OFF LIMITS
Pairing: Niragi x Aguni’s sister! Reader
Warnings: unprotected sex (be smart!), possessive Niragi
Word count: 1.9 K
Summary: Niragi wants you so bad it hurts but he’s too scared of your brother to do anything about it. You have to take the matter into your own hands.
Author’s note: And I disappeared again. I promise you guys I love y’all, I just experience some writer block. Don’t hate me. Here’s a counter sex smut (my favourite) with Niragi to apologize! Remember that English isn’t my first language. Please don’t hesitate to let me know what you think.
Nota bene: We do NOT condone Niragi’s actions as we do NOT condone rape! We only love the Dori Sakurada’s interpretation of Niragi. This is fantasies only! You do NOT deserve this! If you are a victim of violence, please get help as soon as possible! You are not alone. Stay safe xx
Tumblr media
Niragi was an asshole.
He was obnoxious and rude, and he treated everyone like he owned them.
But not with you! With you, he was nice and kind. He always tried to help you in any sort of way. Not that you needed help, obviously. But having a big armed guy on your side was hardly a luxury at the Beach.
Two reasons why he treated you well.
First of all, because he had the biggest crush on you. When he was around you, he couldn’t think of anything but getting into your pants. You were beautiful, and you were confident. You weren’t scared of him and to be totally honest, he found himself turned on anytime you opened your mouth to shut him up.
But there was another reason that made him be nice to you: You were Aguni’s sister!
You were off limits. Everybody knew that.
Actually, Aguni never said a thing about you. But no one was bold enough to try anything!
You busted in the VIP room during a militant meeting and your confidence still impressed Niragi. Dangerous armed guys were talking, and you interrupted them with no care in the world. His eyes were scanning your body until they met yours, already staring at him with lifted brows. He’d been caught. Was he embarrassed? You giggled a bit.
“Aguni, I need to talk to you”
Your brother nodded as he left the room, following you into the corridor.
You were hungry! It was past midnight and you were so fucking hungry. But you were in your bed, comfy and warm and you didn’t want to move. You debated with yourself but soon, laziness lost the battle against hunger. You threw yourself out of bed and went to the kitchen, not even bothering changing. Your pyjamas consisted of only an extra-large shirt and short shorts, but you were in a bikini all day every day, so half of the people at the Beach already saw your butt. Why changed then?
You arrived at the kitchen and turned on the music to make yourself a snack. You were dancing to the beat as your cheese grilled when you heard someone behind you, walking to you. You didn’t take the time to think, grabbed a knife and turned around quickly.
On the other side of your knife was Niragi’s throat, with his hands up.
« You’re fast » he said calmly, smirking at you.
« Damn it Niragi, don’t do that! You scared the shit out of me! »
« Sorry » he chuckled.
The sound of the microwave ringing behind you interrupted the intense eye contact.
« Can I sit with you? » he asked, already climbing on top of the counter.
« Sure » you answered as you hoped beside him, food in your hands.
You made sure your thigh was brushing against his as you sat.
You wanted him.
And you knew he wanted you.
You remembered this moment. The moment you learned that Niragi wanted to “fuck you raw against a wall”. His words.
It was a hot summer night and you needed to refresh yourself. You and your friends decided to head to the pool. You were wearing your favourite bikini, not bothering to wear anything else. But as you were about to leave the building, you realized you forgot your hairbrush and turned around, telling your friends you will meet them at the pool.
“Yeah so I can give Aguni a reason to kill me, right?”
As you heard your brother’s name, you knew you had to stop and listen. What if someone wanted to do him wrong? You needed to know.
“I don’t know man” Takatora answered, clearly bothered.
“No, I’m telling you! I’m not usually smart but I’ll be on that one. I’ll just stop thinking about her and move on”
As you got closer, you clearly recognize Niragi’s voice.
“If you say so”
“What?”
“Bro you are talking about her 24/7. Every time she’s entering the fucking room. I get it, you like her. But you’re driving me fucking crazy”
You continued listening for a while as it was kinda fun, but when you heard them moving, you quickly turned around and join your friends.
« So no chicks to impress tonight, huh? » you asked him before taking a bite of your grilled cheese.
« No. I grew bored I guess » he shrugged, stealing your snack.
“Bored? About girls? Who are you and what did you do to Niragi?”
He sincerely laughed at that, but didn’t really answer you.
Niragi seemed confident, but you knew him too well. You noticed the little shake in his voice and the way he swallowed at your giggles.
You knew he wanted you. And you wanted him. Now. On this exact counter.
You shifted a little, feigning to get more comfortable when, really, you made sure to get closer to him. You moved your hair out of your shoulders, letting him see your neck and collarbone. You could feel the tension. The atmosphere was getting thick. He loudly inhaled through his nose, and you knew. Your plan was working.
And he knew you knew. You weren’t innocent, and he was well aware of that. Your little game wasn’t unnoticed, and that was exactly why it was working. He knew you wanted him. And it made him go crazy. The months of flirting together and staring at each other were getting to an end.
He knew it was a dangerous game. That’s why he stood up, leaving the counter. But you pursued him and grabbed his arm before he could walk away. He turned around again and you pulled him a little, wedging yourself between the counter and his body.
« I don’t want to hurt you »
« What if I want you to hurt me? »
A shaky breath left his mouth.
« Y/N don’t tease »
« Why not? »
« I can’t do that »
« But you want to? »
« Your brother would kill me »
« But I’ll make you feel alive »
 You knew he was going to cave; it was a matter of minutes. You knew it was going to take one more sentence.
« Fuck me Niragi »
At that, his mouth was on yours. He captured your lips with a fervor you never felt before.
He grabbed your thighs and sat you on the counter again, so close to the edge that you could feel his entire body pressed against yours. His hands were everywhere on your body. His mouth left yours to navigate on your jaw and neck.
He wanted you for so long, and he was going to make the best of it. He was literally aching for you, his body hurting with desire.
He grabbed your waist under your shirt, tight, and you felt like you were his. He made sure of that. He was going to get hell by your brother. He wanted at least to make the best of it while it lasted.
If he wasn’t close before, he definitely was now. You could feel his clothed groin pressing against your pussy. You instinctively moved your hips, trying to get some friction. He quickly grabbed your hips, stopping your movements. He needed you to stay still or else he was sure he was going to explode.
“I shouldn’t be doing this”
“You’re hot when you’re scared”
« Your brother will kill me»
« Don’t think about him » you said as you guide his hand inside your underwear, your lips brushing against his, « think about me »
His fingers quickly found your clit. He didn’t waste any time. Not anymore. He could feel the wetness on you and he needed more. He couldn’t care less about Aguni right now. The guy had left his mind the moment he felt your hand pulling at his, guiding it inside of your shorts. You moaned in his ear and he knew he couldn’t live without this sound anymore.
His fingers circled your clit, his mouth on yours, kissing you like there was no tomorrow. Which actually might be true for him.
“You’re so fucking wet” he groaned, not giving a damn about who could hear him.
You only whimpered in answer, your hands gripping his shoulders so tight he knew you would be leaving marks.
You could feel his fingers slipping inside of you with ease, his thumb still on your clit. He was fast, hard, and touching every spots inside of you that made you see stars.
“You’re fucking mine now. There is no way anyone would touch you like I do ever again. I will kill anyone who get close to you”
You were about to climax, and he knew it. He could feel you clenching around his fingers. He suddenly slipped his fingers out of you, stopping all of the sudden, and all you could do was whine. You were gonna ask him why he’s stop when he explained it to you.
 “If you’re gonna cum, you’re gonna cum around my cock princess. I want to feel it on my cock.”
You wanted to answer but couldn’t. Instead, you just looked at him with wide eyes, trying to make him cave and let you cum.
“Continue to pout like that and I’ll destroy you. You just have what you asked for princess, teasing me like you don’t know what you’re doing”
You felt him grabbed your shorts and lifted your hips to allow him to take them off.
Your hands were opening his shirt, exploring his chest as he was working on his belt and pants.
He quickly penetrated you, not letting you any time to adjust to his size, and you were unable to keep your eyes open.
But then again, for the second time of the night, everything stopped.
“You look at me in the eyes when I’m inside you. You close your eyes and I stop.”
With that, he kissed you, slower this time. You sighed when you felt him inside of you again. You could feel his hair falling against your face and his hot breath on you.
“I’ll probably get shot for it but this is so fucking worth it”
You wanted to respond, but the only thing your brain could do was make you moan.
His fingers found your clit again and in no time the stimulation was enough to make you clench around him, milking his own orgasm away.
Aguni was searching for you when he entered the kitchen and saw the two of you getting dressed.
Niragi’s eyes widen and he stepped backward, his hands up in defense. He was ready to apologize. Or ready to die. He opened his mouth to say something, anything that could get him out of trouble,  and Aguni’s eyes left him to speak to you.
«Y/N I need to see you » he stated.
«Coming » you answered as your brother turned around and leave.
Aguni knew you could handle yourself. He actually never gave a fuck about your love and sexual life. You were an adult and he couldn’t care less.
He never threatened anyone who got too close to you. His reputation just did the thing.
« I like it when you get scared » you laughed, winking at him before following your brother, letting the tall guy speechless and alone in the middle of the room.

Can you do chishiya with a reader who is insecure about their body and chishiya is confused but tried to make the reader feel better in his own way. Thank you!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Summary: Chishiya wants you to believe, that he believes, you're beautiful.
Pairing: Chishiya x gn!reader
Genre: Fluff , slightly suggestive
Warnings: slightly suggestive, insecurity, lmk if anything else.
Word Count: 500+
a/n: sorry this took a bit to make! had trouble thinking of ideas but I hope this is what you wanted!!
Tumblr media
"You're beautiful." He muttered into your ear as you sat comfortably on his lap.
You shook your head, pulling your head away from his own. You only stared blankly at him, your mind trying to convince you of his words.
"No, I'm not." You whispered, brushing your fingers against the two pieces of hair that framed his face.
"What?" He asked, confused. His eyebrows furrowed as he looked at you, trying to read through your soft expression.
"I don't want you to feel obliged to tell me that." You mumbled.
There was nothing to be confused about. Being insecure was always something you struggled with. When you'd tell someone you're not as beautiful as they say you are, it was never you fishing for compliments; but more so trying to find the truth in your visual identity.
You've always felt as if your facial features were spare parts that were thrown around and placed on the wrong body.
"I don't feel obliged." Chishiya shook his head.
"You really are beautiful." He told his mind to speak softly, but his words came out in an uncontrollable sternness.
You shook your head, letting your forehead fall onto his shoulder. "I've never been able to believe that." You tried to find the words to be more open, to explain further why you could never see yourself that way.
But all you could mutter up were words that made you sound attention seeking and pathetic.
"You've never been able to believe that." Chishiya spoke, emphasizing his words. "I believe it. And, I don't believe in a lot of things." He almost laughed at his own words, rubbing soft circles into your lower back.
You smiled at his comment, "Yeah.." You nodded, watching as he turned his head to look at you in an awkward angle.
He brought his hand to your face, making you sit up to look him in the eyes. "I believe..." He spoke, taking in a sharp breath, "You have beautiful eyes.." He whispered, rubbing his thumb against the eye bags that your eyes proudly held.
"Beautiful arms..." He added, moving his hands to rub against your skin but keeping eye contact, trying to let you know he meant every word.
You smiled down at him as he looked up at you, seeking your approval through a smile.
"Everything about you is beautiful." He admitted, bringing his head towards you to place soft kisses on your neck.
"Okay, I get it." You laughed, playfully rolling your eyes as you pushed his shoulder away from your body.
"I don't think you do." His tone was soft, the type of soft he tried to use earlier.
His eyes met yours, instead of the playful, or mischievous glint he walked around with; they were soft and serious as he looked at you.
You smiled down at him, cupping his face in your hands to lean down and press a soft kiss against his chapped lips.
"Then make me know, Chishiya." You said, breathing against his face. You watched as his eyes blinked back into something you could only identify as lust as they stared into your own.

Hi, I love your writing and was wondering if you could do a chishiya x freader where reader takes a long time to come back from a game so chishiya assumes she is dead. They aren’t together but somehow chishiya has managed to open up to them and is starting to have a better understanding of emotions. So when he thinks readers dead (the only person he tells his feelings and past) he has a break down. Then reader comes back to find him a mess. When she asks why he explains how he wants to learn about emotions and feeling because reader opened him up to the idea. He basically ends up confessing and they end up together. Maybe even drunk sad chishiya idk 🤷🏻‍♀️.
yes i can! thank you for requesting. i tried a different format with this so let me know if it's confusing. flashbacks are in italics
"You seem like a doctor", you said with a smile. Chishiya's brows rose. Was it obvious?
"Why do you say that?", he tried to act like you hadn't read him but you had. And after almost drowning, Chishiya didn't have a lot of energy to keep up his nonchalant facade. Especially not since you had rescued him, given him first aid, dry clothes and a warm meal.
"You seem... Serious. But not in a moody way. Like someone who's been... desensitized. You're very clinical. About all of this, the games. The way the world works. Your eyes are a little sad. Like you've seen so much", you said, sitting opposite to him and handing him a water bottle with a smile that made him feel funny. He remembered asking himself if these games were a ploy of God. But if they were, maybe God put some angels hidden around. Like in a spades game inside a pool filled with traps.
"But that could be anyone", he took the water bottle, nodding his head slightly as a way to thank you.
"Yeah. But anyone wouldn't be as smart. And they wouldn't know how to fix the excuse of a patching up I did in themselves like a pro, like you did", you pointed to his forearm, now properly bandaged up. Neither too loose or too tight, the bandages tucked in nicely. "So, doctor, what's your name?", you smiled, offering him what was left of your food.
One hour. It's been one hour since the games were over and there were no sign of you anywhere. With so many people, he thought he may have missed you. But it wasn't like him to not be able to spot you. Not when he couldn't take his eyes off of you at any given point when you weren't inside a game.
He was sitting seemingly patiently but he had started to twist his hands inside the pockets of his hoodie. His mind was going haywire, going through the stages of grief over and over and over again, interluded with pep talks about how you were smart. You were strong, you could do it. But could you? And then it would start over again.
Another half an hour went by before Chishiya stood up.
"Sitting around just won't do", and then he started walking.
"I think I've seen the worst of the world", Chishiya said, quietly, like he was telling you a secret. In a way, it was. He hadn't told anyone about it, after all. "Here, back in the real world... It's all the same, isn't it? There's no justice, is there?". He seemed so vulnerable, looking down at his lap.
"What happened in that game wasn't your fault. It was a hearts game. You just played the hand you were dealt with", you said, laying a comforting hand on his shoulder, squeezing to bring him out of his stupor, to let him know you were there for him.
"Yes but... How can we decide? How can anyone decide the cost of a life? Who's worth it and who's not?", he said, looking over at you.
"We can't. No one is more important than the other person, but we are all important", you said. You looked over at him, looking every bit like an angel in that white hoodie. "In normal circumstances. But these aren't. You need to stay alive, understand? You have to live", you said. What you didn't say was the "I can't loose you" that felt lodged in your throat, the words seemingly floating in the air around you too like smoke. It was there, you both knew it, but it wasn't tangible.
"I will live. I will", Chishiya was in a similar situation to yours. He didn't say the "You won't loose me. Ever. Even if I die" that was wrapping around his throat, wanting to force him to confess. "I will come back to real world", he said, determined. He didn't add the "With you" at the end like he wanted to, either.
