb, still not giving you any explanation.
“Renjun, I’m afraid I’m not quite following why this is so important to you right now,” you mumble, having your partner laugh airly– just as if all his worries escaped through the window and you fixed his life with a few drawings plastered on your wall.
“Those, dear Y/N,” he points towards the papers stuck to your walls, eyeing the specific one he worked for 3 hours on and kind of mourned the morning after he realized he threw it away, months of practice and art that maybe wasn’t even that bad in the first place ending up in the trash because of a fit of rage, “are all mine. Mine as in, I drew them… And then threw them out in the middle of a slight mental breakdown.”
You look at him for a few heartbeats, eye contact never breaking before you avert your gaze towards the artwork on the walls– it takes you a few seconds before it hits you– and you gasp, hurriedly looking back at the artist in front of you, stars glimmering in your eyes now as well, matching his excitement. “Oh my god, are you for real?”
“Yeah.”
“You drew all of these?”
“Yeah,” he nods again, breathless.
“This is an insane coincidence,” you snicker, and Renjun didn’t know he had it in him– maybe it’s still the effect of alcohol that slips off his tongue when he speaks– but he cages you in his arms as he kisses you again, a whole new world appearing in front of him when the cheesiness meets the comfort of your walls.
“You’d call this a coincidence?” he hums. “Maybe it was fate.”
Earning himself a sharp laugh, almost mocking him as you swat his shoulder, you fall back with him towards the mattress, and while the heated moment might be gone, you don’t mind at all. Renjun looks at you with a certain softness in his eyes, a pride swelling in his chest, and for a moment, it’s true and you truly did open up a new reality for him and changed his life forever, fixed all of his problems, if you will, because the appreciation it takes for a girl to tape up at least 20 of his messy artworks onto her wall after finding the stash in the trashcan on her way to class might just be the encouragement he needed to keep going with the craft.
It’s hard to believe that this shitty party actually brought him somewhere– not only to your bed, but also to your life, to a beginning of something new and a restart in something he thought he’d forever be giving up on.
“So… Do you need those back? Because I kinda like them here,” you giggle, and the crinkle of his eyes is enough of an answer to you.
“You can keep them. I’ll just draw new ones you can look at,” he muses, stealing another kiss from you and squeezing your hip, having you squeal against his mouth.
“Now, to get back to what we were doing before–”

"we have a new intern joining us", our team leader announces. "he's interested in marketing and applied for the marketing and design position so i think it would be best if y/n guides him", he says, making you whip your head up. me? "you're the best person to guide him since that's perfectly your job role here y/n. i'll be counting on you then, he joins us next week", your team leader tells and you can't really say no so you just nod and just pray that you got a nice intern.
it's a new week at work and you head to work, having a busy day ahead of you. you reach office and head to your desk when your coworker chan walks up to you.
"y/n! good morning", you look up and see an unfamiliar face with him. "hi", you say, your eyes glancing over at the man standing next to chan. "this is soonyoung, he's the new intern", chan explains. right, you had completely forgotten about getting an intern. "yeah", you get up, reaching your hand out to shake. "hi! im y/n", you say and the new guy shakes your hand firmly and introduces himself. "i'll be on my way then", chan says as he turns around and walks away.
you look around and luckily the desk opposite yours had been empty for a while so, so he could sit there. "you can sit here and work", you tell, pointing to the empty space next to you and he nods, eagerly taking the spot. "i'll be in charge of you and your work and be guiding you for the three months during your internship here", you explain to soonyoung, who's looking at you with a smile as he nods his head to your words.
"i'm open to work and being useful and i'm grateful for this opportunity!", he tells you enthusiastically with a smile. you're a little taken aback at how enthusiastic and energetic he is, it was different. you've never seen an intern who's been this excited to work, the others were usually nervous or quiet but soonyoung was quite the opposite.
newintern!soonyoung who is so enthusiastic and excited about his job. he's always greeting everyone when he comes to work, announcing his presence loudly. he'd always greet you with a big goofy smile in the morning and you can't help but smile back. soonyoung would always be ready to work and ask what he had to do for the day. he would sit opposite you on the desk since you were assigned to guide him for the next three months. sometimes you'd sneak a few glances at him because he was pretty handsome and cutely charming.
newintern!soonyoung who always manages to catch you off guard because you both were opposites. you're quieter, keeping to yourself most of the time, meanwhile, soonyoung is asking you a million questions about you and work. he was so curious to know many things and would listen intently when you answered. he'd always accompany you and sit with you during lunch break. you often sat alone, wanting some peace but these days soonyoung would come and sit with you, keeping you company. he'd tell you funny stories and a few things about himself. he'd always ask you if you were okay and if your workload was too much, you could pass it on to him and he'd do his best in completing the work and helping you.
