Amazon’s coming-of-age Mexican-American family sitcom set in San Antonio, Texas has a feel-good sweetness to its core alongside a barrage of sharply written jokes. Focused on a single mother raising a teenage son who’s struggling to navigate life while growing up with five very overprotective uncles, much of the comedy comes from the specificity of the characterizations and the fun quirks the actors inject into their performances.
So like every actor in this category did amazing and I’ll be happy for whoever wins but James Marsden winning an Emmy for playing James Marsden will be the highlight of my year. 😂😂
Okay, I just started watching High School on prime video/freevee and I already know it is such an underrated show!! So good already and I can’t wait to watch it all
Another brilliant season of Bosch. It feels authentic, has really interesting characters and stories. It's not too gory and the main focus is on solving the crimes. If you are a fan of the books by Michael Connelly, you will love this series because they really got Harry Bosch right.
The only issue I had with this season was that Harry Bosch didn't go out to eat as much as he does! Usually the books and this show always make me hungry because Bosch is always eating great food as he solves his cases.
Maurice and Honey Chandler are two of my other favourite characters on this show.