Chishiya didn't mean to get drunk, honestly. He just thought it was a good idea to not be so tense waiting for you, and specially when you returned. Because you WOULD return.
So he decided to drink a bit. He didn't want his nervousness to take the best of him and make him lash out at you because he's so worried. He could picture perfectly the way your brows would crease, your eyes widening, your lips pouting... You were so beautiful.
But as time progressed and you didn't show up, this was a good enough way to keep occupied. Back at the real world, Chishiya wouldn't indulge in things like that. Not even in the Borderlands, really. But you did something to him. Him drinking to try and numb himself of the intrusive thoughts caused by the anxiety of not having you close for longer than expected made Chishiya feel as if he was one of the patients that he worked with in residence, that started to smoke as a replacement addiction to opioids. Chishiya was addicted to you.
"What will you do? When you go back?", you said. It was yet another one of your late night talks, and he was trying his best not to let his sleep addled mind make him do something stupid. Like kissing you. Even though you were so so close...
"I'm going to start living. Really living", he said, voice thick with sleep in a way that made you shiver. "This place has a way of making you feel like you were wasting your life, doesn't it?", you nodded. "What about you?"
"I will do the things I was too afraid of doing before I came here. I'm going to let people in. I'm going to fall in love. Madly. Maybe start a family. Who knows", you were blushing, your eyes closed to avoid the embarrassment of what you just said. You could feel Chishiya's eyes piercing all over throughout your face like needles.
"That sounds good, I think", he said simply before closing his eyes as well, his own blush dusting his cheeks.
"Chishiya? Chishiya, wake up", you said. You had just came back to find Chishiya asleep with an empty bottle on his hand, and started to worry immediately. This wasn't like him. What really startled you though was the dried tear streaks on his cheeks.
He had opened his eyes after a minute, but just barely, his lids were heavy in a way that told you he was still drunk.
"Y/N... You're back", he hid his face in your thigh where you kneeling besides his head and you had to contain a jump to not hurt him. He was already going to have a killer headache soon, you didn't want to contribute. "I can't believe you're back".
"Of course I'm back", you gently pried his face from your thigh and helped him sit up against a wall. "My game took long, it was a maze. And then I had to get some food too, that's all", you whispered, his intoxicated gaze fixated on you like you'd dissapear if he looked away. "What happened? Why are you drunk?"
"I... I drank because I was afraid. Stupid. Stupid decision", he slurred and you nodded for him to keep going. "You were taking so long... And I was afraid you were... You wouldn't... And then we wouldn't fall in love madly and have children ", he could barely string a sentence properly but you could tell he was being sincere. "Love you. Thank you for letting me in. I thought this was all just so stupid. And then you made me care about you", he said and you felt like you were having a heart attack.
You quickly leaned forward to give him a peck on the cheek, and, regretfully, had to push him away when he tried to kiss you. Instead, you cupped his cheek in your hands. "I love you too. But you're drunk. No funny business until the morning comes", you said and he gave a slow nod.
"Come here. Let's hold each other for now, ok? Rest, and we'll talk in the morning. I'll be here when you wake up, I promise", you whispered. And he promptly fell asleep, anxious to open his eyes to you in the morning as soon as possible.

Niragi’s Favorite Toy
Part 6
Tumblr media
Niragi X female reader
Warnings in this chapter: non-con and dubious consent, knife play, smut, public sex
A/N: I was worried this one might be a bit too over the top, but why not put half my favorite Niragi fantasies in one chapter
Part 1 [x]
Part 2 [x] 🌶️
Part 3 [x]
Part 4 [x]
Part 5 [x] 🌶️
Masterlist [x]
Today had been the the first chance you really had to explore the Beach on your own. You realized it was the also the first time since arriving in the Borderlands that you were able to think about your life outside of your immediate survival.
Only now could you realize just how much of your old life you had been grieving the loss of. The old you may as well have been a different person, your loved ones, and hobbies were completely gone. The places in the city that you loved were crumbling. But you felt alive again when you realized that you could get one thing from your old life back here. You could still loose yourself on the dance floor.
You started off your day with a glass of wine from the bar. Although you could technically drink as much as you want here, you didn’t want to risk a hangover when you were likely to be thrown back in the games tomorrow. It was becoming apparent that the Militant Corps didn’t wait for visas to expire to play again.
The party was already in full swing when you got on the floor. At first it felt a little awkward just because of how long it had been since you had the chance to dance, but before you knew it you were moving your hips to the best of the music and enjoying yourself.
After a few songs you noticed that Niragi was watching you as he passed by with his crowd of lackeys in tow. You looked over your shoulder and winked at him coyly.
No one really danced with you weren’t sure if the drugs and alcohol had everyone in their own world, or if they were avoiding you because they had seen you with him.
After a while you decided to go check out the pool. Swimming with your arm injury was out of the question. But you could soak away all the aches in the aches from the previous games in the hot tub.
“Are you new here, I haven’t seen you around before.”
You turned, pleasantly surprised that someone was actually talking to you. “Hi, I’m Y/N. I actually got here a couple days ago, what about you ?”
“A little over a week for me. It’s a little crazy here but you’ll never be bored.”
Just then you saw Niragi headed your way. His rifle no longer on his shoulder. “You got a death wish or something,” he said while aiming at the man you had just met. The man was now looking around frantically to try and find out what he had done to upset the Militant.
“Sitting that close to my property, what were you trying to do with her.”
“Niragi, he didn’t do anything, he was just being polite,” you protested.
“Come with me,” he ordered you to get out of the water.
Niragi pulled you into a supply closet. You tried to collect your thoughts. Were you supposed to swear you’d never want anyone else? How could you be expected to feel that way after only a few days, and you had the feeling if you /were/ acting like you wanted to be with him forever after just meeting him he’d find that kind of pathetic.
“What were you thinking?” He grabbed both of your arms and pressed you against the wall.
“That I was talking to the people I’d just met, like a normal person would.”
“Like you were just talking to me when we first met.”
“No, not like that. I wasn’t flirting with him.” The venomous look in his eyes made you flinch. Something had shifted. Last night he was just having fun, but now he was angry.
He chuckled, amused by your discomfort, “you’re scared.”
You turned you head to the side to avoid that stare he was giving you. Immediately you felt your face sting from Niragi slapping you. “Don’t look away when I’m talking to you.”
“You’re not being fair. How can you be mad when you never even told me not to talk to certain people.”
“What isn’t clear about it. As soon as you agreed to come here you belonged to me.”
“Just talking to other people doesn’t change that.” You were afraid of how he would react if you spoke up, but you were afraid of having every bit of freedom taken away from you if you didn’t.
He released your arms and went to sit down on a supply box in the corner, “come over here.” As you approached he gestured for you to lay on his lap.
“So you want to be able to go to the parties? You’ll have to earn that.”
“What do you want me to do?”
“Stay still.” He brushed your hair aside and ran his fingers along the skin on your back, “I’m going to mark you so that everyone will know who you belong to.” You tried not to flinch as you felt a cold metal blade being pressed to your back. “If you want to go out and socialize you’ll have to wear your hair so this is visible.”
You felt the first cut on your back. The stinging feeling wore off quickly followed by the feeling of skin pulling apart. You tried not to show any reaction, knowing that it would just push him further. You bit your lip, but couldn’t stop a whimper from escaping as he continued to make tiny cuts. He stopped for a moment and caressed the
back of your head, “Good girl. You’re almost done.”
The lack of anger in his voice almost made you relax. The worry that he might try to end you right here and now faded, but the pain returned for a short while. You breathed heavily to get through it. Finally he stopped and admired his handiwork. The stinging pain soon became replaced with a warm wet feeling. Now that the fear was gone you remembered that you were supposed to be using this day to recover to prepare to return to the games. So much for that.
Niragi placed the tip of a finger at your lips, and pressed his way into your mouth. Sucked on it to try and keep in a good mood despite it having the metallic taste of your own blood.
He pulled you up and placed you on his lap so that he could kiss you and lick the blood from your lips. The pain he had inflicted seemed to satiate him for now. He squeezed at your shoulder though indicating the moment was over. As you both left the closet he said to meet you at the annex at the end of his patrol shift, and walked away.
And there you were, alone and trying to process everything. The way he had left so abruptly hurt worse than your wounds did. People were moving about the hotel around you, but the halls may as well have been empty.
You thought of the sweaty dance floor and how your back couldn’t have been clean while you made those cuts. You didn’t want to go to the infirmary to see An. There would be no way to explain away what had happened, and snitching to one of his coworkers seemed like an easy way to make things worse. Especially when Hatter seemingly had no issue with Niragi’s reign of terror so long as it remained aimed at the people he had deemed traitors.
You decided to just take a shower and dress your wounds yourself. As soon as the pressure was removed from the scratches on your upper arm the pain returned. You looked at your back in the mirror as the water heated up to see what he had carved into your skin, it was 韮木. He had made sure that no matter what happened or where you went, you would always carry his name with you.
You tried to rationalize while the hot water ran over you. You had encouraged him to be rough last night and enjoyed it, maybe things just got taken a little too far. At least that was easier to think about than your body being permanently altered without your consent.
And if you were starting to have second thoughts now, this had confirmed what you already suspected; If things got to be too much and you wanted out there would be no way to leave.
♠️♥️♣️♦️
Niragi looked back on the events of the day as he patrolled near the annex. He hadn’t exactly intended to get mad at you. It was just that seeing another man talking to you, having the audacity to get that close to his property, made him know that if he hadn’t ended that right there he would have blown the man’s brains out right then and there. While he was used to getting away with just about any of violent acts at the Beach, Hatter probably would be upset if there were brains floating in the hot tub that he wanted his guests to enjoy.
And once he had you pinned up against the wall your fear was just so delicious that he couldn’t help himself. Seeing you confident and deadly in the games, but trembling and broken beneath him was turning him on so much he had to stop thinking about it to avoid becoming aroused in public.
You had been willing to do so many things to please him. Now that he had found that boundary that inspired genuine fear, he wasn’t sure if he could keep himself from crossing it again.
As he walked he noticed Last Boss on patrol. “Hey.”
The tattooed man stopped and looked back at him.
“I had something I just wanted to run by you. Y/K is really pushing for me to give her a weapon, and I’m just not sure I’m ready for her to have that much control yet.”
Last Boss raised an eyebrow at Niragi.
“I like that she’s strong, I like that she can handle herself in the games, but I also like having her under my control.” He glanced over at his friend. “What if she gets a weapon and everything changes.”
Last Boss glanced at him, but Niragi continued rambling.
“But if I could make her powerful at the Beach, and still have her submitting to me, that would be worth it.”
He turned to his friend, “what do you think”
“I don’t want anyone on Aguni’s team who needs to be defended. I already did that favor for you once.”
“Maybe I’ll let her have it just for the game. I think that’s fair”
Last Boss gave him a sideways glance.
“Anyways, thanks for helping me out with this. You’re the best.”
“If I didn’t like you, I’d cut your head off for being annoying” Last Boss said as he walked away.
♠️♥️♣️♦️
You wandered the Beach looking for something to pass the time, and eventually found an entrance to a little courtyard with a garden growing. There were red rose bushes lining the wall, and some fruit and vegetable plants. As you walked through the rows you nearly ran into Mira who was watering the plants.
“Oh, I’m sorry. “ you jumped back “is this your garden”
Mira giggled. “It’s one of the ones I’ve started in this world.”
“I’m sorry if this sounds rude, but why start a garden here if you might die before it grows?”
“By that logic why do anything? We’re all going to die someday whether it happens in a game or not. That isn’t going to stop me from enjoying what I’m doing right now.”
“I wish I could do that. On game days I can’t focus on anything else.”
“Yet you performed well enough in them to get into the militants?”
“I mean, if I had gone into that game looking like I was scared to be there I probably would have been the first one sacrificed.”
Mira’s face lit up with the mention of the game, and something about her smile unnerved you. “Ah yes, I was hoping we’d get a chance to discuss the hearts game. What I love about the hearts games is their psychological nature. It’s not just how the game manipulates you, but how you can understand your fellow players reactions and manipulate them to survive.” She tilted her head as if to show she was thinking. “How interesting. If your fake bravado was what got convinced them to team up with you in the game, then you must be feeling like you can never let the act up.”
As Mira’s gaze seemed to pierce your soul, you recounted the events of the game, trying to downplay any mention of Niragi as you still weren’t really comfortable talking about whatever it was the two of you had going on to the other executives.
♠️♥️♣️♦️
When you met up with Niragi later he acted as if nothing had happened earlier. You had hoped he would apologize for snapping on you, and you had worried he would still be angry. The complete nonchalance caught you off guard and made you wonder if you had overreacted.
But as he grinned slyly down at you, you wanted everything to be alright. And when he told you that he was taking you to see Aguni you threw your arms around him. At first he tensed up under your touch, but eventually relaxed into it. “Does this mean I’m getting a gun?”
He lifted your chin up to look into his eye, “Aguni decides who gets a weapon, but… as his right hand man I may have worked something out for you.”
You followed him eagerly past the other Militants guarding this section of the resort.
“So, you want to join the Militant Corps.” Aguni said as you entered the weapons storehouse.” He didn’t wait for you to respond before continuing on, “there will be high expectations for you here. You’ll be expected to protect our interests at the Beach, to collect cards, and be loyal to me above anyone else.”
“I understand,” you said despite knowing that if there was one thing you could count on in this world, it was having no idea what would happen next.
Niragi approached you holding a gun that you had seen some of the other militants carrying. “We’ll be able to get in some good target practice today.”
You followed him, and waited for him to hand you the gun, but he kept it on him as he led you behind the resort and to the Militant’s target practice area.
When he did finally hand it to you, you gave him a kiss and said, “Thank you.” Hoping to show your appreciation. He flinched a little, once again his aversion to you showing him affection caught you off guard after the times he had ferociously fucked you in the past couple of days. “Did I do something wrong?”
“No” He shook his head. “I guess I’m just not used to having anyone being that gentle, anyways…” He gestured at the targets “time to show me what you’ve got.”
You took the safety off and got the target in your sites, you hit it on one of the outer rings.
“Not terrible.”
You focused and took a moment before your next shot, wanting to impress him.
Niragi laughed, “Aim faster, I feel like I’m watching old people fuck.”
“I’m so touched by your kind words of encouragement.”
“You should know by now I’m not going to sugarcoat anything for you.”
“Niragi, I promise that if you’re ever acting super nice to me I’ll take you to Ann to make sure you’re not having a stroke.” You turned back and fired at the target hitting it dead center. “See I’m getting better.”
“When we’re in a game, No one is going to stand there waiting for you to shoot them. You need this to become second nature.”
“Maybe once you get the hang of this one I’ll get out the sniper rifle for you to try.” He placed a hand on your shoulder. It made you involuntarily flinch as you remembered everything that had happened earlier.
Niragi noticed your reaction and wrapped his arms around you. It felt strange. He was the one who made you flinch, but he also was the one comforting you. You leaned back into him and rested your head against his shoulder as he caressed you.
“Everything is alright now, I’m here.”
♠️♥️♣️♦️
The next evening you were on your way back to the games. There were a lot of players that day so several Beach members were in your group. A carnival with brightly colored rides came into view.
You looked up at Niragi and could tell he was excited for the game. Somehow it felt like his mood was contagious, and you could go into a game for the first time without feeling dread.
“What’s your favorite ride?” He asked.