newintern!soonyoung who seems to be taking too long to get the copies of a document you needed for a meeting. so you wander down the hall to the printer room, only to find him standing in front of the printer with his brows furrowed. soonyoung tries to read the faded manual for the printer and you're confused. "soonyoung what's taking so long?", you ask. "i can't seem to get the printer to work", he says, looking at the manual and then the machine and then you, a small frown on his face. you take a look and quickly fix the issue. (the plug to the printer was unplugged but you weren't going to tell him that) he smiles when it finally works and soonyoung promises to get you the copies you needed in five minutes.
newintern!soonyoung who would sometimes buy you coffee in the morning, even when you told him he didn't have to. he'd have you order memorized and surprise you with coffee three to four times a week. when you offered to pay him back for the coffee, he'd always decline, saying it was okay and just admired how well you work. he'd say he bought you the coffee because he wanted you to have energy for the day. expect one day when he brings you a coffee, he accidentally trips on a box you had put down with old files and the coffee ends up splashing all over you. he'd be shocked and apologies would be falling from his lips as he plucks a few tissues from the box on the desk as tries to wipe the coffee off you, not realizing how close he is to you. he was pretty much hovering over you as your sat on the chair. he tries to wipe the coffee from your shirt and hands and you try to hide the small flush that creeps up your face. you clear your throat as you tell soonyoung that you'd just go change. luckily you kept a pair of extra clothes in your car.
newintern!soonyoung who'd always tell you to not work late and tell you to clock out on time. he'd bicker, saying if you were staying late, he'd stay too because he was your intern. he'd help you with the work if there was any that required you to stay overtime and you'd treat him to dinner afterward.
newintern!soonyoung who accidentally deleted an important file that was needed for the client meeting today. when the team leader finds out, he'd not happy. you accompany soonyoung to his office where soonyoung gets a scolding but you try to cover for him the best you could. "i'll redo all the creatives immediately", you tell, feeling bad that he was getting scolded because it really wasn't entirely his fault. the pen drive was faulty and the file didn't save but your boss was not going to sit and listen to that.
that night, you stay back late to create all the creatives for the client again, which was needed tomorrow. you don't notice soonyoung enter, only looking up when you see him placing something on the table next to you. "you didn't go home? it's late", you tell, looking up at him. "how can i when you're sitting and redoing all the work because of me", he tells, feeling guilty. "it's not your fault really", you say, trying to console him but he shakes his head. "let me help, please. tell me what can i do", he tells, determined. so you give him a few guidelines and assign him some work. when you're finally done, you sigh and stretch. soonyoung would pay for dinner that evening even if you insisted you would pay. he'd apologize a few more times for making you work late.
and you don't know when you started to fall for him. how could you not? he was so bubbly, shy, cute and so....attractive too. he'd follow you around like a puppy some days when you went for coffee breaks or lunch, eager to tell you something that happened in his life. you tried to ignore your feelings but he made it impossible sometimes. the simple things he did started to make your heart flutter.
newintern!soonyoung who finds you coming to work even though you seem to have caught a nasty cough and weren't feeling too good. he'd frown, saying you should go home but you wouldn't listen and brushed him off, saying you could work. he'd pay extra attention to you that day, making sure you were okay and he'd ask you to take breaks and be attentive to you. he'd bring you hot tea instead of coffee that day and you give him a grateful smile.
"soonyoung, you didn't have to", you say but he only smiles as he tells you to drink the tea before it gets cold. when everyone clocks out for the day, you're still at your desk, completing and making some changes to a few designs for an important meeting tomorrow and you wanted everything to be perfect. soonyoung finds you when he comes to pick up a book he left. he finds you hunched over your desk, asleep.
he'd shrug off his coat and drape it over your body and sit opposite you and wait till you woke up because he didn't want you to be alone or go back home alone at this hour. you finally stir awake ten minutes later and get surprised when you see soonyoung's concerned face in front of you.
"soonyoung? what are you doing here, i thought you went home", you say softly as you get up. "i was worried about you", he replies. "you should be at home resting, not working", he adds, sitting up straighter. "it's okay", you trail off but the thought of resting at home doing nothing was tempting. "let me take you home", he adds, checking the time on his watch. "but i still need to-" "i'll do it for you", he cuts you off. "please", he says and how can you say no when he's so sincere.
so soonyoung is driving you home in your car, even though you insisted you could drive but he didn't let you saying you should rest. "are you hungry? you barely touched your lunch too", he says. "im not really hungry. "if you're hungry we can stop by somewhere", you tell, looking over at him.
soonyoung stops somewhere, telling you he'd be back and you assume he'd going to grab some takeaway for himself. so you stare out the window of the shop he enters and watch him. he was so sweet to you, it makes your heart soft. and you didn't want him to get in trouble if word got around that you liked him. you so swallow down your feelings and tell yourself that it would pass. he was only here for another month now.
soonyoung is back and he smiles as he places a paper bag on your lap. "i got you something too", he says. you sigh, looking down because how were you supposed to brush of your feelings when he would do sweet acts like this. im sure he didn't mean to make your heart flutter but it sure wasn't easy.
