I've been thinking about this for hours and i'm gonna have to give you a cop out answer cause i can't decide.

The artist that directly impacted the trajectory of my art practice the most was Alan Resnick

He has this way of working with digital media that is so inspiring, he is like the first to pick up any new technology and find a horrible way to meld it into an art piece. He does a thing i try to do in my own work really well which is taking an incredibly silly premise very seriously. When i first saw alantutorial it was like a lightning bolt striking my mind it fully changed my perspective on art and what it can be. I give him the utmost respect he is doing incredible work and paving the way for so many artists working with digital media.