“I usually like roller coasters or swinging rides.”
“Then I promise we’ll ride one before the electricity goes off. Deal.”
“Deal, we might never get a chance like this again,” You agreed although a little unsure if the logistics of the game would allow it.
“And just so you know, if you had said carousel I might have dumped you on the spot.”
You picked up your phones and waited for the game to start. The difficulty announced: Six of Spades - Jungle Beast Hunter. You would need to hunt each animal in the carnival to clear the game.
“We’ll set up shop up high to cover you.” Niragi told Aguni and Last Boss as he strode over to the pirate ship ride. You could hear people in the distance begin to panic as the beasts came out.
As you climbed up into the ship Niragi yelled down at Last Boss, “start up the ride.”
Last Boss glanced up at him, “really?”
“I’ll bet I can still kill more of them than you. Loser has to be Hatter’s bodyguard tomorrow.”
The ride started and you sat back to back with Niragi to each see half of the carnival. With how high up you were the eagles were the first to come after you. Niragi immediately took one down and started to holler. “Woo-hoo! That was too easy.” He yelled down at last Boss “try to keep up.”
You felt your competitive side kicking in, but it really wasn’t as easy as Niragi made it seem to aim on the swinging ship. You fired one shot and missed. Determined to get the next one you relaxed and tried to stop overthinking it. You fired the gun and immediate heard the point counter go up.
“Did you see that I got one!”
“Good job, but I’m pretty sure I’ve gotten three by now.”
Last Boss yelled back “The lion was mine.”
“Hey I wounded it first.”
While they were arguing you saw some people running from a boar. You took aim again, but the stakes felt higher this time. If you missed you might hit someone. Niragi noticed you tense up and placed a hand on your shoulder. “Relax baby girl. Just pull the trigger.” He spoke into your ear. You let out your breath and fired.
The boar went down.
You looked back at Niragi feeling proud of yourself, and you saw his eyes tracing down your body before coming back up to meet yours. You felt your skin tingling as he leaned in to kiss you. Was your stomach dropping from the falling of the pirate ship or the kiss? You couldn’t tell.
Then you snapped back to reality as hears one of the other Militants gun fire. “We can’t be doing this right now.”
“Relax sweetheart. We’ll still clear the game.” He leaned into you and spoke into your ear, “I want to see how well I can aim with you going down on me.”
“Right now? During a game?”
“No one will be able to see what you’re doing up here.” He reassured you, as if your main concern wasn’t getting a laser to your head when the timer ran out. “You belong to me, remember that sweetheart.”
You nodded, the implication was clear: Niragi got what he wanted, when he wanted it. You carefully held onto the railing as you lowered yourself down, trying not to be thrown off your balance by the rocking of the ship. Once you were between his legs you unzipped his pants and took his cock in your mouth, feeling it grow as you licked around the tip.
He gave you a pat on the head before returning his focus to the game. You heard him fire before laughing.
“Fifth one.” You heard Last Boss yell.
Niragi yelled back. “Do you think this game really is a six? The guns make it too easy.”
By now you were bobbing up and down on Niragi’s cock, feeling it hit the back of your throat, sucking and licking it as you went along.
Despite him mostly keeping his composure, you felt him thrust upwards a little bit when what you were doing was really driving him crazy. You took him all the way in, feeling the pressure as your throat squeezed around him, determined to make him finish before the game ended. Finally you moved up and down more and more quickly as you felt him twitch and spill into you.
Looking up you saw him close his eyes for a moment and let out a silent gasp. You smiled as you swallowed and began to zip up his pants.
Back on the seat of the ride the ship slowly swung to a halt. You saw Aguni and Last Boss take down a tiger together, and then the “Game Clear” notification rang out.
While Aguni claimed the card, and picked up the newly printed visas, Niragi was harassing the players not from the Beach.
“You all would be dead right now if we hadn’t shown up to this game.” He raised his rifle. “I think you owe us something for that.”
Slowly the other players began to raise their hands.
“You’re going to hand over every card you’ve gotten from these games.”
♠️♥️♣️♦️
Back at the Beach you were celebrating the victory with your fellow Militants. After a few drinks Niragi pulled you over to seat that was off to the side of the ballroom, having you sit in his lap facing him.
“I think I owe you something,” He said into your ear. Although over the sound of blasting music and people on the dance floor you could barely hear.
He started off nibbling at your neck, gripping your hair roughly to hold you in place. Then his other hand, which had been caressing your breasts moved lower. He paused just as his fingertips reached under the fabric of your bikini, teasing you.
You looked around. The crowd was so thick that you knew most people wouldn’t see what you were up to. Your lover looked into your eyes, waiting for you.
“Please Niragi”
And with that his hand slid all the way under your bikini, and began to thumb little circles on your clit. You felt the heat rising between your legs. As the feeling grew you began to grind against his thigh.
He grabbed your hips tightly and pulled you in closer to him, while he started to move his fingers faster. You bit your lip, trying not to whimper and draw attention to yourself.
Then you felt two fingers slide through your folds. “You get wet so quickly for me.” You realized that it fed his ego, knowing how much of an effect he had on your body. He returned his fingers to your clit, applying more pressure now that they were slick with your juices.
You clung to him, trying not to let your body tremble. He applied the pressure so steadily. It kept you hovering just above the edge. He would make you beg. “Please Niragi.”
“You’re gonna have to be a little more specific Princess?”
“Please make me cum.” You tried to turn your head as you wondered if anyone around heard you.
Niragi grabbed your jaw as you did, “eyes down here.” He said as he began to rub harder against your clit. You looked into his eyes as you lost control, and could see him grin when he noticed the cascades of pleasure washing over you.
♠️♥️♣️♦️
You followed Niragi later that night, tipsy enough to not really question why you weren’t heading straight back to your room. it wasn’t until you reached the armory that you paused and began to back up.
“No, we’re not doing this again.” With every step backwards you took he moved forwards, not giving you an inch of space.
“And what exactly am I doing?”
“You took my gun after the last game too. You can’t keep doing that.”
He lifted your chin up as he leaned over you, “I can do anything that I want to sweetheart. I’m second in command in the Militants, and you’re nothing.”
A click sounded as you took the safety off your gun and raised it. “I won’t let you leave me defenseless again.” You spoke quietly, aware that the other Militants you had just passed were around the corner. You weren’t sure which situation would play out worse, the Militants seeing you had a gun pointed at one of their leaders, or Niragi feeling that you had embarrassed him in front of his men. Your heart pounded as you watched the hand that held his rifle against his shoulder, waiting for him to aim at you.
“Are you trying to leave me?”
“I’m not leaving you Niragi, but if you try to take my gun away again I will.” You saw him begin to move his rifle. “Go ahead, shoot me, and then you’ll have me trapped with you.”
He huffed angrily and walked past you, then turned and grabbed your wrist, dragging you along after him. You tried to maintain your composure as you passed the Militants on the late night patrols in the annex, even though your joints felt strained, and it seemed like your might snap at any moment.
You whimpered as he pulled you forward suddenly once you were alone in the resort halls. Niragi responded by getting in your face, “What do you have to complain about. Didn’t I just give you exactly what you asked for.”
You nodded, “Thank you Niragi. I appreciate it, you’re just hurting me.”
“Then think before you make demands next time.”
He didn’t lessen his grip until you were back in the room. When you followed him into bed you tried to place a hand on his chest. To reassure that you were staying, to show you appreciated him listening to you. But he only rolled over wordlessly to face away from you.
The stinging pain on your back, and the throbbing in your wrist only intensified as you attempted to sleep.

My woman
(A/N) Another Chishiya request, yay! This one is a bit shorter.
Pairing: Chishiya x Reader (no Y/N)
Warning: bad friends who gossip about you, some use of the middle most finger of your hand
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You were so excited, had been for the last couple of days. After all, your boyfriend, Chishiya, had finally agreed to meet your friends, something you had been bugging him for, for weeks now. He had always been hesitant, with him being an introvert and your friends being really extroverted, but when you gave him your best puppy eyes, he finally agreed.
So, there you were, dressed up and holding Chishiya’s hand as you entered the bar. As soon as your eyes adjusted to the dimly lit interior, you saw your friends, sitting at your standard table in the back. They quickly noticed you as well and started to wave at you, grinning.
“You still sure about this?”
You turned to look at your boyfriend, whose facial expression didn’t betray a single thought in his mind. His eyes flickered from your friends to you, softening when he met your excited gaze.
“Yeah.”
He raised your intertwined hands to his lips and pressed a gentle kiss against the back of yours. You grinned at him, before pulling him to the table, waving back to your friends. The moment you reached the small group, they got to their feet to hug you in greeting, before you took a step back and pointed to the man beside you.
“Everyone, this is Chishiya.”
The others smiled and waved as you slowly introduced them by name. Chishiya gave polite nods, but you noticed his tense posture. As you two sat down, your free hand reached out and gave his arm a reassuring squeeze.
You started chatting with your friends, catching up on everything that had happened since you’d last seen them. Drama with boys and bosses, fights with parents and landlords. All in all, nothing too exciting had happened, but you were still enjoying spending time with your friends.
As time went by, you noticed how Chishiya slowly but surely relaxed and eventually even started to interact with the others, even if only by chuckling or throwing in a comment. Your heart swelled with appreciation for your boyfriend and you couldn’t help yourself but to squeeze his hand underneath the table.
Now that your man appeared to be more comfortable, you quickly excused yourself to go to the toilet. You pressed a quick kiss to Chishiya’s cheek, before getting up and leaving the table, sure that all would be fine while you were gone. But oh boy.
As soon as your friends noticed you were out of earshot, whispers started to leave their lips. At first, Chishiya didn’t pay any mind to it. After all, he didn’t know them too well, so he didn’t want to stick his nose in someone else's business. But then he caught some of the whispers.
“Can you believe she actually thinks that outfit looks cute on her?”
The others started to giggle at the question before they threw in their own opinions.
“Right? Like, in what universe could that look good?”
“It’s awful, really. And honestly, how did she attract the attention of that hottie?”
Their eyes fell onto Chishiya, whose eyebrows had started to pull into a frown. The apparent leader of the little group of gossips reached across the table until her hand landed on his arm.
“You know, they’re not wrong…what do you see in that little mouse? I could offer you…a lot more fun if you get what I’m saying.”
Chishiya’s lips pulled into a smirk as he slowly leaned towards her.
“You wanna know what I see in her? Fine. A woman with class. A woman with a heart so big, she cries about everything remotely sad. A woman with so much compassion, that she’d rather give away all her money than buy these ugly designers you are flaunting. A woman, who despite every single disappointment in her life, still believes in the good in the world. A woman you could never be. And she’s my woman.”
He pulled back and got to his feet, regarding the group with a glare.
“And if any of you contact her ever again, I will make sure you suffer the consequences.”
With those words, he walked away from the table and towards the bathrooms, but he quickly noticed you, standing just around the corner from the table, having heard everything. Silent tears were running down your face and he quickly wiped them away.
“Don’t listen to them. They don’t know what they’re talking about.”
You chuckled, a soft smile pulling at your lips.
“I’m not crying because of them. I’m crying because of what you said.”
Chishiya’s eyebrows raised.
“I love you.”
His face relaxed again as he pressed a quick kiss to your lips.
“I love you too. Now, let’s go home and have some fun, shall we?”
You chuckled at his choice of words and nodded, letting him pull you out of the bar. On the way out, he turned to your group of no-longer-friends and flipped them off, earning another chuckle from you. But as you pushed him out of the door, you too turned around to flip them the bird.

A second part will come, I don't know when, but there will be another part with... more action
Hope you'll like it...!
Tumblr media
You were on the roof of the Beach. Thanks to Ann - you still don't know how she got there anyway - she managed to get a notebook, a pencil and an eraser, at your request.
Days at the Beach could be long and boring. Thankfully, you spent a lot of your free time in good company; Kuina was a lovely person, and even though Chishiya wasn't the most talkative, you managed to get along and have interesting conversations. Usagi and Tata were also very good companies. As for Arisu, you saw him as a big brother, you had the same centers of interest, the fictional universe as well as video games, you could talk about that for hours.
You were pretty well surrounded. But sometimes you felt the need to isolate yourself, to clear your mind. Living in this country was not easy, and every day was a tough and trying test for the physical, but also the mental.
The only thing that was able to relax you was drawing. Sometimes you isolated yourself on the roof of the beach, and you drew the landscape that offered itself to you, animals, you drew the portrait of your friends, or simply the first thing that crossed your mind. You were just alone with yourself, your thoughts, it wasn’t really healing, but for some hours, your only thoughts were turned to the strokes of pencils on this sheet of paper.
This time, you were drawing the pool beside you. There were a lot of people who were playing, dancing... having the time of their lives, like there's no tomorrow.
Your friends knew you had this habit of isolating yourself from time to time, and they respected that. However, today, someone you never expected came to disturb your moment of tranquility.
« Hey, what are you doing here? »
That male voice startled you, eliciting a laugh from the disruptor.
You had turned around to find yourself facing the right arm of the leader of the activists. The one everyone feared, always accompanied by his sniper taped to his shoulder.
Shoulder-length black hair, face and tongue piercings, a predator, ready to get rid of anyone who got in his way.
Suguru Niragi.
What was he doing here? What did he want from you?
« Saw you from the pool, so what are you doing here? He asked, approaching you, his free hand in his pocket. - I… hum, just drawing, you answered, showing him your notebook. »
He leaned slightly to take a look at what you were doing, then straightened up.
« Hm. It's not bad, he hummed, nodding his head. »
You looked up at him, surprised. Niragi giving you a compliment? It wasn’t something common. You felt your cheeks heat up at the compliment, a big smile appearing on your face.
« Really? Thank you! It's just a simple sketch I did it in less than an hour, and then I'm not excellent at all with perspective ... It has always been my weak point. I rather prefer to draw characters or animals... Ah, sorry, I have a bad habit of talking too much when it comes to drawing.... I can come down if I disturb here... »
He arched an eyebrow when he saw you get up, you didn't want to upset him or anything.
« You can stay. Just checked you weren't some weirdos who were up to something fishy. - Oh, thanks! »
You greeted him with a smile and saw him turn on his heels, already leaving. An idea crossed your mind. You knew it wasn’t good. Especially about him. You knew you were going straight into a wall, that he was going to snub you, probably insulting you. But your words went faster than your brain and your reason.
« Wait, Niragi! Can I … Can I draw you? »
He stopped. And you regretted immediately your request. He wasn’t that kind of type to just sit down and pose while someone drew him.
« I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to… Forget what I s- - ‘kay. »
You looked at him, again. You couldn’t hide your surprise, which made him laugh.
« I have nothing to do, my shift is over, and I’m kinda bored. Don’t fail me, though. - Don’t worry about that, you answered with a smile, showing him the last portrait you did, it was Mira taking her daily cup of tea, I don’t have many skills in life, I’m not beautiful, nor smart or even physically strong, but drawing isn’t a part of it! - What kind of bullshit are you saying. Seriously. He rolled his eyes, visibly annoyed, well. We’ll see. The result will decide whether you will live or not. »
Seeing your face decompose at his words, he bursts into a nasty laugh.
« Just kidding princess, relax. - Don’t call me like that. »
You frowned. You knew this request was useless, if he wanted to call you like that, he would, whether you wanted or not.
Minutes passed where none of you spoke. You were too focused on your drawing, he was probably lost in thought, or something like that. Niragi was similar to Chishiya on certain points. It was impossible to know what he was thinking, what his next words or actions would be.