"soonyoung...", you start, trailing off. he thinks he's done something wrong and a flash of worry hits in his expression. "did you not want that? sorry i should have asked-" "you're so sweet", you say cutting him off.
"you're so sweet to me and everything you seem to do makes my stupid little heart flutter and i just...i don't know anymore", you say, burying your face in your hands in defeat. he doesn't say anything and the car is silent.
"you like me?", he asks, surprised and you look up to see him waiting for an answer. you nod and he looks at you tilting his head to the side like he couldn't quite understand the fact that you liked or had feelings for him. "i-i like you too", he blurts out softly, covering a hand over his mouth once the words are out. it takes you a few seconds to process what he just said. "i've admired you since day one and you're really charming and pretty too", he adds shyly, making your heart beat a little faster.
your back home and you lay in bed, soonyoung's words playing in your head over and over again. what were you going to do now? you went to the office the next day like everything was fine and soonyoung greeted you with a smile as usual. but something about his body language had changed or maybe you were just hyper-aware around him now. you noticed how he sat a bit closer to you during the meeting and how he'd glance at you from across the table when you were working. it's later that evening and you're sitting across the table as you present the work you've done so far to your client. the client you were losing sleep for last night by working late last night. soonyoung is next to you and he watches as you bounce your leg repeatedly and fiddle with your fingers from anxiousness. this was a really high-stakes client so you were hoping everything would go smoothly. and without a word, soonyoung's hand is over yours, giving it a gentle squeeze as if to reassure you. it catches you off guard but you manage to answer the question asked to you just at that moment. it would be a lie to say your heart wasn't racing at that moment because it was going crazy.
later that evening after the meeting he finds you packing up and getting ready to leave. "the meeting went well, i'm glad!", he says. "yeah", you reply, your mind going back to the moment he held your hand. "i'm glad you're leaving on time for once", he adds with a soft smile. his smile was going to be the death of you - it was so endearing and genuine and so so sweet.
at the end of the month, it finally hits you that soonyoung is going to leave and that his internship is over. you're sad because you were definitely going to miss his goofy smile and antics at the office every day. he really had brightened up the last three months of your life.
today's soonyoung's last day and to celebrate his hard work here, everyone decided to take him out on a team dinner. so here you were, sitting opposite soonyoung as everyone toasted to him, glasses clinking as they drank. you tried your best to stay in the moment and not think about how much you were going to miss him. after a few drinks and eating, you're starting to get uneasy. maybe it was the crowded atmosphere, or that everything was too loud but you needed to get out and get some fresh air. so you excuse yourself and walk outside to the side of the building which also had a balcony since it was on the second floor.
"you okay?", you hear a familiar voice ask. soonyoung stands next to you as he faces you. you nod. "yeah, just needed some air", you say. you turn to finally look at soonyoung, who's looking at you intently. you lose your balance a bit, your head a bit dizzy from the alcolhol running in your system. "woah", soonyoung says as he catches your hand to make sure you were okay.
"i'm going to miss you", you say. the words are out of your mouth before you can think. maybe it was because of the few drinks you had, you loosened up and whatever was on your mind was coming out. "you were really the sweetest intern soonyoung. i'm grateful for everything you did and i hope you learned a lot and had a good time here", you say.
"can we maybe stay in touch? you have my number right. we can get to know each other more maybe?", you ask looking up at soonyoung. "are you asking me out y/n?", he asks, taking a step closer, his lips curved upwards in a small smile. you nod your head bashfully because you'd never be so straightforward or upfront yet here you were, asking soonyoung out. "i'd love that", he finally answers.
his gaze is soft as he looks at you, his eyes filled with adoration. you step forward and go on your toes to give him a small kiss on the cheek before stepping back and smiling. soonyoung is surprised his mouth forming in a small 'o' as he comprehends what you just did, before a grin bursts across his face.
and just like that, you and soonyoung start seeing each other and he'd just be the sweetest, cute and goofy boyfriend ever <3
i'd love to know what you thought about this!

✧・゚: *✧・゚:* BLEACH ACTOR/ MEDIA AU HEADCANONS || pt.1
note: Brought to you by a former media student [this is my way of a late graduation celebration on this app. And a gift to you guys because you saw my journey from going back to uni after a gap year and my internships] and now media/ comm practitioner 🥺
warnings: Scandals, unedited, mistakes [im doing this on my phone], toxicity
actor au - modern au
Tumblr media
Actor Yamamoto! would be a veteran actor that pioneered a certain genre or a specific scene that was present in all the movies he stared in when he was younger. Filming Bleach was an unexpected role. Because in his 30-year-career of action/drama/slapstick/mystery movies, he thought that his wrinkled body at an old age wouldn't land him anymore roles.
- Definitely the type who's strict and would throw acting lines in between takes at younger costars
- All of the Captain-lieutenant actors was told that the 'main captain' would be a veteran actor. None of them expected that it would be him.
- Filming was delayed by a day because every actor that walked into the room was starstruck and suddenly forgot how to act
ACTOR Jushiro! Wanted to pursue theatre studies but financial constraints said no. Still wanting to pursue a career in media, he attended an open University and studied Broadcasting Arts instead.
