If the theory that “I Love You” by Alex & Sierra was written by Harry Styles about Taylor Swift is true, the context of the 1989 vault tracks makes this song even sadder omfg.

First off, it’s called “I Love You” which immediately brings to mind the heart shattering line in the bridge of “Say Don’t Go”, “I said ‘I love you’ you say nothing back…” PAIN. PAAIIIIINNNNN!!!

When compared with the “I Love You” lyrics, “‘Cause I love you, more than you think I do // And I love you, now you don’t want me to” I’m on the floor crying, screaming, sobbing, shaking.

My brain also drew parallels between this song and AYHTDWS.

“Hey, now you say you want it back // Now that it’s just too late // Well, it could’ve been easy // All you had to do was stay”

“And I love you, now you don’t want me to” & “Maybe if I got my timing right I wouldn’t end up alone”

And again, the “Say Don’t Go” parallels.

“I’m about to fold unless you say ‘don’t go’” & “I would stay forever if you say ‘don’t go’”

“When you left it was the end of my world ‘cause I never got to say // That I love you, more than you think I do”

Granted, that line from “I Love You” does come after a lyric changed to “I fell in love with a beautiful boy and you still take my breath away” (it was “girl” during the rest of the song, it was changed to “boy” just in the bridge) which some ppl believe to be about Louis Tomlinson, but just let me have my delulu Haylor moment, I’m in immense emotional pain rn.

I feel like either people forgot about this song or not a lot of people knew about it bc I don’t see anyone talking about it and I really wish people would!!

Also I heard about this theory from this article that I read when I was 12 or 13 and this theory has stayed with me ever since even though this article is most likely not very reliable😅 It’s just fun for me to believe Harry wrote this about Taylor.

I made a playlist of all the songs that Harry and Taylor wrote about each other (some are alleged) if anyone wants to ruminate about this.

Hey everyone. Latest video “Little Do You Know”, inspired by Alex and Sierra’s song, is now available on YouTube. This song is so good and I hearing it again after so many years brings back lots of memories. I did not know the song is almost 9 years old now. That makes me feel so old...

I think this song goes well with how Tim feels about loving Lucy, especially if she goes along with the UC route she has been on for the past few episodes, and also how Lucy has been there helping him heal since her rookie year... It also shows how Tim is trying to support her even though he is afraid, and I think that’s the sweetest possible thing he could do.

Hope this tides everyone over till Tuesday (Wednesday for me) when the season finale comes out. I can’t wait and hopefully we’ll get some good Chenford cakes (cake is sweeter and better than bread) to bring us into the new season.