« You were a drawer before landing here, right. - Hm? You looked up at him, nodding, I assisted a mangaka for the inking, yeah all that. My dream was to publish my own manga, one day, but… »
You let out a laugh, shaking your head.
« But what? Have you been refused? The world of drawing is as cruel as the world of video games, tho. - You were working for the video game's industry? - I was a game engineer. »
Wow. You were really impressed. You’d never thought that this man was doing something like that. Well, you never doubted that Niragi was more than that kind of person he was showing to everyone at the Beach.
Borderland was showing the worst side of every human. You weren’t an exception. You had to do things to survive. Things you shouldn’t regret, even if you did.
« Are we amazed, princess? He asked with a grin. - To be honest, yeah, I didn’t expect that from you, you answered, ignoring his surname, but you were wrong for something, I… you paused for a few seconds, and sighed, I’ve never submitted my project to any magazine or something. I never had the chance. »
You felt a gaze land on you. You looked up to meet Niragi's, but directly broke eye contact, shaking your head.
« It’s nothing, I’ve always been unlucky. »
You sighed.
« I agreed to hang around here with you while you draw me, you owe me few answers. »
He was kinda right. Even if he saw that those answers hurt you. This man didn’t really have any empathy ? Or maybe his need to know was hiding something else ?
Nice. Now you were curious.
« Fine, I’ll tell you. »
You rolled your eyes.
« I wasn’t that popular in High School, you started, focus on your drawing, sometimes, you gave him little glances, but only for your drawing, of course, my classmates loved to play with me. Hiding my class notes, my bag, my shoes, throwing food in my hair you know, like the teacher used to say… - Just children games, yeah, I know. »
You looked at him. Surprised. Was he… no, it was impossible. Niragi was so confident, so scary, so cool ? Yeah, despite everything about him, you always found Niragi kinda cool. Just like Chishiya, you admired his intelligence and self-confidence. He didn't care how people looked at him, what they thought of him.
So him ? Being bullied ?
« Niragi, you… - Shut up. Keep talking. - Fine, fine… So… I had this notebook, a pretty black notebook, which I’d decorated myself, all my ideas for my manga were there. It was a story in a fantasy world, all the ideas, the drawings about the world building, the chara design, the story was there… I had it since I was twelve. »
You took a small break. Those memories weren’t really that far. Maybe one year or two.
You inhaled deeply, without stopping your drawing. You had to stay focused on something. You felt Niragi's gaze on you, but you couldn't face it.
« Don’t know how this happened, but they found my notebook. One thing led to another, they reduced this notebook to ashes, your voice was shaking, like your hands, the pages torn, burned in front of me. All my life, all my dreams, hopes, flown, ruined. »
You made a pause, taking deep breath to not cry. You didn’t want to cry. Not in front of him. In front of anyone. You didn’t want to be that weak person you were in the past ever again.
« It could’ve ended like this. But no. They didn't have enough. I don't even know why they were like that with me, why they hated me so much that they hit me with that belt and broke that glass bottle on my head. I never knew why. But they did. »
Your eyes were burning. You did your best to hold back your tears.
« I spent weeks in the hospital, I had broken ribs and head trauma. After that, I finished my studies at home. - What did they have, those assholes who did this to you ? He finally asks, his voice seemed calm, but he was angry. - Nothing, just some few hours of detention, I think. Never saw them again. »
You shrugged, and took a deep breath.
« You wanted to know, happy ? »
Your voice was more aggressive than you thought. It wasn’t against him. You were just angry about those bullies, about your High School who did nothing, against the whole world for having made your life so complicated and shitty.
You didn’t know what he was thinking right now, maybe you suspected that talking about it had probably brought back painful memories for him, and you suddenly felt bad for not thinking about it sooner. But he’d insisted that you talk, and you hadn't connected the dots about his own experience as you told. He would have stopped you if it was too hard for him, right ?
« I’m sorry if I brought back so bad memories… you started, nibbling your lips, ah, there, I’m done, you added, giving him your notebook, sorry for the vent, I know you don’t care about my childish stories. - Shut up. I care. I’m angry, and I want to kill those bastards for what they did to you. »
You stared at him, meeting his angry eyes. Again, like for you, it wasn’t against you.
« Did you… take revenge on them ? You dared to ask, biting your lip nervously. - No, I didn’t. - I’m… sorry. You whispered, you didn’t deserve to endure all of that, Niragi. - You didn’t deserve it, you too. »
Your tears ran down your cheeks without you controlling it. It was the first time you heard these words.
It wasn’t your fault.
You put down the notebook, and turned your head slightly, lifting your hair and showing him a long scar on the back of your head, and you heard curses, maybe too many curses.
« I have more on my body, that’s why I’m always wearing a jacket, you gave him a sad smile, wiping your tears, ah, and I’m crying now, amazing. Don’t worry, I’m not gonna ask you a hug ! »
You chuckled and got up, tearing off the page containing his portrait, which you signed on the back before handing it to him.
« Take it, it’s a gift for thanking you. For this moment. It’s been a while since I hadn't spoked to someone who understood me… no, in fact, it's the first time ! Thank you very much, Niragi. »
You gave him the paper, and a warm smile appeared on your face.
You understood that he had gone through the same thing, too. The pieces of the puzzle had come together on their own. Why was he acting like this at the beach and with everyone.
He understood you. He was the only one who truly understood you.
Because he's been through all this shit, too.
That's why he made you talk, tell him what you had been through, why he didn't cut you off.
Why he didn't blame you.
Every person who heard this story did, the doctors, your parents, your therapist. In their eyes, it was your fault, you hadn't made enough efforts to socialize, drawing, videos games, dreaming about a fantasy world were weird hobbies.
You've been criticized more than once for not being "normal".
Your eyes had filled with tears that you couldn’t longer contain, your body had begun to shake, and you hated it for abandoning you like this, for being so weak, so vulnerable.
Why couldn't you be strong and brave like Niragi was? Why couldn't you fuck the world off, too?
You felt a hand land on your head. Your eyes looked up to meet his again, while he was patting your head. You knew Niragi wasn't the kind of guy to be good at reassuring, consoling or god knows what else showing affection, but he had done something. You felt your face heat up, but it didn't last long. Something else took place in your mind, a thought you had once had, but always suppressed it because you were ashamed of it.
In this world ? In the Borderlands ? Being ashamed for those kinds of thoughts had no place, because there were very few consequences.
Revenge.
« I… you began, voice shaking, not very sure of what you were about to say, I want them to pay for what they did, they don’t deserve to be happy too… - Say it, it was an order, you could feel his hand running gently through your hair, which surprised you slightly, what do you want, y/n ? - I want them to die, Niragi. »
You heard him chuckle before patting your head. As if he was satisfied with your words. As if he’d guessed that you had always wanted him deep inside.
Of course, he knew, he had been through the same thing as you after all.
Maybe this world poisoned you more than you thought.

lock and key (pt. 1)
chishiya shuntaro x gender neutral!reader
disclaimer(s): spoilers for season 2 of aib!! canon-compliant violence, not graphic.
summary: you and chishiya, new to the waters of a relationship, find yourselves seeking shelter in the jack of hearts game after being attacked by the king of spades.
a/n: FIRST FANFIC, HELLO? i’m planning on writing multiple parts for this one you guys, so let me know if you like!! (or if i should stick to headcanons...LOL) love you all xoxo
Tumblr media
you didn’t quite know what to expect walking into the jack of hearts game.
hearts were your game. you were a hearts player, through and through. and yet you still couldn’t help the shiver that crawled up your spine as you and chishiya walked through the gates and let them close shut behind you.
“not creepy at all,” you murmured sarcastically as the echo of the gates rung across the empty space.
he hummed; his amusement was evident in that smirk of his as you both stared up at the building. “can’t say i ever predicted a place like this being our new safe haven.”
“i think ‘safe haven’ is a bit of a stretch,” you said, raising an eyebrow. “let’s just see what happens.”
the truth was, you were a little freaked. the king of spades’ sudden attack had you rattled, and prisons didn’t exactly scream safety to you. but, then again, neither did very much in this world.
chishiya was eyeing you—something he did often, as if he were reading you like an open book. he always could read you, even back at the beach. it was something that had annoyed you at first, but you found it comforting in an odd way.
he sighed, then held out his hand towards you. an open gesture. it was sweet, you realized, that he was trying to offer you comfort at a time like this.
but, of course, you couldn’t make it too easy for him.
you stared at his hand and blinked, as if you had no idea what he was doing. “did you...want something?”
it caught him off guard—you could see it in the eyes, in the way he paused. it was as if a record scratched in his mind, and it took everything within you not to laugh at his reaction. still, he caught himself quickly. he took his hand back and put it in his pocket, turning away from you. was he embarrassed?
“no,” he denied coolly. “come on, already.”
he started walking away from you. you couldn’t help it—you busted out in a laugh. “hey! stop walking!” he stopped and turned to glare at you. you giggled as you held out your hand. “i was just messing with you. c’mon, give me your hand.”
“no.”
“please?”
“no.”
“i am in dire need of comfort. give it.”
chishiya made a show of rolling his eyes, but eventually gave in, reaching for your hand. your fingers entwined as they have a million times before.
and so, together, you walked into the unknown.
-
twenty minutes later, you found yourselves in the middle of a prison walkway, collars wrapped around both of your necks. you’d spent the time watching the other players so far. some, like a strangely placid girl in a long blue dress, were calm and collected. others were panicking and sweating; the stress of the second stage must have already been getting to them, if they’d made it this far only to be this frightened.
still, you’d keep an eye on blue-dress girl.
finally, a man walked in, which alone wouldn’t have been much to catch your attention if he hadn’t been the last player necessary to register. that, and the way chishiya leaned in towards you the moment he caught sight of the man.
“that’s banda sunato,” he said, quietly. “a murderer they showed on the news. i heard he escaped, but i never thought he’d show up here.”
you tilted your head with a hum. at closer examination, there was something off about him. the way he carried himself, experienced with the games or not, set off warning bells in your head.
“that spells trouble, I'd think,” you eventually said. “regardless of what the game is, we should be careful.”
he nodded in agreement. then, the phones you’d been holding in your hands lit up, as did the main television screen that was mounted on a wall. the game was going to begin.
“difficulty level, jack of hearts,” the voice stated clearly. “game, solitary confinement.”
you huffed. hopefully, this wouldn’t be the kind of game that meant you’d be stuck on your own. you’d be fine if it was, it was just...inconvenient. plus, you didn’t like the idea of you and chishiya being separated during a hearts game.
“rules: guess the card suit that appears on the back of your collar. however, you may not look at the symbol yourself.”
several people began to try twisting their collars around. you and chishiya shared a glance. how silly- you’d just been told that you can’t see it yourself. what good would it be to get yourself killed before the rules were even read off?
“the time limit is one hour per round,” the voice continued. “in the final five minutes, enter your cell and disclose your symbol.”
at that moment, the previously darkened hallway came alive and lit up, exposing cell after cell leading down the hallway. it seemed there would be one for each player.
“if you do not answer with the correct symbol, it is game over. the collar will explode, and you will die. the symbol on the collar will reset and change for each round.”
this seemed to frighten some of the other players. however, another glance at blue-dress girl gave you no hint of fear or apprehension on her end. in fact, there was a hint of a smile on her face as the general majority of players subconsciously reached for their own collars.
“wait a sec,” a young boy with a bright yellow shirt and overalls interjected. “so that means we just have to ask each other what our symbols are. that’s easy, huh?”
“i wouldn’t be so sure,” chishiya replied smoothly. “they haven’t told us what the conditions to win are yet.”
“the solitary confinement game is about how much you can trust your fellow players. be aware that your opponent, the jack of hearts, has already been placed among you.”
ah. there it was.
“oh, that’s good,” chishiya murmured.
you clicked your tongue. “why am i not surprised?”
“so one of us,” the boy stammered, “is the jack of hearts?”
the players glanced around at one another, suspicious of who could be the ‘big bad’ within the confines of this prison.
“how to win: rounds repeat every hour. you win the game when the jack of hearts dies. prohibited actions: looking at your symbol with a reflective surface is cheating. players may not use weapons or violence to kill fellow players.”
you sighed. so ‘weapons and violence’ wouldn’t be the problem here. no, you’d be dealing with a much more fatal kind of danger. the human spirit.
“this means that the only way this game will ever end,” chishiya deduced, “is if the jack gives the wrong answer. so, basically, no one here is getting out alive, unless they lie to the jack.”
“there is no limit to the number of rounds.”
and there was the kicker.
“enough food has been provided,” the voice continued. “while participating in this game, no days will be removed from your visas.”
if no one lied to the jack, and if the jack happened to lie to no one, that would mean only one thing. you’d be stuck in here for however long you would be able to survive in here. however, odds were that people would start getting antsy, and fast.
including the jack.
“so we need to start lying, find the jack of hearts, and kill them off, or we’ll live out the rest of our days in this prison. solitary for life.”
the notion was nothing short of disconcerting,
“the game will now commence,” the voice finally concluded.
the players looked around amongst one another, frozen in place. eventually, though, people finally started coming alive again, slowly moving towards one another. they were beginning to form groups. you noticed chishiya lean slightly towards you.
“allies or strangers?” he asked, his voice low. the close proximity startled you for just a moment, for several reasons that had your stomach doing flips.
to clear the blush that flushed your face, you focused on what he had asked—if you would be outright allies in this game, or if you would pretend not to know one another.
“allies,” you eventually answered. you ticked off the points in your mind. “the no-violence rule means no one can try and kill one of us to get to the other. and besides those two,” you gestured your head towards the businessman and the woman, “it doesn’t seem like anyone has any pre-existing relationships in here. trust will mean survival in this game. and unfortunately for me—”
you sighed, turning to face him. chishiya raised an eyebrow, silently prompting you to continue.
“i already trusted you with my life before we walked in here,” you finished with a smirk.
the corners of his mouth tilted upwards. to anyone else, you know he’d appear as unfazed and emotionless as ever, but you? you saw how his eyes always softened around you. he just was softer around you, and it was a privilege you felt lucky to have.
“excuse me?” the boy from earlier—ippei, you recognized from the screen—stammered apologetically, popping the bubble you two had momentarily found yourselves in. “do you think I could work with you both?”
you eyed the boy cautiously. he appeared genuinely frightened and nervous, if the way his hands shook was anything to go by. there was a chance he could be the jack, but it was awfully slim.
you had bigger suspicions at the moment: namely two. first being the literal murderer for more than obvious reasons, and the second being the girl with the blue dress.
“if you’re trying to survive,” chishiya began, “i would examine all the people here a little more carefully. make sure you keep the ones who don’t lie close. for all you know, one of us could be the jack.”
you held in a snicker. sure, what he was saying was true, but you also knew your boyfriend had a flair for the dramatic, even if he didn’t show it often. you could tell he was revving up for a long one.
he jutted his head towards the group of people who began splitting off into groups. “you see? they all started breaking off into groups. everyone wants to know who’s trustworthy and who’s not.”
“and most people here are going to be untrustworthy, at some point or another,” you interjected, crossing your arms.
“take those two.” chishiya pointed towards the couple, who were making no move to join any of the groups. they stayed practically glued to each other. “before the game started, you wanna know what they were doing?”
you shot chishiya a warning glare, which thankfully stopped him from crudely elaborating on what exactly that couple had been doing. however, the implication was enough.
ippei’s eyes widened, the poor boy. “what?”