In his first day as an intern, he was put to test and was tasked to write articles. At the end of his first month, he was put in front of the camera.
Jushiro who was happy he was in front of the camera as an Afternoon newscaster, was called to his Boss' office three weeks later.
In front of him was the series' casting director and director, both of them agreeing that his face looked more angelic in real life than the news.
News events didn't suit a face like that anyway, he was fit for a gentle captain.
Actor Jushiro! found his way back home to his initial dream.
His background in Broadcasting helped him give articulate answers at movie premieres and red carpet events.
Always seen with his hair tied low and in a black suit, nodding along to the interviewers question.
one time the interviewer was an old classmate of his, it was then the world saw a more hyper version of himself.
Very much involved with the framing process of scenes
Actor Shunsui! Who's either gone too quiet or has the tabloids running after him. For the most normal things, too. Everything he did was a big deal. After all he came from a well known Business family.
'Kyoraku son photographed wasted and escorted out of Kyoto bar'
'Sex, Scandals, and guitar strings: Exclusive cover of what Japan's hottest actor does on his nights off'
It's funny how he accumulated a magazine tower of bizarre articles and has gotten used to the lens following him around.
Actor Shunsui would start as a child actor, starring in commercials because of his mother. His father forbidding him to pursue acting and to focus on the family business was acceptable at first.
His father divorcing his mother and telling the board of directors that actresses are good entertainers but not wives, was not.
Shunsui genuinely loved acting. All the things he did on the side, it was to spite his father.
"How serious are you with your craft?" Asked Yamamoto when Shunsui showed up hungover at filming day. It was only through Yamamoto that Shunsui felt a father's care.
Actor Shunsui who can buy his privacy, bit chooses not to and does more things that'll spite his father more. Who even goes as far as saying "He can only see me on paper. He'll have to come to my mother and I if he's genuinely asking for forgiveness"
Actor Unohana comes to me as Michelle Yeoh of the Bleach actor Au-verse
Definitely the type/ cast member whose personality is close to the character she plays. Is composed.
Very much involved in the scriptwriting process of the series and is always seen next to the director with a script rolled up, talking amongst themselves as their eyes scan actor after actor.
Has the most confusing humour on set, would say the most childish things in the sternest tone.
Starred in other big name shows such as FMaB, JJK [pls JUST UNDERSTAND THE VISION]
Is always partnered with Ukitake on red carpets because of her answers.
Actor Byakuya! a nepotism child. He's a distant relative of Unohana but listen. A nepotism child but what's more surprising is that an actor who's a tenured professor in a College of Communications in prestigious universities. It surprises people so much that they forget he's a nepo-beb
- His tone scares alot of new students, but plenty of his former students would laugh about how he just agreed to anything and doesn't seem to give harsh feedback despite trying to.
- Would specialise in Communication Research and Communication theories.
one time he was asked to teach an introduction to film subject for a semester, and took his students to the filming of the bleach episodes.
immediately after the director yelled cut, Professor Byakuya mode entered, saying, "I expect a paper on what shots were used and the importance of it to the story. That is your midterm."
Starred in a number of films and shows. His voice alone made him a host for a number of awarding events.
Has a special place for bleach, would automatically say yes and sign a contract. But with other offers he would immediately tell that he's busy for the semester.
Being an actor-professor would be annoying. Rapid taps of his fingertips on his laptop would ruin so many silent scenes, always has his laptop hidden in the scene and pulls it out just as the director is about yell cut.
Wandered into the wrong studio once after a marathon of teaching classes and was confused why everyone wore uniforms and hung on the ceilings [JJK Reference]
Definitely started wearing Haoris out of habit after many, many seasons on bleach.
Actor Aizen! Who's roots started as an idol trainee but debuted as an actor in romance films. Always the second lead that never received loved. His crying scenes broke the hearts of many and garnered fans.
He wanted to be challenged and not remain the second lead, wowed the casting directors with his monologue.
Almost backed out of the season when he read the tweets that questioned if a romance actor was fit for a show like bleach.
Another actor that received Yamamoto's wisdom. "You can't control many things, your craft is something that you can." Was all he offered when he heard Aizen's sniffle in a cubicle.
Aizen who's seemingly composed on red carpets, but breaks down to kpop idol rely dances in variety shows and is unashamed to dance to any choreo.
TWICE STAN ACTOR AIZEN IMAGINE THIS PLEASE
Actor Aizen always seen in airports, a Birkin and cardigans. "Look at him and his role" "love the duality" "I stan" "this guy can play god, but can stan harder" are the variations of tweets in everytime a new candid photo of him is released.

Hey Reid!
Your answers and tips you give to people have been really helpful to my understanding of what Im getting myself into and what are some more steps i need to be taking to find a job in the wonderful world of archaeology. I have a kind of unusual path I’m attempting to take and wanted to know if you had any insight?
