yknow what, yeah, alola's waters are the only ones satoshi feels entirely safe in. not during the first year, no, he was still getting used to everything, still learning about the place, but during his second year there?? the sea started feeling familiar, the water pokemon recognized him, the waves didn't rock him as hard as other waters. he still prefers swimming with others in alola, but he's entirely more likely to decide to go for a swim or go cliff-diving on purpose in the alola region than literally anywhere else in the world.

Faint sunlight ripped through the curtains of your bedroom. Air conditioning was softly cooling down the room, making you sink into your sheets. You wanted to finally get out of your bed to start the day, but something stopped you. That’s when you felt a pair of strong arms wrapped around your waist. Your sudden movemen made your boyfriend tighten the grip furrowning his brows, not content with you stirring around.
“Don’t go,” Sunghoon mumbled, voice still raspy and deep, nuzzling his face into your neck.
You slowly turned around and placed soft kiss on his nose making him scrunch it and smile, eyes still closed shut.
“More,” he whispered greedily.
You proceeded to plant sweet pecks all around his face, and just when you were about to kiss his lips, you felt his grip loosening. Taking the opportunity you snapped out of his embrace and got out of bed leaving Sunghoon whining.
“Why would you do that?” he asked dramatically.
“I’ll be back,” you said leaving the room and closing the door behind you.
Believing you, Sunghoon just covered himself more with bedsheets and waited. The comfort of soft mattress and cozy duvet made him close his still sleepy eyes as soon as his head hit the pillow.
When you came back you almost cooed out loud at the view of your boyfriend sleeping adorably with his lips ever so slightly parted. You climbed on the bed. Feeling your weight on the other side of the bed he took alol th energy and will to open his eyes only to be embraced by your delicate arms. He immediately found comfort and brought himelf closer to your form. You lifted his face by holding his chin, making his stomach fill up with butterflies. You looked into his eyes, now fully opened, hint of innocence in them. You then leaned in and kissed his lips slowly. As soon as your skin came into contact with his he melted in your touch, whole body fully relaxed, something he needed after week of hard work.
You pulled away and looked at him being his usual enderaing self. “Do you want to sleep some more?” you whispered straight into his ear, noticing how its end went bright red. He nodded and nuzzled his head into your chest. Smiling to yourself you kissed his forehead near his hairline and followed Sunghoon into your sweet dreamland.