“that guy wants to control everything she does to exert power over her,” chishiya continued. “so that she can’t interact with any of the other players. which is smart, in the long run.”
“i don’t know if ‘smart’ is the word I'd use for it, but he does have a good point,” you said.
“a great point,” he corrected, much to your chagrin. then his eyes met yours. “because if you’ve got someone you can trust that much, that’s how you can win the game.”
you felt a grin form on your lips as you realized that was his way of returning his sentiments of what you had said earlier.
I already trusted you with my life before we walked in here.
it was his very own chishiya brand of romance, and you couldn’t ask for more than that.
then trace bits of a particular conversation reached your ears, and you turned to look at where it was coming from. two men—the murderer, banda, and another with long bangs that almost covered his eyes, were talking downstairs.
chishiya followed your gaze and fell silent as the two of you listened in on their conversation.
from what you could gather, the man with bangs had approached banda with an offer of partnership, and banda had completely torn him apart with an awfully offensive kind of psychoanalysis. truly, insult after insult. and yet, somehow they walked off into the sunset with a formed partnership.
what you didn’t understand was why. why would someone willingly work with someone like that? a renowned murderer? there was the chance that the man with bangs didn’t know, but after a little monologue like that...
scratch your former suspicions. now, the man with bangs was a giant walking red flag. and one look at chishiya told you he was thinking the very same thing.
“you’re thinking...?” you trailed off.
“mhm.”
you nodded. now you had a new target.
around you, the group that blue dress girl had created became larger. she waltzed over to where the three of you were standing with her hands tucked behind her back, the picture of innocence. something about her irked you greatly.
“hey, do you guys want to join our group?” she asked. you noticed how sickenly sweet her tone was, and you certainly didn’t miss the way her eyes lingered on chishiya.
you weren’t jealous, of course. there was nothing to be jealous of.
still.
“it’s not that I don’t want to,” ippei replied awkwardly as he looked to you both with widened eyes.
as much as you didn’t like the idea of ‘joining a group,’ there was a higher chance of figuring out exactly what you were dealing with if you were around the general public. you and chishiya shared a glance that spoke a million words and he understood your message clearly.
“okay,” he replied brightly. “we’ll join your group.”
she gave you a saccharine sweet smile and wandered off, probably to collect more members. she was going to be a threat, and you knew it.
chishiya must have seen how you stiffened, because he reached down for your hand and squeezed it just once before returning his hands to his pockets. “come on,” he murmured, “let’s get something to eat.”
-
“shuntaro, if i'd’ve known that you would be a walking commercial this entire time, I might just have stayed outside with spades psycho.”
he grinned at your deadpan expression. “it’s not my fault your tastebuds lack any structure or diversity.”
you clutched onto the bag of biscuits you’d grabbed—also, admittedly, the first batch you saw—and scoffed. chishiya, of course, had taken his precious time choosing a snack, and would not leave you alone about your ‘savage-like behavior.’
“these are just the same as any of the other ones,” you retorted, crunching aggressively on one of the biscuits as if making a point. “so could you dial it back?”
he shrugged. “your loss.”
“you’re annoying.”
“and yet, you’re still here.”
“yep. for reasons completely unknown, even to me.”
he laughed—actually laughed. (which wasn’t something that happened all too often, but god, if it didn’t make you want to say something to make him do it again.) he put his arm around you, pulling you in closer to him from where you two were sitting on the benches.
“you know,” he started, smirking at you, “if I wasn’t so secure in our relationship, I might start to get worried when you say things like that.”
you rolled your eyes. for all your talk, you were head over heels for this man, and you both were well aware of the fact. “oh, please. as if you actually have anything to worry about.”
the look he gave you told you everything you ever needed to know. he was just as head over heels for you.
and then, of course, because the world tended to show you just how much it hated you, urumi - blue dress girl - chose this very moment to waltz by.
“oh! are you two together?” she asked, her voice ridiculously high pitched. you couldn’t help the clench of your jaw as she practically ignored your presence altogether, choosing to direct the question at chishiya. and then, like lightning, a wicked idea struck you. and once it did, you knew there was no stopping the words that would come out of your mouth next.
“yes, we are, actually!” you said, raising your voice to be just as high as hers. the falsity of it all was almost enough to make you cringe, but you smiled brightly at the girl anyway.
you reached for the hand that was wrapped around your shoulders, but you definitely would not look at chishiya, lest you lose your nerve.
“we’re engaged. seven months in a few weeks.”
she gasped, finally looking at you. “oh, that’s so sweet!”
“he proposed on my birthday. isn’t that romantic?” you giggled, then leaned in as if sharing a secret with an old friend. “the ring alone was almost reason enough to say yes. I only wish I hadn’t lost it when we got here.”
you knew you’d sold the story. you finally glanced over at chishiya, who had the most unreadable expression on his face. you gave him a look that you hoped he could decipher: please just go along with it.
“oh, don’t look at me like that, sweetie,” you said, praying he could read between the lines. “i’m only teasing.”
finally, to your relief, he reanimated. he squeezed your hand and gave you a little hum. “you know i promised I'd get you another ring, sweetheart.”
“i know. anyways, it’s just a shame is all.”
urumi nodded sympathetically. “i’m sorry to hear that.”
you could almost believe her sincerity. but the sharp look in her eyes told you otherwise. you weren’t worried, though- you had some tricks of your own. “i just hope we find the jack soon,” she sighed.
“you and me both,” you said, matching her tone. “though, as long as everyone stays in the group, we should be okay.”
she nodded again, this time approvingly. “i should go get something to eat. we might be here a while. hey, are those any good?”
she pointed at the biscuits in your hands. you grinned wickedly.
“only the best.”
(a/n: did we like? did we hate? somewhere in between?)

--
"God..this is fucking disgusting.." Covering your face with one hand, you picked up the plastic cup with the other, before tripping and almost falling over when a mixture of alcohol, cigarettes and ashes poured out of it, and straight onto your pants. It was in moments like these that you regretted opening your own establishment. You put so much time, money and effort into it, and for what? The same shit happened every week - kids trying to sneak in and buy alcohol using fake ID's, some drunk asshole harassing random women and picking fights with other patrons, a horny couple unable to keep their hands off of each other, and unwilling to wait till they get home to jump each other's bones.
And you? Couldn't even have a drink or enjoy an attractive stranger's company while you were working. And you were always working. One of the first lessons you've learned was that nobody else would be as competent and committed as you were, and they sure as hell wouldn't take any accountability for their mistakes - quitting the next day or even completely ghosting you instead. Ever since you realized that, you decided to devote yourself completely to your business. Of course, that came at a price - all you could do now was to watch everything from afar, keep to yourself, and make sure the business is running the way it's supposed to. It was exhausting - not only did you have to deal with the financial side, orders and paychecks for your staff, oftentimes you'd also have to stand behind the bar till early morning hours, and deal with the storefront. Rarely did you ever get to enjoy time off - even when the place was closed, someone had to clean the mess that was left behind, and you couldn't afford to hire any more employees at the moment.
And so here you were, elbow deep in food waste, clothes ruined by some unholy mixture, the smell of alcohol, cigarettes and weed soaking into your hair, probably for days to come. No matter how much you cursed, no words could explain how much you regretted every single choice that led you to that exact moment. This wasn't the experience you were promised when you first started. Nothing turned out the way it was supposed to. No wonder your associates disappeared soon after you started experiencing more loss than profit, you wouldn't wish the shit you had to deal with on a daily basis on your worst enemy.
Nights like this were your least favorite ones too - you didn't have enough customers to sustain the business just yet, so every few weeks you organized an open mic event, a karaoke night or a little concert of some local, trashy band nobody's ever heard of. Everything to stay afloat. Although you didn't know how long you could keep going like that. Overworked, completely alone and already starting to go into debt, and all that less than a year after opening. And the fucking audience tonight - just a bunch of inebriated kids, barely old enough to buy themselves a drink, and too broke to do so anyway, after spending all their money on the tickets and some weed. Leaving such a big mess behind, probably not giving a shit about the poor soul who'd have to clean it up. And unfortunately, that soul happened to be you. Just like last week, and the week before that. And probably the next week too - if you're still open by then, that is.
As much as you hated to admit it, you were slightly jealous of all the people who came to your place only to party, get drunk and have fun, not a care in the world. Okay, you were extremely jealous of them. And not just them, oh no. The band that performed that night..there was something unique about them, something you couldn't quite place. They weren't just some random kids who managed to stay sober enough to hold an instrument and sing a song or two. They were so in sync, it was almost like they became one organism as soon as they entered the stage, and their music was hypnotizing - every note, every sound pulling you in closer and closer, until you were fully distracted from whatever you were doing. Luckily, at that point all the customers were either too drunk or too high to care about the service, or lack thereof.
It was odd, as soon as they finished their concert and left the venue, you felt almost sad, as if you were missing them already. You tried to shake it off, after all it was rather absurd to miss someone you've never even talked to in person. Wanting to finish cleaning as soon as possible and finally go home, you focused on picking up the trash and cleaning the remaining tables. After a while you got tired though - stress, exhaustion, and a lack of sleep taking over. Suddenly, an overwhelming wave of anxiety and sadness washed over you, causing you to crash on the nearest chair, head hidden in your hands, muffled sobs forcing their way out of your mouth. You really tried to be strong, but, given your situation, it was getting progressively harder to hide your feelings, and you had to let them out, even if just for a brief moment when nobody could see and judge you.
"Something was telling me you might need help tonight. I guess I was right."
You jumped in your seat - an appearance of someone other than one of your employees, or a drunk customer looking for something they left behind, was the last thing you expected, the stranger's voice visibly startling you.
"I-I'm sorry sir, we're closed for the night!" Quickly shaking off the initial shock, you desperately tried to make yourself look presentable before turning around to face him, hoping the man wouldn't notice the tear stains on your cheeks, or your dirty clothes. At the same time you were praying he wasn't another weird, drunk creep who'd try to harass you. You've had to deal with way too many of those since you started your own business.
"I know." He answered in a calm, reassuring tone. It threw you off slightly, you weren't used to people being so nice and well-mannered while talking to you. "I'm not here to bother you, I'd like to help."
"Help?" You weren't sure what he meant by that, but when you finally faced him, you couldn't help but realize that you've seen him before. That you've heard him before. His voice sounded so familiar, and yet you were certain that the two of you had never actually talked.
"With the mess." He explained. "It was my audience that caused it after all." A quiet gasp escaped your lips at his response. Of course, it was one of the members of the band that had performed there just a couple hours ago. The lead singer, if you recall correctly. Still, it seemed rather strange for him to come back to the venue, only to offer help with cleaning up. That has never happened to you before, even with countless artists performing at your place already. You remained cautious - better to be safe than sorry. He was a stranger - an incredibly handsome and charismatic one, but a stranger nonetheless.
"Uhh..you really don't have to do that. It wasn't a part of our agreement." You quickly got up from your seat, seemingly wanting to show the man that you're fine. Unfortunately for you, he saw right through you - it was painfully obvious that you could use any help you could get, considering your current appearance and the mental breakdown he witnessed just a few minutes before. You didn't admit it, but you were thankful he hadn't mentioned either.
"Well, I'm already here, aren't I? So I might as well help you, so we can both go home faster." And with that, and a smile that made your heart skip a beat, he grabbed one of the trash bags laying on the floor, before getting to work. After a few seconds of hesitation you just gave up - you were tired, pissed and wanting to go home and sleep for the rest of the year - you really didn't have the strength to argue with him, or kick him out. If he actually wanted to help, so be it. Maybe he was just trying to get a free drink, or maybe he wanted to secure another concert for their band - not that you really cared enough to ask at that moment.
For the next hour or so, the both of you did your best to make the place look decent again. It was awkward at first - you didn't really know the man or his intentions after all, but the more you learned about him, the more you allowed yourself to relax and let your guard down at least a little. And he wasn't afraid to share even the most personal details of his life either, he was like an open book - and an excellent storyteller as well. His childhood, teenage years, the forming of his band and the unbreakable bond he shared with his band mates - you almost felt like you were there for all of it, despite this being your very first meeting. Kyuma - that's how he introduced himself - didn't try to hide the fact that his friends, or his found family as he called them, trusted him with their life, and would follow him anywhere. You were more than willing to believe that, there was just something about him that made you feel like he understood you better than anyone else in your life ever has. It was almost scary how fast he managed to tear down at least some of the walls you've spent years building.
After you were done with the front of the store, you decided to take a well deserved break. You offered him a drink, but he politely declined and you didn't push it. When you sat down, an awkward silence settled in the empty room. You weren't exactly sure what to say. Should you thank him for the help? Ask him to leave, now that you were done? You quickly abandoned both options, instead deciding to ask him something that's been on your mind for hours now.
"Why did you come back?" You started, avoiding looking him in the eyes. You weren't sure if you could handle the answer. "Do you usually help clean the place after each concert? Is it so you don't get sued for the damage done by your oh so dedicated fans?"
Kyuma didn't reply at first, but you could see he was trying to keep it together and not laugh at your accusations. You both knew they were ridiculous - a man like him could flirt himself out of every situation if he wanted to. But you were curious nonetheless. There must have been a reason he came back to your place specifically, and you had a good idea as to what it might have been, but you didn't want to get your hopes up. With his charm, his looks and his talent, he could have anyone he wanted, whenever he wanted. And you really didn't see why he would want you, especially in your current state. And yet..
"No, but I'll keep it in mind for the future. You might be onto something here, y/n."
You couldn't help but notice that he didn't really answer your question, instead looking directly into your eyes, almost as if challenging you to repeat it. But you wouldn't let him win that easily.
"Well, let me know when you guys are in town again. I could always use more help. And besides, you're the only ones who still agree to do some shows for free." Slightly disappointed with the conversation and its inevitable end, you got up from your seat, getting ready to finish cleaning the counters, head home and probably never see the man again.
"We don't." You stopped midway to the bar. He must have noticed the puzzled look on your face, because he continued. "We don't play for free. Let's just say I've been wanting to..visit your establishment for a while now, and that was the perfect excuse."
You were stunned, not really sure what to say or do. What exactly did he mean by wanting to visit your establishment? His way of explaining things without actually giving away any information was starting to drive you crazy.
"You don't need an excuse to come here, Kyuma. It's a public area, in case you haven't noticed." Your answer came out more passive-aggressive than you intended, but you weren't too worried about it. At least one of you had to be crystal clear about their intentions.
"That's enough about me though." He suddenly announced, again ignoring your previous words. Whether he was doing it on purpose or remained blissfully unaware, you weren't sure. Instead of wasting more energy on figuring it out, you walked past him, making your way behind the bar to finish cleaning. "You have to tell me more about yourself. And about this place. Why a bar?"
A long sigh escaped your lips. He wasn't the first person to ask you that question, and he probably wasn't the last. You wondered what kind of answer he expected from you. A sad one, about a trust fund kid losing everything their family worked hard for, and having to build everything back up from scratch? Or an inspirational one, about a girl who grew up in poverty, working hard to achieve her dreams and start her own, successful business? For some reason you had a feeling that he was playing a weird mind game with you, and that he knew way more about you than he was willing to admit. He knew about your place and was looking for a reason to visit, he admitted that himself. Suddenly, a weird realization hit you - it didn't really matter what kind of game he was trying to get you to play, you'd lose regardless. So why not make it at least a little bit more fun?