I graduated college with a BFA in computer animation and after graduating realized I would be miserable in that line of work. Next month I will be going back to college to pursue a higher diploma in archaeology. My goal is to hopefully then move on to getting a masters in digital archaeology but Im worried that because Ive chosen to grt a higher diploma instead if a bachelors (in an attempt to save money and time) my potential for getting into a masters program may be not great. Theres not a whole lot of info on these degrees online because I believe they are only an Ireland and UK thing. My dream is to work on digital reconstructions of sites and artifacts that can be used in education thats entertaining.
I guess I’d like to know if you know anything about getting into the field of digital archaeology as well as pursuing a masters without specifically a bachelors. Im afraid Im banking to hard on the possibility of finding the right people to get an internship because if I dont, its such a small and niche sect of archaeology that, as far as I can tell, theres not a whole lot of jobs in. Im very worried Ill graduate and have nowhere to go again.
Thank you for your time just reading this! I deeply appreciate it!
Hmm, so I don't have any experience with the degree you're talking about or the illustration side of archaeology (because I cannot draw to save my life). So if any of my followers have more insight, please feel free to speak up.
With that being said, I do have some general advice/words of wisdom.
First, getting into an anthropology graduate program without an anthropology undergraduate degree is not impossible and happens more often than you think. It definitely helps to have taken some anthropology classes. The most important thing is to be able to articulate why you fit into anthropology/how your skill set benefits the field.
Second, the anthropology job market is competitive, and the advice I'll give you goes for pretty much anyone with a very niche interest. It would be awesome if you could get a job in your chosen field—plan and work for that. Do not give up. However, you should also cultivate a skill set that is more broadly employable. Your digital skills sound well suited for that already. During any subsequent degrees, keep your eyes and ears open for other careers that might interest you.
If you can find someone who has a career somewhere along the lines you want, see if you can get them to be some sort of mentor. They'll be in the best position to offer you guidance on how to navigate professional waters.

Heavy Hearts Ch 6
Tumblr media
Casey Novak x reader Warnings: language, that's about it. it's pure fluff. and an un-named guest star. If you're reading this, please let me know. even if it's on anon, because i feel like no one is...like im still gonna keep working on it,but like a girl could use some motivation lol
The next four months seemed to absolutely fly by, it felt like you and Casey had just returned from New York after Christmas yet you were already hunkered down studying for end of term exams. At the very least, you were thankful for the warming weather, able to spend more time outside, wandering across campus and through the city streets exploring more each day hand in hand. You also certainly weren’t complaining about getting to watch Casey play baseball once a week, happily cheering her on from the stands with your friends. Friends who were incredibly supportive and happy that the two of you had finally gotten together but would also constantly tease you over just how gross your love was (playfully and in good nature of course).
Studying sessions moved from your dorm or the library out to the quad, taking full advantage of the sunshine until it sank in the horizon. The longer days, the upcoming summer break had people in a lighter mood (even with exams coming up), laughter and smiles were prevalent everywhere, or at least it felt like it. Maybe it was just what you and Casey were feeling surrounded by your happy little cloud of love, one that grew larger and stronger with each day that passed. She was always so caring and soft with you, if you were struggling with an assignment or concept, she’d remind you to take a break, she knew just how overloaded your brain could get and knew just what to do to fix it. She would always bring treats to study sessions, making sure that she had your favourites for the extra hard days, and each weekend the two of you would celebrate with a nice dinner and lavish bottle of wine, cheers-ing to being one week closer to finishing the year.
When Casey was frustrated or getting stressed, you knew that you needed to get her to put the books down, change into some gym clothes and get her out of the dorm. You absolutely hated running, but you’d do it for her and had to admit, it did help clear your head. You’d sneak her into the batting cage, sitting in silence while you watched her, the bat cracking against the ball as she never missed a hit. If she refused either of those you simply shut her book, tugged her head into your lap and would turn on the tv, gently playing with her hair, scratching at her head until she was relaxed and calmed down. The two of you barely needed words to communicate at this point, it was more than easy enough to read each other and that just solidified everything even more.
Before you even knew it you were packing up your dorm rooms, setting stuff into storage and bringing what you needed over to New York.
*
You were so thankful and thrilled for the two weeks of exploring New York with Casey before you’d begun your internship. Summer in the city was a whole different ballgame than over Christmas. You spent as much time as possible outside, enjoying the warmth and sunshine, wandering through parks, walking along the river, getting as many snacks as possible from Little Eataly. Things were absolutely perfect and there was no doubting that both of you could very easily see this being your future.
Casey had taken you out for ice cream at one of her favourite spots, a mom and pop place tucked into a residential corner of the Upper West Side. It’d been raining the previous couple of days so you chose to explore the streets while eating rather than stay inside any longer. You had your arm linked with Casey’s, once your ice cream was finished you tossed it into a trashcan, your hand slipping into hers and she let out a happy hum, pressing a kiss to the top of your head. You wandered up and down a couple of streets lined with brownstones and happy family homes complete with large yards, open windows with laughter flowing from them, everything seeming very welcoming and open.
