Still the same age, Giant sirens only age weird when they grow outta their shells 🤠 as for interacting with kids, he essentially views him as another siren guppy. He doesn’t actually know he’s human until they’re swimming and the human kid has to keep going up for water. But he really likes him.
Human children are actually viewed as harmless. And giant sirens actually feel the need to protect them, especially if they’re alone. Often, they’ll try and protect the child from adult humans, even their parents. This can result in human children being taken from the shore, which is a big factor in the giant sirens and humans beef. Giant sirens don’t think human children are fit to be with adult humans, and will only return them if the child is obviously distressed, albeit reluctantly. Human children have been found in giant shells before when returned.
Madrigals like she’ll fish, like crabs, and lobsters. Deep sea fish are liked as well ⁉️⁉️ Specifically, off the top of my head. Isabela, Julieta and Camilo like giant squid. Pepa, Dolores, Agustín, Mirabel and Antonio likes shark. Bruno, Luisa, Fèlix and Alma like orca <333
Fear wise, Giant sirens know that humans can make things that can kill them. And for decades, centuries even, humans have hunted giant sirens for fun. It’s not as common anyway, but it still happens. And humans have made huge, and I mean massive spears that came launched into a sirens chest, which will instantly kill them. Not even a second to process, it’s an instant death. Giant Sirens don’t like ships. So they will crash them if the feel they have to.
Agustín would be very confused. Very 😭 another reason to find humans in general harmless. They’re so goofy, he doesn’t understand the fear. Besides hunters of course.

Now, I don’t have these two in-game so take the following headcanons with a grain of salt. I could be completely off ✌️🤠 lol
🐟 I feel like Kokomi would be the unexpected Ler. Idk she just has a vibe telling me she’d use one or more of those little hydro fishies to help cheer someone up. Just little boops here and there to make someone smile!
🐟 I feel like she’d tickle Gorou for the funny, to make him laugh and help him relax from his duties. She’d be very gentle and careful not to overwhelm any Lee, either poking quickly or gently scribbling. Mayhaps a playful tease here and there, too. It’s only fun if nobody suffers :)

Bestie I’m so angry at the internet right now cause I’ve found a tarot reader here on tumblr who keeps reading tarots for Pedro, as if it’s not bad enough since I find it a violation of privacy, they also speculate on his sexuality and sex life and when I tell you they made me angry and nauseous at the same time… I blocked right away cause the trigger was IMMENSE. Well bestie, I think you did the right thing by blocking this person, unfortunately people go way overboard with Pedro, it's so weird and invasive and it makes absolutely no sense! I like tarot but I honestly believe it's bs because you can interpret however you want, so it's just stupid to believe in that and people who claim to read stuff about his life etc just want views and likes! Unfortunately about his sexuality, there will always be speculation until (if) he comes straight forward and says:
hey, I'm gay/bi/straight whatever
until then people will continue doing that, always claiming they know things or that he's dating/hooking up with whoever is seen next to him, men or women. So about the ask, I use acrylic paint more, I highly recommend it since it is a very good paint and at an affordable price (at least here in Brazil).
I've recently started using watercolor, it's a little difficult and I'm still getting the hang of it but it's really fun.
About how I learned, I saw many videos about it, on YouTube there is a lot of quality teaching content. But I'm still learning, it's always a constant learning process. Oh and I also highly recommend studying about color theory, that's it 🤠👍

Zombie Anon back ig 🤩
I appreciate the compliments and will thus share more about my apocalypse <3 (but not yet if I'll make a novel out of if, sorry 😫 But I have a few ideas I might be able to develop 👀)
Like I said in the previous ask, the Zombie Virus is a mix of fungi > mould > the flu, thus you can be infected by either not wearing a (gas / filtered) mask or getting into any kind of contact with areas which are infected with the fungus / mould. 🤪
Being infected with a Zombie bite is also possible but rare as the Infected (another name for the Zombies) are cannibals and will most likely finish the job before letting their victim go and let the consequences happen. 😵💫
The apocalypse outfits are also realistic for your information. 😒 If I hate one thing then it's apocalypse outfits with shorts and crop tops. Like yours legs are just gonna be scrapped if you have to slide on the street or bleed so so easily. 😖
A cool design I've thought about was the organs of the Zombies being tightened by 'vines' from the fungus but that is only a wip at the moment as I'm not even sure if that's possible. 🫤 The reasons for that happening (with no research though) would be the fungus (being an organism since some fungi are mushrooms) trying to make an organism out of the Zombie but due to its deadly nature (reducing the efficiency of the brain 🧠 and lungs 🫁 the most) it kills them before succeeding. I'm also not sure if all Zombies would suffer from the tightened organs or if it's only special ones but eh 🤷🏻🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♂️ I'm too lazy rn to do the research. 💅🏻
And to finish this ask off I'll explain the state of the zombies and whether they can be considered alive or not. 😊
The zombies are not dead, they have to be alive to be infected with the virus. Their mental state however is... blank? They're in a sort of loop, sleep deprived and numb, auto pilot, something along those lines. Once the virus has infected the sick individuals to a certain degree, they'll start to lack self-awareness and get the urge to act out cannibals. Once these symptoms are showing then it's too late late for the individual. 😌
The other not so dangerous symptoms (because there's a low chance of not turning into a zombie so like, 90% ig?): are severe depression, suicidal tendencies, extreme aggression, migraines (cus of the vines) and coughing fits that can last up to ten seconds multiple times a day (I got inspired by a certain cowboy for that, the Red Dead fans will get it). 😊 That's also why those that were infected with the virus but didn't turn feel as if they're in the last stage of Tuberculosis. 🤠😬
Other fun facts are that a vaccine seems to be imposible due to the virus being a fungus (I looked at one article and thus could be wrong), how long someone has before they turn into a zombie is not determined (could be hours, could be days, could be months), they're pretty much cannibals with the flu and thus do not have any enhanced senses. 👍