"Come on, Kyuma. Cut the bullshit. I don't know what your reason for wanting to come here is, but I know you don't give a fuck about my life story. Not at this hour, and not when I could potentially be too drunk or high to even remember all the shitty details."
You fully expected him to be taken aback by your brutally honest answer, but, once again, your words were met with silence. You've even started to wonder if he left, too focused on finishing your work to notice his presence right behind you. It was only when his hands appeared on the counter, his body basically trapping you behind it, that you realized he was still there, your scream cutting the silence between you. You didn't turn around at first, too startled to move or say anything.
"You're right." The sound of his voice so close to your ears sent a shiver down your spine. He wasn't even touching you yet, but your brain already started to get overwhelmed with everything you wanted him to say next, to do next. "My reasons might be..less profound than I've made it seem, but I figured I'd at least get to know you first. Isn't that how it's supposed to go?" Again, his last words almost felt like a challenge. A challenge you would inevitably lose, and you knew that was exactly what he wanted. But this time, you weren't so sure you wanted to win either. After years of hard work, sacrifice and watching the people around you live their best life, wasn't it finally your turn to have some fun?
"It may work for some, that's true.." You started, still facing away from him, but your back arched oh so slightly against his body, silently accepting his challenge. You could see his grip on the counter tightening, and you couldn't help but wish his fingers were curled around your neck instead. "But you never know, one of us might die tomorrow. Why waste time?"
"So..if this is our last day in this world, do we make it quick and have some fun while we still can, or.." Finally, he released one of his hands from the counter. You desperately tried to stay still and control your breath, when you felt it slowly creeping up your thigh, making its way to explore your body. "Do we take our sweet time, and turn this night into a special one?"
You didn't know how and when it happened - you didn't recall answering or trying to face him again - but you suddenly found yourself pressed even harder against the counter, whatever you were holding falling to the ground together with your and Kyuma's clothes, while both of you abandoned any worry, any doubt and any insecurity in favor of each other. With how much desire was filling your mind - and affecting your body - there was no room for them anyway.
You didn't even have time to think about the fact that you were technically strangers, no shared memories besides this, oh so intense, night, or the consequences, should you get caught. The way his strong hands held onto yours, fingers intertwined and pressed into the cold surface, the way your whole body was trembling under his touch and his kisses to your neck, back and shoulders - whether out of pleasure, cold or intimidation, you weren't sure- the sensations so overwhelming, your mind was filled only with thoughts of him. His voice, his name, his body pressed against yours. If you could form a coherent thought you'd almost be ashamed of how wet and needy for him you were already, with him barely touching you.
Luckily for you, Kyuma needed you too, he's waited for this moment longer than he'd ever admit to you. He promised himself that, should there ever be a next time, he'll take his sweet time with you, exploring, tasting and cherishing every inch of your body until he's fully satisfied. But at that moment all he wanted was to feel you around his cock, and he knew you wanted it too, with your back arched against him like that, trying to cover your cute little moans and whines. You've wasted enough time already.
"Don't hold back, princess. I want to hear just how loud you can get."
His wish was granted when -after quickly putting on a condom - without a warning, he simply positioned himself at your entrance, before pushing it in in one swift movement. All air was punched out of your lungs while he filled you to the brim. The room was soon filled with lewd sounds, and your, now completely uncontrolled, moans.
Unwilling to waste any more time, Kyuma started moving against you, with you trying your best to meet his thrusts, not caring about the hard counter pressing into you, or the possibility of someone catching you - the main door was still open after all. If you were being completely honest, the thought of being caught turned you on even more, you knew how jealous all of his fans would be, knowing his idol picked you to claim as his, and you wouldn't mind them watching as he ruined you in your own establishment.
He could tell your mind started wandering, so he quickly brought you back by wrapping his hand around your neck, as if he somehow knew what you were thinking just a few minutes before. You weren't sure if it was because of your previous conversation, but with how desperate he acted, with the rough and ruthless pace he set, it almost seemed like he really thought this would be the first, and last night you'd get together. At least in this world. And you wouldn't mind this being your last sexual encounter - you've never experienced anything like it before. You could already feel yourself getting close, and, judging by his grunts and the quickly tightening grip on your hips, he was close too. It didn't take long for the both of you to reach your peak, staying still for a short time afterwards, allowing each other to calm down.
When you finally regained full control of your mind, and - partially- of your body, you found yourself struggling with finding the right thing to say. You've never been in a situation like this before, and likely won't ever be again. There really wasn't much for you to do - you'd put your clothes back on, exchange your see you later's, which will inevitably turn into goodbyes, and go your separate ways.
But maybe, just maybe, if you'll meet again, in another life, in another world, you'll manage to steal some more time together, before you'll be forced apart yet again.

FRIEND FROM THE PAST
Pairing: Niragi x Reader
Warnings: bullying, fight, smut, sex, unprotected sex (wrap it fellas)
Word count: 1.2 K
Summary: Niragi and you found a way to relieve stress after a game.
Author’s note: I personally love this story! I plan to write a second part about Chishiya taking a liking in you and watch you two fuck.
“When are you going to tell her you’re in love with her?” Last Boss asked Niragi as the armed guy stared at you from the other side of the room.
“I'm not”
“Do you think I’m that stupid?”
Niragi didn’t respond to his friend, his eyes fixated on you. He remembered the first time he met you.
You met Niragi way before all the Borderland bullshit. You two were at the same school. As you were not a popular type of girl, you were not the victim of the constant bullying happening at this place.
As you decided to make a detour before going home after school one day, you passed some boys aiming a guy with a baseball bat. The poor guy seemed frightened to death and was imploring for his life.
“Hey, aim properly!” you heard one of the guy said as everybody laughed.
You never talked to them before that, but you knew who they were. How could you not? They walked around like they fucking own the school.
You wanted to ignore all of this and just go home, but your guts decided otherwise.
“I want to play” you confidently spoke from behind them.
Everyone turned around.
“Get the fuck out of here girl!” one of them stated.
“Come on, it seems fun” you replied.
Some of them were ready to throw you away, but one of them calmly defended you.
“Let the pretty girl have a turn”
He approached you and gave you the bat.
“Milady”
The guy in front of you looked at you with pleading eyes as you took the ball one bully handed you.
Without a warning, you hit one of the guys with the bat as you let the ball hit the ground. You didn’t waste time and attack them all before they had the time to comprehend what was happening. You didn’t need to knock them all unconscious, you just needed to drop them off enough to flee.
You run toward the guy, grabbed his hand and you both began running until you couldn’t breathe anymore.
“You ok?” you asked him as you reached a safe place, far away from all of this.
“Yea- yes… Thank you” he stammered.
 “You need to not let them get to you. What’s your name?”
You never left each other after that. You helped him become confident, he provided you the attention you didn’t have at home. Your friendship only grew stronger.
You were hanging out at your secret place one day when you saw the firework. You arrived at Borderland together and never played a game without the other.
That’s why he was so protective of you at the beach. He wanted to protect you like you did with him.
He was ashamed of his past. He didn’t want anyone to know he used to be like the people he calls weak now. He knew you wouldn’t say a thing even if he expressly didn’t ask you to keep the secret. It was not your story to tell.
No one really knew what your relation with Niragi was. You two weren’t together, but no need to say that no one in the entire Beach never dared to flirt with you.
You two trusted each other to death. Some people claimed they saw Niragi risking his life to save yours at a game. For that matter, Niragi refused to let you take part in a game if he wasn’t here. He’d always come with you, no matter the number of remaining days on his visa.
It was after a game that you both decided to upgrade your - from now on - pure friendship.
This game was a mess. Lots of people died in here and to be fair, you weren’t sure how you survived yourself. The ride home was silent, tiring and oppressive.
“How do you feel?” Niragi asked you as he escorted you to your room.
“Stressed out, you?”
“Yeah me too”
“It’s hard to relieve stress in here when you don’t do alcohol or drugs” you pointed.
“I can’t imagine. What’s left?”
“I don’t know. Sex?” You laughed.
The joke was light but the eye contact that follow heavy. And just like that, you had a silent agreement.
“Just for the sex?” you breathed
“Just for the sex!”
You two almost ran out to each other, your mouth claiming his in a shameless kiss. The passion between you was so strong as if you both waited years for it to happen.
Niragi pushed you toward the nearest desk without breaking the kiss before sitting you on it, propping himself between your legs.
His hands were searching your body as if he was looking for some treasure. He knew your soul by heart and was now discovering your body.
He never thought he wanted you in that way, but now that he had you, he couldn’t let you go.
You could feel his hands gripping your hips as his lips travelled down your jaw and neck. You moan quietly as you wrap your legs around his waist, wanting him as close as possible.
He couldn’t take it anymore. He took your shirt off in one swift motion before carrying you to the bed where he threw you on your back and settle on top of you.
His breath was hot against your skin, and you could feel him on your entire body. You felt on fire.
When he straightened himself up to take off his own shirt, your hands found his belt, freeing him off of his pants
You soon found yourself naked underneath him.
“You are so fucking beautiful Y/N”
“Fuck me Niragi” you responded.
Niragi let his head fall on your shoulder, grunting. He could hear you say this to him all day long and never get tired of it.
He needed you. He needed to be inside of you.
Without warning, his fingers quickly attacked your clit, before penetrating you, searching for your sweet spot.
You let out a strangled scream as he found it.
“If this is the sounds you make, I’m going to fuck you so raw Y/N”
You wanted to respond but couldn’t talk anymore when you felt his tip brushing against your sex. The bastard wanted to make you beg.
“Please”
“Yes Y/N? What do you want?”
“You Niragi”
“You have me”
“Fuck me”
Niragi wanted to make you beg, make you suffer for him. But hearing you like that, moaning his name, he couldn’t contain himself. He was about to explode.
In one movement, Niragi buried himself inside of you, groaning loudly at the sensation
“You’re so fucking wet Y/N”
“Move”
“Impatient are we?” he teased.
But he didn’t let you the time to answer as he thrusted inside of you at a hard pace.
The feeling of his skin against yours, his hand gripping your wrists above your head, his mouth nibbling the sensitive spot on your neck, everything was too much but not enough at the same time. What lasted for a few minutes felt like hours.
 “Turn around”
You happily obliged, laying on your stomach for him. Niragi didn’t wait to enter you again.
His hard thrusts were already too much for you to handle, but it didn’t get easier when you felt his hand reaching to your clit again.
You cried loudly as his thrusts became sloppier.
The feeling of his shaft ramming inside of you and his hand torturing your clit made you clench around him
“Do that again”
You didn’t have to be told twice as your pussy pulsated around him from the climax that take possession of your body.
He came inside of your cunt a few seconds later, before collapsing on you, both of you tired but relaxed.

A/N: I am not condoning any of Niragi’s actions, I too think he should rot in hell and his actions are unforgivable that being said this fanfiction purpose is not  to glorify etc anything about him plus it’s not meant to be in any sort a darkfic (I myself can’t read those.) btw I am also tagging some people who liked the post :))
*****
Part 1: highschool
Tumblr media
Since Suguru Niragi could remember, he was always a loser, always weaker than anyone else. Girls laughed at him and boys bullied him and if someone could actually handle looking at him, their face only showed pity. His school years were spent alone somewhere in a corner or just far away from potential troubles. There was a possible hope in going to high school in a completely different district but even that proved useless. Niragi still looked like a prey and if there is a prey, there is also a predator. So he would become as small as he could to hide but sometimes even that wasn’t enough.
These three boys picked on him since the first week of school, like if they could smell his fear, they preyed upon him, made the boy with glasses buy them snacks or lunches from his own allowance and would get pissed off at the end of the month if he didn’t have any money left for their cigarettes. And them getting pissed ment only one thing, punishment, in reality that was just an excuse to bully him harder than on the days the three boys were bored. Oftentimes the punishments were very unoriginal, that kind a child could come up with, other times the originality was astonishing, something no one in their sane mind would be able to come up with. Maybe the boys were just that, not mentally sane, or maybe an evil devoured them the moment they were born and so they did the same to others. An eye for an eye sort of thing.
By the last year of highschool Niragi couldn’t take it anymore, over the years his attempts for finding help ended in vain, no one was willing to stop them and in the end it was as if no one knew he was bullied, as if people didn’t notice his scared eyes and bruises. But Niragi didn’t know what was coming that day.
 The boys dragged him to the bridge and this time it was not only the main trio but also a few of his other classmates. All of them cheered while he became a target of their baseball practice. Maybe he did something to them today that made even those classmates of his participate, Niragi couldn’t be sure anymore. No, it didn’t matter actually, any kind of word as a reasoning now was just an excuse trying to justify the bully's behavior. The abuse was too much and he was almost on his tipping point.
“Ts, you move one more time and I will make you eat it again.” The bully swung the baseball bat again while glancing around him. “Rice with piss.” He was the type who throws their head back when laughing too much. Was making him eat it so funny?
Suguru’s nose was bleeding. He could feel it before he tasted the coppery taste in his mouth and his vision was blurry, the first hit with a ball shattering his glasses on the ground. This had to be hell, purgatory or something, there had to be some divine reason, something to justify this torture. He hated himself, of course he did and through all of this pain a quick thought flashed in his mind. Maybe if he was in their position he would do the same, bully the weak.
“Yes? Oh, I would like to report fighting, they have (school name) uniforms, please be quick.” Niragi didn’t even realize that someone else was now watching him struggle to breathe, a girl in the same highschool uniform. Her voice sounded meak, scared and as if she was on the verge of tears, but she was standing like a picture of confidence with her eyes trained on one of the bullies.
“The fuck do you think you are doing, eh?” One of the bullies started to yell, however the girl didn’t even flinch, she just calmly closed the flip phone, slipping it back into her jacket. Now that Niragi had time to fully adjust his vision, which was still very blurry, he realized who the girl was.  Not only was she another student from his highschool, she was one of his classmates from the same homeroom. Y/N, that was her name, she wasn’t a prominent figure in the school, not really significant like class president or something, but she was there and she was always quietly watching. She was the type Niragi aspired to be, someone who had friends and someone who gets invited to things like karaoke or dates. Dates, she probably got a loads of confessions, in no way was she the school idol but you had to be blind to think she wasn’t pretty.
“I just reported you to the police, didn’t you hear? They are going to be here pretty soon.” Y/N was now laughing lightly and the whole group looked pissed, really pissed this time. What was she thinking, they were surely going to kill her for this. One of them ripped the baseball bat out of the grasp of the last one, ready to swing it at her.
“If I were you I wouldn’t do it.” Tight lipped smile slipped on her face, her eyes staring momentarily at him. “After all, if the police arrive and find me hurt or in a worse state… it would be just worse for all of you, wouldn’t it?” Her smile now contented many teeth, white with little yellow grinning at his abusers. Her cheeks raised, it was a genuine smile, she found this whole situation truly amusing.
By now the boys thought about the risk and decided that their little prey was not worth it, at least for now. “Whatever, bitch. Oi, boys, we are done here, let’s go for a drink.” The oldest commanded and all of them swiftly following his example started to walk away. Their departure also included some rude comments thrown at her and the last one, youngest of all of them, he was two grades below them and was very keen on becoming like them for some reason, readying punch in the air just to cease the action when the girl didn’t spare him even a glance.
She was now staring at Niragi intensely, without blinking, and then she finally opened her mouth and said. “Suguru Niragi, right?” The boy could only nod to her question. Her gaze changed direction, now at his feet staring at something on the ground. That’s when Niragi got reminded again of his blurry vision, she was looking at his glasses before her eyes once again returned to his face.