“I wanna live here.” You murmured, eyes lingering on one of the houses and Casey chuckled.
“You sure you don’t want a penthouse on the upper east side?”
You rolled your eyes as you scoffed, prodding her in the ribs and she winced away from you, “yeah I’m sure.” You laughed softly, leaning up to press a kiss to her cheek, “sure, they’re gorgeous but they’re like, too pristine, they don’t feel lived in. I feel like I’d constantly be cold in one. But these…” you gestured to the houses as the two of you continued to walk, “they feel more like home.”
“Well…” Casey stalled in her steps, turning you toward one of the brownstones, “this one’s an open house today.” She raised a brow in your direction and you giggled.
“Why? I mean, we’ve still got another two years before we’re done school.”
“So?” She shrugged, “doesn’t hurt to look.”
“I guess you’re right.” You laughed once again, following her up the sidewalk.
You were greeted by a real estate agent in the entry way who gave you the rundown, a brochure and a business card before you made your way deeper into the house. The entry way lead directly into a hallway with a large staircase heading upstairs on the right hand side. An office or sitting room sat off to the right and through a large archway on the left was the living room, more than enough space for a family to play games, have movie nights or finish up work. The dining room was semi connected, a large table, China cabinet and bar cart currently taking up the space, through a smaller archway was the kitchen. Spacious, new appliances and clearly renovated.
“Look at that yard.” You muttered and Casey wrapped around your back, pressing a kiss to the crook of you neck.
“You thinking dogs or kids?” She asked and your head tilted as you turned back to her.
“I… not sure.” You laughed softly, pausing to steal a kiss, “I guess I’ve never really thought about it. Kids I mean, because obviously yes to at least one dog.”
“Good.” She laughed, “you… don’t want to be a mom?”
“Considering the relationship with my own mother I guess I figured I’d suck at it.” You shrugged, “a dog is good enough for me, especially with the careers we both want. It’s not a deal breaker or anything but I’m leaning towards no.”
“For what it’s worth I think you’d make an exceptional mother.” Casey’s hand caressed at your cheek softly before she leant in to kiss you and your cheeks flushed.
“Well if we have a yard like this you’re the one teaching them baseball.”
“Them!?” She exclaimed, a teasing grin on her lips, “now there’s multiples?!”
“The dog needs to learn too.” You replied with a laugh, a glimmer in your eyes as you playfully shoved at her arm, “relax Case, it’s not like you can accidentally knock me up. Jobs, house,” you ticked them off on your fingers as you went, “then we re-route back to this when we’re settled and established bad asses.”
“Sounds perfect.” She kissed the tip of your nose, “but my leading question is; is there a limit on how many dogs?” She asked with a laugh, pulling another one from you.
**
Two weeks later and you were deep into your internship at a defence firm in Manhattan. You didn’t know much about anyone, just that the boss knew your dad, and you were trying to avoid everyone knowing that, keeping your head down and doing you work. So far it was running for coffee, lunch, or menial paperwork and honestly? You didn’t mind it at all. You had just enough time to slowly finish what you were doing while also keeping your ears and eyes open to see just how the legal world actually worked, able to pick up on what kind of things would help you through your next two years at school and in the real world once you’d passed the bar. You were always the willing one to take subpoenas, motions or suppressions over to the courthouse or DA’s office, knowing the field trip would likely give you more of an insight into an actual courtroom. And you were always thankful for the afternoons one of the higher ups would let you off a bit early, wanting a third set of eyes in the courtroom to take notes, watch their arguments and the like. It gave you the tiniest bit of leg up to know what kind of things to prepare for in a courtroom in the future, both on the exciting side and the reality of how boring it could get some days.
It was getting a little later in the day, you had been wrapping up a couple of lose ends on one of the attorney’s paperwork at your desk when you heard the sound of heels on the linoleum.
“Oh thank god one of you is still here.” The woman’s voice broke through the silence and you glanced up with a small smile. You couldn’t quite remember her name, you just remembered someone mentioning she was one of the newer attorneys with the firm, though just by the way she dressed and carried herself you knew she had the confidence and competency to run circles around some of the older ones.
“What can I help with?”
“Can you run these over to the Brooklyn DA? Office two eighty seven.” She pulled out a couple of files, gently dropping them down onto your desk.
“Brooklyn? Oh…” you trailed off, shaking your mouse to wake up your computer screen and the older woman chuckled.
“Darling, I know it may seem like you’ll burst into flames if you step out of Manhattan, but I assure you, you won’t.”
“Oh,” you laughed, “no, I just… I’m not from the city, I’m just here for summer. I’ll just have to search the subway route.”
“Oh sweetheart.” She chuckled, “fuck the subway. Give me five minutes, I’ve got a service. I’ll have a car waiting for you and let them know to take you home afterwards.”
“Are you sure?”