Hi, the creator of Lestappen winter challenge here!
So, the fic should be focused/set during the time around christmas, it doesn’t have to be winter themed, I chose winter for the name of the challenge as to no offend anyone with other religious beliefs or peopke who don’t celebrate Christmas, but I absolutely forgot about the fact that the other half of the planet has different season 😂
As for the dates: you should post your work to the collection by 24th of December, and then the collection will be revealed in the evening or on the 25th of December- here I advice if you want to put it in the collection sooner than 24th to come back to your fic on the day of reveal to set the date of the publishing of the fic to the date of reveal (which you sadly cannot do beforehand, as ao3 doesn’t allow that) I will, of course, let everyone know this the day of the reveal of the fics but just so you know.
Of course the main focus of the fic must be lestappen, but other than that, go wild 💁♀️ but do not forget to tag it appropriately! 🧡

feels sad to say this and reflect on it during my 7 hr bus ride home today but i just dont feel like i had a good quality time with my friend quinn this weekend.. it was a short visit for sure so i wish we couldve spent more time together but also i got on the bus this morning feeling completely fine that i didnt have to stay any longer. which makes me feel so shitty but its like.. my friend is going through a breakup and basically has been for months now since june im pretty sure which for me personally its like my friendship kryptonite. when a friend is having relationship trouble of any kind i have no idea how to be a supportive friend because unfortunately yes i am the "break up with them" friend. and right now all i think he should do is ACTUALLY separate himself from her and set some fucking boundaries and not talk to her for a long time, instead of what he did over the weekend which is go to a party he knew she would be at because theyre still friends with all the same people and then also basically ditch me in the middle of rhe party to be with her all night when he knew i didnt know anybody but him and the host. sooo yeah idk that kinda sucked. the thing is too ive been friends with him for 5 years now and ive like hardly interacted with the girlfriend shes nice enough but i dont know anything about her just that she seems to also be going through some shit right now which is why i think they broke up (and should stay broken up!!!). but before rhe party on saturday quinn was like "is it gonna be weird for you to see my ex at this party?" and i almost laughed because like. why the fuck would i care gjdkdh do you hear yourself?? no the only weird part was you acting like i wasnt there after 2 hours. luckily im so charming and easy to talk to and managed to meet some of his friends hes been telling me about for years (and yet hardly bothered to introduce me to anyone) and it wasnt the best night but it wasnt horrible either. and i feel for him i do but at the same time we have completely different personalities when it comes to this shit bc when i am done with someone not even romantically but like friendships too i am capital D done, i dont want them back in my life and i want my space from them so i can actually think about what happened and move on. instead he got so drunk i had to drive us home when ive never driven a car in chicago before and he was just being maudlin about the fact that him and his ex werent leaving together. and then he asked me 800 times if i had a good time at the party and every time i lied and said yes but what the fuck else am i gonna say, that im too old and have always been too lame for parties with loud music and weed and more than 6 people in attendance? i want to help my friend i can tell hes really not in a great place right now but i also dont think he wants to be helped he just wants his fucking girlfriend back and he cannot see that that will do him no good now or in the long run. fucking christ i dont know. rocky horror was fun. the queers there all loved my orville peck costume so that was nice. and i was one of three winners of the costume contest and as a prize they gave me a button that says GIRL DICK 🤠👍

Well howdy Wayne 🤠! Thanks for checking in on me 👍💜. Been busy with the holiday season upon us, getting things decorated with the family and being roped into making baked goods with @caleb-covington-wilson. He tends to bake more when he's stressed out trying to choreograph for and organize the club's big holiday shows and celebrations.
Here is one of the latest sweets we made together (@caroline-wilson and @wil-covington helped, with eating the cookies that is, and then they were off doing their own thing soon after):
These shortbread star cookies were fun to make together! Had to ignore Boo's sad eyes trying to get me to cave in and give her one. I think she ignored me for a day or two after that 😄.

ah yes, my favorite unemployed married man.
so i am not articulate At All and it will be a miracle if you can make it through this post unscathed by my brain rot induced word vomit, but honestly the best way i can sum it all up in one sentence is this: makki is the type of guy that would see you crying, freeze, tease you a lil, then take you to buy midnight ice cream (the fancy kind, like haagen daz) while you spill all your emotions to him.
we see in the Few scenes with him in it that he’s a guy that likes to be social. he’s open to talking to people and he jokes with them in lighthearted banter; he likes being friends with people! he’s approachable, he’s easy to talk to, and for me who’s an irl introvert, i tend to drift towards people who give off the energy that i can feel comfortable drifting towards :)
i honestly don’t think there’s ever a Boring conversation with him. he’s the type to Joke and Joke and Joke, not in that saccharine sweet way that oikawa does, but like. genuinely. he’s just a fun guy to be around. and i honestly think he just. cares about everyone. once he talks to you, even if you’re not Tightknit like his close friendship with the Seijoh 4, you’re still A Friend. he’s just :(( such an approachable person :((( GOD HE WOULD BE SO EASY TO CRUSH ON IRL PLS . AND BC HE’S GENUINELY INTERESTED IN WHAT YOU’RE SAYING HE ENGAGES IN THE CONVO AND MAKES YOU FEEL!! SO IMPORTANT!!! UGH