“Hey, Niragi… let’s be friends.” At that moment Niragi knew that those curious eyes actually looked at him, no pity, only interest beaming behind them.
And maybe his life was not a hell, maybe from now on it would get better.
**************
The bullying indeed got better, didn’t stop but got much more bearable with her by his side. She wasn’t by any means a sunshine person, most of the time she was silent, which made him incredibly nervous and twitchy, however, when she spoke it was always something interesting. The girl never showed interest when it came to boring things, instead it seemed that her head turned at anything slightly fascinating. It was in pure contrast with her appearance, a normal highschool girl that never got herself in trouble but always was witness to some. She really did have a knack for these kinds of situations.
So his new friend dragged him along, trouble never catching up to them out of pure luck or maybe it was like her superpower, that's what the boy always thought. After a few weeks of their friendship Niragi felt content, finally he had a light at the end of the tunnel, a safe spot for himself in the world. He didn’t yet realize that soon their paths would divide when it came to college and his sunny days could be over again. But for now he enjoyed her company, after all there was still at least 4 months before the graduation.
Part 2: bordeland
Tumblr media
College was another new start and with the promise of keeping in touch with his now sort of, Niragi wasn’t still sure, best friend, he was ready for new experiences. The first few weeks were fine, school was fun again and it seemed that he made a few new friends along the way. He now got invited to parties and shared dinners and genuinely had a good time for such an introvert.
However, his little bubble of happiness was meant to burst on one of the shared dinners after a long day of lectures. It was one of the days packed with long seminars and Niragi was ready to relax with his classmates over some good food and a bit of beer when it happened. They were sitting in the back of the restaurant, most of them already sporting one beer in hand when another group of people walked in. Loud and obnoxious yelling followed them and Niragi swore he recognized some of the voices.
The now college student should have known better, he did know them, of course he did, they made his life miserable for what felt like an eternity. Those bullies that proved to him the awfulness of humankind. The only thing Niragi now hoped for was that they would not notice him, that they wouldn't recognize him but he hadn't changed at all. The same hair, the same kind of glasses and the same scared expression.
And then it happened, one of them turned and his gaze became trained on him, his before yelling face turned into a horrible grin. This guy loved to push young Niragi’s face into the toilet, that was his thing, he really wasn’t that original in the means of “punishment” but he was still part of the group and that defined trouble.
“NO WAY!” His voice boomed through the restaurant, stopping the conversation at the table Niragi was sitting at. Most of his fellow classmates were now staring at the guy with confused or irritated expressions.
“Guys! Look who is there, Sugura Niragi.” His grin grew with these words and his friend’s attention was now at him, staring and waiting for any kind of elaboration.
Niragi didn’t know where to look, if he looked into the restaurant, he could see what felt like thousand of eyes staring at him, if he looked around the table he would get confused looks expecting explanation and if he looked before him he would look into the eyes of one of the most hated people by him, so he stared blankly into his glass, hoping that all of this could just disappear. Maybe she could just magically appear and save him once again, more like a thousand times again actually.
“You know each othe-'' But before one of his classmates could finish the question the booming voice sounded again. “Know him? Of course. Didn’t he tell you?” The rest of the guys were now coming closer, also recognizing him. Their laugh was like tiny little needles poking him and their whispers turned his stomach. His current classmates now could hear about how pathetic he was in highschool and Niragi knew that it was back, it was there again, he felt small and stupid. Did the universe really hate him this much?
But this time Niragi had a choice, he could just leave and ignore it and so he did. He rushed out leaving the payment on someone else’s shoulders while dodging and kind of arms that tried to grab at him, keep him at the hellhole. He runned for what felt like hours, sprinting down the streets until he was sure there was no way one of them could follow him. He felt terrible and knew that sleep would not come this night to him and it truly didn’t. He layed in his bed for hours until exhaustion took him out with a sweet promise of blissful ignorance of the nightmare he again became part of.
The next day was even more painful than the night before, he had to face his classmates and so when the time finally came and he had to approach someone, he chose Ayato. Ayato was always a smiling tall guy with slightly longer hair hiding the corners of his eyes and a mole under the right corner of his lips. He was a good guy, the kind of guy who would send you notes from the lecture if you asked him. However, now he looked like an instant death in Niragi’s eyes but there was no other choice than to talk to him.
“I wanted to pay you back, you probably had to pay for me when I suddenly left last night.” He couldn’t meet Ayato’s eyes, he couldn’t see in them how pathetic he was, not again, he couldn’t take it anymore. This was his burning point and there was no coming back.
“Yeah, don’t worry about it, man.” Ayato laughed and went back to rummaging through his backpack. Did he bother him, no, this was probably just a tactic on how to not have further conversation with him. Just appear busy and that pathetic loser Niragi will leave. Did they all really view him as pathetic? Fuck. They probably did. They must have laughed at him when he left with the whole group of his old classmates, his bullies.
World really is cruel.
And this was the point when he decided to change and so over the following years his sorrow turned into anger, burning and scorching flame that alighted everything inside that was still alive and breathing, the rest of the hope. The little happy moments were not enough. For example, going to college? He fucking deserved it for all the shit he went through so he didn’t expect anything else than to get accepted into one. He also still maintained some sort of contact with Y/N, both of them got quite busy in college, however otherwise Niragi had isolated himself.
But oh, how he wished those guys that tormented him could see Niragi now, he changed, just like his hardened heart he hardened his appearance. Piercings adoring his face and tongue, silver glistering as warning signs. He looked like a danger, no more the prey look and nervous stare, he was to be feared now. And it wasn’t just his appearance, he became rough and cruel slowly becoming just like those he despised but he always justified it in his mind that it was for his own good.
And so came another punishment for his foolishness.
The gods really hate me, hm? That was his first thought at the empty streets of the city which he once found overly crowded. “Is this hell!?” His yelling echoing down the long corridors of empty sidewalks and alleys.
 It must have been days since he woke up in the silent city, he didn’t know what else to do now that there was no one, so he drank and drank all the alcohol he could find. And in one of his drunken moments they found him almost passed out in one of the dirty alleys near Shibuya. At first he didn’t want to go with them, too drunk out of his mind to understand what they were telling him, but they grabbed him and… that's all he could remember, he probably passed out.
When Niragi woke up his head was pounding and his throat felt sore but all of that was swept under the rug with the realization that under him were soft white sheets instead of harsh pavement. Slowly, as he could manage without his head shooting needles in it, he sat up upon the bed, he really was in a clean room, a hotel room but any kind of thinking was stopped with the hotel room’s door opening. This uninvited guest sported a kimono and sunglasses were obscuring his eyes.
“You must be the newbie, let me welcome you properly at The Beach, the only paradise in The Borderland.” The man was grinning widely and Niragi was sure of his interior motive but who gives a damn, he was the first person he had a proper conversation with in days.
And so his career as a player for beach and handsman for Aguni began.
Working for The Beach was on most days such a great fun, but it was as if Niragi slowly forgot that this was also real and just submitted to his dark thoughts full of violence and blood. He stopped caring about consequences or what was morally right, nothing mattered in his world to him and he verified it through the actions of others. He met vile criminals and monsters in the disguises of people here and in the real world too, so what was the difference if he joined in, in this utopia of sin.
But it was the moment he was beating up some guy, he didn’t even break any rule, he just pissed Niragi with his stupid face, that he noticed them. She was there, she was also inside this horrible nightmare, staring in shock at him with hand covering her open mouth. Y/N must have recognized him, there was no way she couldn’t, if someone could recognize him, it would be her, solely her. He didn’t see her face to face since his change, they only texted and called each other via phone, she must have thought it was because he got so busy but maybe inside, he knew he didn’t want her to see what he had become. Suguru Niragi really thought that their next meeting would be different, that those same eyes would look into his with the same adoration and curiosity it once held but there was none of it.
And there was no excuse for his actions, he could see that now and even though his anger still buried the vast amount of guilt, he was a bad person, he was sure of it. And he knew it for a very long time but there was no denying it now. Another punishment from the gods staring right at him in the form of a pretty lady he had a long history with. And maybe there was no worse cruelty than this, knowing even through all this hardship he received all his life, he could have a good life if he had chosen to be a good person from the start.
Too late to change my path.
In the end the anger always wins over guilt that has to be buried or you will be buried yourself. Niragi used to strongly believe in this conviction but now he felt like a little school boy again, pitiful glances piercing right through him, however this time it was much more meaningful. Here it wasn’t just strangers, it was someone he trusted and they stared inside him with shocked expression. He wondered what she saw, probably someone filled with anger and filth covered in blood, someone she couldn’t handle to look at. It was the same over again but this time different and caused by his own actions, so fully justified. There really isn't any way to redeem himself anymore.

How beautiful.
Two words stuck in her head. Nothing else. No idea why and when they fell, no clue for whom or what they were meant, she didn’t even know whether they were her own. But she clung to them like a lifeline.
How beautiful, was also her first thought when she opened her eyes, seeing nothing but a white ceiling. A good third of it was bathed in the light of a setting sun. Just very few dust particles danced in the air. Nothing special and yet breathtakingly beautiful to her.
She turned her head towards the source of light, a window in the wall, also white. From her angle she just looked at a skyscraper nearby, probably an office building judging by the smartly dressed people strutting through the floors.
How beautiful.
After a few more moments of gazing her mind cleared up. She put two and two together when she realized she was lying in a foreign, clean bed and noticed the monitor next to her place showing colorful numbers and uneven but periodic lines. Only a second later did she realize something was clipped on her index finger, connected to the monitor, and an infusion provided her some kind of clear liquid. Small drops fell from the bag into the tube, another rhythm just like the lines on the monitor. Somehow the silent consistency, the certainty of repetition calmed her.
She was in a hospital, that much was obvious. Next to her was a curtain, too small to hide another person lying in a bed. A woman, maybe in her late thirties, sleeping. She, too, was linked to a monitor and patched up quite a lot. Briefly, she wondered if she looked the same.
She turned her head again, looking through the window once more. Sadly, she wished she could see the sky. It probably looked nice with the setting sun. Another beautiful sight.
Just like the firework.
A firework. There had been one. A wonderful one. She couldn’t remember what it looked like, but she still knew.
It was grand.
It was final.
Strange. She felt rather indifferent. It seemed wrong. As if she should feel everything at once but instead there was nothing. She just lied in her bed, observed the office people in the building across and thought of nothing in particular.
She breathed. She felt warm. Safe. It was… nice. It was…
Beautiful.
Within the next hour, when a nurse checked in on her and her neighbor, her waking state was no longer of peace and solace. They told her what had happened, yet she barely remembered. This was nothing to worry about, they said, because she had just woken up. Her memory probably would return in the next few days. Given the circumstances she was lucky to get away with a few broken bones, bruises and a heavy concussion resulting in a headache.
Truly, extremely lucky as others were not. Many had died. And strangely, she was not in the least surprised when they gave their condolences for the loss of her brother. One might say it was the consultant’s tone or eyes showing pity before the message was delivered but as soon as he said her brother’s name, she knew he was gone. Of course, she grieved, nevertheless.
In the afternoon her father visited. He got informed that she had woken up, that she was back among the living. Their chat was brief and somewhat superficial. She and her father didn’t have a lot in common. He was asking about the incident, but she couldn’t provide any sufficient answers without really remembering. Still, he assured her that he was glad that she’s alive.
Even though she had apparently done that quite a lot recently, she slept in early that evening. It had done her good because on the next day her memory returned and she felt a lot more like talking, eating, drinking– living, really.
It had been a hot, sunny day, and she and her brother had met to catch up. Since he had moved out to go to college, they saw each other much less frequently. Like the two adolescents they were they had decided to go to Shibuya. She remembered they had mistaken the meteors for fireworks like everyone else. He had even taken out his phone in order to film the beautiful spectacle. After that, for a very brief second there had been immense noise and a gigantic force making her own body feel as light and fragile as a bubble. Then had come the blackness. And then…
And then…
Then her heart had stood still for a whole minute, apparently. Thousands of people went through reanimation, not even a fifth of them were successful. Her brother’s heart, for example, was just one of many that had done its last beat.
Hers however… After a minute she had come back. Or so she was told.
A minute of floating between life and death.
To her, it had felt like an eternity.
~~~
It was weird to have so many strangers around and yet to feel heavily connected to them at the same time. It’s not just her, she knew, they all acknowledged each other as kindred spirits. Without talking to another everyone was aware of their fate, of lives and love lost in the catastrophe, of the humbling experience of standing right at death’s door.
At least two floors of this hospital were full of survivors of the Shibuya incident. Some were looking quite fine and got discharged just one or two days later, others were more heavily wounded, physically as well as mentally, and needed quite some care, and a few were still bound to a deep slumber.
She had to stay for a while since several rips were broken and one of her feet got crushed underneath the debris. Still, lucky enough. She got to keep all her limbs, her consciousness and, most importantly, her life. After another day of rest, her physical therapy started. She was glad; it felt good to move a little even though it was somewhat confusing that mundane things like getting up and walking to the bathroom left her in need to rest and to catch her breath. At the end of the week, they decided to take a step further and go down the floor. Walking with an orthosis was awkward but she got the hang of it.
A couple of days later, she got used to her slow but steady routine. Her friends visited sometimes, even her father called again, and physical therapy became a set appointment in her day she was always looking forward to. Even though she still didn’t leave her floor, she relished on the time she was able to be outside of this small room. She even recognized some faces now – a young woman with dreadlocks for example seemed to have physical therapy at the same time as her since they usually met on their slow struts across the floor, both accompanied by a therapist and greeting each other with a smile.
It had been almost a week when she became fidgety. On another of her friends’ visit she suggested to go outside for a little to catch some fresh air in the hospital’s little park. They wanted to ask the nurse for a wheelchair, but she refused. After all, she had grown accustomed to the orthosis and felt a lot better than last week.
They spent not even half an hour outside before she grew tired, but it was a nice time. Her friends did ask about the incident, of course, about her brother, about her mental whereabouts, but they also told her about their own lives. Those snippets of ordinary everyday life made her weirdly happy, and she was glad.
Glad to be alive.
Strange. There was a time, not too long ago, when she had thought different. All she had needed was a minute, apparently.
She voiced her fatigue to her friends and tried to hide her own frustration about her weakened condition. Immediately, they made sure to get up and accompany her back to her room. One of them excused themself only to return a few minutes later with a present for her from all of them: a huge teddy bear, as big as her upper body. She was all eyes when she spotted this giant of a stuffed animal holding a plushy heart in its hands which read GET WELL SOON. The gesture alone and the proudly smiling faces of her friends made her burst out in laughter.
With her heart as light as a feather she didn’t feel the slightest bit embarrassed when she grabbed her gift, hugged it tightly and hobbled to the elevator with her friends. She knew some people gawked thanks to this giant teddy bear of hers, but she couldn’t care less right now. Somehow this short time in the park as well as this ridiculous yet really cute present had lifted her mood. She hadn’t even been aware that she had been so down for the past week.
As soon as the doors of the elevator opened, she went on. With her new, fluffy friend narrowing down her field of vision she didn’t notice she was about to run over a person stepping out. “Woah, careful,” they mumbled and dodged.