“Absolutely.” She practically smirked, her eyes flicking down your body quickly, “I recognize designer when I see it, can’t have Manolo’s slumming it on the subway now, can we?”
She shot you a wink and a grin before swiftly vanishing from the office and you couldn’t help but laugh lightly. At least you fashion sense wasn’t getting wasted this summer, she definitely had good taste that was for sure. Since the firm was basically empty you checked in with the head to confirm that this would be your last task of the day and were relieved when it was, collecting your stuff and finding the car waiting on the curb.
The trip over to Brooklyn turned out to be relatively uneventful, the DA’s building over there nearly as organized as Manhattan’s. You chatted with the lawyer’s assistant for a bit, a combination of gossip and getting to know as many people in the city as possible before you finally dropped off the documents for him and jumped back into the car, spieling off Casey’s address to the driver.
*
Casey was coming back from a last minute bodega trip, about halfway up the sidewalk when the town car pulled up to the curb. She paused, glancing back to it and somehow was a little unsurprised when you stepped out of it, moving toward her.
“Well look at you embracing the rich defence attorney life style.” She teased.
“Oh shut up.” You rolled your eyes, smacking her arm when you got close enough to reach her. Her laugh still echoing on her lips she leant in, kissing you gently in greeting.
“I’m sure you’ll be invited to all the summer yacht parties in no time.”
“Stop.” You said in half seriousness, halfway up the steps before you stalled, turning back to her, “actually, I’m pretty sure I have heard something about her having a yacht.”
“Her?” Casey raised a brow, saying a quick thank you when you grabbed the shopping out of her hands so she could unlock the front door, letting both of you into the house.
“Can’t remember her name.” You replied with a huff, kicking off your shoes and tugging at your blazer, dropping your bag on the table in the entry, “clearly rich, she’s not that much older than us, like, less than ten years probably?”
“What does she practice?”
“Criminal defense. She’s the newest at the firm but according to the rumour circuit she transferred from prosecution.”
“And now she’s offering you rides home? Should I be jealous?” She said with a grin, clearing teasing and you rolled your eyes again, following her into the kitchen.
“No.” You scoffed, “she sent me out to Brooklyn for something and when I said I hadn’t left Manhattan yet she offered the car to make sure I didn’t get lost.”
Casey barked out a huge laugh at that, the corners of her eyes crinkling and you shot her a playful scowl. She simply leant in, kissing your cheek gently,
“I’m glad you’ve found your people then. And we’ll take you on a little subway tour this weekend to make sure you know your way around. That way I won’t need to play tour guide all next summer if you don’t keep up with your fancy new defence friends.”
“I lowkey hate you right now.” You let out a sigh, “dinner here or did you have plans?”
“Dad wanted to barbeque.” She nodded toward the kitchen facing the backyard and you could see that her parents were set up out there already, she picked up the bodega bag “just sent me out for reinforcements.”
“Sounds delicious. I’m gonna go change.” You kissed her quickly before jogging up the stairs to strip out of your skirt suit, opting for some much more comfortable and more summer appropriate.
Returning back downstairs you swiped a couple of ciders from the fridge, not bothering with shoes as you wandered down the back steps into the yard, greeting the Novak’s with a bright smile. Casey stole one of the ciders from you, cracking it while you dropped down onto the patio furniture beside her, her hand instantly finding its home on the bare skin of your thigh under the table.
“Heard you had a nice little tour of Brooklyn.” Grace greeted with a smile and you rolled your eyes, swatting in Casey’s direction.
“Yup.”
“Thoughts?”
“Looked nice.”
“We can explore more this weekend.” Casey assured you with a soft squeeze to your thigh, “hit up the hot spots.”
“Y/N, what kind of cheese do you want on yours?” Benjamin asked from the grill, “we’ve got American, marble or Swiss.”
“Marble please.”
After adding the preferred burger toppings he shut the grill momentarily to help the cheese melt and Grace pulled the tinfoil off the tops of other plates and bowls. Revealing a fresh garden salad, grilled corn on the cob, and jacket potatoes with a plethora of toppings and dressings to go with it. The go ahead was heard to start plating things up and a moment later Ben was placing the appropriate burgers down onto the appropriate buns.
“You are enjoying the internship though, right?” He asked as he took his seat and you nodded.
“Yeah. I mean, it’s experience in the field I’m going to be working in so no matter what it’s a benefit, right?”
“Do you think you’ll do it again next summer? Or go back to DC?” Grace asked and you did your best not to snort.
“I might do it again, a few of the lawyers are really good and decently nice and there’s no way I’m going back to DC unless I absolutely have to.”
“Well you’ll always have a place to stay when you’re in the city.” She said with a soft smile.
“Are you sure? I mean I don’t want to intrude…”
“Are you kidding?” Casey asked with a laugh, “I’ve basically already told them you’re coming for Christmas again next year, the list of things to do is already started.”
“Really?” You looked toward her with widened eyes, watching the way hers sparkled in the sun as she grinned back at you.
“You seriously think I wouldn’t want to spend another holiday with you?” She asked and you blushed, ducking your gaze as she squeezed at your arm.
“That internship isn’t going to collide with the Hampton’s trip is it?” Benjamin asked and you shook you head.
“I double checked the dates Casey gave me before I accepted, made sure to get some wiggle room in there, plus I wanted a couple of weeks between it and going back to school, give my brain a break.”
“Do your parents expect to see you before the semester starts?” Grace asked.
“I mean they’d like me to make an appearance but everything I need is either with me here or in storage in Cambridge so there’s no need. They’re generally okay with me having the freedom.” You shrugged, “as long as I’m behaving, they don’t really care.”
“Well their loss is our gain.” Ben smiled across the table at you and you genuinely felt your heart warm.
Whether you had been romantically involved with Casey or not, you knew that the Novak’s would have gratefully accepted you into their home. It didn’t matter if that was for the week over Christmas, the three months over summer or whenever you needed a friendly, safe space to stay, their door would always be open. As you glanced around the table that evening, the sun finally starting to dip toward the horizon, you knew that you were exactly where you were meant to be, and you couldn’t wait for what your future with Casey held. You gave her hand a slightly tighter squeeze on the table top and she looked to you with nothing but pure love and adoration in her eyes, knowing exactly what you were saying without having to actually say it.

Alejandro Vargas (a/n thank you for the sweet words anon! hope you also have a wonderful day :))
How you met: Civilian Your international law internship brought you to countries across the world. This block, you found yourself in Mexico with a few other students. The work was difficult as it tested your knowledge of international law and also allowed you to practice your legal Spanish terminology. Despite the long hours and warm weather, you had fun exploring the nightlife and enjoying the beautiful country. Tonight, you and few friends, decided to go to a karaoke restaurant. This was definitely one of the best nights as you drunkedly encouraged everyone to take a turn singing. You decided to take a break and enjoy another round of appetizers and beverages when a man hopped on stage and tried to encourage his friends to join. His group shook their head at him and you saw his song selection was "Can't remember to forget you" a duet between Shakira and Rihanna. You knew the song and decided you couldn't leave him to perform it by himself so you jumped on stage. "I'll be Rihanna if you'll be Shakira," you offered and he look relieved he wouldn't be doing this alone. In the spotlight of the stage, he looked even more handsome up look. "Gracias," he said, "my name is Alejandro," he smiled at you. You made small talk before the song came on and you impressed the entire restaurant with your performance. At the end of the night, you walked away with 4 more duets with Alejandro and his offer for a date later that week.
A peek into your relationship: "Mi corazón, what are you doing now?" Ale asked as he took a seat next to you on the couch. Your relationship had blossomed the last month and you would spent the weekends at his home. "Just knitting something for you," you smiled and held up the almost completed project. He looked at it curiously as he tried to figure out what the pile of yarn was. He touched the fabric gently and felt the softness of it. He kissed you on the forehead and watched as you placed a few final stitches and made sure the fastenings were secure. "Voilà," you exclaimed as you held up the dark grey piece. With your knitting needles put to the side, Alejandro saw it was a grey hat, something to wear during the colder seasons. "A hat for you, my love," you said as you placed it on his head. He looked so cute in it and his smile showed his appreciation. "Corazoncita, it's the middle of Spring, I don't think I need a hat," he joked as he pulled out his phone to see how he looked. "It's for when I'm gone, don't tell me it doesn't get just a little chilly here," you replied and he pulled you into a hug. "Then I'll cherish it," he said and kissed you gently, the knit gift tickling your forehead.

my gosh babes, things have been so hectic😭 i’m im my fourth year now, and higher-level subjects r making me cry😭 why is everything so scary??
i’m taking a class under a really popular, established writer here in my country, and he scares me so much😭 it’s not like he’s mean or anything, in fact he’s kind of like a nice grandpa, but he’s so intimidating. he ended up quoting from one of my exercises for his column last week and i was so flattered🥹 when he asked me for my consent to be quoted, i had to play it cool but internally i was fangirling so much lol. i just really want to make a good impression on him because i’d love to get a letter of recommendation from him in the future🥹🥹
i’m starting my thesis next semester too, and i’m both scared and relieved😭😭 i’m kinda looking forward to what the future holds for me hehe
that’s all from me!! (mostly haha)
how has your internship been?? i miss seeing you around here on tumblr🥹🥹

Hey Lyss, does your college usually help people with internships? My current college helped me get one but I heard the next college I will go to once I graduate will leave me to fend for myself.
Depends i think. In my faculty there is the 1 month one that counts as a class and a 4-6 months one that you can exchange for an entire semesters grade.
I only had the 1 month one where my year got a list of company contacts (from the student body, not the campus itself). The year below me last i heard was left to find internship on their own.
I think they only help with the 4-6 months one, theyd give out a list of available internships, thats how my friend from the psych major got hers. So probably yeah. I didnt take the internship and went with final thesis for my last semester though so im not to informed about internships. I wish you luck on your endeavors.