“Oh, sorry!” she apologized and turned her head to look at the person she almost ran over. It was a young man with long hair dyed blond. He wore comfortable clothes and slippers rather than something for outdoors. She guessed he was a patient. His narrow eyes confirmed her guess, having dark rings underneath. His gaze was even worse – dull as if the light refused to reflect in them.
Tired was not even the right word to describe him. He seemed exhausted.
Another survivor of the Shibuya incident.
“Don’t worry about it.” His voice was a little raspy, his tone somewhat apathetic.
And that’s what all there was to it. A small encounter between two strangers, a few words were exchanged, and everything was settled.
Still, she didn’t go ahead and instead stood there with one leg inside the elevator. She examined his face a little longer, just at the split of a second. As if she was looking for something. He stirred some kind of… familiarity inside her but she couldn’t pinpoint why.
Perhaps it all would be a bit awkward if he hadn’t been doing the same.
A moment later his gaze dropped to her bare neck. Not in order to gape, that much was obvious. It seemed like he wanted to check something. That startled her. And it supported her guess that she had to have seen him before. “Sorry but have we met?” she genuinely asked.
His answer took a little longer than one would usually need. “I don’t–” He paused. Then his eyes flicked back to her face and the corners of his mouth lifted slightly. “I don’t think so.”
Now it was her who hesitated. His answer was meant to be nonchalant, but she got suspicious. A gut feeling told her that he had actually planned to reply differently. “Are you sure?”
His smile widened. “Pretty sure.” Alright, this was more convincing. Before she was able to reply, he waved to the gigantic teddy bear in her arms. “I’m jealous,” he said with a hint of jest in his voice. “You got yourself a nice, quiet roommate there. Mine can’t stop talking my ears off.”
“Sounds… fun,” she replied, unsure how to react to that. “So, you decided to take a break?” With a tilt of her head she pointed to the open area full of patients and visitors and into the direction of the hospital’s park.
“Exactly,” he nodded putting his hands in the pocket of his sweater. Then, he looked at something behind her. “I guess, your friends are waiting for you. See you around.” He lifted one of his pocketed hands slightly as if to wave for goodbye.
Right, her friends! They had gathered in the elevator already waiting for her to join them. “See you,” she said to his already departing back as the doors of the elevator closed.
“Someone you know?” one of her friends asked.
“I’m… not sure,” she hesitated. “Don’t think so, no. I’ve never met him.” These words in her mouth felt foreign. Wrong. As if they didn’t belong there. It had to be the exhaustion.
Found you
(A/N) My thought process writing this: Gets request: Fuck yeah! A Chishiya request! Thinks about it: Fuck, what do I write. Opens new page: Whatever, I'll just start. Reaches apartment: No smut, no smut, no smut. Reaches kitchen scene: Fuck it! Smut!
Also, this is eight word pages long, I might've went a bit overboard.
Pairing: Chishiya x Reader (no Y/N)
Warning: AiB stuff, smut
“Fuck. Fuck fuck fuck.”
If anyone had been watching you for the past few minutes, they’d say that you were running for your life. Not that that’s not true. Your visa ran out today and you may have forgotten to keep an eye on time when you found yourself in your favorite bookshop, close to where you used to live. To be honest, who’s to blame you? Books? For free? As many as you want? Now that’s heaven.
Were your boyfriend there with you, he’d have laughed at your childish excitement when you realized that you could read as much as you wanted. But he would’ve also reminded you of the time and that you had somewhere to be. Damn, this… apocalypse or whatever was going on.
You followed the light through the streets until an apartment building became visible. You pushed yourself to run quicker and managed to cross the border of the game at what felt like the last second, almost crashing into two men. Thankfully, the short-haired one managed to catch you, before you either knocked both of them off their feet or faceplanted. Either one could have happened to be honest.
“Woah, you okay there?”
You looked up at the other man and tried to smile through the pain that was encompassing your lungs.
“Yeah…yeah. I-I don’t do…cardio.”
Your answer was interrupted by your panting, but at least it made the man smile.
“Me neither.”
The short-haired man agreed with his friend while chuckling. He kept his hand on your shoulder while you recovered from the exhaustion. The other man meanwhile, went and grabbed one of the phones off the table and handed it to you. The usual jingle came from its speakers while the camera scanned your face.
“Registration has closed. There is a total of 13 participants. The game will now commence.”
Another man approached your little group. He seemed confused and asked about the game and the world in general. As the long-haired man was about to explain it to the new man, his friend stopped him.
As your breathing had finally calmed down, you were about to speak up and explain the situation, but the familiar female voice, introducing the game, stopped you and the third man walked away.
“Difficulty, Five of Spades.”
The duo you’d met just now looked at each other confused.
“Spades means that it will be a physical game. You know, running, strength, all that jazz. The suit decided what kind of game it would be. Clubs means teamwork, Diamond means intelligence, and Spades means physical. Hearts is the worst one, all about betrayal. Better hope you never join one with your friends. Hearts games never end well.”
The two nodded, but before they could say anything, the female voice rang out again.
“Game is ‘Tag’. Rule. Avoid whoever is ‘it’.”
Confusion broke out among the participants, but you kept your focus on your phone, knowing that every information you’d get was important.
“Clear condition. Discover and touch the symbol hidden in one of the building’s rooms within the time limit. You clear the game when this objective is fulfilled. Time limit 20 minutes.”
You huff. That’s not a lot of time for a building with that many rooms. You glanced at some of your co-players. Many of them young, young enough at least to be of help. Or so you hoped.
“After twenty minutes, the time bomb hidden in the building will explode.”
Well, if that doesn’t motivate someone, then you don’t know what would.
Now that the rules and conditions were stated, everyone started to disperse. For a moment you considered staying with the two men, but ultimately decided against it. The group had to spread out to win this. So that’s what you did.
While most of the players decided to go to one of the upper floors, you thought you’d try your luck on one of the lower ones. You walked as quickly as you could without running until you hit a dead end. Good, that’s where you’d start. And all the while, you felt eyes on you.
“The game will now commence. The time limit is twenty minutes. Commence now.”
Without hesitation, you started, turning one doorknob after the other, hoping to end this game as quickly as possible. But it didn’t and before you knew it, shots rang through the night air. Out of instinct, you ducked, falling to your knees, before looking around.
“What the actual fuck.”
As soon as you were sure that you were not in immediate danger, you continued until you were done with your floor. But as you stood in front of the stairs leading up and down, you weren’t sure which direction to go.
That was until you heard the voice of the long-haired man.
“Everyone! He’s up here! Over here, he’s on the second level! He can’t see properly because of his mask! Tell us where he is if you see him, and let’s all look for the symbol!”
Fuck, second level. You hesitated again while you considered what to do next. But then a woman’s voice rang out, letting you know that it was safe to head to the second level since the killer was on the fourth one.
You continued, searching, letting the others know where the killer was, all while avoiding him. From time to time, you glanced at the phone, checking how much time was left. And it didn’t look good.
At that moment, you heard the long-haired man yell out that he needed help and that he found the symbol. You checked and realized you were on the other side of the apartment building and would never make it in time. Still, you started to run. You were one level above where the symbol was, when a jingle sounded from the phone, making you stop.
“Game cleared. Congratulations.”
A relieved sigh left your lips and you slumped against the nearest wall. You lived for another day.
While you were resting, you noticed the short-haired man walking up the stairs, and he was hurt.
“Hey, are you okay?”
He waved your concern off with a smile.
“Nothing I can’t handle. Have you seen my friend?”
You nod and tell him where you assume the man still is.
“Thanks.”
He hesitated before speaking again.
“Do you have somewhere to stay? If not, you could come with us.”
You shake your head with a smile and thank him, explaining that you have somewhere to stay. He nodded before taking his leave and searching for his friend. You decided to do the same. Take your leave, not search for his friend.
As you were walking down the front steps of the apartment building, a familiar voice stopped you.
“Found you.”
A quiet gasp escaped you as you realized who was standing behind you. You turned around, tears already gathering in your eyes.
“Chishiya.”
He smirked at you before opening his arms. You immediately rushed to him and threw your arms around his neck. He chuckled at your enthusiasm while pulling you closer to him.
“I can’t believe you’re here.”
You pulled away slightly, grinning up at your boyfriend. He smiled back before leaning down to press his lips against yours. You melted against him, reciprocating the kiss. Too soon, Chishiya pulls back before cradling your face in his hands.
“Are you okay? Are you hurt?”
You shake your head, smiling at him.
“I’m fine. What about you?”
He shakes his head as well, his eyes scanning your body for any kind of injury before sighing in relief and pressing his forehead against yours.
“I’m so glad you’re okay, love.”
You grinned and closed your eyes.
“Me too, Chi.”
The two of you stay like that for a few moments, before Chishiya pulls back and takes your hand.
“Where are you staying?”
“In our apartment. Felt wrong to go anywhere else.”
Chishiya nodded, thinking for a moment.
“Let’s go there for tonight, okay?”
You nodded and together you made your way through the city until you reached your apartment complex. Once there, you climbed the few floors until you reached the door to the apartment you shared before everything went to hell. You used your keys to open the door and let Chishiya in before closing and locking the door.
He took a few moments to look at the changes you’d made since everything happened. You’d moved the heavy couch that used to be in the living room, to the door, so that you could block it whenever you entered the apartment. You’d also used blankets and pillows to make a bed on the living room carpet. Chishiya frowned when he noticed that and turned to look at you.
“The…the bed felt too empty without you there.”
Your boyfriend immediately pulled you into a hug, apologizing.
“I should’ve looked for you again, every day, I am so sorry. I just…after I couldn’t find you the first day I’d been here, I hoped and convinced myself that you were not here. That you were safe.”
You were stunned.
“Chishiya…how long have you been here?”
He tensed under your touch before relaxing again.
“Too long. But I swear I checked if you were here. That’s the first thing I did when I arrived.”
You squeezed him tighter, burying your face in his neck.
“It’s okay, Chi. I believe you. And I only got here two weeks ago, there’s no way you could’ve known that.”
Chishiya nodded but continued to hold you tight for some time. You did the same, resting your head against his shoulder, relaxing in his hold. The two of you started gently swaying, making you giggle and Chishiya chuckle. It felt like back when everything was okay and he would come home after a long day at the hospital and sweep you off your feet to dance around the living room before you could object. Many dishes were burnt that way and many times you had to order takeout instead. But you wouldn’t have had it any other way.
After a few minutes, you pulled back to look at him, before pressing a quick kiss to his lips.
“Now, what are you in the mood for? Instant noodles, or…instant noodles?”
You pulled out of his embrace and walked to the kitchen, where you had set up a small gas stove, as well as canisters full of water and a few pots. Chishiya followed you chuckling, pressing his chest against your back and trapping you against the kitchen counter.
“Hm…I think I’m in the mood for something else completely.”
He started to trail kisses from your cheek to your shoulder and back up again. A shiver ran through you and you couldn’t help but press back against him. His breath ghosted your skin as he chuckled, his hands on your hips.
You turned to look at him and without hesitation, he hoisted you up and sat you down on the counter, standing between your open legs. You instantly leaned in and pressed your lips against his, pulling at the white jacket he was wearing, until it landed on the floor. His hands, which were placed on your hips, moved up and grabbed the hem of the t-shirt you were wearing and pulled it over your head, discarding it on the floor, somewhere behind himself.
Goosebumps erupted on your skin, as Chishiya’s finger trailed along your sides until they reached your bra. Instinctually, he reached back, but when he didn’t find a clasp, he broke the kiss for a second.
“Sport’s bra.”
Those two words were all you said, before pulling it over your head and throwing it behind Chishiya.
“Jesus fucking…”
His remark was broken by a low moan escaping his lips before he dove forward, lips wrapping around your left nipple. Your breath got caught in your throat at the sensation. Chishiya’s left hand left your hip and started playing with your right nipple as your fingers started to thread through and pull at his hair.
“Chishiya…”
Your pussy squeezed around nothing, making you whine. Chishiya pulled away from your chest and grinned at you.
“What do you need, love?”
You glared at his teasing, but when he thrust forward, giving you just a little bit of friction, another whine left your lips.
“You. Need you Shiya.”
He chuckled and dove in for another kiss. While his lips moved against yours, his hands found their way to your thighs and hoisted you up again. You squealed into the kiss in surprise and pulled away as you tightly wrapped your arms around Chishiya’s neck while he just chuckled and walked.
“Don’t worry, I won’t drop you.”
Right when he said that he loosened his grip on you and you squealed again as for a second it felt like he was indeed dropping you. Chishiya laughed at your reaction and continued walking towards your bedroom.
“Asshole.”
A slap on your ass forced a surprised yelp from your lips, but before you could say anything, you were flying through the air, before landing on your mattress. You bounced a few times, while Chishiya watched from the foot end, an adoring smile on his lips.
“You know, I love you, right?”
You finally stopped bouncing and looked up at your boyfriend, a soft smile on your lips.
“Come here, you idiot.”
His smile turned into a grin as he quickly crawled over you and reconnected your lips. While using one hand to keep his weight off of you, the other wandered down and started to pull at the hem of your sweatpants and panties. You quickly assisted him in getting rid of the offensive pieces of clothing, before you started pulling at his swim trunks, making him chuckle.
“Eager.”
You were about to insult him again, but his thumb rubbing small circles on your clit stopped you and instead, a moan escaped your lips, which were quickly sealed by your boyfriend’s. A few moments later two of his fingers started gently probing at your entrance before pushing inside. Your pussy squeezed down around them, bringing out the smug side of your boyfriend, who pulled away and smirked at you.
“Someone’s fucking nee-.”
You interrupted him.
“Shut up and fuck me already!”
You didn’t need to tell him twice, as he quickly got rid of the trunks and gave his cock a few lazy strokes, before positioning himself at your entrance.
“I don’t have a condom. Are you su-?”
“Chishiya!”
He took the queue and carefully started to ease his cock into your pulsing pussy, moaning at the feeling of you around him. He quickly started thrusting into you, hoisting your right leg up and over his shoulder to reach deeper. The new position caused his dick to drag over that soft spot inside you with every thrust, making you see stars.
It didn’t take long before you started to feel that familiar coil in your stomach and you reached up towards your boyfriend, not able to say anything.
“You close, love?”
You nooded vigourously.
“Yea, me too.”
He leaned down, pressing your right leg up to your chest, but you didn’t care as his lips connected with yours at the same time, his thumb returned to your clit. Within seconds you felt that coil snap as you came around your boyfriend.
A moan left Chishiya’s lips as your pussy kept squeezing him, until he came inside you, spilling his seed as deep as he could reach.
After a few steadying breaths, Chishiya wrapped an arm around your waist and rolled over, so that you were now laying on top of him. You were still panting, your eyes slowly closing. Feeling the sweat covered skin of your boyfriend underneath you and hearing his beating heart slowly coaxed you into a deep sleep.
As soon as Chishiya was sure you were asleep, he carefully pulled out of you and laid you down next to him. He rolled onto his side and watched you for a few moments, before pressing a gentle kiss against your forehead. With that, got to his feet and grabbed a towel, wetting it with the water from the kitchen, before he returned to you and carefully cleaned you up. After that, he quickly gathered all the pillows and blankets you had laid out on the living room and returned them to the bed, where he made sure you were comfortable, laying down beside you and gathering you in his arms.
He smiled as you instinctually moved closer to him, until you were practically laying on top of him again. A smile graced his lips as he pressed one more kiss to your forehead, before relaxing and closing his eyes, slowly falling asleep, three words leaving his lips before he was pulled under by sleep.
“I found you.”
